just I think last year I I was just reckless in a lot of ways so uh yeah the last place that was that was 4,500 pounds a month this place is what I got 3,000 so yeah universe works in funny ways obviously no Airbnb is out there are getting bookings so they literally took a place that was 12 grand and discounted it down to 3800 pounds and it wasn't just this place like there was another place I was singing out for 21,000 pounds and that was discounted to 6500 which we might go to after this

is just the other place was a fine bedroom this is actually also a five bedroom there's three up there there's one there and there's one technically extra bedroom in the garage but the other place was in camp's bay which is a area I prefer a little more what is this ferns neck okay I don't know what area this is but it's like three minutes away from the old place residential like it's actually super super nice I really like it but anyways long story short other place the other three-bedroom loft I was in it was super

super nice but I wanted to upgrade to this 12 grand a month place which we ended up getting for a thousand pounds cheaper than the other one so I am I'm feeling good about this but let me show you around so this place is a new build everything is just like it's like one of smart tech places so there's like a little like this little like iPad trinket things all around and you just control the shutters and blinds oh yeah we thought like it's a very cool design this this were not entirely sure the situation

is here but yeah what can I say look good lounging area this couch is like you felt how comfy this couch is right yeah bro like this this place we both appreciate that subwoofer I want to use that fireplace little caveat but this place it makes me want to watch movies like I don't just it's very the setting like just look there do you like this is very severe placement yeah sort of Bali vibes today is cold enough here in Cape something you can actually work out oh one of the main reasons we got this

place is it's called a hundred megabyte download speeds and 20 megabyte 50 up 50 of them yeah I think about $50 yeah this makes a laugh so much I thought for some reason I had this idea in my mind that Cape Town how it really fast engine or like good internet like in Bali I had quicker internet that I've had in this place and the last place I was in like oh also by the way in the last place is it I'm a different man this year actually this year revenues are up from last year

at the same time so we've made more money this year through the agency through the education company obviously the clothing line and even just things like this year like I still don't consider this a real business so don't take this as like oh even like has this new business model but like even affiliate marketing there's some softwares that I use myself so it's super easy for me to just stand behind like at this point you making 15 grand a month from affiliate marketing YouTube now that actually monetize my videos which by the way is not

for the money it's genuine just because like last year I barely even grew up my YouTube because I was like oh if I de monetize my videos there were no [ __ ] having their face pop up before my videos little did I realize that YouTube doesn't want to promote any of your videos ever if they can't make money off it so does it even stuff like that I think YouTube ad revenue this month will come out to like 5,000 ish pounds like six and a half thousand dollars anyways my point is in this first

three months of this year revenues are up from last year and last year was a great year and my expenses are down and I'm being frugal like I'm flying economy at the last place it was 4,800 pounds but I think it was listed at like six six thousand five hundred yeah there's something there's like six thousand five hundred pounds and actually bargained them down to four thousand eight hundred which old me never would have done that we're just been like okay yeah cool 6500 old me never would have bargained down this twelve twelve thousand pound
