Why God wants you to start a business

if you want to know the truth about why you should start a business let's look to What God Says most people looking to what the world says about why you should start a business and the world has been corrupted and you know by evil if you can't see just you know take a look around you know what does the world say about why you should start a business where are most people looking for those answers usually Instagram or social media and what do you mostly find lifestyle flash cash right and now there's nothing wrong with

material things right God created those things for us but I believe there is a deeper meaning behind why God actually created business let's set that straight God created business so where do I think we should be looking when we want true wisdom about starting a business I would go to the Bible right go straight to God's word you might be just starting out on your entrepreneurial Journey or maybe you're a seasoned business owner for a while no matter where you're at you know there's Timeless guidance in the scriptures I believe that starting a business isn't

just about a pathway to Financial Freedom but it's a journey that can draw you closer to God's purpose for your life you know when the Bible is filled with lessons on stewardship on wisdom and on diligence it's I mean these things are the cornerstones of Entrepreneurship the Bible says in Proverbs 31:16 she considers a field and buys it out of her earnings she plants a Vineyard right this speaks directly to the entrepreneurial Spirit of seeing potential in something investing in business that yields fruit over time it's about recognizing opportunities that others might see or might

Overlook right and acting upon them with wisdom and courage that most people don't have building a business takes commitment it takes your time takes your energy and your focus so you better understand the purpose behind business if you're going to invest all of that most people who teach or mentor about business will tell you you know start with your why clarify you why now I'm not saying that's not important but before that you better understand why God created business now your why is important but God's why trumps yours 10 times over humans wise they're usually

have something to do with the desires of the flesh right cars houses boats all of life's Comfort right but if you dig deep you're not just driven by your own selfish desires God has placed his Desires in your heart to fulfill his purpose so the question you should be asking yourself is how does my business actually align with God's plan and no need to worry God's plans always result in prospering you our God that we serve is a good God and he has good plans for you in Jeremiah 29:11 it says for I know the

plans I have for you declares the Lord plans to prosper you and not harm you plans to give you hope in a future right so the quicker you can get your business aligned with God's purpose the quicker you're actually going to see success so what is God's purpose why did he create business you know he created business so we can serve his other children God created business as a framework for us to interact with each other in a mutually beneficial way with emphasis on the importance of service to others as like the foundational principle when

someone buys your service or your product it's not just a financial transaction right you're adding value to them or you're improving their life you're basically serving them right that's the underlying reason why God created business but the world's philosophy is that business is designed to create wealth and in and now that's definitely part of business don't get me wrong but that's the reward system that God built into business money is the representation that you served God's children God wanted to encourage his people to connect and cooperate and engage in Creative problem solving thereby contributing to

the betterment of the world and society and fulfilling their Divine mandate to improve the world TI Alam it's a Hebrew phrase that translates to repair the world or to mend the world right business is one of those systems that God's installed to keep his people cared for and to be taken care of each other and helping each other right your business can be a testament to this where you get to serve others and glorify God through your talents and your hard work Colossians 3:23 to 24 tells us whatever you do work at it with all

your heart as for working for the Lord not for human Masters since you know that you will receive an inheritance from from the Lord uh as a reward right this is the essence of the entrepreneurial Journey the path will have challenges but those obstacles it's an opportunity to grow and persevere not just for your own benefit but as service to the Lord make God the CEO of your company ask him for guidance on important decisions that need to be made let him steer the ship he's the captain and you're his first mate up until a

few years ago pretty much the main reason I was building business was for my own selfish reasons chasing the money and chasing the Flash and the cash and the lifestyle but during a 5mon business Mastermind that my church hosted last year my mindset was completely shifted I received the Revelation that the purpose for me building business was to actually serve God's children and I hitched my business to that mission and that purpose to God's kingdom and everything changed practically almost overnight my business took off I was more fulfilled the income started doubling right away in

month one and that year my business brought in three times the revenue from the previous year I firmly believe that God put Desires in my heart and he gave me talents to be able to fulfill those desires out in the world and it's my job to Steward it really really well right the parable of the talents in Matthew 25:14 to30 it emphasizes the importance of stewardship and the ethical management of our resources right as entrepreneurs we're called to not only grow our business but to do so so in a manner that reflects Integrity fairness and

responsibility it's about making the most of what we've been given serving your customers with excellence and contributing to building God's kingdom hopefully your perspective on business is starting to shift right if it has and you decide to go out and start building a business buckle up and get ready building a business takes work and it's going to take Faith stepping out in faith it's inherent to both not only your spiritual journey but also your entrepr R preneurial journey and I believe it's one of the ways that God builds our character right Hebrews 11:1 teaches us

now Faith is confidence in what we hope for and Assurance about what we do not see 2 Corinthians 5:7 says for we walk by faith not by sight starting a business requires a leap of faith in God you know in ourselves and in the vision that God has placed in your heart it's about seeing beyond the immediate challenges and trusting in God God's provision and his guidance so as you reflect on these principles approach entrepreneurship not just as a means to an end but as a calling to fulfill God's purpose in your own life let

your business be a light in the marketplace a testament to your faith a vessel for God's work I encourage you to step out shift your mindset serve God's children at the highest level and all the desires of your heart will be fulfilled Matthew 6:33 says but seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added to you so I hope this video is of value to you and I pray that this message lands in your heart that you go out and not only build a business that takes care of
