LORD GOD, YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO WAKE ME UP ONCE AGAIN. I DO NOT TAKE THIS FOR GRANTED, LORD, AND I

Lord God today I begin this day with my heart full of gratitude I thank you Father for another chance to open my eyes to take a deep breath and to see the light of this morning I know that the simple Act of waking up is a gift and a present and so I do not take it for granted how many people around the world would like to have the same opportunity to open their eyes to a new day to feel the warmth of the sun on their faces and to see their loved ones again I

know that each morning is like an invitation to live with purpose and make the most of the time I am given thank you Lord for choosing me to experience another day for the privilege of living and for the strength I feel knowing that I can count on your care and love when I get up I realize that each new day is like a blank page that you give me and on it I can write a new story I know that it is not by chance that I am here and that there is a reason for

this day and for everything I will experience I feel your presence guiding me even when I do not realize it thank you for every beat of my heart for every breath I take for every cell in my body that works and allows me to live fully I recognize that all of this is your gift it is your unconditional love that grants me life and the chance to experience once again the beauty of the world around me I ask that I never lose this conscience Lord that even on days when difficulties arise I may remember that

I am alive that I still have a mission and that my life is part of your purpose I know that routine sometimes makes me forget the preciousness of the simple Act of waking up of being healthy of seeing those I love but today I want to sincerely declare my gratitude may I never lose this perception that every second is valuable that every breath is a privilege and that your love is in every detail of this existence Lord teach me to Value each moment and to honor this opportunity to live may I always be attentive to

your daily blessings to every smile to every word of encouragement to every lesson learned may I see Life as a sacred gift and never allow myself to live indifferently or insensitively may I know how to enjoy each second with the same gratitude with which I receive your gift today so I thank you for this chance to live another day may I have a Vigilant heart to recognize your hand in every detail and your presence in every moment because everything I am and have Lord I owe to you Lord God with a humble heart I come

to you to express my gratitude for the health and strength that you grant me I know that having a strong and willing body is a blessing that can often go unnoticed today I choose to recognize every detail of this gift that allows me to live fully with every movement every step every breath I realize that I am blessed with the health that allows me to face this day and all the challenges it may bring throughout life Lord there are times when my strength seems to be lacking and it is in those moments that I realize

how precious the energy I receive from you is thank you for every part of my body that works in harmony for every cell that works to keep me strong and energetic I know that many people face physical limitations and daily struggles with their health and so I recognize the greatness of this gift that allows me to do what I need to do with Vigor and confidence I am grateful for the simple fact that I can get up and do my daily tasks because I understand that all of this is the result of your care Lord

I ask that you help me take care of the body that was given to me may I be aware that this health and strength are precious gifts that need to be received respected and preserved may I know how to choose what is best for me may I have the discipline to do what is necessary to maintain this energy that allows me to live with joy and enthusiasm help me Lord to always be responsible for valuing what has been entrusted to me because I know that health is not guaranteed but rather a blessing that you grant

me each day when difficulties arise May I remember the strength that comes from you may I find in you the renewal to continue when I feel tired or discouraged for even on days when I seem to lack energy I know that you will be by my side strengthening and sustaining me May my mind and heart be focused on maintaining this disposition and may I never forget that my health is an instrument for living in communion with you and fulfilling the purpose that you have for me thank you Lord for the disposition that allows me to

work help others and live in peace with my own body may I always be grateful for every sign of strength and every demonstration of Health may I understand that as long as there is life there is a mission to be accomplished and that this energy is the fuel that you give me to live fully may I know how to use every moment to do good to learn and to draw closer to you thus I am deeply grateful for the health and strength that guide me today may I value preserve and recognize the greatness of this

gift living with the conviction that each step I take and each task I accomplish are Proof of Your Love In My Life Lord God I come before you with humility and sincerity to ask for wisdom to face this new day I know that in each step and in each decision I need to make I need guidance that comes from you father may your wisdom be my guide Illuminating my thoughts and directing my paths so that everything I do is done with discernment and understanding may I act not only with intelligence but with the true wisdom

that comes from you the one that allows us to see beyond what the eyes can see and feel what the heart often can cannot understand throughout this day Lord I know that I will encounter situations that will require choices words and actions I ask that in all these moments I may have the clarity to distinguish right from wrong fair from unfair good from what is not convenient for me may I know how to listen more than I speak observe more than I judge and above all act calmly and patiently for I know that that true

wisdom lies in knowing how to wait for the right moment in pondering each step and in seeking answers in the serenity that comes from you teach me to silence my ego and my desires so that I can hear your voice guiding each decision father help me to be prudent and to reflect before acting may I seek your advice first when faced with any challenge remembering that wisdom is the key to living a just and Balanced Life may I understand the consequences of each of my actions so that the result of each choice is positive not

only for me but also for those around me may I have an open heart to learn recognize my mistakes and accept when I need to change paths for I know that true wisdom is not stubborn or rigid but rather flexible and always willing to grow Lord I also ask that you help me see people with compassion and empathy so that my decisions are based on the collective good and not just on my own interests may I have the wisdom to build and not to destroy to unite and not to divide always acting with humility and

kindness may my life be a reflection of your teachings so that when making decisions I am Guided by love and respect for others may my judgment not be Hasty and may my mind always always be ready to understand and welcome may your wisdom Lord be my Foundation may I not be carried away by impulse haste or anxiety but may each step be taken with confidence knowing that you are ahead of everything when I don't know what to do may I find the answer in you and when I feel insecure may your presence be my refuge

and my certainty may I seek your guidance in all things whether in the small decisions of everyday life or in the big moments that require more discernment so I ask you Lord to pour upon me the wisdom I need to live this day with purpose and balance that at the end of each moment I may look back and feel that I did the right thing that I acted with discernment and that I contributed to an environment of peace and understanding may your wisdom be my light and may I never stray from from your ways for

I know that it is in them that I find true wisdom and true peace Lord God I come to you with an open heart seeking the renewal of my faith and my trust in you I ask you father to strengthen my faith so that it may be like a rock firm and unshakable even in the face of life's storms may I feel your presence at my side each new day supporting me and guiding me along each path you know Lord that there are times when faith weakens when doubts arise and hope seems distant Lord God

I come before you asking that you bring peace to my heart and serenity to my mind I know that your peace is a profound gift a state of Tranquility that surpasses all human understanding it is this peace Father that I desire for my day a peace that calms the inner storms and brings balance to my being may I at every moment feel this Serenity that only you are capable of giving removing from me all restlessness and anxiety may my spirit be still trusting that you take care of everything and that I can rest in your

presence throughout this day Lord help me to maintain Serenity in my heart may I even when faced with worries that arise be firm and calm trusting that nothing happens without your permission mission may I not allow myself to be consumed by excessive worries but may my mind remain calm balanced and at peace may your peace be like an anchor that keeps me safe even when the Winds of difficulties try to destabilize me teach me to take a deep breath to slow down and to allow this Serenity to take over every thought every feeling and every

decision I make Lord I know know that true peace is not the absence of problems but the confidence that you are with me in every situation may I find in each moment the balance I need to deal with everything calmly may my mind not be agitated by what is to come but may I learn to live in the present with a light heart knowing that you are the source of all calm and stability help me to cultivate this Serenity that comes from you so that throughout the day I may be able to deal with challenges

calmly without letting fear or haste dominate my actions father may I know how to distinguish between what I can change and what I must leave in your hands may I have the wisdom to leave things in your care when faced with things that are Beyond My Control trusting that you know what is best for me May my inner peace not depend on the circumstances around me but may it be grounded Ed in you like a river that flows silently and steadily may I throughout this day bring this peace to the places I go and to

the people I meet reflecting the serenity that you place in my heart Lord in moments of Silence allow me to hear your voice which Whispers words of comfort and calm may your presence be a refuge for me a place where I find rest and renewal for my mind and soul may I even on the most hectic days be able to return to this place of Serenity remembering that you are my source of peace may I find balance in my words in my actions and above all in my thoughts may I be able to push away

any anguish always remembering that you support and guide me finally Lord may I understand that peace is not something to be achieved but rather something to be received may I be willing to open my heart to this peace accepting that not everything will be perfect but that I can find Tranquility amidst imperfections you know Lord that there are times when faith weakens when doubts arise and hope seems distant but it is in these moments that I need your strength the most because I know that you are faithful and that you will never abandon me may

your love be the support that lifts me up and the foundation that allows me to move forward even when everything seems uncertain father help me to trust you completely to surrender my fears and anxieties to your care knowing that you are the Lord of all things may I not be shaken by difficulties or uncertainties but may my faith be a beacon that guides me even in the darkest nights may I always remember your promises and your loving care because I know that you have a purpose in everything that happens may I rest in your presence

without fearing what is to come because I know that you are with me in every step in every decision and in every challenge may my trust in you be renewed every morning like the brightness of the Sun that rises on the horizon bringing New Hope help me Lord to stay focused on you so that my faith is not lost in the noise and distractions of this world may I be attentive to your voice trusting that you are by my side even if I cannot see the complete path may my trust in you be like a

shield protecting me from doubts and uncertainties may I know that even when the path seems difficult you are strengthening me preparing me for something greater may my faith be like a flame that never goes out Illuminating my path and warming my heart with the certainty that you are with me Lord I know that Faith does not mean the absence of challenges but the certainty that I'm not alone in the midst of them may I have the courage to face each situation supported by the confidence that you are in control of everything may I be able

to see beyond the circumstances and trust that your love is what sustains me may I remember that in every difficulty there is an opportunity for growth and that you are using these moments to make me stronger and closer to you help me to accept what I cannot control and to have the patience to wait for the right time for things Lord renew in me an unshakable Faith one that is not shaken by fear discouragement or doubts may I be able to trust in you with all my soul knowing that you know the way better than

I do may this trust bring me peace and serenity even in the midst of chaos may I be strengthened by the certainty that you are my strength and that no matter what happens I am safe in your presence finally father I thank you for this trust that allows me to move forward with hope may my faith be what sustains and motivates me each day continually renewing itself in your presence may I never forget that you are my guide my protector and my faithful friend and that with you by my side I can face any situation

Lord God at this moment I come to you in prayer asking that you fill my heart with kindness and love I know that in a world where selfishness and indifference often Prevail you call us to be light and an example of compassion therefore father I ask that you transform my being so that my life may be a genuine reflection of the values that you have taught us may every word I speak and every action I take be marked by kindness generosity and the desire to do good may you grant me the grace to always act

with an open heart willing to help to listen and to welcome father grant me the ability to see beyond appearances to perceive the needs of others and to extend my hand when necessary may I have the sensitivity to understand the pain of those around me and move by compassion may I know how to demonstrate your presence through acts of kindness may my heart be a mirror of Your Love ready to welcome to offer words of comfort and to strengthen those around me may I never take away from doing good even when there is no recognition

because I know that each act of kindness is a step towards building a more just and loving World Lord I also ask that you help me cultivate forgiveness so that I may be able to deal with the faults and Imperfections of others with a light and understanding heart may I always remember that love is patient and that kindness is patient may I know how to respond calmly and gracefully when faced with offenses choosing not to retaliate with harsh words but rather with actions that promote peace may my commitment to love be greater than any resentment

or bitterness and may I be an instrument of reconciliation and unity wherever I am help me to see the good in others Lord even when it is difficult may I be able to perceive the virtues of each person and see beyond their flaws knowing that we are all imperfect and constantly growing may I be a source of encouragement positive words and hope transmitting the love that comes from you to everyone who crosses my path may I be able to inspire with my actions and may your love become visible to everyone through my life may my

kindness be sincere and may my heart be able to embrace forgive and reach out in every situation Lord may your love be my guide shaping every thought and directing every attitude may I instead of acting driven by self-interest allow myself to be guided by the desire to make a difference in people's lives may I find joy in every act of kindness and every gesture of generosity may my life be marked by service to others and may I at the end of each day feel the peace of someone who knows that they have contributed to making

the world a more Humane and welcoming place place so I ask you Lord to transform Me From the Inside Out making me a reflection of your love and goodness that with each step I take I may be able to leave a positive Mark and plant seeds of Hope and affection Lord God I come to you at this moment with humility asking that you grant me the courage and perseverance necessary to face each challenge that arises I know that life does not always follow follow the path I plan and that difficulties often arise that test my

faith and determination I ask father that you give me the courage to move forward even when the obstacles seem greater than I can bear may I not allow myself to be overcome by fear or uncertainty but rather may I find in you the strength to take each step with confidence knowing that you are by my side father teach me to be resilient in the face of adversity may I understand that each challenge has something to teach me and that even in difficult times there is always an opportunity for growth May perseverance become a Hallmark of

my life so that I never give up fighting for what I believe in May I learn to toughen the pressures of life with patience and to walk with firmness trusting that everything is part of a greater purpose Lord grant me the courage to face the unknown to deal with changes and to overcome the fear that so often prevents me from moving forward may I be able to leave behind insecurities and doubts trusting that you guide my steps and light my path may I have the strength to make difficult choices and the courage to face the

consequences of these choices without regrets or hesitations may I find the perseverance I need to continue even when the results do not come in the time I expect because I know that you have the right time for everything help me father to understand that true courage does not mean the absence of fear but rather the determination to continue despite it may I be able to transform each fear into an Impulse to draw closer to you knowing that you are my strength and my refuge may I be firm in my purposes and may my perseverance be

at every moment you were with me Lord God as I begin another day I express my gratitude to you for the opportunity to to live it with purpose and meaning I thank you for the gift of life and for the chance to wake up to a new chapter full of learning and possibilities I know that each day is unique and that you in your goodness grant me each moment so that I can grow serve and learn I ask that you guide me in each step so that at the end of the day I can look

back and see how each moment was touched by your presence how you are with me in every choice in every Challenge and in every Victory May I have a sensitive heart to perceive your hand in everything that happens to me understanding that nothing is by chance and that everything has a purpose father may I live this day with intention and focus knowing that you put me here for a reason may I find meaning in each task no matter how simple and accomplish everything with dedication may my work my interactions and even my thoughts be aligned

with the purpose that you have for me may I not get lost in distractions but may I live each second with awareness so that at the end of the day I may feel the satisfaction of having lived fully and in communion with you may my life be a testimony of gratitude reflecting the love and dedication that you have for me this day Lord I ask that I have the clarity to understand the signs that you send me to perceive the opportunities for learning and growth and to Value moments of silence and reflection may I not

need great events to feel your presence but may I perceive it in the small details in someone's smile in the kindness of a gesture in the Peace of a moment of Tranquility May the purpose of my existence be revealed in the simp simp things and may I not let a moment pass without recognizing it may I be grateful for each moment knowing that everything is part of the path that you have traced for me at the end of this day Lord I ask that my heart be filled with gratitude that when I rest I may

have the Peace of someone who has lived with purpose and the Tranquility of someone who has walked under your guidance may I I remember the moments when I felt your presence whether in difficult times when you gave me strength and courage or in times of Joy when I could feel your blessing and care may I be grateful for the lessons the victories and even the challenges because I know that all of them are instruments that you use to shape me and bring me closer to you father may I learn to Value each day as an

opportunity to become a better person closer to your values and more committed to your purpose may my gratitude be sincere and may I be able to recognize everything you do for me even when things do not go as planned may I have the humility to accept that you know what is best for me and that at the end of each day I may feel certain that I live the best life possible according to your will
