last year this faceless channel of mine made me over $100,000 and only spent 2 to three hours a week working on this channel and the year before that I think it made me a bit more and I spent the same hours 2 to three hours a week and it made me about $130,000 or $150,000 just from AdSense Revenue alone and I probably made about an extra $60 to $80,000 on top of this money from external forms of monetization so why am I telling you this it's because I just want to show you why there is

no better business model than starting a fa's channel especially in 2025 it really is and I mean this the easiest money you will make so for the first time ever I'm going to reveal exactly how you can make a channel just like this one from scratch and I want to reveal this so you can just copy my strategy steal it from me and just implement it to your own face of Channel whether you're a complete beginner starting from scratch or you're already running a channel and you just want to try to scale that a little

why now is the best time to start a faceless channel so 8 years ago when I started my first channel which was this one here body body Hub it was a lot more difficult back then to scale and grow a channel to $10,000 a month but as of right now as of last year in 2024 and right now in 2025 YouTube is doing this new thing where it's boosting newer channels so that you can start making a lot of money very quickly with just even your first few videos you don't need thousands or even millions

of subscribers to get views on YouTube these days because YouTube is more than happy to boost new channels to people's homepage so they can get a glimpse of their videos and I'll show you this channel here that started just a few months ago four months ago and is already making about 151 to $15,000 a month with just five uploads so you can see they're making about in the past 28 days I reckon with this RPM probably around $112,000 and in the past 3 months they probably made about $80 to $90,000 with just five videos uploaded

which is just insane to me so the question is how did a new channel like this get to this point where they're making $112,000 a month with the videos they have well the very first thing is finding the right Niche to enter so before this channel even had any uploads this is exactly what this person did is he went on YouTube and started searching for topics to see which ones had high demand where no other channels were producing that kind of content so the topic for this person's channel is why it sucks to be attacked

by XYZ or why it sucks to be born as an XYZ so the very first video he found around this topic was this one here why it sucks to be a male hyena uploaded 7 years ago with 18 million views now all denzo did as a very smart man all he did was he found this video and he thought to himself okay interesting there's a lot of demand for this video here with 18 million views but there are no other channels producing this type of content so all he did was find a gap in the

market and made a Channel of his own and started to produce the same kind of content already knowing that there was high demand for this particular topic and essentially it was like a guarantee that he will scale fast at $110,000 a month and that's all YouTube is it's is finding gaps in the market that no other channels producing content around and fulfilling that Demand with a Channel of your own and you see this happening all over YouTube and it's the reason why channels are able to go viral over and over again with just their first

few uploads in fact this channel that you're currently watching on the third ever upload I made a video just about this small channels are breaking YouTube and ironically that video got 100,000 views on a brand new channel and there are channels all over YouTube like I said this one here with just nine videos already has 200,000 views here 200,000 views here 400,000 views here this one here which has four videos has a has a four uploads sorry has a video with a million views uploaded 3 months ago this one here with just four videos has

a video with 2 million views their very first upload same as this one here 220,000 views um this one has just six uploads has 1 million views here a million views here so currently there are channels all over YouTube right now blowing up which is the reason why now is the best time to start a channel 8 years ago you couldn't do this with a brand new channel 8 years ago you had to work on building an audience first and then scaling your channel from there right now anyone can blow up on YouTube even as

a complete beginner so apart from finding content gaps like this channel did here another thing you can do is just by simply emulating outli videos from other smaller channels so if you find a small Channel like any of these ones here uh for example this one here first 100 days of UNF your life 2 million views on a brand new channel what does this mean this means that this is a massive outlier video and that you should looking at this video closely and seeing if you can make a newer or a better version of it

for your own channel now what do I mean by new or a better you can have a newer or better script newer or better packaging which is title or thumbnail newer or better video editing maybe a newer or better topic that's all YouTube is it's finding big videos on small channels and making your own version of those viral videos it's really is as simple as that so I'll show you an example where I use this right here so I have this video here called daily farmer walks will transform your body now this video alone maybe

$65,000 and all I did was come across this video here from a different Channel how farmer carries every day will completely transform your body this one was uploaded 11 months ago and my one was uploaded 9 months ago so all I did was make a different version of their video because this was an outlier video on their Channel at the time with 900,000 views on a Channel with just 100,000 subscribers so still a massive outlier you use this um outlier score here from vid IQ and you make your own version of it and it really

can be as simple as that um and like I said there's never been a better time to start a channel which is why these channels here are able to grow so quickly with just very few videos so overall all you need to do is either find a Content Gap in the market like this person did here and start producing videos around that content Gap that no other channels are making videos around just yet or if you can't find that content Gap simply just use other channels outlier videos like this one here and make videos around

their outli videos where they go viral on small channels and just make a newer or better version of it really is as simple as that and I use these exact methods on all my fa of channels every fa of Channel I've created and scaled I've used this exact method it's find a Content Gap to produce your channel around and then just emulate outli videos for the rest of your Channel's existence it really is as simple as that and every other expert will tell you this um in a more complicated way but to break it down
