NotebookLM: This FREE Google AI Tool Is Making People Rich, But...

there is a free Google AI tool that is making people rich and you've probably never heard of it think about it what if you could turn simple information into cash by leveraging an AI tool that does probably 80 to 90% of the work not by coding not by grinding for hours and not by chasing trends that will disappear in a couple months so look I think the most interesting part of what I'm going to cover is that pretty much nobody is using it and here's per this is a Google Trends VI comparing this tool with

Chad GPT and Gemini just so you can see how little used and known this tool actually is but here's what I believe is even crazier this is not going to last because like with everything that's good the early adopters are already cashing in while everybody else is sleeping on it and right now is the perfect time because like I've said so many times in my videos before AI is the next big wealth wave I know I know I've repeated this a lot but if you're still watching it means that you need to hear it again

because most people are over complicating AI or Worse they're ignoring it completely so today I'm going to show you exactly how to grab your cut step by step using Google's notebook LM so by the time you're going to finish this video you will know three very very simple ways to turn this tool into an income stream no it's not what everybody else is talking about and at the end I'm going to even show you how to combine these methods strategically so so instead of relying on just one you can create a multiple AI powered income

stream system that scales because here's the truth in probably a year or two AI will not be an edge it'll be a requirement and the people who waited well they will be the ones asking themselves the same question as they asked about flipping domain names in the early 2000s or buying Bitcoin when it was I don't know $100 you get the point we in many cases in life ask ourselves what if I had started early earlier so let's get into it so you don't have to ask yourself this question again so the first idea came

to me when I had a conversation with a very deer client of ours we were talking a few weeks ago and they told me that they were paying somebody three to four figures a month for them to write their weekly newsletters and blog posts not because they didn't have the knowledge I mean they are rock stars they absolutely did but because first of all they're not writers second of all they don't have SEO expertise third of all they had better things to do with their time than sitting down and trying to craft the perfect email

or blog every week that's stressful for most entrepreneurs and here's the thing they're not the only ones I would also be looking for somebody like this if I didn't know what I'm going to tell you business owners coaches Consultants they need consistent content but most of them really dislike writing or they don't feel that it's their cup of tea which is why they're more than happy to pay somebody else to do it and that's where you can leverage notebook LM because this makes the pro process so easy when it comes to content writing it'll probably

be one of the easiest side hustle ever because you're not sitting down brainstorming and writing from scratch you are just feeding the AI the right information letting it structure the content and then putting your extra human spin to it in order to finally deliver polished newsletters or blog posts to your clients and in a couple minutes I will share with you a very simple way to scale this like I said but first let me break it down for you step by step all right so step number one you want to pick the type of entrepreneurs

that already pay for content right I'm not going to say you need to Niche that's not the point but the idea is that not every industry is going to pay for newsletters or blog posts you need High ticket niches where people already know the value of good content and ideally where they're already making money with that good content so here are in my opinion the easiest ones to sell to number one coaches and Consultants not all of them ideally you want to focus on Business Health Finance mindset and relationship coaches number two Tech startups and

SAS companies they need blog content but don't have the time most likely the skills to write either number three financial and real estate experts they need credibility and they need Authority building content and they make a lot of money with it so there you go number four marketing agencies agencies need content like air because they need that to build Authority in front of their clients and you can wh label that for them number five Healthcare and wellness Brands doctors therapists Wellness influencers you name it they are looking for this type of content and now a

pro tip is pick a niche where you already have some knowledge or interest I promise you it's going to make the process and the selling a lot easier number two how are we going to use notebook LM to automate the writing so here's where AI does most of the work for you I'm not going to say 100% because you still need to do some of it but step number one you want to ask your client for their best content sources this could be their past blogs their interviews their books course materials I mean even voice

notes I'm saying this because this is how in the past we used to get knowledge for the videos we were working on with our clients we had them send us their slides their presentations some of them would just record voice notes on their phone in the car while driving somewhere to a meeting or a presentation so there are ways that you can source that Insight that knowledge that expertise from your client make sure you do that now uh ninja tip here is that if your client already creates any video or audio content maybe they have

a podcast I don't know you can transcribe that content and I showed you in a previous video how to do that by the way and you can turn that into written knowledge for your notebook LM knowledge base or you could do what we do which is we've created a knowledge extractor GPT which we have trained to ask our clients for the best knowledge on the topic that we are working on to make sure we integrate that but obviously you can also just use AI to research more on the topic and bring that back into notebook

LM if you're going to do research I suggest you try perplexity it's not going to hallucinate as much as chat DPT does speaking of which actually let me address this because it might be um something you've been wondering why should you not use chat GPT and you should use notebook LM for this type of work the reason why I think notebook LM is a lot better for this type of work than chat GPT is that with notebook LM all the knowledge that you are putting into it is considered the source of information so it uh

can stay quite um guard railed within the limits of the knowledge you give it whereas with chat GPT it will be you know having access to all the knowledge that exists out there and sometimes more often than not it hallucinates quite badly so for this type of work you do want to keep yourself uh within the limits of the knowledge of your client if that makes sense now step number two you want to upload everything into notebook LM you can obviously create create a library uh where you document all the knowledge we call it a

knowledge base so that your AI can learn your client style and expertise step number three once you know that you've got all the knowledge gathered then you can ask notebook LM to generate structured drafts for your newsletter for your blog also fully formatted work and what you need to do next is tweak it and deliver it to your client promise me you will not deliver whatever AI you're using notebook LM in our case 100% to your client most of the time they will be able to tell that it is generated by Ai and you'll have

learned not much in the process my suggestion is that you take the output because the AI is supposed to help you not replace you right so take the output and then go through it and make it sound human make it sound like somebody actually put their heart into it right so don't just take it and give it away also they could very easily put that into AI detection tool and they will see that it is 100% generated with AI and you might not be able to then have that client on record you know so you

can charge a retainer every month and make long-term money with them trust me you don't want to get there I know in my case I wouldn't want to be in that situation either I always strive for any of the clients we work with to give them the best quality and never give them something that I personally have not touched influenced worked on and made sure that is the best quality we could have provided now step number three you can sell that as a high ticket service now as I said you are not selling AI written

content you are selling consistent highquality thought leadership content that builds their brand and trust with their future customers right so a lot of you messaged me after the previous videos that I've posted in terms of the pricing strategy how much should you charge well you can very easily look for benchmarks and Industry prices so just for you to get an idea what I would suggest you get started with especially if you don't have a whole lot of writing experience you can charge for one blog post per week something like $500 a month or maybe for

a newsletter per week you could start at $800 a month if you're looking at full content retainer which includes blog posts emails maybe even social you could probably go to like 2 to 3,000 a month it also depends on the frequency of the work that you need to provide as well as the length the complexity and so on and so forth now in terms of the easiest way to get clients probably in my experience the easiest way would be to find coaches and Consultants or experts who are already publishing content but they're not doing it

consistently because they're the ones who already know they need to stay on top of mine but they probably don't have the time or somebody on their team to help them with this so reach out and offer them a free sample newsletter or a blog post based on their existing content and if you do it right they will use it and see already the impact and once they see how easy it is they will come to you and closing will probably be very very easy now if you're wondering why would this strategy be easier than selling

your own newsletter I wanted to address that because I think it's really important I know most people are thinking well I'll just start my own paid newsletter you know how morning Brew are doing it I can do that too and yes you can do that but here's what my thought process was in terms of getting clients I think getting hyping clients is a lot easier than getting a lot lot of low paying clients if that makes sense and here's the math you only need a couple high-paying clients for you to be able to make $3

to $5,000 a month you just need two to five clients that are paying you a couple thousand right you don't need to build an audience first you can get paid immediately it is a lot easier to then upsell them and stack income because once they love you and they love your work they will pay more for extra content then once you have the skill and the process dialed in you can launch your own newsletter if you want but with cash flow already coming in if that makes sense now if writing isn't your thing then don't

worry because the next method requires zero writing at all and businesses will literally pay you just for organizing information let's get into it okay so this idea comes both from personal experience with my own online courses but also from a recent conversation that I had with a very very good friend who is a fantastic coach look most online coaches and Educators have amazing knowledge but they also have a problem which I used to have back in the day they see that most students never finish their courses which is a big issue because that means if

the student doesn't get the result then you don't get the testimonial which means it's going to be harder to sell later on and why do the students not finish the course well it's because they struggle to stay engaged most of the time because the coach or educator did not have the time to create extra learning materials and because of this coaches and course creators are leaving a ton of money on the table why am I saying this well because studies are showing that online course completion rates are under 15% and one of the biggest reasons

is that students struggle to keep up they don't know how to move from one phase to the other so why do they drop off usually too much information and not enough Clarity no structured materials to reinforce that learning and no accountability so they lose motivation this is by the way from um study done by research gate which is an online learning Consortium there is clearly good news courses with interactive materials like workbooks and guided exercises they can boost retention by up to 70% which means 70% more likelihood of that coach to get amazing testimonials and

be able to sell a lot more so that's where you come in because with notebook LM you can extract structure and package that content that the coach has into high value learning materials with pretty much no effort let me break it down so step number one you need to find coaches who need course enhancements not every coach is going to be the right fit but you need as I said before high ticket course creators who already sell programs but are missing that structured support material iial aspect who should you look into well ideally course creators

that you've already taken courses from that will be the easiest to sell if not then look into business and marketing coaches because they usually need a bunch of worksheets templates growth road maps maybe look into health and wellness experts usually they tend to use a lot of um habit trackers and meal planning and fitness guides you could look into career coaches or leadership coaches because they need um all sorts of Frameworks and um goal setting Workshop um materials or action plans or you could look into spiritual and personal development coaches because usually they need all

sorts of like transformation Frameworks and the likes so where do you find them you probably know I like LinkedIn and X or Twitter you can go and just search course creator or coaching program usually you can find plenty of them just like that if not then go to kajabi teachable udemy many many creators you will be able to find there now step number two is how do we use notebook LM to automate the process well first step is you need to ask your client for their course materials you cannot copy stuff that has not been

given to you that is intellectual property being breached so do not do that ask them for their materials whether that's presentations PDFs videos maybe it doesn't matter whatever materials they have and that they can give you that'll be perfect you can just create a new knowledge base in your notebook LM and put all of that information there once you have the knowledge base then you can let AI structure that content whether already in lessons if they don't have the course created or you can start working on generating high value course enhancements what do I mean

by that well you could work on creating workbooks like stepbystep exercises to reinforce the lessons you could propose some cheat sheets which are basically like quick reference guides with u the takeaways and the the summary of the insights I don't know if you are very good with notion then you can take that even one step further and you can create some notion dashboards for Progress tracking that's not AI but notion has AI so I'm cheating a bit or you can do something that um um I will talk more about in the next idea which is

a automatic podcast I'll tell you everything about it most coaches don't know this is possible and you are going to blow them away and you can I guess offer this as a bonus to help them sell a premium package with zero extra work for them and for you now step number three is how do you sell that as a high ticket service well coaches already charge usually $500 to $5,000 per course so adding structured done for you resources is probably going to to easily justify higher pricing so how should you look at pricing if you're

going to do a single course enhancement like a workbook cheat sheet something like that probably a couple hundred but if you're going to work on the full course upgrades like the audio summaries that I'm going to talk about workbook templates tracking then you can probably look into something around1 to $2,000 and if you're going to support them on an ongoing basis if that's something that they require then you could look at something even higher than that and the easiest way to find clients is is to as I said pick a popular course on udemy or

kajabi take a snippet of their content and turn that into a simple workbook you don't have to take a snippet of too much of the content as I said and once you create that workbook then you can DM them and say hey I've loved your course on this and this here's how it helped me but I also had to create this workbook to help support my learning and if you want to help your students not struggle and keep up with your lessons then I would be more than happy to create create this and more similar

supporting documents for you most of them are going to instantly see the value and once they do they'll pay you to do the rest now how do you scale this fast once you've done this for a few clients then you don't have to start from scratch every time first of all because you know what kind of supporting documents are most required so you can already suggest them and you will probably most of the time already have um systemized template that you can leverage I'm not saying you should sell the same template to all the coaches

because it'll not make sense everybody has a unique program that they're taking students through right but you can offer a course enhancement package as a standardized service like a a oneoff payment with all the supporting documents now you can also look into training a virtual assistant or creating an agent to help handle that AI processing so then you can focus on client Outreach and sales the best part is that once you've built that streamlined workflow then you can serve a lot of clients with minimum work at the same time in parallel I mean coaches need

this AI makes it easy and you're getting paid and if you're still watching you're probably realizing this is just the tip of the iceberg so let's move to the next one because this is going to blow your mind just like it did mine so this third idea is about turning forgotten knowledge into modern money let me explain most people think making money with books means writing a bestseller right but I'm going to show you that you could start an AI powered audio book or podcast Channel business without writing writing a single word and it's completely

legal and it's going to be a massive success because right now millions of books are in the public domain if you didn't know which means that anyone can reuse remix and demonetize them and here's the thing almost nobody's doing that but before I show you how to set this up let's talk a little bit about why this is such a massive opportunity right now because trust me it's bigger than ever think about it people still love classic books I'm thinking thinking go rich or The Art of War or Med ations but there's a problem nowadays

most people don't have time to read 300 Page books anymore right I do but I have a workaround but Studies have shown that the number one reason people don't read nowadays more books is because they don't have the time 81% of audio book listeners say that they prefer audiobooks because they can multitask that's what I do 2x it's perfect also YouTube is now if you didn't know the number one platform for podcasts in the US even bigger than Spotify and apple podcasts this was also mentioned in this year's uh YouTube CEO's press release if you

haven't seen it it's amazing if you're on YouTube go take a look also if you're looking at short form content it's been exploding for the last couple of years 50% of podcast listeners say that they prefer quick digestible episodes over long recordings and most of the time this is how podcast hosts bring their audience through that short form content that's why audiobook podcasts and YouTube summaries are outperforming traditional books people still want the knowledge they want to learn it but they want it faster and easier to consume which makes sense right so instead of trying

to sell books what if you turn them into bingeable podcast series that people actually have time for and what if AI did 90% of the work for you and that's exactly what I'm going to show you so step number one you need to go to the public domain because not all books are worth repurposing but also not all books are available for repurpose so you need Timeless High Dem and topics books that still resonate and the best part as I said is that they've already proven that they sell here I'm thinking um philosophy and mindset

books like meditations Marcus aelas The Art of War or Think and Grow Rich or you could look into business and wealth building like how to win friends and influence people it's one of the best books in the world or the science of getting rich you can also look into self-improvement or psychology books like as a man thinketh or Sigman Freud's writings pretty much all of the books that were written before I think 1929 you also have a ton of natural remedies and wellness books you've got a bunch of esoteric and hid knowledge books like the

cabalion for example people still study these books today they buy them but instead of digging through dense old text they probably would much rather listen to a modernized digestible version so that's how you can use notebook LM because most people assume that creating an audiobook or podcast requires hours of narration editing and production not anymore notebook LM actually has a hidden feature where it automatically converts books into structured Spoken Word podcast episodes so here's how it works first of all you're going to need to go and download one of these books the easiest way to

do it is to go to Project guten bag to um Google uh archive or to internet Library I'm going to link all of these ones and a few more in the free ebook that we have been starting to work on and by the way thank you for your patience when it comes to the ebook from the previous episode I know it took us a little bit longer than usual but I hope you saw the value that we put in there if you haven't seen that one or if you want to get this one then go

just a simple YouTube video also you could use the other platforms like Spotify or apple podcasts that also an option as well and what you can do is you can also use AI I don't know mid Journey Chad GPT to create some beautiful visuals that will complement the audio that you will have just created and what I really like about this idea is that once you create a great series then it's going to work on autopilot because people are going to binge through every single episode share it with their friends and keep coming back for

the next episode and now let's talk about how you make money from this okay because at this point you have valuable AI powered content but we need to figure out how you turn it into an income stream and that's how I think things get interesting because you're not just going to be making money one way you're going to be stacking multiple income streams number one YouTube ad Revenue once your channel grows you reach the th000 subscribers and the 4,000 watchtime hours you're going to start making money for all the views that you're getting number two

you can sell Audi books right you can put them on gumroad for example or on a audible as self-published and you can sell them there you could start a patreon membership and you can offer Early Access for example or exclusive bonus episodes or just full new audio books or you can start working with affiliate marketing or brand deals and sponsorships for anyone who wants to place ads onto your content but the real magic I think happens when you scale this Beyond just one book so let's talk about scaling you guys know I like that so

once you've got a system you shouldn't stop at one book right instead of of doing one book at a time I think you can turn this into a full-blown podcast brand so you could create something like 10 laws of wealth for example where you could break down all the financial wisdom from public domain books or if you're into like ancient knowledge then you can probably make content around ancient wisdom for Modern Life and you can bring together lessons from stoic philosophers and ancient texts and self-improvement Classics or you could look into something like um the

science of success where you could do a deep dive on psychology and productivity and winning mindsets and then each one of these it's going to become a bingeable series with all the episodes that you're monetizing individually if that makes sense okay so YouTube is going to grow your audience audiobooks are going to bring in passive income and patreon can build you that recurring Revenue before you know it you've built an AI powered content Empire without even writing one word and what I like about this model is that the book already exists AI does the processing

you just distribute and monetize and that's how you turn for God and knowledge into modern money whether you're helping business owners stay visible with content or boosting core sales or improve learning materials that they're using uh the demand is already there you just need to step in and offer the solution and remember that AI is not the future it is happening now so go ahead try these out join the community if you want to be part of the conversation if you want to be there where we discuss new ideas where uh we discuss more details
