How I created a $60,000/month faceless YouTube channel using AI

my last year in high school and knew that college wasn't for me so I needed to find a way to make money in my head I knew exactly what I wanted plan my own schedule provide real value and at the same time make money from it not preach macroeconomics from some boring office my goal was clear but I had no idea how to get there I had to take action so I did some research and found out about this thing called YouTube automation basically posting videos on YouTube with without showing your face I saw that

these americaas got tal and compilation videos got a ton of views and stupid as I was I thought a lot of views meant a lot of money so I started a channel I posted a couple of videos and to my surprise they actually got a ton of views and my dumbass thought I was about to get rich from ad Revenue but turns out stealing content gets you in trouble with copyright so as you can probably guess I didn't earn a single dollar all that effort for nothing it's all probably just a scam why would I

even spend time doing this hey man how's it going yeah I was just sitting here trying to find a good bit relax I have a solution for you you have who are you you're in the wrong mindset Leo you got to think about what you're good at good at being bad no remember those YouTube channels you created why'd you stop I don't know waste of time I guess Rome wasn't built in a day Leo you need to put in the work what do you mean I need you to keep posting videos on YouTube find a

trending need and make videos about it but what would that you're on the right path son you just got to keep going and you'll see success sooner than you think trust me so I went back to work and started to look for viral niches and back then AI was going viral as I started hiring script writers editors thumbnail editors everything the rest is history after watching this video you'll have the exact blueprint I used to create this channel you're watching right now every single little detail to how things run at the how to aai office

so buckle up let's get to work don't try to reinvent the wheel here instead go with a proven concept something that people are already making money from in the end what you want to do is analyze the top creators in the niche and create improved versions of their videos so head over to YouTube scroll around figure out what people are interested in look for topics with plenty of viral videos you want to find niches that have like 10 plus videos with over 100,000 plus views chances are a lot of people are interested in that topic

after that analyze the competitors what channels are pushing views a good sign of a viral Niche is that small channels are getting a lot of views this means that YouTube is pushing their videos to new people if there are huge channels dominating the niche it'll be really hard to compete now this is the first way to do it sure the manual way is free but it takes a long time and can be pretty confusing if you don't know what you're looking for there actually exists a new AI tool that does the same thing you do

manually but it's been programmed with YouTube's API and some crazy algorithm to automatically find new niches it's called NEX Lev and I guess it's got access to YouTube's data because as soon as the program spots a channel on YouTube that has been created recently and that gets a lot of views it shows up in this kind of list just as a demonstration it took me 5 minutes to find these three new niches that are able to get monetized in 50 days or less and all I did was just filter the list by channels that have

last thing you got to have in mind is if it's even possible to make any money in that Niche if there's no money in the niche then there's no point in starting a channel and trust me I learned this the hard way before I started this channel I had another one where I reposted animated Clips I ran this channel for 6 months grew it to 100,000 subscribers and made no money at all anyways don't get stuck at this stage find an interesting Niche and take action now the first step is ironically to create yourself a

Gmail account then head over to YouTube and create a channel when you have your channel ready you want to Brand it in a unique way create a profile picture Banner description all of that if you know how to use mid Journey you can do this yourself or you can just hire someone on Fiverr to do it for you when you have your branding done add some Channel keywords this helps YouTube find the correct audience for you I usually add some very broad keywords that fit my Niche and then add some very niched ones to find

the keywords that have the highest search volume meaning they're really popular you can use tools like vid IQ that I've put in the description they have a pretty useful keyword search feature so you can see the amount of searches that certain keywords get now that we're done with all the boring side quests and setup stuff we can move on to the most important part of any YouTube automation channel the final boss if you want to call it that don't this up as I said this is by far the most important step it's the difference between

a video with a million views and a video with zero views you can create a video with the greatest editing ever but if it's a bad topic it's still won't get any views you could hire a freelancer on Fiverr to do this for you but most of them will just create it with chat GPT and those are so instead do it yourself spend some time researching what topics get views you basically do this the same way you find niches but you search within your own Niche so go to YouTube and search for your nich's primary

keyword look for videos that have been created in the last few weeks that have gotten a lot of views compared with the rest of the content created during the same time when you have your topic start analyzing scripts can you find some common traits in videos that perform well take inspiration and try to add your own Edge to it don't stress this you must have an engaging script take my script that you're listening to now as an example there's a reason why you're still watching right it's fire so make it sound genuine like you're talking

to a friend but don't get it wrong this is not a yapping session you got to be straight to the point no people will see through that it needs to be quick and engaging look at Mr BEAST's videos eight soldiers shoot 10,000 bullets at your Lamborghini that's the scariest thing I've ever seen yeah it's going to be fun a perfect example of retention based script writing you're never getting bored because something is happening all the time on top of this you need a strong and engaging hook that makes the viewer curious something like this we

are now stranded on this deserted island in the middle of the ocean and we're going to be stranded here for the next 7 days and that boat that just left was our only way out of here you see this made the viewer curious for what's about to happen next so they probably stay till the end which is exactly the reaction we want now you have the viewer hooked from the beginning but you got to make the video engaging all the way to the end by adding a storyline something that will make the viewer want to

know what happens next think of any Hollywood movie you watch the entire movie because you want to know what's about to happen next use the same formula when creating your scripts ah the voice over so you just want to go to your nearest store and get yourself a microphone I'm kidding since you probably sound like a dork you shouldn't do this yourself you can create a voiceover with AI I like to use 11 Labs it's an website I put it in the description and to use it you pick a voice in The Voice library then

paste in your script and generate it in the voice lab The Voice will sound realistic and all that but if you look at all other AI Avatar channels a couple of weeks ago I stumbled upon these Instagram videos what an amazing living rooms I thought the sounds slow as so you need to enhance it head over to any editing software I use more advanced stuff like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro but you can use cap cut for this step import the voice file and drag it to the timeline cut out all pauses and slightly

overlap the clips trust me this will make a difference it's called A J cut and it'll make the pace a lot faster something like this today it's the best way to make money online don't believe me that's one way to do it or you can just hire a voice actor on Fiverr to record it for you it's expensive but it'll save you a lot of time plus the result will be a lot better in the end want to know why I get more views than any other faceless channel in my Niche my editing is engaging

as Fu notice how something happens all the time characters animations captions music everything if you have some editing experience you could do this by yourself but it'll take a lot of time it's timec consuming of a video like this one you're watching right now takes about 2 to 3 weeks to edit if you have neither time or experience for this hire a video editor and no don't do this on fire I feel like I've talked to almost every video editor out there and let me tell you Fiverr is not the place you'll probably get a

fair price but the quality sucks instead go on X and try to find a good editor there it'll cost you but if you want to create highquality videos like mine you got to be ready to spend some money or invest time if you want me to upload an in-depth tutorial on how I edit my videos drop a like on this video and a comment letting me know when creating a thumbnail you got to make it stand out from the crowd so make it so appealing that the viewer can't do anything but click on it and

the same goes here don't invent something new look around on your homepage and find a proven concept used by other creators and no please don't rip them off your channel should have its own style stick to it but Implement elements of the viral videos thumbnail like people usually use these big Revenue screenshots for my Niche here are some of the best concept that will work 99% of the time channels like Mr Beast like to shock the viewer with the thumbnail look at this one dude why is that snake choking Mr Beast Mr Beast is being

choked by a snake what the hell that's exactly the reaction we want just shock the viewer when they see your video on the homepage and they'll click on it I know it's easier said than done but just think about what you have in your video that would make someone want to click on it big Revenue numbers get attention trust me if seen some pretty good results with this myself when the viewer sees a large number they'll want to know more about it in this case how to make $133,000 with a Tik Tok creativity program when

you found a thumbnail style you like stick with it for a couple of videos to let people know that this is your style just don't stick with the same thumbnail format for too long you don't want to be repetitive don't question my creativity all right posting the video is really simple just make sure you write a description with some good keywords in it and add some tags that'll let YouTube know what audience to push your video to vid IQ is also really useful here since you'll know what tags to include everywhere a little secret from

me to you is also to include a bunch of keywords in the description especially the first three rows of it YouTube will process these and help you rank your video in the search features and Google overall congratulations you've now created your first YouTube automation video if you've gotten this far you've done more than 90% of your competition so keep uploading regardless of how many views you get in the beginning almost everyone is giving up here it takes a strong mind and a whole lot of discipline to keep going from this stage but trust me it's

worth it I posted for 6 months straight without any results but I kept going and then one day this video blew up and changed everything but let's say you kept posting and your views are starting to look good how the do you make any money from this making money with YouTube is easy if you know what you're doing luckily for you I run one of the most profitable channels in my Niche so I know what I'm talking about obviously ad revenue is going to be one stream of income this is the money YouTube is paying

you for showing ads before and during your videos this can give some good money if you get tons of views with a decent RPM but chances are you won't get that in the beginning it took me almost a year to reach my first $5,000 month an ad Revenue so you need something else this is a fantastic way to monetize your channel in the early stages it's what I've made the majority of my income from offer your audience a solution to a problem you're talking about for example I teach people how to create Tik Tok automation

videos so I promote a Google drive folder with tons of useful gameplay footage for them to use it's not going to make anyone money but I know how much time it can save for people starting out so the value and product Market fit is good this one's tough in the beginning but as your channel is growing you'll start getting tons of sponsorship opportunities offering a lot of money but you got to be smart here long form content on YouTube is not a Sprint it's a marathon by taking all of these sponsorships you'll be seen as
