how can you train your mind to heal your body it's actually very easy when you understand that the first thing to do is to take a look at your language imagine you come at the doctor and go oh I've got stress or my daughter said I've got anxiety now you're going to start describing I've got anxiety or stress maybe what that looks like without understanding something so important the strongest force in all human beings is this we act in a way that matches up how we are defining ourselves if there's something you want to heal
a physical illness an emotional issue maybe it's a stomach problem a digestion problem maybe it's a broken ankle you've got to be aware how are you discussing it do you say things I've got one of my migraines I've got my stress for tummy today I've got my anxiety attack first of all never prefix anything you want to be real with my my is an ownership word come to my house this is my kid this is my cat this is my car this is my business only of course something might if you wish to own it
and you're deeply proud of it so the first step to anything you want to heal is never call it my I've got my tension my upset Styles in my cancer my cancer Journey no no it's the if you don't want to keep it call it the and then take a really long hard look how are you talking about this issue this ailment this illness if I can only give you an example about me I got run over my leg and Ankle were broken in many many places and I was given a bad diagnosis you might
never walk properly again one leg could be shorter you'll always have arthritis might never wear heels again and I knew if I went down that road oh I might never wear heels again wow I could have one leg shorter I'm thinking of something am I mind's job is to work to make my thoughts so you know my job is to not think a negative thought my mind's doing a job and my job is to help it out instead of saying oh my God look at my foot what a mess it's so swollen has to go
my left foot is going to be exactly like my right foot so I understood I had to be very specific with language I began to command to direct to instruct a code my left foot to go back to its original coding and to work properly we have to be aware that every word you speak and every thought you think is way more than that it's a blueprint that your mind body and psyche working to make real so you've got to stop saying things like I always get headaches where and I get a cold when I
run down my back goes like when I'm run down I get stomach issues and I'm under stress because it's different for all of us but you want to focus on the opposite and I have something I call Dick therapy and I call it that because it's very easy to remember what dick therapy and Dick simply means you direct you instruct you code you command you compel you condition your body to work the way nature intended to work perfectly properly easily naturally when you're using your imagination to imagine the opposite so there's the opposite of having
a headache the opposite of having a back that goes out when I'm stressed the opposite of having a nervous tummy so I have a nervous tummy a very delicate tummy I can't eat a lot when I'm worried my tummy goes whatever it is we gotta now do the opposite and we've got to use all the sounds what does it feel like to have a normal stomach so you can eat anything and go anywhere and things happen but you just have a normal stomach your stomach is normal it's designed to digest food and it does its
job of course the stomach is also the seat of our emotions but it does that job too so when I was using my mind to command direct instruct code and compel my left foot to be exactly like my right one I'd imagine what did it looked like all the bones of course I knew what the bones was like in the foot I'd seen my x-ray I imagined all the bones as completely straight and all the ligaments are straight and my daughter it's not the bones it's the ligaments they've got to knit together so I'd imagine
my leg went so it's really thirsty knitting having a little knitting and knitting themselves together and I'd say every day knit yourself together knit yourself together I was telling them what to do so I'd feel that feeling of my ligaments knitting together my bones being so my doctor said what's going to happen is you're going to come in and you're going to stand on this plate as your bones will stay together or they'll all break apart and we won't know till you do it but I knew when he told me that I could make the
picture oh I bet it all falls apart I'm going to stand on it actually they're all going to fall apart and back to square one but I also knew the opposite I'm going to stand on the X-ray play and the bones are perfect I'm going to hear that I go wow you've done it this is amazing so I was hearing him say this is great this is fantastic wow the bones look so good I was imagine what that felt like to stand on that plate with a strong healthy healed fused bones in my feet I
could see it I could feel I could hear it and so I'm going to take you through an exercise I'm going to show you how to do this it's much easier than it seems you are responding to your words when you say things like I knew I would get sick when I went there I ate that chicken and then it was a bit uncooked I knew I'd get I knew I'd get fat I knew I'd gain weight I knew that would go wrong you are manifesting you're a master manifest already just manifest better it's a
choice you're going to go down that road or that road that road is talking yourself into getting sick and staying sick and that road is talking itself out of it because if you're not choosing to have better health you might be choosing to have not good health so choose to think better thoughts remembering your mind's job is to make your thoughts real and your job is to think better thoughts all the time so your mind can make them real so let's do a little exercise right now just close your eyes and just imagine you've got
a tape recorder if you've recorded yourself for the last week and you play I think oh wow yes I do say that a lot cut off from you've decided to stop using negative language about your health if that's all you did and nothing else that alone can change your entire life and it can change what happens with your house so today let's all decide right now let's make a decision to stop using negative language of course we have to be aware of what we're saying in order to stop it so maybe no one's told you
when you say I've got my headache I've got my my brush I've got my nervous skin I've got my allergy that you're making it real you need to stop using those negative words so look at your language look at your behavior look at your actions look at the outcome because when you're planning all of this you are sadly planning to get sick and I want you to change all of that little changes big changes but when you change your language when you change your thoughts when you change your beliefs you change everything so that's the
preparation you must do that and then we're going to do some dick energy work right now so I want you to imagine you're simply scanning your body from your head down to your toes you're starting with your head and you're going down your toes and you might say oh my issue is my knees or it's my hips or it's my joints or it's my stomach it's my gut it's my head because we all have different issues but scan yourself and notice where your particular issue is and notice how you talk about the issue I've got
one of my migraines or I've got one of my UPS I've got a cold again I always get colds when I'm stressed or you know I'm the first person in flu season I know I'm going to get the flu had a client who said every day I'm losing my this is going to make me lose my and suddenly he got terrible gut problems which is hardly surprising if you say a lot you've made it true with Fascination take notice of your language and decide to change it now and now looking at your scanning adding that
to the language you're ready to change everything by doing this I'm going to say you're going to repeat it I'm going to say again you're going to repeat it and then you're going to add in your particular issue so I'm going to say just listen first I direct instruct I code compel and condition my body to go back to its original coding and to work perfectly and probably exactly as nature intended it too it's a bit long but let's do it again just listen to me say I direct instruct code compel and condition my body
to work perfectly and properly because I know it can and I want you to just repeat that I'll say it slowly join in I direct instruct code compel and condition my body to work perfectly and properly and I know it can and now I want you to add in an issue it might be my stomach my head my gut my skin my teeth my gums my digestion my immune system my metal you can pick whatever you want so we're going to say this but you're going to fill in the blanks I'm going to go dot

the ideal time is in the shower in the shower it's a meditative estate water is what else you're going to do and they go I love the smell of this soap or I love this temperature use that time we shower and bathe every day to say with your eyes closed let's do it I pretend you're in the shower repeat after me I direct instruct code compel and condition my body to work perfectly properly every part of my body to work perfectly and probably and I know it can let's do this one together I direct instructor
code compel and condition my immune system to be perfect my immune system is being coded directed instructed to work perfectly properly powerfully and I know it can let me tell you a little story while we think about your immune system many years ago the Rainbow Children in Cleveland showed children a little puppet show and there was a policeman puppy and he was attacking a germ and when they finished watching the show they lay down and they imagined this was going on in their body that all of their good cells were attacking the germs and killing
this germs and getting rid of the germs beating up the germs basically we've probably used different language now and then they swapped these children's cheeks and their immunoglobulin levels their levels of protein that would fight an illness was so high because their bodies have made that real as they imagined their good cells fighting and rendering defeating germs exactly what they thought of happened and these were just children so if we can do their everyday think of good things happening in our body my digestive enzymes are breaking down through the saliva in my mouth is so
powerful it breaks down food it creates food and light into perfect healthy tissue in me my ability to pass things out of my body easily is great I drink a lot of water and I'm so hydrated and because of that my blood pressure is perfect I mean you you can really take your pick here but the Mind likes to be excited and turned on the way you feel about everything is down to two things the pictures you make in your head and the words you say so when you're doing this dick energy dick healing energy
use powerful words and powerful pictures use pictures of healing use pictures of Wellness my immune system is phenomenal my digestive system is awesome we think a thought and the body works so hard to make our thoughts real because while you have a choice of what to say and how to think your body has no choice but to act on your thoughts so let's do it one more time close your eyes and I want you to say my body is the most mind-boggling thing I'll ever own in my whole life my body is this most mind-boggling
price of thing I'll ever own and knowing that I've decided as the word decision again to treat it with respect and kind of you know if you just do a couple of nice things for your body it will do hundreds of nice things back if you drink water put some good stuff into your body and get enough sleep and move around a bit just those four things will dramatically change your health if you do there's four things maybe it'll do 144 things back for you every day so close your eyes and imagine this Priceless thing
that you own that you've never really cared about or thought about or looked after and today is a day you decide to change decide to love that body to do those four things only and to wait and watch as your body does 10x back you do four things it does 40 things it does 440 things and you remember all the time you can manifest best health and you can manifest illness I mean we get ill for all kinds of reasons it's not your fault if you get ill and it may be impossible to go through
life and never get an illness but you still have the choice so I taught myself into being sick now or out of it so let me just recap what you're going to do you're going to change your language you're going to really focus what does it look like feel like sound like smell like taste like to be healthy and in the show you're going to go I direct instruct command code and compel my dot dot dot to work perfectly and properly and you can break it down you can go I direct and then you can
say I instruct and then I code then condition then compel and you can really play with this it's easy if you spent two minutes a day doing this it would be life-changing and you don't really need more than two three four minutes and remember if you say oh well I've got a wonky eye or a dodgy knee or a funny hair or I just have terrible digestion I gain weight looking at food that's become your definition of yourself change it change it I have a great metabolic rate if you don't know what to say what's
the opposite we've got a dodgy hip my hips are perfectly lined I've got a funny knee that goes out my knees right my back always goes out when I'm stressed my spine is perfectly lined and strong and I'm strong we're going to give you a lot more videos to help you really understand what Dick Energy and deck healing is but it's powerful beyond belief that's why I gave it that name you'll always remember it but remember you have more agent over your healing than anyone else in the world remember every thought you think has a
