Good morning. Welcome to a new video. I hope you're doing well.
Today I'm going to show you my morning routine. I'll show you what I like to do in the morning. Morning is truly one of my favorite times of the day and I like to take my time.
I usually wake up around 7am. I have a 7am alarm on my phone. Sometimes I wake up before the alarm, but let's say that in general, I wake up at 7 a.
m. And the first thing I do, I rinse my face and put on moisturizer. In the morning, I start by drinking water and I like to take my time, I sit on the sofa, I read a book, I read a book and I take my time like that for half an hour, for 30 minutes.
After about 30 minutes of reading a book and drinking water, I make myself a coffee. Mmm, I made myself a little coffee and in the morning I love sitting in the garden in the sun, getting a little tan in the morning sun. It's a blast.
And as you can see, I'm not the only one tanning this morning, I'm not alone. I've been awake for about an hour now. I read, I drank water, I drank coffee and now I'm going to do a little sport.
As I explained to you in one of my last videos, I really try to do sport regularly and for me, the best way to do sport regularly is to do a little sport every day and to do it in the morning, because if I don't do it in the morning, there's a good chance I won't do it at all. So I try every morning at 8 a. m.
to do around 15-20 minutes of sport. So it's 8 a. m.
, I don't feel like exercising, but I know that once I start, it's okay. And then, the sooner we start, the sooner we finish, so I'm going to go change into sports clothes and we're going to do a little sports session. I put on my sports outfit.
Today I'm going to do a cardio session. That too was one of my tips in the video on habits. It's about deciding in advance what session I'm going to do, so I decided yesterday that I was going to do a cardio session today, so this morning, I don't have to worry about it.
Everything is planned. At 8 a. m.
, I do a cardio session in the living room and we don't ask any questions. To do my sport, I really like using the application and the website "TrainSweatEat", which is, which was created by a French YouTuber called Sissy MUA, so if you want to do sport in French , I advise you to go see her Youtube channel and she also has a website with a paid subscription, with sports programs and I like, I really like, I really like her site and I like doing sessions short, so I'm going to do a quarter hour, 20 minutes of cardio. Here we go!
I finished. It was great. It was only 16 minutes of cardio, but it's enough for me.
Honestly, a quarter of an hour, 20 minutes max of sport in the morning is perfect. I sweated a lot. It was hard but it was, it was good and now I'm going to go take a shower.
In the morning in the shower, I like to finish with a jet of cold water, afterwards I feel great. So I'm going to shower and I'll meet you afterwards. See you all!
I did my workout, I showered, I got dressed and now I'm going to do some meditation. Meditation is also a habit that I try to do regularly and as with sport, if I don't do it in the morning, there's a good chance that I won't do it at all, so I prefer to do in the morning. I do 10 minutes of meditation.
And I like to use the “7mind” application, which I have already spoken to you about several times, to do a guided meditation. Start by sitting upright but not uncomfortable. I prepare my breakfast.
For breakfast, I don't eat the same thing every day. Today I'm going to make porridge with oatmeal. That's oatmeal.
I add oatmeal, chia seeds, cinnamon and soy milk. I cut fruit for porridge. I add almonds.
And peanut butter. I'm going to sit in the garden to eat my breakfast. These two female dogs follow me everywhere.
Enjoy your food. I finished eating my breakfast and I'm almost done with my morning routine. I just need to brush my teeth.
I'm one of the people who brushes my teeth after eating breakfast, but tell me in the comments if you brush your teeth before or after breakfast. That interests me. That's it, I finally finished my morning routine.
As you can see, I like to take my time in the morning. It's really one of my favorite times of the day, so I take 2-2. 5 hours to do my little morning routine and start working around 9-9:30.
