STUDY YOUR AUDIENCE Knowing your audience well is a key step to success. And here, there is much more than demographic data , such as age, gender, where you live, etc. Identifying behavioral data is mandatory, such as your problems/needs, preferences, customs, among other points.
In this way, you will be able to define how to best approach and approach your audience. Therefore, have your goals very clear so that the use of social networks has a well-defined and assertive role to help achieve the goals and targets. As examples of objectives, we can mention: greater reach of the brand, creating a means of relationship with your customers and potential customers, increasing sales, achieving greater brand recognition, increasing traffic to your website or e-commerce, conducting demonstrations of your products/services, create authority for your brand, among many other points. Also, the combination of social networks is a very common practice that usually brings good results too.
5. CREATE AN EDITORIAL CALENDAR Defining and planning ahead is very important so that your content is really relevant to your audience. That way, your messages will arrive at the right time and in the right place for your consumers.
At this point, define the frequency of your publications, types of content, times and dates of each post, finally. This is very important to be well worked so that your audience receives your messages in an assertive way. And the editorial calendar serves just that: for you to be able to carry out coherent planning and execute it in an organized and anticipated way.
