[Music] please [Music] hi friends it's Annika welcome back to my channel and welcome to today's video today's video is going to be my 6 a.m super ultra productive morning routine that I filmed this last week and then lost all the footage so here we are a week later I'm re-filming it I am going to show you guys in detail how my morning is kind of structured when I do wake up at 6am but I don't get up that early every single day I only do it about three to four times a week and if I
just know that I need a head start on my day then this is basically the routine that I do it's very to the point it's very structured for me so I'm going to show you everything that works for me how I kick start my morning how I stay motivated throughout my morning and organized it is actually the night before um right now it is currently 9 30 and I'm just gonna set my alarms for the morning yes I am one of those girls that has to set like 10 alarms for me to wake up I'll
probably be up for like another hour hour and a half and that gives me like enough sleep to get up at six I do start with a morning workout so that will be the first thing we do tomorrow I will see you all in the morning [Music] [Music] I'm using this super cute little tulip mug if you didn't hear about the tragedy the strawberry mug that I always use broke I'm patiently waiting for their restock on it until then at least I have this one it has baby tulips on it and it's so cute it's
6 20 right now case anyone's wondering why I'm covering my screen it's because Rena is my wallpaper but it's like a selfie I'm pretty sure he's gonna be embarrassed if I show it to like the whole internet usually what I'll do make my lemon water come in here and just like try and Power on my brain basically give myself like five minutes and something that helps me a lot because I'm not a morning person I've started to get smarter about it and I will lay out things from the night before like I laid out my
supplements last night that I'm gonna drink this morning and I lay out my clothing like pre-picked for workout I just come in here it's already just sitting waiting for me if I can like lessen the amount of decisions I have to make in the morning it's super helpful for me I drink some lemon water some warm lemon water some regular water throughout my morning when I'm getting ready now let's get dressed [Music] the only skincare I do in the mornings is some sunscreen and then when I get home after I will do like my whole
routine this is today's outfit I have on a matching honor active I think this is like the taupe sports bra and shorts they say making your bed is the first victory of your day so we need to make this bed [Music] so you guys saw last night I laid out my supplements for myself which is so helpful it's 6 35 I feel pretty good it's just that like I take a while to wake up in the morning so now I'm gonna make my pre-workout and it is so early to drink pre-workout honestly but that's why
like as soon as I wake up I start chugging water because this is not the first thing I want to drink and I use this pre it's from VPN just use like three-fourths of the scoop I used to have so much trouble wrapping my head around the thought of like doing or weights workout like this early in the morning I just thought it was like too hard and like I've tried the super relaxing things like meditating or journaling or reading like right when I wake up I just don't feel like I'm that kind of person
like I really need like a super crazy Kickstart to my morning to get me up because I will just go back to sleep I just think that like working out personally is the best way to get me like up and going otherwise I'm just like dragging my feet throughout the day just making my BCAAs and so I feel like you just need to like do a lot of trial and error if you're having trouble like getting up so early it's everyone's body and mind are different and it took me so many different morning routines honestly
to find one that worked and that's why I wanted to make this video because it has updated so much since I made my last morning routine okay now is the part of my morning where I feel like I get to enjoy my like 10 minutes of Peace before I have to leave it's 6 50 and I know that like by seven I want to be heading out the door so I just sit here and drink my pre-workout and I'm super strict with myself recently about not getting on social media at least the first half hour
ideally the first hour of my day like it's just so much better for me to not wake up scrolling so while I'm here I'll just like check my workout for the day so I know what I need to pack in my gym bag it's not my favorite day of the week because leg day is the worst day I did this workout last week and it burned my quads so I will have this in the description if you want to try it [Music] my gym bag and see what I need but today's workout was pretty simple
so I think all I'm gonna take is my resistance [Music] thank you [Music] please [Music] all done [Music] okay I just took like the fastest five minute shower this is where the morning routine gets a little bit crazy I kind of just rushed like as fast as I can to go sit down and trade I would like to sit down earlier but I feel like I'm honestly still working my way up to that I would have to get up at like 5 30 to be able to make it back all right [Music] okay if I
want to feel put together this is like the basic outline of the outfit I'll put on I will do jeans with some sort of button up I think today I'm gonna go classic and just go this blue button up because it's similar to what I wore the first time I filmed this and this is just like such a go-to for me like if I really am rushing and I want to feel put together a button up jeans and either like some ballet flats or sneakers is what I'll go for perfect [Music] [Music] [Music] okay guys
ignore the hair and face I just like to get like dressed outfit wise first but I'm drinking a little protein shake just as like my refuel um and then I'm gonna make breakfast in a little bit I wanted to show you like my setup here I always have Warrior trading and like the entire platform running on here usually I have charts pulled up but I need to renew the subscription for them so right now I just have the scanners the chat room the news room and then over here is where the actual trading platform is

I'm gonna make something kind of similar but also different um also I feel like potato and egg is so self-explanatory you know I'm gonna make my famous breakfast sandwich and I did name it that myself but I used to make it all the time during the pandemic and I haven't made it in so long craving it so I'm just gonna show you what I put in it I chopped up some yellow potatoes and I'm just gonna cook it over high heat until they're like soft and then I'm gonna scramble some eggs and then we will
assemble the sandwich and I'm gonna show you what I put on it thank you [Music] foreign [Music] okay so the way I assemble this guys is I do a slice of cheese all I have right now is pepper jack and then I'll put some of the potato and eggs scramble on top I do egg whites because I hate egg and all I can manage to eat is egg whites do you know how hard it is to try and eat breakfast when you hate egg okay and then on this bread I'll do some of this avocado
that I mashed up and I'll just spread it on you could eat this separate too honestly I don't have very much but some crushed red pepper on the avocado just a little bit to finish it I do Cholula on the potato and egg just a few drizzles add some sauciness to it and it's so good it's so good guys if you're a Savory breakfast person like I am this is literally Heaven it's so good it's not the prettiest you know I'm not gonna lie it's not the prettiest if anyone makes this and you tag me
in it I will I'll repost your story I'll shout you out I'll DM you I told you that I have been loving to eat breakfast out on my balcony I'm gonna read my Bible while I eat [Music] also here is the outfit I have on this blue this baby blue button up from aritzia it's so soft and so comfy with some jeans it makes me feel put together these jeans are from naked fashion they're just some straight leg jeans and then I have on these ballet flats which are new from Steve Madden I did some
work with DSW and they sent these to me and I'm really happy they did because I think they're super cute and I can totally see like the ballet flat Trend now that is the outfit and my regular gold jewelry okay guys we are going to finish this morning routine with some planning of course it is 11 30. usually at this time I will plan like my afternoon and my evening my mornings are not necessarily like planned on paper they're just more like routine and ritual obviously that's the point of this video and then like at
noon is when I will plan my afternoon and my evening because that's really the part that varies day to day depending on if I have meetings if I'm making content if I'm editing content what I like to do is pull up my social media Planner on my iPad and I will just write down anything that I have to do on here on my paper planner and then I will transfer things from yesterday that I didn't get to finish onto today and this is basically where my morning ends also if you guys want to see a
