hey guys so in this video I'm going to take you on a little journey with me on a journey of launching an AI automation agency I'm going to do it from scratch step by step I'll show you everything I know how to select a niche how to come up with a solution that you can sell how to generate leads which um lead generation techniques I use and the whole sales process will be covered as well so I suggest that you take your notepads because they're will be some notes to take believe me and let's dive in also before we start I want you to know that this video is going to be a bit different than usually because usually all the videos are scripted word by word sentence by sentence this video is unscripted I have my structure I have my notes but it is not scripted I decided to to try and be more authentic and see where it gets us okay so I also take an opportunity and introduce myself because I've been publishing these videos for a year now and never actually properly introduced myself so my name is Bogdan saranchuk that's why the name of the channel both are I Ukrainian 28 years old and 10 years ago I moved to Poland around that age and at 18 I decided to become an entrepreneur and since then I've tried quite a few things the first thing was multi-level marketing and direct sales that was fun never paid out then I launched my first company my first business it was leather goods brand we had offline manufacturing and I quickly realized how hard it is to run an offline business so I decided to switch to online business and opened a few dropshipping stores standard story you know Shopify stores AliExpress shipping to the US and so on then I entered affiliate marketing industry and affiliate marketing industry was the main source of income for me for for years after that I co-founded the first startup in my life with two more co-founders that was review management sauce for small and medium-sized businesses and while building that startup we actually learned how the whole startup ecosystem Works how the Venture funding works and we explored some acceleration programs so that was very valuable and after that I launched my second startup that time it was a B2B wholesale Marketplace for local retailers also very very valuable experience but over a year ago I started exploring AI learning about Ai and currently that's the biggest passion of mine I run this YouTube channel which is about AI Iran and AI automation agency you can check it out at boss. agency and basically the whole video is going to be around that agency okay let's start so this is my uh AAA let's call it that AAA launch plan and before we dive into uh branding and lead generation there is some homework to do and the first task is to improve your skill set and become an expert right so in order to sell your solution in order to sell your services you must be an expert in that field so before learning about chat Bots and mag. com automations it would be great to understand the foundations right what is neural networks what is llm GPT and for that my favorite uh YouTube channels are Andre KY so unbeli ably smart guy and this particular video intro to large language models is the best video on large language models you can find so definitely check it out if you haven't and the second channel is this one so uh it's called three blue one brown and this playlist is also the best on YouTube on understanding neural networks what is GPT and so on so just watch this playlist and uh some videos from andj carpati and I think the minimum requirement of understanding foundations would be done then the second step would be to learn how to build chatbots and how to build automations right for that I'm sure you know this guy there is Liam otley very very smart guy with a lot of valuable videos a lot of tutorials but apart from Liam there are similar channels and there are actually thousands of small channels like mine and they provide a lot of value nobody knows about them and let me just show you a few including mine so there is um for example Brandon a lot of tutorials there is uh tus media and there is my channel also a lot of stepbystep tutorials and when you start watching all these videos YouTube will suggest more and more so you will have a lot of knowledge base you know to to use in order to understand how to build chatbots and provide automations another way to learn how to build chatbots and agents and so on is to go through the tool list so here I have a toolkit with the most important and the most popular tools for AI agencies and just go through each of them and learn how to use them you can go to Voice flow and uh look up you know for voice flow tutorials then for bpress tutorials than for relevance tutorials and so on until you know how to use them and which kind of results you can achieve with all these tools so that's it foundations then chatboard building and Automation and the last step here would be development skills in my opinion there are two options the first one is that you are a developer and you know how to code the second one is that you have a partner who knows how to code and the third one would be that you don't know how to code but you still want to start an AI automation agency well in my opinion it is not going to be the most competitive one because you wouldn't be able to provide any custom Solutions you wouldn't be able to build a package of solutions for the specific Niche so in my case I don't know how to code I'm not a developer and my background is in marketing in sales in business development but I'm lucky enough to have a partner uh his name is Nick he is a full stock developer with 15 years of experience and this is not our first business together we know how to work together we we know how to build products from scratch and we are capable of delivering pretty much anything any service our customers require the second step is Niche research or maybe you go with the general approach but I would say that the general approach is only applicable if you have a big volume of inbound traffic otherwise I would go with the niche approach because when you do outbound sales when you do outbound lead generation it is much easier to focus on a specific Niche on a specific problem that you can solve than you know targeting everyone and uh focusing on everything the best way to to be an Insider that means that you work for a a specific business industry like legal firm and you see that in your workflow you have a problem which can be solved with an AI solution then you start an agency and you go to your fellow law firms and sell that solution to them that would be the best case because you know people from that industry you know you experience firsthand the problem it is easier for you to communicate with them and to sell it but most of us are not uh insiders so how to analyze the and research the niches I would pick five niches that you think are the best fit and I would focus on pain points not on desire not on good to have things because pain is much stronger trigger than than good to have things so researching those industry I use different channels such as YouTube Google just search for keywords as an Insider like how to become the best lawyer in my city and then you then you see which kind of advice you can find online and while learning you will understand which kind of problems people have in that industry I would use chat GPT just to brainstorm which kind of problems they can face uh back and forth I'm sure you know how to use chat GPD and then get a clear map of the business processes and pain points so in my case I use mirror in a moment I'll show you how it looks like so we don't sell AI chatbots we sell an increase in Revenue by X due to solving paino Y and to understand these numbers pain points and their correlation a deep research is required build a clear map in figma or mirror in in my case I use mirror and that map looks like this so I have hotels I have different processes they have like customer service booking check in check out personalized guest experiences and customer loyalty and then I build this map when which kind of problem they can face on each step and which kind of solution I can provide to that problem and then based on that problem solution feed I can build my templates for the Outreach H I suggest that you do the same for each Niche that you research and based on that you would come up with the best ideas so do that in my case I decided to start with the hospitality Niche so the hotels and then solution selection so for the solution selection you need to understand again which kind of solution would solve a particular problem for your IP ideal customer profile and then you need to test it so don't waste so much time uh endlessly analyzing the niches the problems the solutions just allocate a certain amount of time do your research and then just start doing it start talking to people start selling it start building it and in the process you will understand which Solutions are really needed and which are not so that's why I I say test it with real businesses in my case the solution I've come up with is a package of different solutions for hotels um it includes AI chatbot so it is connected to a GPT model and knowledge base of the hotel it is connected to the hotel's system so it understands which rooms are available and it can accept bookings and that requires a lot of development so if you didn't know how to code it wouldn't be possible to provide a solution like that this chatboard is deployed to a website plus integrated to Whatsapp messenger and maybe other communication channels it is available via QR codes in rooms so the guest can scan QR code and get directly to WhatsApp and get the assistance get customer support and this B can also provide answers to reviews on Google Maps that takes a lot of time and energy from stuff so it it uh saves a lot of resources once you are done with your homework once you know that you are skilled enough to provide a complex solution to your clients when you know which Niche you're going to Target when you know which solution you're going to sell then you can actually start setting up your agency and the first step would be to come up with a name and buy a domain for that I would usually use name chip or GoDaddy then you need to build a website we already have one it is bosar do agency feel free to check it out it is very concise but at the same time we have our services outlined our process and our team so not a lot of information but very very clear how you could work with us and what we could do for you I could say that there are three options for building a website either build it yourself if you know how or hire a web agency or use a template this template is specifically designed for AI agencies it is not bad at all and it costs only $49 so explore it check it out and maybe you could use it in our case we worked with a great team a web design agency I'm going to recommend them in the video description as well and then we build it our website based on their design and branding then you want to set up your social media LinkedIn was the first priority for me because I'm going to communicate with clients in LinkedIn and but you can also set up Facebook Instagram and so on then Gmail so you want to have professional email address professional email domain not Gmail but your domain so make sure to set it up then CRM and cly for CRM I use air table uh I like it because you have a developer Hub there so a lot of space for Integrations with other tools and also if you go to to my website and submit a form it is actually so you click let's talk you'll see this form which is actually provided by air table and whenever a lead fills out this form uh it will be automatically populated in my list of leads in CRM system so that works great and then just for the operations of your business set up slack and jira for communication inside your team and for the issues and tickets for the development then we have a lead generation inbound and outbound I believe that inbound is much better because usually people come to you with problems that they know you can solve with outbound Le generation well sometimes you have to persuade people that they have a problem that you can solve and that's a big difference there are different channels for inbound lead generation I am focused on YouTube so this channel is is basically the main traffic source for me for the inbound lead generation but if not YouTube I would focus on LinkedIn for business purposes I think that's the best place then we have Fiverr uh which is something new for me I have never worked with Fiverr but I decided to place a gig here and maybe maybe there would be some inbound traffic uh I just posted it yesterday so no orders from Fiverr yet and then you have a lot of other channels like Tik Tok Instagram and other social media blog posts podcasts Etc so whatever you decide is comfortable for you start using it start doing it because inbound traffic is much more valuable than outbound okay and now we have lead generation uh outbound and this is the biggest section of this file basically cold emails is the main part of this video first of all for cold emails uh I use the guide prepared by this guy let me show you this is Jimmy fun and he has this video for 1 hour this is the best video I have ever seen on cold emails uh it is very structured um a lot of insights and he actually describes everything you need to do in order to properly launch your cult email campaigns so all the following notes on cold emails are taken completely from that video I suggest that you watch that video first and then come back to to me but let's continue the main idea I keep in my mind when thinking about called emails is that volume negates lug if you send more emails you'll book more calls okay again if you send more emails you'll book more calls so focus on that let's quickly cover my stack my kind of front end for sending emails I'm going to have four domains at least in the beginning three email accounts per domain and 30 emails per day sent from each email account would give me 360 emails per day and 2,520 emails per week so for domains uh I used pork.
com you could also use name chip or goady but porkbun seems to be the cheapest one then for email accounts um again Outlook or Gmail I use Outlook because Gmail has this thing that you know when you sign up with many many accounts it it asks you for uh phone numbers and every time you need to come up with a new phone number uh to to receive an SMS message and uh verify your identity so that's a struggle Outlook doesn't have that that's why I use Outlook both of them are the same in terms of deliverability and security so Outlook would be a better option for me and then either smart lead AI or snow. io for email warm up and sending to be honest I used to work with snow. io now I switch to smartly AI because it is just cheaper you you get more credits and uh you actually get unlimited email warmup and unlimited email accounts for $39 per month uh while they are limited with snovio for for the same price then we have deliverability and that's very important we want our emails to land in inbox not in spam folder so there are a few rules that you need to follow in order to make sure your emails are delivered first you need to warm up up a new email account for 14 days with software and not send any called emails during that time so let me show you my smart lead dashboard I have nine email accounts here and I just started warming up period 6 days ago I still have to wait 8 days before sending my first called email and so it is in progress but then after the warmup you need to gradually start sending emails while still running the warmup week number one 5 to 10 called emails per account per day week number two 15 to 20 called emails per account per day and week number three 25 to 30 called emails per account while no more than 20 warm-up emails per day per account at the same time so we increase the the amount of emails to 30 per day per account and at the same time we keep the warm up running but only up to 20 emails per day per account okay then important thing is Bounce rate you have to verify leads before you start sending emails to them because if an email address is invalid due to different reasons maybe a person worked for a company and uh and was terminated and you send an email to that email address it bounced right then you have a bounce rate and if it grows higher than 3% it is very bad for the reputation of your email account and you will land in spam again so you must verify leads and track your bounce rate keep it below 3% I'm going to use this tool which is called million verifier for verifying the email addresses making sure they are valid and the next step is never use the main website domain for email account send called emails so there is a risk that your reputation will be decreased for your email account and you don't want to mess with the reputation of your main domain of your website okay that's very important then we have another rule for the burner domains or for the secondary emails other words never use uh you know.
org doco do something uh only. com and please do not include any numbers or dashes or something like that in the names uh of your domains like like here I have let me just show you I have different variations of bothar agencies so it's bosar solutions. com AI bos.
com bosar ai. so it's always doom and no dashes no numbers all right and the last the last rule here is to use spintex to avoid the same exact emails being sent thousands of times so the email providers they don't want you to to be a spammer right and if you send the exact text for hundreds of times per day it is going to trigger some algorithms from email providers and that this might be a spammer and put you in the correlating Box here are some examples of spinex you can say hey hi hello good day then you can say notice saw that company blah blah blah thought wanted and so on so you basically rotate different words with the same meaning to avoid having the same text and being sent many times per day and another great life hack that actually Jimmy fun mentioned in his video was to include motivational or any other quotes in the end of your email and that way you can have an infinite and infinite amount uh of variations for your email it is going to be always unique so that's great then we have Leist building for the Leist building make sure to use segmentation to make the emails more personalized and then the question how to build those lists well there are different directories for different niches for offline businesses it is a good idea to use Google Maps this is what I actually do you can scrape Google Maps without scraper tool very convenient you just put um the keyword for the Google Maps and this tool will will scrape all the results and we'll provide you with a spreadsheet uh of the emails for each business listing then you can use those emails for building your list if you want to Target like agencies you can use clutch. co if you want to Target e-commerce brands for example there are brand now there is store leads so there are many different directories many different services for targeting different Industries and one of the biggest directory of leads ever is apollo.
io so I think LinkedIn sales Navigator and apollo. io are the two biggest places to find leads and then we have find mail. com to scrape and verify so the the flow is that you go to apollo.
io you can set up the criteria for your Target Persona you can get tens of thousands of leads and then you verify those leads with find. com and put them in smart lead. a to actually start your cold Outreach process and some other tools to verify leads might be a milon verifier comom or directly in smart le.
okay now that we've covered the stack right the front end for sending emails the deliverability rules and a list building the last thing here would be to cover script writing and that is of course very important because nobody is going to reply to your emails if they don't sound relevant to people so you need to understand your ICP ideal customer profile use Niche title employee account and jargon to tailor your emails uh to be you know more specific more relevant the more specific and relevant we are the higher the conversion rate would be create a relevant offer so offering AI automation is not enough create a list of what your offer does for them and write an email around each solution and again going back to General approach versus Niche approach we don't want to offer AI solutions to everyone we want to understand deeply understand which kind of problems a particular industry face on daily basis and fine-tune our emails around that problem here are some examples we'll increase customer attention by x% through unique AI automations well not fine-tuned enough so we we add the context of Ideal customer profile on top of that and tailor it even more and I changed the example just now and we work with clothing brands to decrease abundant cards by 20% in 60 days with our Pure commission AI system so this example is tailored for e-commerce brand so let's assume we target e-commerce Brands as an AI agency and we take into consideration that particular Niche while saying that we work with clothing brands to decrease abundance cards by 20% so the more context you provide the more relevant the email would be and the higher the conversion rate would be okay called email script Frameworks every line in your email must have a purpose we want zero flop so there are different Frameworks for example intro offer case study call to action intro paino solution call to action so let's cover these five main pieces that can be used for every called emails those are intro offer paypoint case study and call to action intro is basically just to introduce ourselves to to show who we are and also show personalization to demonstrate that we've done our research then we have offer in this part we we show what we do and this is basically a promise of the end result or we work for free and that works very well then we have paino what are the challenges so I suggest that you write a list of pain points and then include them in your email sequences and the goal is to point at what they are losing not what they can gain an example here is notice a few mistakes in your welcome flow that could be costing x% conversions every month so I made do a video covering how to fix these mistakes can I send it to you these examples have nothing to do with um AI automation agencies but it will give you a great idea how to construct those emails okay then we have case study who and how we helped before the best way to showcase the pain points that we solved again example hey we recently helped this Tik Tok agency that was struggling to find leads just like you go from 0 to 20 sales calls per month in 45 days you're telling the prospect that you've helped someone who was in the exact same shoes achiev the exact same result they are looking for and that's huge because you show relevance the business is very similar to the to the one in your case study and you have social proof because that's the result you actually achieve then we have CTA call to action there are three types hard CTA soft CTA and value CTA value CTA is probably the best performing it means that I've noticed a problem in your business and here's a video that might help you solve it do you mind if I send it to you it's value C because you are going to provide some value without having them to invest time in scheduling calls and so on so I suggest that you use value CA before hard CA because hard CA usually requires people to invest their time and the conversion rate is not so high all right that's it for the cold emails um again I suggest that you watch this video by Jimmy Fang it is much more comprehensive and you will find a lot of insights there but let's move on after C emails I have two more outbound Outreach channels LinkedIn Outreach and AI employee bdr uh like Business Development representative called Artisan for LinkedIn Outreach I usually use links helper that's the best tool I have ever used for LinkedIn and automation let me show you how it works this is the interface my dashboard and you can basically set up different workflows different campaigns within this tool and it is going to imitate your actions on LinkedIn for example you can send out in mutations then follow up with different messages follow up again and in my case whenever someone replies I just engage personally in conversation in LinkedIn but for initial contact that that's great I mean this tool can also gather different lists of people according to your criteria and then set up sequences of various invitations and messages so I like it a lot definitely recommend to all of you and the last one on our list today for the outbound Outreach is artisan.
