Hello. This is MoonyKitchen. Before I cut the cabbage, I tear off each leaf and wash it.
This is because if you cut cabbage and then wash it, even the water-soluble nutrients in the cabbage are washed away. 1/4 shredded cabbage. Stick your chopsticks into the carrots and slice them.
Carrots are rich in the antioxidant nutrient beta-carotene. This slicer isn't very useful. 1/2 carrot.
Purple onion. Onions are rich in the antioxidant nutrients quercetin. Moreover, purple onions are rich in anthocyanins.
1 onion. Apple. Remove apple seeds.
Apple peels contain more flavonoids than the flesh, so wash them thoroughly and eat them, including the peel. Apples turn brown, so prepare them last. Chicken breast.
Tear the chicken breast into large pieces and soak in hot water. Let's make sauce. 1/2 lemon.

Add warm water little by little to adjust the consistency. A delicious peanut sauce made easily. Chicken breast soaked in hot water.
Discard the blanching water. Shred the chicken breast. If you shred the chicken breast beforehand and blanch it, it will lose its flavor.
Room temperature water. Rice paper does not stick when soaked in room temperature water. 4 small size rice papers.
Washed green vegetables. Shredded cabbage. Shredded carrots.
Add plenty of vegetables. Shredded apple. Shredded onions.
Shredded chicken breast. Now, carefully roll it like you would roll gimbap. 3 large size (22cm) rice papers.
Green vegetables. Cabbage. Carrot.
Apple. Chicken breast. Roll it well.
Vegetable roll full of vegetables. I'll taste it. It's really tasty.
The rich peanut sauce goes really well with the vegetables. My favorite zero cola. A veggie roll that's really full of vegetables.
Sriracha sauce. This is also good. Peanut butter + sriracha.
This is also good. I'll try the buldak mayo sauce too. Vegetable rolls that go well with any sauce.
Epilogue. Full of cabbage. Next is cleanup.
Remove the apple seeds. What the? Useless tool.
I need to wash the lid. A cleaned lid. Set up a clean filming environment.
