older people you're going to want a grandpa or anything of the sorts for our example right here we have this clip right here of a mom talking for 30 seconds to administrate and nothing really blocks her face and she's just talking to the camera there's no captions so this is a really good initial video for us to use as an example so I'm going to use her video as an example if you want to record your own grab your mom your sister your dad it doesn't matter because their face and their voice and whatever they

say are going to be taken out and replaced by AI anyways this is just an example but basically we're going to go ahead and use snap tick right here to download the video and if you don't know what snap tick is there should be a link down below it's completely free it basically downloads a Tik Tok video without any watermarks and we want to click download HD and there's an ad that we have to to watch but hey it's free anyways so go ahead and download it via snap tick all right now that we downloaded

our initial Sample video we're going to want to go ahead and replace her face by AI made face there's a website called Art Guru the link should be in the description down below but it's completely free and we're going to do is basically say portrait of a mom in her 30s with blonde hair and then go ahead and click generate and obviously the tool is free so there is a wait time once you finish this wait time it's going to go ahead and Show an example Le of what we want on the screen and I

will cut to the video when this is done all right as you can see it just finished making the image for us so this person right here does not exist in the real world it's actually generated by AI so what we're going to do is actually go ahead and download this image right here and now once it's downloaded we want to go ahead and actually swap the initial sample footage face to this person right here so in order to do that we're going to go ahead and use this website called vidas the link should be

in the description down below but once you're here go to free AI tools click video face swap upload your Source video or your example video and then go ahead and upload the photo that you want to go ahead and use so as you can see right now it is swapping so it's taking the initial person's face it's kind of like deleting it and we're putting an AI face on that person and then next thing we're going to do is actually go ahead and replace her voice but let me go ahead and show you the results

after this finishes all right so it just finished and we can actually see the results right now my kids are so mad at me because I'm going somewhere to have fun without them and they're like what balls you have Mom as you can see the AI does mess up when the person moves left and right and also when they open their mouth a little bit but trust me 99% of people are not going to notice that especially because the way we incorporate into our ad video it's not going to matter too much so we're going

my phone but it doesn't really matter all we need is go ahead and take their script off of them and make some adjustments off their script obviously if they're using the script it's working well for them or if you already have your own creative that's working really well but want to incorporate ugc AI into it use your own script and in order to grab the script you want to go ahead and go to transcript right here go ahead and click transcribe and once that's done you want to generate some captions and then download captions in

a t XT format and that's basically how you get the script I'm going to show you either way go ahead and click CC right here and now once that is done generating go ahead and click export captions and click txt file so once you have that file what you can do is basically go ahead and paste into chat gbt by the way cap cut the video editor I just used and the software chbt if you don't know already it's going to be in the link down below but basically paste it here put quotation marks right

here basically put in a prompt that says rewrite this in firstperson view as a mom recommending other moms via FaceTime video and then go ahead and paste that and boom basically chat gbt took a competitor script and rewrote it in first person and also rewrote it in a way that it basically sells to an audience that's already relatable a lot of times Drop Shipping ad creatives don't even talk in first person they talk in third person CU they're trying to like recommend the product to a person but this is going to be first person and

you actually want to go ahead and adjust the script yourself and put some human touches into it because sometimes chat gbt or AI is not the best when it comes to scripting so definitely go ahead and play around with it and make adjustments to your script to make it sound a little bit more human anyways now that we know what our AI is going to say we actually have to make it actually say it and the next tool is going to be called 11 Labs if you don't know what 11 Labs is the link is

going to be down below but 11 Labs basically helps you put your speech into actual voices so we're going to go ahead and paste our script right here so we're going to go ahead and copy whatever chat gbt said and paste it right here and I had the paid verion of 11 Labs but you honestly don't need it I actually went ahead and Clon The Voice cuz I like cloned voices better than the AI voices and I basically have a cloned preset of a ugc mom so that's exactly what I'm going to do and then

go ahead and click generate speech hey everyone I wanted to share something important I discovered recently that might help you with your little one's Footwear when my daughter was about a year old I made them all right so that sounds really authentic it sounds like the person's recording off of her phone that's exactly what we need we're going to go ahead and take the script and download it cuz we want the AI to say exactly this so now that we had the script we actually want the AI to actually say it and when they say

it you want the lip to actually match up to what they're saying so that's why we need a lip syncing software or AI software we're going to go and use SE data the link is down below it's completely free so go ahead and click lip sync right here and then next thing you want to do is go ahead and delete this video of Elon Musk and delete their audio clip and we're going to go ahead and upload the footage that we got that face swapped already and then we upload the audio and the AI is

going to help us lip sync the audio so we just upload the creative where the face is is actually face swapped and now we're going to upload the audio that we wanted to say now once that's done you actually want to go ahead and scroll down and actually go ahead and click this use neutral face I've seen it actually works a lot better like that and then go ahead and click submit and as you can see it's processing right here it sometimes takes upwards to like 5 to 10 minutes so if it takes longer than

expected don't worry just wait it out and eventually be finished I'm obviously not going to make you watch paint dry so I will go ahead and skip it when this video is finished all right so it took about 10 minutes in order for it to finish making the AI lipsti let's go ahead and watch the final results I just found out something really important about kids shoes that I wanted to share with you all right that's looking pretty decent now we have our finished product of a AI ugc content creator and now when I say

finished product I don't mean go ahead and take this video and run it as a standalone ad creative because you're missing some crucial Parts the person is just talking about a product but the product never actually shows up on screen so you want to do a bands off ads did and actually take this go ahead and put a voice over when it shows the product being displayed and then go back to the ugc ad Creator and basically just keep doing that I'm going to go ahead and teach you how to exactly do that with some

below but basically you want to make it seem like the creators like talking to somebody or replying to somebody what you want to do is Click Generate random female and then just do like and then go ahead and write a comment like so what shoes do you recommend then and then go ahead and click download comment and then once you're done go back to cap cut put the comments in and you can basically put it within the first few seconds of the video just like this and put in the top left but don't put it

too up because if you're running ads on Facebook or Instagram it actually cuts off in the top and the bottom so basically just put it right here and let's go ahead and take a look at it I just found out something really important about kids shoes that I wanted to share with you all right here we go that's the beginning there's a few more things I want to do that adds some more of an element of U ugc content all right so basically throughout the video you're going to want the person talking to show up

sometimes so it makes it seem more like ugc content you can either do how band off ased it where to basically just show the person again uh talking or you could do it this way where basically you take the clip right here let's just say right here go ahead and split that and then take over here and split this right here and then go ahead and move this clip up right here and once you move it up you want to go ahead and actually make it smaller on the bottom right and then go ahead and

click here click smart tools and then go ahead and click remove background and click Auto removal and after a few minutes as you can see now the background is removed and it seems that she's talking while the clips of the product are being shown like they're just shoes all right obviously that's a bad example but basically you want to do that throughout several times throughout the video but that's going to be the final result how to create a ugc AI ad while infusing Drop Shipping aspects into it so you're not losing the winning aspect of
