yeah that's me I bet you're wondering how I got here well my name is Susie JT and here's my story larger broader it's one of my favourite youtubers I find her so inspiring she is literally sponsored by target she did that she had this amazing weight loss journey and she looked fantastic before and after but she's just so healthy now and she shared how she did it on her YouTube channel which was amazing for me because now I can try do the exact same thing and hopefully it works for me just like it worked for
her she has this very popular treadmill workout called the 12 330 which is basically where you go on a treadmill you put the incline at 12 3 miles per hour and you do that for 30 minutes she of course does other workouts but she said that this is something she tried to get done every time she went to the gym and it really helped with her weight loss Lauren doesn't really have a set diet but she does like to mindfully eat and I was inspired by some of the foods I'd seen her eat in her

weigh eighty two point four which is actually more than what I weighed in the end of my last video so technically I've put on weight but I think that's honestly just water weight because weight fluctuates all the time so I didn't really take too much notice of this then I started the workout by of course putting my incline to twelve four point eight k's per hour because that's three months per hour in kayes and I started the uphill walk to skinniness as you can see this was much more of a struggle than I had once
anticipated and I honestly did not know how I got through this first workout considering I forgot my earphones and had nothing to distract me except for the sweat dripping into my eyes after the workout I was left bogging because I was so proud of myself and also surprised that my body could produce this much sweat it was also kind of nice though because I couldn't have chips this week and the sweat from my upper lip was like a nice salty surprise and now for the obligatory grocery haul three two one go [Music] now I don't
really like to eat meat but I don't really care about fish dying I feel like that's a bit mean but it's the truth I don't really care about fish time [Music] the only reason I've been avoiding fish is because it's so bad for the environment but this is responsibly fished so yeah that's the grocery haul in waiting quiet please no need to shout in Laurens treadmill routine plus meal example video she does these egg wraps for breakfast so I'm gonna make those I had some crackers and hummus before because I was coming understudies these raps
from Willie's put some spring onion in the baby spinach and mushrooms in there I'm just gonna fry up my veggies [Music] finishes then I fried it into an omelette chucked it in a wrap and that was breakfast okay I'm at the gym it's currently 8 a.m. I do get up at 6:30 a.m. and everything was going well and then I told myself that I was allowed to have a coffee first and I ended up sitting on my phone with that coffee watching tea talks for an hour also I thought I was just having horrible period
cramps but I think my coffee just made me a little gassy just to show how much this workout actually kills his me before the workout and at least this time I remembered to bring it out by the way I was not at all perfect this week here was me having Vietnamese with Francis and I was so excited I forgot to feel that it had a crack in the seed and I have looked inside and I can see the start of an avocado sprout please live good luck my sweet baby for dinner this night I had
a fake chicken and salad wrap I put a little bit of cheese on it because a little cheese never hurt nobody also why am i holding the plate like ariana grande this dinner was delicious and I think Lauren would definitely approve sometime later that week Shelby and I decided to go for a walk up a mountain and change our mind last minute and ended up going to the War Memorial so here's us flying a helicopter then we went to the mall and I decided to film a quick haul of what I had gotten here is
Fanny the Flamingo my new watering can I got a dare iced coffee for old times sake and some hot cross buns chocolate flavoured of course I even got a makeup brush cleanup for six dollars from came up we love a bargain I also tried the infamous breakfast burrito multiple times throughout the week here is one of my attempts with a bit of cheese on it it was better than the last but not bright I definitely deserve props for this day because I went on like a 5k hike and also went to the gym here's me
at the gym feeling a little bit shy I also have a mixture of sweat and sunscreen dripping into my eyes at this point if you can't tell I forgot my towel again unless nobody else imagined [Music] there's so much sunscreen but in my eyes I think I'm going wide I would end up doing around 36 minutes so I ended up burning around 367 calories this time which is roughly what I would burn every workout after every workout I like to make absolute sure that I have a good cool down stretch and you guys have been
asking why I am so flexible and its genetic I did not do anything to be this flexible it's a blessing and a curse for some reason God decided to bless me with no physical capabilities whatsoever but my limbs are really bending this is probably one of my absolute favorite breakfasts to have like I thoroughly enjoy my morning yogurt with granola I would eat this for dessert it tastes good I think I just snatched Gordon Ramsey's weak Lauren Jerrod I was very serious about self-care so Francis and I decided to treat ourselves to a Thai massage
we also got this coconut tea which was very delicious I would write this experience a 10 out of 10 that was amazing I have never felt so relaxed to us she literally mounted me and all there is is five ounces he cracked my ties there but surely when he cracked my times that was like cool Lauren showed that she likes to have Graviola in a meal examples video sorry made Francis decide to have our weekly dairy intake all-in-one guard at an Italian restaurant bar Quinn's loves to share her skincare in her videos so I wanted
to do mine because I've been actually following skincare this wait I feel like when you have a prompt skincare routine your life is definitely together sir these makeup wipes the tools for a pack that came up they're really bad for the environment and I know that and I really want to thank halo but I just haven't done it yet summary them and also currently these are really abrasive and bad for your skin I'm just gonna check up my makeup get in the shower and cleanse my skin with a QB sensitive clothes though because if I
use anything else my skin hates me as you can probably tell by my Turbie twist and my Kmart oversized nighty that says love sleep with eyes for the ease I have just had a shower and recently I got sent these products from gluten molecules I'm not getting paid to show these by the way I just thought they were really cute so I've been doing my skincare with these in the past week and I'm really enjoying them got my cotton pad and I'm going to use the nice in a mine at lightning tone up well I
feel really adult right now what I've been liking about these they all have like zero scent and really sensitive when I put most products on my skin they burn like hot fiery hell it's like a nice tingle for head check and then we pretend she's not better niacinamide serum which I love because it has a little dropper thing I've just been sitting them on my sink so I remembered to do them because otherwise I will literally forget to wash my face then I'm using the silicon free priming moisturizer yeah I also really feel like I
need to start using anti-aging products I'm obviously constantly frowning and just not at all impressed with life because I'm starting to get a frown line here now I'm keep on forgetting to a sober pickle this is the ultra hydrating facial oil which I was very excited about yeah I was really excited to get an oil but zap hello dry skin used to put coconut oil on my face come when it dries up and my skin looks really good when I do bad I don't know why I stopped actually I think after a while it started
clogging my pores I have seen any pimples come up yet from this literally the only reason I have pimples it's because I sometimes get like hormonal ones that would literally look like nothing and then I just spend an hour in the middle of the night picking at my face until they are all bloody and raw so yeah that's a big problem of mine that's a problem we'll solve in a future episode of Susie's life good night guys just wake up not even gonna say still keep though cos you know how it is Lauren Jurado had
a green smoothie for breakfast so I'm that I have a green smoothie for breakfast if that's not my daily greens I don't know what is oops it's probably this fantastic straight specialist we'll see that blends this blender is really bad so I'm not sure I wish I had like the blenders that they use at first oh that is spinach heavy the best milk apparently all of those fancy-schmancy Miller's the only one really that this gives you as much nutrition at the council is so you this is soya milk oh so here is my finished green
smoothie oh oh oh it actually doesn't taste that bad since we probably all going to be for any virus quarantine area and we won't have any way to get food I decided to stop my own bomb so Marie and I went to go see chickens and I found out that I'm actually terrified of chickens but they were really cute and things of my new baby then I lost my poor boyfriend fill me at the gym the more I did this workout the easier it would get but I still had to hold onto the sides the
entire time [Music] this is my gorgeous avocado also my boyfriend's sister Heather showed me a really good way to store avocados it's too wet a paper towel and then put it on the avocado and just put it straight in the fridge like that I'm going to crack my eggs into here I've always wanted to do it with one hand like and have some crackers and hummus spinach in okay that's a bit better smashing my avocado adding our mix it's 7:30 I'm at the gym I've got a towel let's do this and then I proceeded to
do the workout for the last time of the week I actually had a beautiful view of the hot air balloon festival going over Canberra and it was just a really nice workout I felt like I sweated way less and I found it way easier than all the times before here is me counting down like I do every time to the end of the 30 minutes in the end I burned 383 calories which I was very proud of as you can tell and then I decided to do some floor exercises because I had been doing push-ups
throughout this week trying to get more and more Here I am being a little bit shy then I did some nasty stuff and some ab exercises and finally at some butt exercises and that was the end of my workout my tail that I'm using to wipe my sweat away with literally says my boyfriend's name if that's not a flex I don't know and with the final weigh-in I was down to 18 point 5 kilos which is the lightest I have been in a long time I look a lot slimmer than I did at the beginning
of the week and I feel bright and here are my end thoughts after the week is done so at the end of the week I did end up losing more than a kilo which is very surprising to me considering that I felt like I definitely was very lenient with the diet I feel like white doesn't really matter though it's more about how you feel at the end of the week and I feel great I'm so proud of myself much more capable of cardio which is one of my biggest issues cardio is like my enemy cardio
does not like me I don't like her we try to stay away from each other but this is like easier Cartier it's not like getting on a treadmill after not working out for months and try to sprint walking uphill it burns so much but it's still better than running I love Lauren Jurado and I've got to say I love this workout it's like a workout for unfit people as for the diet I thought it was great that she was mindfully eating but not restricting herself twist set diet this isn't the type of thing that like
gets easier and easier it gets easier and then it's harder and it's easier and then it's harder it's kind of like an up-and-down thing I feel like the most important thing is entertaining yourself while you do this like I had to make sure that I had my videos that I wanted to watch on YouTube set out the more that I was watching something entertaining the less I thought about what I was actually doing when I was doing this workout I was burning it sorry more calories than when I was trying to run I also felt
way less drained like I do when I try to run I actually felt energized after these workouts in the end this is a massive thumbs up from me Lauren always repost people who do 12 3 30 on her Instagram story and I wasn't doing it because I wanted this video to be a secret for you guys and I'm so excited to actually post on my story and hopefully you get reposted by Lauren because I will actually make my dreams come true I don't think Lauren's gonna say this video but if you do Lauren I love
