invite yourself to enjoy these five minutes of relaxation by entering into whatever position feels best right now listening to what your body wants even if only for these five minutes lovingly close your eyes once you're ready and invite your awareness to begin to become more and more present with your breath noticing how it feels at the tip of your nose all the way down to your lower abdomen exploring and following Sensations as they call you trusting where your awareness flows as you gently observe your breath without judging it letting it be whatever it is perhaps
gifting yourself the experience of allowing the air to feel as free as it wishes [Music] letting belly be soft and loose if that feels right to you feeling it expand as you breathe in a really tuning into a sense of Letting Go and relaxing as you [Music] as you perhaps inviting muscles in your face to relax letting forehead be heavy letting cheeks nose and draw go Slack [Music] inviting shoulders to hang down now foreign let your body be heavy you can let yourself be held by gravity feel the Earth holding you feel how you are
