so many of you probably know who this guy is well he's possibly the most iconic bodybuilder of all time winning seven Mr Olympia titles but also creating a legacy which will live on forever you guessed it his name is Arnold today I decided to find out exactly what his buing diet was to achieve such an insane physique and I also put it to the test myself to see how hard it actually was to eat oh this is absolutely horrible anyway let's get into it so first of all I needed to find out what his breakfast
was and after doing a bit of research I stumbled into this video in the morning if you gave me just three scrambled eggs with a little bit of bacon and so there was my answer so for breakfast Arnold would have three scrambled eggs two slices of bacon two slices of buttered toast and finally two glasses of milk he would eat this around 7:30 a.m. and my first thoughts about it is that it's very high in protein to be fair I actually really enjoyed that so it's around 10:00 a.m. where Arnold would have his second meal
of the day this would usually be half a chicken sandwich a boiled egg and a glass of milk I'm sure most people would think of this as their lunch but for Arnold this was literally just a light snack it really does explain how he got so big though because to think that it's not even in the afternoon yet and this diet already consists of 1,700 calories and 100 G of protein honestly absolutely crazy really enjoyed that one to be [Music] fair right people so I'm now at my first two meals of the day so it's
time to go and hit an Arnold inspired chest session he would usually do up to 26 sets for each session when working large muscle groups and to also think that it would go to the gym twice a day is absolutely crazy to be fair if you think about it you can see why you need all of this food so for the third meal of the day Arnold would have a cheese sandwich a chicken sandwich two more glasses of milk and some fruit to finish off so we've got the meal here I can't actually say I've
ever had this before a very strange mix of foods but I mean it must have worked for him so let's get it down [Music] there I can't actually get over how good this guy's physique was though honestly like on a serious note if you look at all of the body body builders today yes their physiques are impressive and I'm not trying to be disrespectful but there was just something about the old school physiques that was just so different so yeah anyway let me get back to this [Music] meal okay people so I had a little
bit of spare time in my hands so I thought why not just do an ice bath this isn't something that he would personally do but as he was from Austria I just felt it had to be [Music] done if you've not already watched my last video I actually do this in it as part of a morning routine and honestly it was actually so good so i' definitely recommend watching [Music] it that's a minute gone I'm getting [Music] out so it's around this time where Arnold would have his fourth meal of the day this was a
slightly smaller portion than the others and would only consist of three slices of cheese a boiled egg and a glass of milk so this isn't really a meal to be fair but as small as it is it does actually consume a lot of protein and calories so it is an easy way to bulk C what's funny is that Arnold actually used to say that milk was for babies I don't know if this was him just trying to troll people but I do know for sure he drank a hell of a lot of it why would
anyone want to eat just cheese well to be fair you probably actually didn't want to eat it but got to do what you got to do for the gains aren't you oh this is absolutely [Music] horrible I really do not enjoy that meal that was horrible so the fifth meal of the day was probably the most important and consisted off some beef salad and vegetables and a glass of milk okay so like I said this meal was probably the most important of the day for Arnold mainly due to the high amounts of protein in the
mint beef but yeah another thing I have noticed as well is that the old school bodybuild buers had literally no carbs in their diet it's also very clear that these old school bodybuilders didn't drink much alcohol or eat sugary Foods also I'm going to add a little bit of my own flavor into this and get some gravy on it a lot of you probably think I'm weird for that though let's get it down [Music] there basically finished that I just going to see time just get this D me now [Music] okay so it's now time
for the final bit of food to finish the day off and it's literally just a protein shake this consists of one egg one scoop of ice cream and two glasses of milk honestly this day of eating has to be the most random choice of foods ever like I've honestly ate all sorts of different things today but to finish it off I'm going to get this down me I'm going to bed so overall in this Bulan diet there is a total of 4,000 calories and 192 g of protein to say Arnold would have this every single
