[Music] so you guys kind of see two sides to me online you see the sit down impart the wisdom that I've learned over the years side of me or you see the have fun Vlog Channel and that aspect of things and I guess shout out to everyone who's on imang GGI extended I guess there I share a little bit more of the nitty-gritty business stuff I guess that's just general more specific advice on how to actually grow your business now it it's crazy cuz you can look over my YouTube and you can see me talk
about everything over the space of what 9 years now you'll be able to see every step of the process and up until about like 2 years ago I shared everything like I shared wins losses I shared opening companies I shared when companies weren't doing well when they were doing amazing like just everything I was so transparent it was about 2 years ago where I made the decision that a lot of the stuff I was talking about just didn't feel very relatable anymore and I just didn't know whether it like really served you at your stage
and where you were at and to be honest I still don't know if this video is going to serve you but I want to try it out I want to see what is it like if I share even just once a month or twice a month authentically like what does a few days in my life or a full day in my life look like what are the challenges real time that I'm going through right now because I don't want you guys to get a Twist on the main Channel I post fun Vlogs on the unscripted
channel I post fun Vlogs but for me that's my way to give you guys inspiration and I think it's inspirational when you watch my old videos from seven or8 years ago and you're like wow everything he said he was going to do he did but for the newcomers for the people who maybe won't take the time to watch six or seven years ago maybe you're just sat there and you're like okay he lives this incredible life but like where's the work and where's everything that goes into it and I think that's what I want to
bring back and just try this out you know just see what it's like to just share with you what it's like running at this stage four main businesses that do multiple eight figures a year in Revenue I'm just going to record a bunch of stuff and then we'll sit and we'll reflect on it as it happens back in the day and I'll try to see if I can find the old clip of it I used to always take a Sunday walk that used to be my ritual every single week Sunday night walk reenter think about
the new week the fresh week now for me my weekly ritual is rushi and B we late huh yeah I already told her though good [Music] he come [Music] [Music] [Music] feel good yeah some big day electrolytes Lifesaver you want to explain a bit of B like the process yeah so normally you'll come in you'll warm up so you go in the SAA for like 10 minutes you go in the Bonnie for like 10 minutes like 890 de c yeah 8090 nothing like super crazy uh but you'll go in 8090 warm up a bit then
you come out or at least our have a little bit to drink like some tea some quas some electrolytes and then that's when like the real fun starts then you go in maybe for like 10 15 minutes the Bon chiks are just hitting you with the leaves the leaves are what are they pine leaves any they have pine leaves they're hitting you with the pine leaves obviously like the air they're putting more water which creates More Steam and then they're like airing it on you so it gets super super hot so you're doing that for
like 15 minutes then you go from there you'll jump in the uh cold um Cold's about like 6° it'll stay in there for like a few minutes three is it 3 minutes 3 minutes you asked yeah and then they'll like pour you know that's the worst part when they pour hot water over your head then cold water then they tell you then they start mixing the water so you feel like the real temperature of the water and and dunking your head and all this stuff and uh and then yeah you'll go back in if you
want to we do two rounds to be honest I think I'm probably good to start doing three rounds uh and then and then yeah you do the same thing again and then come out then we usually Chill on on the hay stack on the hay stack and then we go in and we do salt scrub yeah well this is how you normally start your weeks every Sunday right yeah like I always book 9 to 11 slot so this is Lally the latest slot they can do in fact they keep it open for us you know
most of the time so yeah do that and then after this sleep like a baby and then hit the fresh week strong wake up Monday from [ __ ] live lur and ready so now that I had all of the toxins beat out of me from my trip to CPE then we move on to a work week now what you're about to see is a call with the owner of a very large multi9 figure I can't say I can't technically say what company it is anyway point is we have been in discussions for almost a
year now about me taking a very large stake in this business and investing in this company and now we finally come to an agreement and we're basically signing off on the paperwork and you know moving forward with things so so for as much as I can let me give you a little insight into it hello hello yo how you been good here good busy but can't complain nice plan thank you I was away for a couple months I think it's fake no it's real no I was away for a couple months I told my team
to in the Dubai set up do a new back ground and couple new sets and stuff like that nice nice to have some Greenery in here I know you're a fan yeah the only thing basically is just the mobile app um are like the App Store free trial fact we you know we can run stuff through App Store but we're still testing the efficacy of that okay our Vlog channel is like killing it we have get like 500,000 views per video on the Vlog Channel and that's only like 280,000 Subs we have an extended Channel
that's like step by step very clear like do this do that technical content uh like it's and every single thing comes with like a five page uh download that people get and plug-in plays and like it's super technical my team spends like a week producing all that um but if you only had annual on the launch then you would just tell open to them you only need the other one when you offer monthly correct yeah I mean we can probably do a lot of this by the launch like even the nice to Habs but I
just want to make sure I know what the actual requirements are the things that would block it mhm now after that call I just had a little moment of reflection I just had you know I have thoughts like these all the times like I have times where I just sit with myself for 5 minutes and I just think through things and my goal with these kind of videos is just to give you a little as to what's going on in my mind so this is pretty much my reaction coming straight off the back of that
call all right guys so it is midnight now I just wrapped up with my call with the business that I'm going to be acquiring and basically buying into to become a co-owner so this business is currently worth I guess I can't say the specific amount but I'm coming in at a valuation of hundreds of millions of dollars obviously it will be announced in the future I just can't really announce it right now I there's not too much I can say I think what I announced it's definitely going to be quite interesting for people to hear
about it rolls into some of my existing software companies and I actually know there's not too much I can talk about this right now but um honestly this is a lot of my days especially when I'm in Dubai a lot of my days are have calls until about 12:00 I didn't record earlier but at 4:00 I had a call with my entire team in big day so yeah that was a long call going over samples for our new electrolytes going over few other product SKS yeah sorry I didn't record that and then after that I
had calls with leadership at educate which is my e-learning company I think the last time I really shared the specifics of my business my inner business workings was the day that I launched Floy my software company or I guess back then it was called agency flow and you know in the last two and a half three years I guess I've just felt uncomfortable sharing the businesses because like I don't know I guess maybe I had shared so much of the inner workings of all my businesses for like so many years I kind of felt like
I didn't need to do that or maybe you know maybe it's not relatable for people when I'm here up at midnight and like the conversation is me buying into and becoming a co-owner in a business that's worth hundreds of millions of dollars and honestly by this time next year will be worth a couple billion dollars I mean I think now is the time to start sharing the stuff again because I've also realized there's this these days this idea that like I create content on YouTube and that's it like I wish that was the case my
life would be [ __ ] sick but I run all of my businesses like all of them my life is this 80% of the time so anyways on that note I got some more work to do so then we move on to the next day and we go into a call with the co-founder of my software company Pierre honestly 2 and a half years ago when we launched it we scaled it to eight fig valuation in I mean what it was like 8 n months it was the the rate of growth that we had was
so ridiculously insane and it was in that moment that we already foresaw a lot of the issues are about to arise and we took a step back and for 18 months I basically didn't talk about the company didn't promote it didn't do anything and that was because there was a lot of repositioning I mean first of all we changed the name it used to be called agency flow but we didn't want to box ourselves into just agencies because Floy Now is really just a super app for entrepreneurs like I replaced everything I do on notion
I do it on Floy so you've got all of that but you can also have your website using Floy you can do onboarding funnel using Floy you can build your clients you can communicate with your clients you can communicate with your team so basically it's as if notion is on steroids and you can actually make money and run your entire business on it as well this year ever since we relaunched a 3.0 we've been growing 30 40 even 50% month- on month in recurring Revenue it's I mean it's been insane but I also just feel
like we kind of deserve it because for 18 months it wasn't fun and that's the reality of business sometimes and that's the reality of your journey is that sometimes you're going to get success and sometimes you might even get success too quickly and you're going to have to go back to the basics and maybe you're going to have to take a step or two steps back and you might you know we're starting to actually see the fruits of our labor and see the results of putting our head down for 18 months and listen I know
I give you guys advice and I tell you these things it's cuz I actually live it and that's why I want to start documenting these things again because it's not always fun like it's all like it's not always sunshine and rainbows so luckily at the moment the cloud passed and sunshine and Rainbows are returning for that kind at least so but what you're going to see right now is a call between us and this is a lot of what we do which is Pierre getting super super excited about technicals and features and he's a big
like features and Innovation guy and I'm more of the Practical boots on the ground hey amazing cool let's release this feature first let's pump the brakes on this thing and I would definitely say he's like the big dreamer and future let's do this this this this big Ideas guy and I'm a little bit more you know practical and that's why we work well together we wanted this idea of like having all of those features that could do all the things that we wanted to do so we had to go really fast to get them done
and now they're done and now we just really want to make sure they actually work really well and stuff for that so we added some additional calls daily calls so now we've got the the onboarding call that everyone can take with Isabel and that's just you know how to build a website all the stuff and now we have another call that gets triggered seven days after they close the first popup you know how we have a little header that says that prompts you to to join a call when you close that seven days later you
now receive another one which is an advanced one on how to do automation uh managing tasks and funnels and that kind of stuff to get them to actually start using the tool a bit more so later on in the day after that call another meeting I had that I decided to record was was a call talking about the integration between Floy and agency accelerator because it's this beautiful thing where I own this platform where 30,000 agencies have become paid subscribers to date and because I'm a co-founder in it I can merge it with agency accelerator
and basically just created a bunch of synergies there where with the agency accelerator honestly Hands-On heart we created the best training that has ever been made for agencies and that's why I brought on the best the best in the world to teach 90% of it to give the most up-to-date information and I think it's no secret that I genuinely adore online education I think the ROI you get on it compared to traditional education is so much higher but I'm always thinking about how can we use Tech and how can we create software for the e-learning
students where most of it's done for them and it's as plug andplay as possible and they really don't have to lift a finger so that's why you know we've been creating a lot more Integrations between Floy and agency Exel Ator and not only that we have this new AI tool that we've been working on for the last 6 months so we're looking to put that all together and I guess it's a pretty big announcement but by the end of the year I have no intention of selling programs anymore I'm basically just going to start making
the courses free and only charge for the software the specific link will give them access to these flows and every single person will have their individual flow will be able to communicate with them inside of the chat as well and things like that let me just explain what you can see here so the Floy pre-built agency Suite basically everything that we can build out for them and there's a list of that all of that sh we will build out yeah and then for everything like for example the niche guidelines on how to choose your Niche
where is that going to sit so they have to choose their niche in stage one so that's one of the tasks therefore there will be a brain section notes on how to actually go about that so anything else you would like to see Lis that's been built if we can do it how we want to do it I think the hardest part is always Service delivery well not necessarily the hardest part but the part that people worry about the most or like oh I don't know how to deliver the service so anything that we can
think to make that process easier that's very very useful now tomorrow I'm going to be flying to London I'm going to take you with me first class but not only first class I'll show you guys how I travel so I've worked incredibly hard but don't get a twisted I've been incredibly blessed in my life to be able to you know whenever I'm in Europe pretty much most of the time I'm flying private but one of the beautiful things about being in Dubai is you have Emirates but not only do you have Emirates which to me
honestly I can tell you doing 6 hours private or 6 hours on first class I would take first class any day of the week except for one thing the experience of flying private and basically the departure as well as the arrival aspect of it and the privateness of it I think that's what's special now anywhere in the world I go I basically recreate that most people don't know this but in airports there's actually private sections of the airport and private terminals listen obviously it's more expensive to go to these places you know it's not like
the first class like it's fully private and you guys will see what it's like for me to travel tomorrow but it's so nice I just kick my feet up in the lounge have some breakfast or whatever I want they tell me the flight's ready you get straight in the car you drive straight to the plane you get on the plane your last one in the plane honestly it's exactly like flying private so on that note I'm going to go to bed leave me some feedback down below let me know is this stuff like too unrelatable
for you or do you guys actually enjoy seeing what I guess gen goes on behind the scenes 99% of the time it's a new format for me and if I'm going to be very honest with you guys it's a very comfortable format for me because I'm sharing like really genu the nitty-gritty of what's going on in the businesses which isn't easy it comes with complications it also like I have to force myself to do this so please leave me some feedback let me know if you guys like it I'm going to rest up and I'll
see you for tomorrow's flight to London all right guys I'm going to take you along with me as I fly to London so little airport fit nice and comfy the flight some loose pants some Travis is I'll throw on some slippers once I get on the plane but uh yeah as I said listen one of the biggest benefits of living in UAE is Emirates it's it's just the best airline on earth now there are some airlines that are nicer Cabins For example Singapore Airlines I would argue that that's nicer um but just the consistency with
Emirates is unmatched so so yeah I just got in the car the private section for the commercial flights about 25 minutes away from my house so we'll just crank out a bit of work I'm going to have a wear sheet yep of course oh almost got to keep it stocked on hands so yeah time to crack open a big day get through some work and I'll see you guys once we get [Music] there so yeah basically you come in here you chill in this private room let me turn this off OT TV there we go
little bit piece you chill in this private room look through the menu and then you pretty much order whatever it is that you want to order so see you basically just sit here chill order some food take it easy relax if there's any delays well first of all I've never had I don't know me once in 3 years living in Dubai and I travel a lot like twice a month on average yeah in all of this time I've had maybe one delay ever so but if there was a delay you would just be here chilling
in peace in silence in quiet so yeah just going to crank out a little bit more work and then have some breakfast SL lunch then they'll come in take me to the car we jump in the car straight to Flame and off to London anything else no that'll be all for now thank you all right so this is what we have for breakfast we got double portion scrambled eggs some fresh fruit probably end off with some dates dates are honestly God's GI whoo that way too high God's gift to Earth Here time to eat and
get back to a few [Music] messages remember when she told me I should more I'm abro I'll be honest I don't really understand people who trink on flights like being up at this altitud already you got to be hammering down your lights so to then get like [ __ ] face on the flight like yeah no so non alcoholic Bloody Mary and lots of Olives if you don't like olives I don't know like you do business when you don't trust a person that doesn't like olives you send that 8 Minute voice don't stra heart I
reply like whatever W you come get your stuff I need this [ __ ] out the crib I think it's bringing up plug in now lit I now you stuck digity over her nut we Man All In The Cut how many doors they shut
