How i Find Faceless YT Niches That Make $123,000 A Month!

in May of 2024 I had one channel do 123k US in a single month and as you can see it was the Diddy Niche um you're going to have to maybe pause the video here if you want to have a look um it is this this uh picture however is a screenshot it's not live YouTube studio uh as you can see I have quite a lot of uh YouTube Studio screenshots in my phone uh the reason for that is because the channel is currently no longer around um I'll explain that situation in another video if

you want to know why uh just go to my Twitter scroll down a little bit I'm sure you'll find out um but anyway before you do in this video I'm going to show you how I find 123k a month niches and again YouTube's hard how I find 123k a month niches um and I I will do it live without any preparation I just literally turn on this camera and uh I won't stop so I'll just literally this is a first one onetime thing I'm just going to do research until I find a niche and I'll

walk you through the process of how I find a niche from completely scratch uh completely from scratch um and again this will be much better than any kind of like AI Niche that you get from all these kind of like faceless AI how to grow a faces Channel um uh creators uh this is the real process uh these are issues that actually work uh because one very common mistake that people make when especially beginners when they start working on uh faces YouTube channels is that they um start watching kind of the mainstream advice videos right

and what they often advise is getting into these easy niches how to um get to 50K a month using uh C GTP generated AI stories and yes some of these AI story channel uh channels do work I I'm not saying that's not the case um and I'm but I am saying um that um most of these AI story channels or these AI channels will get are so competitive because everyone wants to do these easy channels right especially the people who have no money or little budget or do do not want to put in the effort

to make higher quality content will only go for those AI story channels and if everyone goes for them your chance at succeeding in that market because the market again gets saturated or there's there's um you're competing for a finite amount of your attention uh goes that that attention gets dispersed very quickly even if you are successful usually in these type of markets um the attention over time and this can usually Lo like uh sometimes it cost a couple months before this happens but the attention is is uh eventually kind of disperse especially if all the

formats are very very or the format that everyone's doing is very very similar the attention will disperse very quickly across a lot of different channels and thus maintaining profitability or consistent profitability is super difficult um so I'm going to show you um just from scratch uh I have no preparation uh how I find niches so okay you don't need any pay tools and um keep and I I also before we get into this video the 123k month is an outlier I don't do that every single month I'm linking a video um in the description to

show you the reality of uh fa's YouTube channels I'm not trying to um you know paint the wrong picture uh but again we're going to start completely from scratch I have no idea what I'm going to look up I'm just going to um start as kind of like a beginner um I do want to recommend if you are going to do Niche research you don't need any tools um I do and and I have a I have a specialized I'm going to admit I have a specialized AI niche finder or on next LA to IO

but again that's quite expensive and more for uh professionals uh best the best thing you can do as a beginner or the best uh purchase you can probably make is just the next left Chrome extension and again this is a hard plug but again it's it's it makes research so much easier so that's the extension I'm going to be using in this video again I'm not going to mention it again I'm just going to use the features uh why am I researching but I know I'm going to get a lot of questions so that's the

tool I'm going to be using in this video but again you don't need the tool necessarily again it's like 30 bucks a month it's like 303 bucks a month with a twoe free trial um so it's the barrier to entry really isn't that high right anyway let's get started so first things first um there's a couple methods you can do um and I'm just going to uh go through them one by one in the case I get lucky uh but otherwise of after a couple minutes if I don't find anything uh I'm going to uh

do more targeted uh research so let's get started so what I've done is I've looked onto some of my accounts that um basically um have like a a clean YouTube profile um especially this account I'm actually kind of training this YouTube account to um to recommend me kind of fresh content uh so that's what we'll be using uh in this particular case so what I'm going to do first is I'm going to scroll all the all the way down uh to the bottom of the uh recommendation page just really quickly I'm just I wish my

internet was a lot faster so it would load super quickly um but yeah I'm going to scroll down all the way to the bottom of the recommendation page I'm going to click on the filter button and then just simply go subscriber versus viard and I'm going to go quite fast uh through uh these um again I'm going to go quite fast through this entire process just because again there's many things to consider uh and I don't want this video to be 2 hours long right because normally it takes me a couple hours especially if I'm

doing it by hand so uh yeah uh let's get started so here we have a channel 186,000 views on a 500 subscriber channel so we're just going to check this channel out um let me see uh what's on this channel so 14 hours ago um okay okay this is very interesting so what we're seeing right here and and again I've never seen this nich in my life but let's say currently you have a pre monetized or age Channel or maybe already an MMA Channel laying around this already would be a quite interesting Niche there's a

apparently I I didn't know about this but there's a drama going on just of the thumbnails uh about some us UFC fighter getting kicked off the plane and this channel is making reaction videos to um to uh that event right so it's just very short clips but what you and the reason it's probably not monetized is because I think it's just raw clip and they just place the thumbnail oh no okay there's actual there's actual editing in here seems like the channel is however demonetized um so I'm not 100% sure but I think you can

get away with a channel like this if you um either do two things so uh what you can do is uh have long intros before you get into the video and make it really transformative ative and really analyze the situation around it and what I would probably do in this scenario so he's making two minute videos of them and that might uh be one of the reasons why this channel succeed and people just want to see a quick update of people kind of like uh uh reacting to the situation however what you could probably also

do is um now that this format is going viral this could potentially be a good Niche to maybe make 8 minute or 5 minute videos kind of analyzing each angle of the situation that's the same thing I did um on the channel I just showed in the Diddy n in May that's the same exact format I kind of did um and especially maybe if there's more of these type of for or like drama formats so let's say I don't know Conor McGregor knocks someone else out in the bar or he crashes his car um and

then there could be kind of like UFC fighter reactions to one one uh specific scenario so every time whenever like a a UFC fighter goes viral for some random clip you get all these different reaction angles and that could potentially be a good Niche to kind of conquer cuz I haven't seen this format uh a lot before so this is again this is sheer luck that I found this channel but this could potentially be super super interesting so I'm going to just load the similar Channel system I don't think this channel is super super profitable

I think it's making probably like 2 3,000 a month uh but again potentially interesting format to explore later on here we have uh another format um which is this for uh this niche of format is quite old so this is like documentaries about Mike Tyson fighting uh certain people um and yeah they make documentaries about it um I know for a fact there's a bunch of competition here so um I'm not going to this isn't super interesting uh and the reason I know this obviously is because I'm on YouTube all day but if you check

out the channel and go into similar channels or just copy and paste the title into your YouTube search and sort by uh um I'll just kind of show you I'll just show you for the people who don't have the extension so quickly if you want to check the saturation of AE um go to the most popular video right so take the most popular video and take the core of the title you don't want to copy paste the entire title you only want to paste the part that most competitors competitors would probably copy right you want

to paste the format of the copy and paste the format of the title and not the entire title itself because most likely what competitors will do is kind of change the details up right what you'll do then is go here and as you can see there's a bunch of people kind of doing the same thing so this guy probably copied this video um either just completely ripped off the video or I'm I'm not sure but yeah as you can see there's a bunch of competition here doing the exact same format um there's quite a lot

of them one year old as you can see I I'm not saying this is a horrible Niche it's just not the perfect Niche I am looking for in this video I'm really looking for something fresh um where I can be first or second or third to Market uh instead of something that maybe already has been done a bunch of times and where I have to really compete on a quality basis I will not I when I'm looking for a new Niche I'm looking for something where I I don't have to compete on a quality basis

so what I mean is as a niche gets more saturated for example police body cam is a really good um case of this um what happens is when we first started out in police body cam the quality could be super low and it would still go viral now because there's so many people kind of doing police body cam the quality the storytelling the thumbnails that you need to make need needs to be at a whole different level right H and the focus required to make or the the focus and U the dedication to make that

channel go viral is a lot higher than if you just found something fresh right so uh that's the reason why I I wouldn't consider that an interesting uh Niche right now so um let me see what we have right here uh podcast is always uh interesting but this seems like some I AI generated stuff um we have a documentary channel right here the quality is quite High could be interesting but again we're looking for something that's easy to replicate and not uh and we don't want to compete on quality basis um obviously we want to

make quality content but we we don't want to initially um compete on a quality type of basis right um well there's a bunch of fight news in here um we we might want to maybe move away from the fight stuff um we have a bunch of fighting documentaries so that could be interesting again the format like the the ideation and the format is a little confusing um so I mean like what I mean with confusing is it's not confusing or I don't understand why it or um I don't understand why it works uh that's not

the case what I'm saying is that you have to kind of keep innovating uh and you have to be very creative on each uh uh topic uh which kind of adds more uh or there's more factors to why a video uh will go viral and the more factors there are to why a video can go viral uh the less consistent you can go viral unless obviously you're super dedicated and you know what you're doing and uh you have the time and and E and and you want to put in the time and effort to focus

on the channel correctly right but uh for me personally um that's not how I want to approach things so um yeah these aren't super interesting to me there are some interesting formats uh obviously kind of like the plane stuff uh some of that looks interesting but nothing too crazy no nothing too crazy that I would say this is super super interesting so what I'm going to do now is um refresh and run through it again and if I can't find anything in this next refresh I'm going to um start a more targeted search um so

I think we've kind of been through some of these already so we want to kind of move away maybe what we can do is uh as you can see there's some options here at the top what you can do um is kind of switch up your homepage um and you can do this by for example uh just pressing one of these and then uh again scrolling through the bottom I don't think there's many good faces channels in the comedy section uh we're looking for maybe we go to new to you see if there's anything fresh

here uh doesn't look like it no doesn't look like there's anything interesting in here uh again we're looking for those uh repeatable formats uh and I and I hope I can find something uh that could be interesting maybe comedy has something uh oh no we just went through to there uh what about cars let's see what cars have again there's many angles you can take on car for example content so maybe there's a new format again like never skip over existing nich cuz usually what happens every uh so often is someone discovers a new format

that goes absolutely viral so we want to try and find those you know new viral uh type of uh formats that we can also hop on to now car content usually or I mean like formula one type of content usually doesn't have a super high RPM so we're just going to have to start looking through these and seeing if there's anything interesting uh uh so this is little interesting so this is for One content with the data analysis twist could be interesting would probably be a channel I would save to my um next left swipe

file folder um let me see if there's anything uh don't mind me if I'm going a little bit too fast again I'm just trying to make sure this video isn't two hours long uh so this is I think motivational content and no nothing interesting here I don't think so okay okay okay we're going to have to do something else so let me just try WWE and see if there's maybe something here um again these tabs you can generate by watching uh so you can create a new YouTube account and then you just start watching uh

faceless video so like that could be MMA that could be in One Direction and especially and then you start getting these tabs uh and you can really quickly sort through different you know categories uh this way oh now we have a bunch of just like uh content coming from the original WWE Channel which will probably froze off I don't think there's much interesting things in here if I'm just looking through it really quickly so what we can potentially do um is see if there's maybe some documentary so you can always go through a couple formats

so for example let's say we have an idea to do a WWE Channel but we don't know what exactly to do you can simply um go through a couple common format title so what I mean is um if you look at basketball compilations right it's usually one in 100 basket uh basketball shots or the craziest basketball shots or uh uh uh NBA moments you wouldn't believe uh something like this if you know these formats up front if you study these formats maybe make a list of them and then start applying them to other niches and

start looking them up in YouTube search sometimes you can find these new documentary formats that are super interesting um so I'll go for or or uh what I just meant was a compilation format that could be interesting but in this case I'm just going to go and and see if I can find a documentary Channel about WWE um the WWE wrestler that so this is a very common title and then we're going to put a star behind it so it it's basically fill in the blank you tell YouTube to to fill in the blanks I'm

just going to uh I'm just going to apply the filters here again see if we can find anything interesting super quickly I want to sort out uh the shorts and see if there's anything interesting um any we'll just we'll just sort by smaller channels on their 71k subs uh no nothing too interesting let me see if something loads in uh it usually takes some time to fetch some videos but in the meanwhile I'm just going to back to I believe yeah this channel uh and see if there were any other super viral channel so again

this was that original Channel we found and I'm just checking the similar channels to see if there were any other channels doing something um similar that also went viral recently but it doesn't seem like there are many smaller channels doing super crazy uh that are super similar so yeah in that case here we also can't find much so in that case we're going to have to start taking a new approach to the niche finding so um what we could do we have something that's that documentary channel is we want to try and move away now

because otherwise you're going to get stuck in these endless Loops looking at the same niches so let me move away from Mar arts and see if I can find something different under another YouTube card so here we have something about fire departments uh under this YouTube account so OB we see we have the the fire going on in La so let's see if we can find any uh faces channels um making content on that and and doing really well so uh we're going to have a look and see if we can find something interesting but

it mainly seems to be just new coverage which is which really isn't good for us [Music] um bus fire no oo so this is GoPro footage of firefighters could be could be interesting new type of police body cam format but then with firefighters but maybe someone else has done it already we can we can have a look if there's any firefighter ooh what's this so so here we have a channel this potentially I mean it's a shortterm niche um so this channel is [Music] about usually about plane crash es but it's also making videos about

the the California fire very what we could potentially do is just run a similar check here seeing if there's any faces channels mimicking what he's doing uh but other than that yeah there there much interesting uh going on in here so yeah we're going to have to move to something else um let me see recently uploaded could be something interesting let us check so yeah these are all more more recent videos uh let's see if we can find anything interesting in between here and again this is the problem with kind of like the the homepage

method is that you're you never know when you're going to run into something interesting uh no there's nothing here here no there's nothing here okay okay we're going to have to take a different approach so let's do um a more targeted approach now so let me think um of a initial starting point so what I mean again initial starting point are um points of inspiration where you start your niece research from so what we're going to do is uh we're going to ask JDP cuz sometimes again our brain uh only has so much information or

limited amounts of information so sometimes what you just want to do is have a look if CHP can come up with subjects you wouldn't have normally thought about and that's really what you're looking for in niches right so um give me 30 subjects that a white male living in California USA would would watch um on YouTube uh white male living in California USA uh 50 years old would watch on YouTube let's see let's see what it comes up with so usually yeah we're trying to give it a Target or a Target Avatar or target audience

let's hope chb actually functions today uh doesn't seem like it uh ah here Here Comes so um yeah we want to give it a target audience um and let's see Fitness for man uh cooking recipes no no no no no no no it's skin care that's [ __ ] no give me unconventional Hobbies or celebrities news or certain certain TV shows or something like that I saw classic rock music I think potentially that's something we can look into restoring classic cards metal detecting Urban exploration vinyl records woodworking drone racing um celebrity legal battles Hollywood relationship

Tech billionaires reality TV stars fintage Hollywood drama um that could be interesting uh British TV Mysteries let's see uh true crime documentaries late night comedy Recaps survival shows we're going to have to start somewhere I think let's just start with let's start with rock music right so um we're just going to go back to our YouTube and then go rockars who okay let's see what we what we come across here so let's uh again if you don't have the extension you could just go view count this month uh that's the easiest way to kind of

find things uh and see if we can spot anything remotely interesting uh I also see a bunch of cartoons that could might be interesting to look into ooh this is a however a German a German YouTube channel so if you speak German potentially interesting Niche uh as you can see it's doing pretty well so and I don't think there's too many Rockstar related channels in Germany might be interesting uh what what about so what about I saw this channel before I've covered that in different videos just most annoying rock stars ranked could be a format

that you could explore yeah could be possibly something um rock stars who didn't like certain people yeah so the this would these would be pretty interesting niches again I have a video on Twitter where I go over the same Niche so by coincidence I kind of stumbled upon the same Niche this is an interesting Niche I would classify this an interesting nich if you looked at the results that we were just getting not too many competitors um the RPM is probably high again other people are watching this um it's a repeatable format uh this is

kind of what we want to be looking for um however I've covered this nich before on Twitter on another video so I want to try and find something um that's more uh yeah interesting so let's see oh you know what can also do I see retired athletes what if what um what are some retired uh NFL stars from 1990 1980 Bill eer okay just oh just check what are super famous NFL stars from 1980 just ask it so I have an idea here see what it says Joe Montana so let's see if there's any channel

capitalizing on Old sports stars could be interesting to see if anyone is is doing that okay so there are a couple channels but they're they're mainly pretty big uh which isn't a good sign to us yeah I hope I like I mean it's I mean it's better you you guys watch me fil finding a n um then then we succeed CU you'll learn more from my from my uh failing process here so um I get if it can be a little still I'll maybe link a time stamp to when I find something actually interesting uh

but again I want to record the entire R process so um yeah we can see if we can go after something else in this list um what we can do is go after have a look at vintage Hollywood drama I know for a fact that that's a niche that's currently or very popular uh it's getting pretty saturated still some room to kind of innovate um but I'm not sure if this is the best keyword to to put uh let me see yeah so you have like obviously like the super old Hollywood star videos but nothing

very very interesting what if you do um old Hollywood stars oh not a bad idea we can go off the M row so I'm not sure if this subscriber count here is correct but let me see that seems to be pretty viral uh but nothing super recent so I'm just using the normal method that I would use instead of the filter just because um I want the people without extension to also be able to follow along ooh okay this could be interesting right there so this is very interesting right so we have a niche here

we have a niche here and this is quite a large channel that has a very high RPM format this thumbnail format is not very popular in this given Niche I know that for a fact so if we can find smaller channels at this stage that are doing the same thing and are popping off we might have found something super super interesting um and maybe I have um like maybe um I found something super obvious um again I'll have to look but yeah just go have to go through that here we have another Channel with 20K

subs and 126 videos also doing pretty well as you can see right here um not all of the videos are going viral like it's pretty inconsistent which is a big red flag but if they go um viral they do pretty well and uh again like for most of these type of channels with higher RPMs and higher views on viral videos um really the cool part is that I mean not every video has to go viral cuz when one of these videos go viral I mean this would probably get you like 800 bucks so you can

cover all the cost of all the FI videos uh with those uh you know remain with those uh viral ones so I'll just really quickly check the channel Revenue here while we check out the this format so please let's find some smaller channels and pray that something that's hot like that's a little interesting so again we have like also old Channel um let me see if there's something else that we can we can spot um oh what's this oh we have a channel called film Secrets 25 videos okay look at this so I think we

found something I think we did it so uh as you can see we have a channel and and what you can see on this channel is a couple very important things so obviously RPM won't be super high I think four bucks or something like that uh we'll have to we'll have to check with the analytics however however the cool part about this channel is it's a repeatable format it's consistently going viral on a small channel that recently started and this is and and the quality from The Branding uh doesn't seem that we have data yet

for this Channel okay we don't have data yet for this Channel or we might be loading in uh yeah the revenue for uh other channel um but yeah it this seems very interesting so uh yeah this channel is just three months old um consistently going viral so what you can do now now you this um go to popular Disney cartoon series similar to um uh to um what's it called The Lion King and and apply this format so we can do all these Disney uh princess movies we can apply this format to we can apply

it to any other kind of like animal related Disney uh movies um this could be a very interesting uh Channel just because then again um it's it's doing the same format over and over again and keeps going viral every single time so this is something completely fresh you probably haven't seen this Niche before maybe you have if you have next L um but yeah this is super super interesting Niche it took me 33 minutes so again uh super long video uh but definitely definitely uh an interesting Channel um I would have to do I can

do another video maybe talking about o look at this holy damn look at this these are also going super viral straight off the bat as see this is an older Channel but again this confirms our suspicion that is uh there's a lot of demand here um so yeah this is here you have another one super small sub subscriber account okay this is like edits it's not that interesting uh but yeah this is super interesting this is super interesting as you can see there's not many competitor uh competitors that the the Chrome extension can find but

yeah definitely super interesting Niche uh I don't think it's like a niche where you can earn 100K a month uh but again this is how you would find uh new new niches or viral niches to kind of Chase off there so I hope this was valuable uh that's it for the video and uh thank you very much for watching bye-bye see you all next time
