shirts off that you see okay yeah I assume that's her blood not yours yeah like I'm I st down I'm good I'm 100% good I never seen no like this a day in my life I just exper I wasn't supposed to hop inside that car I knew what the what type of tragedy I was supposed to just hop inside that car see that woman like that I just met her 20 minutes ago I just met her just have just have a seat okay going on down there're working on I'm not going to come here come
here this whole she been on for over 20 minutes they are they're working on her they doing their job do you have an ID on you at all what's your person most 's blood alcohol level was 0.085 just over the legal limit and THC from marijuana was also found in her system Troopers recovered a half-empty bottle of alcohol and marijuana from the vehicle Mosley later told investigators quote being in toxicated doesn't make your vision any better she admitted she wasn't wearing her glasses that night investigators determined she was driving at 99 mph about 5 seconds
before the vehicle's airbags deployed so we'll start all over here so what what so what happened tonight um I had some drinks um we met up with my sister my half sister and she wanted to take her car on this B her car overheats so me being me MH I wanted to stay in my car in case like her car shut off on this you know mhm um so getting on the highway we ran into to a ditch I tried to slow down my car was going too fast okay and we ran into the ditch
and um the girl that was in the car I believe we used to go to school together if I could identify her her name is sh terius okay I don't know her last name but I really hope she's okay okay and so you said you had a couple you had some drinks tonight yeah could you go a little bit into detail what what were you drinking when did you drink um I had some tequila okay and how much tequila did you have um okay do you remember how much you had I was drinking yeah okay
you were not in that vehicle then I shouldn't need it as of now okay hey look R listen to him and comply with him R so who was driving do you remember what happened as far as um I got you I got you I don't remember okay so who's that in your vehicle friend um okay how many people were in the vehicle total we just want to make sure no one got thrown out of the vehicle how many people should have there when you left about where are the other people know me right there in
the bandana okay I'm going to have you right now we're going to walk up and get you checked out you got a pretty good scrape on your head okay these gentlemen will be able to take care of you okay at least these two people were in the vehicle not the guy in the dreads the female with the banged up head was in there okay so she was in the vehicle yes she's got a pretty good scalping almost okay for this incident Mosley was initially charged with five counts of criminal vehicular homicide she opted to avoid
a jury trial and instead have a judge make a decision about her guilt during the bench trial a Ramsey County judge said prosecutors didn't meet the burden of proof for three of those offenses and Mosley was found guilty of two counts of criminal vehicular homicide in January 2024 the judge spared Mosley from what could have been a multi-year prison sentence she was instead ordered to serve 9 months in jail and 5 years of probation along with treatment requirements and restitution of $7,500 all the evidence including her high speeds and combined alcohol and marijuana use turned
