one way to begin this practice is by examining your current struggles what are you resisting is it a situation at work a strained relationship or an unexpected life change notice how your resistance is affecting your mental and emotional state are you feeling anxious frustrated or overwhelmed now instead of continuing to fight against it try to accept it as it is you may say to yourself This is the situation right now and I can't change it but I can control how I respond to it in doing so you release the emotional tension tied to resistance and
