But to reduce its speed, we need to change the quality of our thoughts. If you ask the mind to reduce its thoughts, it will not happen. That is why when we sit in meditation When they sit for the first time, and are yet to learn.

We get a picture of how to sit with eyes closed, and not to do anything. So they feel they need to close their eyes and sit like this. And not think about anything.
And they try not to think about anything. But they feel that they are creating more thoughts than before. They get scared of so many thoughts, and they get angry.
They say it is not possible for me to meditate, it is very difficult for me. Because when we sit idle and don't do anything And we just focus on our mind, then we will know how much is going on here. And our mind's speed is so fast There are so many waste thoughts from a quality perspective.
And most importantly, when we try to stop them, the thoughts in the mind don't stop. If we tell our mind not to think like this, it doesn't stop. It will stop for a second and then start speaking the same way again.
There is a saying that When you win over the mind, you win over the world. One who wins over his mind, will win over the world. When you win over the mind, you win over the world means I the soul reside in this body which is my world.
I live in this world around me. But first I need to live here in this body. I need to first win this world.
Then my family is my world. Then my workplace is my world. To win over all these To win means to create a good relationship with all these.
Who should I win first? To win means it should go according to me. If I say I need to think like this, then my mind should think like this.

Today we are sitting at home and thinking about work. We are going to work and we are thinking about the fight that happened at home. We are sitting here and the mind is there.
Often when we are sitting with our family children or family members say - You are not here. We get even more angry. We ask - Can't you see that I am sitting here.
They say - I can see that you are not present here. You are just sitting here, but you are not here. Doesn't it happen?

But your mind is wandering in so many places in such a short time. We feel it is normal. That the mind will not sit at one place.

It will think about what is happening in the country. It will think about what is happening in the world. It will think about war in another country.
It will think about what is happening in our neighbour's house. This is normal. The mind will keep thinking.
This is how we thought. But sometimes we don't pay attention to the fact That each and every thought which we are thinking It doesn't just remain here. The vibration of each and every thought reaches our body.
There are so many cells in this body. Science teaches us that every thought which you are creating It goes to every cell in your body. That is why doctors say that majority of illnesses are psychosomatic.
Psychosomatic means it starts from the psyche. It starts from the mind. In the last few years There have been sudden heart attacks reported.
Sudden illnesses. Just now they are fine. Suddenly they came to know that there is cancer in their body.
They go to the doctor and say - I have never had even a fever till now. How did I get such a serious illness suddenly? The doctor says it is because of lifestyle.
For every illness, doctors say it is because of lifestyle. Because it is a lifestyle illness. But even when we know that we need to have a good lifestyle What do we do about our lifestyle?
We eat and drink well. We do yoga, pranayam, exercise, walk. We sleep well.

We are scolding someone else Is the heart beat of the person who is getting scolded, fine? Who is getting affected more? The person who is getting angry or the person who is getting scolded?

It is possible that you were scolded someone today morning or two days ago. This person is getting scolded. This person is scolding.
This scolding was for this person. It was not for this person. This person was only scolding the other person.
Who is getting affected more? The person who is getting scolded or one who is scolding? Tell me.
Because today we have a belief that when we get angry, people will listen to us. When we get angry, children will listen to us. So we keep using the weapon of anger several times a day.
So whose mind and body is getting affected first by that anger? The person who is getting angry or the person who is receiving that anger? Tell me.
Whose mind and body is getting affected first? Which hand is getting affected first? Right hand.
We all bought an oximeter during covid, isn't it? We all have it at home. Next time when someone is angry at home Connect the oximeter to the person who is getting angry.
It's a small device, isn't it? Connect the oximeter on the person's finger - of the one who is getting angry. At that moment we will know how much effect it has on the body.

Who is getting all his thought vibrations? Where are they reaching? It reaches us as we scolded him.
