There are foods that, when consumed, in addition to having a very good effect on our intestines, help regulate and balance different substances that will make our kidneys work better, helping to keep us healthier, reducing inflammation, oxidation and protecting this organ. . First of all, can the kidney really be cleansed or detoxified?
Well, this organ, despite forming urine, is not dirty. When in medicine we refer to cleaning or detoxifying an organ such as the liver or kidney, we are referring to the fact that there are some foods and drinks that , when consumed, improve or facilitate their function to cleanse and detoxify our blood. That is, to eliminate the toxins that accumulate in our circulation.
