Put God First in Your Life | Powerful Morning Prayer for Peace, Strength & Guidance

before we pray I want to remind you of something so important something that has the power to change everything in your life put God first in every area every decision and every moment Place him at the center because when you do he promises to take care of all the rest as Jesus said in Matthew 6:33 but seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well I know it's not always easy life can get overwhelming there are so many demands on your time your energy and

your heart but let me share a truth I've experienced when you put God first he gives you the peace strength and wisdom you need to navigate everything else I've seen it in my own life there were times when I felt completely drained like I couldn't go another step but when I surrendered everything to God he Lifted Me Up Just Like Psalm 46 verse1 says God is our refuge and strength and everpresent help in trouble before we go deep into this prayer I encourage you to click that subscribe button it helps our videos to reach more

believers when you put him first he will be your Refuge let me encourage you with a personal story there was a time when I tried to handle everything on my own my work my relationships even my struggles I thought I could figure it all out but the more I tried to control things the more I felt everything slipping away but then I remembered what Proverbs 3: 5 to 6 says trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways submit to him and he will make your

paths straight so I did just that I let go and I trusted him and when I put God first I watched as he began to straighten out the mess I had made you see when you trust God and put him first it's not about giving up control it's about giving control to the one who knows what's best for you it's about trusting that his ways are higher than your ways and his thoughts are higher than your thoughts just as it says in Isaiah 55: 8 to9 there may be things you're holding on to right now

worries dreams or even burdens but God is asking you today to put him first and trust him with it all when you make God your priority he has a way of working things out in ways you couldn't have imagined he opens doors that were closed and makes a path where there seemed to be none I remember a time in my life when I was praying for guidance unsure of what my next step should be I didn't have all the answers but I decided to give it to God first and just as proverbs 16: vers three

says commit to the Lord whatever you do and He will establish your plans that's exactly what he did he guided me to places I never thought possible and gave me opportunities I hadn't even considered maybe you're feeling stuck right now maybe you're searching for answers or a breakthrough in your life can I encourage you to put God first he has a plan for you a plan that is far greater than any anything you can imagine in Jeremiah 29:1 he reminds us for I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord plans to prosper

you and not to harm you plans to give you hope and the future when you put God first you open yourself to his peace the kind of peace that surpasses all understanding as Philippians 4: 7 promises this peace doesn't come from having everything figured out or having a perfect life it comes from knowing that God is in control that he is with you and that he's leading the way let's not forget when we put God first he also promises to provide for every need I know how easy it can be to get caught up in

worrying about finances health or the future but Jesus tells us in Matthew 6: 31-32 so do not worry saying what shall we eat or what shall we drink or what shall we wear for the pagans run after all these things and your heavenly father knows that you need them God knows what you need and when you make him your priority he will provide I've seen it happen in my own life and I believe he will do the same for you so today I encourage you put God first in everything in your work in your family

in your decisions in your heart make him your number one priority and as you do watch as he transforms every area of your life bringing you peace Clarity and purpose let's pray together Heavenly Father we come before you you today with Humble Hearts acknowledging that you are the center of our Lives Lord we want to put you first in everything in our thoughts our actions our plans and our relationships help us father to surrender every area to you knowing that when we do you will guide our steps and provide for every need in James 1:5

if any of you lacks wisdom you should ask God who gives generously to all without finding fault and it will be given to you we ask for that wisdom today Lord show us how to prioritize you in our lives and guide us in every decision we make we thank you for the promise of peace that comes when we trust in you just as it says in Isaiah 26:3 you will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in you Lord we declare today that we will keep our minds steadfast on you

trusting that you will lead us and give us that perfect peace Father we also ask for the strength to remain faithful in putting you first even when life gets busy or overwhelming we know that you are with us every step of the way just as you promised in Deuteronomy 31:6 be strong and courageous do not be afraid or terrified because of them for the Lord your God goes with you he will never leave you nor forsake you Lord we declare today that you are first in our lives we commit to seeking your kingdom and your

righteousness Above All Else trusting that everything we need will be provided in your perfect timing we thank you for your faithfulness for your love and for the peace that comes when we put you first in Jesus mighty name we pray amen if you believe type Amen in the comments God bless you [Music]
