imagine disappearing for 18 days and coming back stronger prouder happier and 10 times better that's exactly what we're going to discuss in this video we've all felt stuck sucked up by dopamine procrastination or other people constantly distracted and not really making significant progress so this is the protocol I made to step away for a second reset and come back great and why does Vanishing work because when you cut out all the noise you gain Clarity mental Clarity you stop reac acting to the world around you and you start building from within now that might sound
a little vague so let's just get to it there are two prerequisites to starting this protocol that is waking up at 4:30 a.m. and deleting social media now the reason you have to wake up so early is because most of you have either school or work in the morning and you have to do deep work before school or work in this protocol and in order to do that you have to wake up hours before you have to go so now let's get to it this discipline you have to build discipline and the way to do
that is simply by doing hard things that David Gaga mentality you have to do something hard every single [ __ ] day and that way you'll build discipline it kind of works like training a muscle right when you train you gain so you have to train that discipline in order to gain that discipline so do something hard like a 10k run or a super high-intensity workout every day fitness now you have to make sure that every single day you do at at least one physical activity whether that's a half an hour ab workout or a
real workout workout in the gym for multiple hours you have to do a physical activity every single day your body fuels your mind and when you train you build strength not only physically but also mentally mental health SL mindfulness so this part is basically a dopamine detox where you've already deleted social media at this point and there are three main mindfulness SL mental health habits and those are meditation journaling and walks Now by doing at least two of these habits every day you basically heal your mind from all the dopamine and stimulation that you've had
before and you'll clear your mind so you can focus on what's actually important now it might sound stupid to you improving your mental health but you can overlook this it gives you self-respect a better self-image confidence trust in your own abilities it'll free up your mind you'll be able to focus more on deep work and ultimately it will just make you make more progress and lastly fulfilling work/ business now for this part you have to work on something whether it's a business or a project work on something that fulfills you and which you would basically
be able to do for your entire life so you have to work on whatever is your purpose or your current Mission and you get this work done right after waking up and that's why you have to wake up at 4:30 a.m. because you have to wake up before school and do the hard work work wake up and like rub your eyes turn around sit at your desk your desk don't brush your teeth don't shower nothing drink a glass of water and get to work this way you'll not only focus better but there's no room for
procrastination I've been doing this for multiple months now and it's honestly I've never been so productive and that I'm I'm not making that up I've never been so productive now that I've started doing my work as soon as I wake up when I started doing this protocol everything changed my business started making progress my mental health is better my fitness is better my goals are clearer I'm making more progress in in in basically everything and it wasn't an overnight transformation it took a little bit of time and it just goes to show that if you
