My $15,000 Website Consultation SOP

coming at you live from me which is Dean right so as we get into this intro that's who I am and why you should listen to me is cuz I run a web design agency that does $80,000 a month the reason we're super profitable is because we're super Niche and it's also the reason that I don't have to do any of the work so even the stuff that I'm going to show you right now which is the initial website consultation is done by one of my employees is done by the project manager so ideally you

know you're going to hand this off to the project manager but if you don't this is the process that you're going to run through um so I do account for the fact that some agencies are Niche and some agencies are not Niche and you'll see exactly how we do that just by watching this video alone you're going to understand honestly the entire website development process and your clients are going to be extremely comfortable moving forward with you so here we go um my only ask is that if this video brings you value just like the

all of the Sops and everything that you need so here we go this is the initial website consultation so once a sale is made right so here we go let's just get into this this is before the consultation happens this is what generally would happen the sale is made the onboarding form is completed I have a video on the onboarding form and then the initial onboarding call is scheduled right and then once you schedule the onboarding call so the client completes onboarding form you say okay Mr client let's book a call for tomorrow and we'll

do the initial consultation so once they've done that and they've completed the form then you you'll go over and you'll read the details of the onboarding form so once you've done that I would put together an initial temporary strategy right if you're not Niche you don't have a strategy so you're going to need to rest strategize for this new business which is just like the wireframe and sight map now if you're not Niche I would recommend using a software like reloom it's so freaking easy you just log into the software you can do it for

free um you upload some information and then it literally builds out an entire wireframe and sitemap for what you're looking to achieve and it's a fantastic starting point so this takes you literally 2 minutes and you'll have your website strategy down um it takes 10 minutes max if you edit it a little bit because the reason I'm telling you to do this is so that by the time you get on that initial consultation you already have something to show them and you don't have to go and you know destroy your brain trying to figure it

out so here we go I'm now we're going to talk about the actual consultation so during the consultation what you're going to do is Step number one I'm going to run you through all the steps literally just nine steps that's all you need to do you don't have to over complicate it we're going to make it super easy super simple and once you understand this you know download this print it out whatever you need to do but once you've got this down it's a piece of cake trust me so just introduce yourself and set the

frame so what you're going to do is you're going to say Hey you know obviously they'll know you hey it's good to see you so what's going to happen in this call is XY Z you're going to set the frame for the call so Define how the meeting is going to go as per this sop so so you could just literally just go through the bullets you say hey we're just going to jump on this call I'm going to give you a chance a little later down the line to give me any more details but

I'm just going to give you an outline of how this is going to work and they'll say cool let's go ahead so you let them know it's quick and easy and what you're going to be doing then secondly you let them know that you've read the onboarding form and that you understand more about their business and you're Delight to do work with them Mr CLE dude I've read your onboarding form and I've actually done a little bit of research and strategy I'm very excited to work with you on this so what we're going to do

is we're going to go over that I'm going to show you what the development process looks like and if you have any questions or anything to add at the end feel free to do that right and then thirdly you will give them the opportunity to express any concerns and amendments at the end of the consultation now step number four this is where we explain the next steps in the website development process so this is the essential website development process I actually have it sopd out you know client pays onboarding is done content design design development

SEO launch and offboarding gift so it's pretty simple pause the video These are My Sops steal them do whatever you want everyone's doing it um but it's the easiest way to run and delegate a web design agency trust me to have a dedicated designer for the design and a dedicated death for the development and just a project manager to wrap all of this up into one that's the easiest way because if you have one person that does the design the development the project management dude they're probably not not going to be really good at it

and if they are they're going to be really expensive so for me it really doesn't cost a lot to have it done in super high quality like my websites are literally 15,000 and it cost me like two three 2,000 3,000 you know maximum $4,000 to build these websites Max Max Max and that's 50 pages so we run them through the process which is onboarding this is where we are now once we've done that um once you've completed the onboarding and we've done this consultation I'm going to put together a final strategy which is just the

website wireframe and sitemap which is just the layout and the actual strategy that we're going to deploy once we've done that we're going to write the content now PS writing the content you literally just use a Google doc as per the strategy that you've outlined you can use chat GPT um to help you do that literally just upload the the onboarding form submission and Chad GPT has all of the information anyways and you can ask it to read their current website dude your life couldn't be easier right then the design then we take that content

doc plus the strategy and we go and we give it to a designer we can find one on FIV for $150 someone that's really good at design and they'll turn that content into a Pixel Perfect website design you can then show the client the design say hey Mr client are you happy with this design if they're happy we then move into development that's where you then go to another person ideally like an Indian developer and you say hey turn this design into a real website and their only job is to turn that design into a

Pixel Perfect website you literally can't mess it up so cuz you can compare the design with the the development so and it's super cheap dude they're like $9 an hour so yeah and then once that is done we do the SEO you don't have to tell the client by the way how cheap it is and you you just inform them of the process because already if you're going through it like this you're going to be light years ahead of anyone building out their own websites with Elementor or divy right my team still uses Elementor and

divy but we've got beautiful designs and it's cuz we have a dedicated designer and our development's really good CU we have a dedicated development team and the copy is really good because the project manager understands the clients and they're willing to jump on these calls and do the client communication right so what you so you run them through that process then you say we'll give you updates along the way um via contact method so it could be like the Facebook group chat it could be like WhatsApp it could be email it could be text could

phone call whatever you're comfortable with and working with in your agency before we go ahead and get everything started do you have any questions and this is where we take their feedback and we say Ah that's cool Mr Cent okay cool very nice to understand what you're finally saying so you take notes of their consideration you thank them for their time and then you get to work you end the meeting dude if it's a 10-minute meeting it's a 10minute meeting if it's a 20 minute 20 30 minute L's you don't have to spend a lot

of time on there to make them feel hurt in fact the quicker you go the more serious they'll take you now guys if you found value all that I asked just hit that like button that will help me out a lot if you can really do that I'd appreciate it let's get into some tips and goals the goal I would say once again is to Outsource as much work as possible so if you did this initial website consultation you're probably the project manager you want to get away from doing everything yourself so um eventually you're

going to put someone in place to do this for you and they will manage the designers and the developers as per the Sops that you said cuz I've set some I've set some Sops myself you know we've got the ultimate website blueprint because we're Niche we have the same sop we don't have to rest strategize the design you know um yeah so some of the tips project management should take like 10 hours max including everything done correctly with Sops that's what I'm saying if you're project managing this dude your websites if you're building websites you
