eat it in my life when you've gone through literal hell on Earth multiple times in your life you usually aren't searching for demons but for some reason I'm craving it uh no I've wanted to do this for a while and I was never able to convince Ryland he always said this was a bad idea and then the other night I was like so excited for spooky season talking about Halloween what costumes we're going to get how we're going to match as a family I want us to go as you know like the Autumn mix where

it's not just candy corn it's candy corn and then all the gross weird flavors that nobody wants I want to be that like I want to be the pumpkin Ryland will be like that weird nut one and then the boys is candy corn I mean this is why you have children what was that talking about right demons so this week all of our plans kind of got put on hold we were supposed to film a podcast and filmed some sort of conspiracy video and then Jared and Sandy had something come up Chris had surgery which

is crazy he texted me at like 5: in the morning he's like hey really quick I don't know if I'll be able to make it tomorrow I'm in the hospital having emergency surgery so uh I'll keep you posted I was like huh but thank God he is okay he is recovering he wants to film a podcast next week which I think is too soon so we might postpone that but yes thoughts and prayers and I know Chris is terrified of ghost and after the last experience we had he was like yeah I think I'm good

on that you heard that right oh my God R so I figured this was the perfect time to try something I've been wanting to try for years which I will explain to everybody in a minute so Ryland Elia here Spencer's on his way but because Chris isn't here we're going to be filming this video ourselves so just letting you know this video is going to look a little trashy I'm just going to be passing the camera off to people I'll be filming Spencer Lizzy and we'll just see how this goes here let me just unsuction

to labor at where are we going well you know I'm not going to tell you yet you're not going to tell me what we're doing so it's not the you expect me to take my pregnant best friend to an undisclosed location this is like what happened to Lacy Peterson isn't it oh my God no oh and then I'm going to come forward is the biological dad okay well Spencer knows what we're doing um okay well let me see would you like me to film you yeah do you want to take the god it looks really

for ghosts and my nipples just got pigment so right I'm not trying to go but I had an idea something I've wanted to do I feel like you're really far away well it's because this lens is so narrow I need you to get a I need you to invest can we just use my camera just zoom out okay I'm zoomed all the way out and your big head's the only thing in frame I mean I'm not lying what can you imagine what you want can you imagine if Chris was this mean to me no what

cookie is the same amount of calories at this entire meal girl what why 920 calories in this one cookie 9 I think 60 calories in this one meal why throw these away and these are all sugar and the Olivia Rodrigo cookie which is even like it's two cookies that thing made us sick is that 1,800 calories no 960 calories which is literally the exact same as this entire In-N-Out meal also the same as five tacos from Taco Bell uh a 3X3 from In-N-Out three pieces of large Domino's Pizza is that crazy that's [ __ ]

up so okay here's the thing I F on a rabbit hole about this because I started gaining like a lot of weight last year and I was trying to put my finger on it and then I realized we were getting crumbles every single week and but you know we'd sample them so we'd get that cutter the four-way cutter and we cut them and we you know just try here and try there whatever and when I looked on the app I was like let me see how many calories this is the pink sugar cookie it said

oh it's only like 200 calories and I was like oh that's pretty good I just want to point out before I get into this that if you go on crumble to order their cookies they advertise them as 120 calories calorie D I know n this ain't 120 calories but that's a serving size and these are not a single serving size but they're a single cookie a serving of a crumble cookie is only 1/4 of the cookie so if you actually look at the nutrition facts there's a little star next to it you need to read

the fine print sir and it's like 200 calories star and when you look at the star it says calor CR are per serving for a serving which is 1/4 of a cookie which which is why like I always thought they sold those Cutters yeah so you could like share with your friends it's fun no they sell those so that legally they can say well yeah obviously is serving as a fourth that's why we give you the cutter perfect I mean they don't give you the cutter you have to buy the cutter I know but still

like that's why I just find that that's kind of like a little messed up that's a little deceiving it's a little deceiving isn't that crazy that's so [ __ ] up 1,000 calories per cookie so when people are getting and listen not to like shame anybody or trigger eaten diso I get it but like the fact that one cie is that's half the calories you consume in a day right it's crazy so recently literally today I was looking at the app cuz I was like oh let me screenshot the app so I can show the

star thing you know the calories serving size whatever they took it away so now when you go to the app it doesn't tell you calories you have to like search for them you have to like click on the cookie more info click on that click on this and then it shows you the nutrition facts they're so good but they do make me feel sick and this confirms why listen I'm not I'm not trying to cancel crumble I love crumble I'm still going to eat them and order them and stuff like this one's really tasty it's

so good she did that but it is crazy that they like are kind of skirting around the I'd much rather eat this for that many calories you could also get all Big Mac and fries for the same calories as this one lemon cookie that does look good actually though I'd like a bite of that so there no it's not really a theory I just thought it was kind of fascinating and also an excuse to eat in and out in crumbles with my friends thank God cuz that beef stick is no more it is time to

eat again ladies all right well let's swallow this up and go go to the cemetery I have to pee really bad should I pee at crumbles after I just expose them you should you just try to see if there's you can see if they have the calories anywhere on the menu oh inside yeah we've promoted and eaten so many of their cookies I don't think like we could do any more damage than we've done promotion no and my blood like I was getting blood tests and my doctor was like oh my God what are you
