in this video I'm covering my top 10 niches to get into in 2024 these are ones where you can scale your content publish more make money a lot faster with AI if you stick till the end I'll give you my number one favorite and an exact game plan so you can get started now if you new to the channel you don't know who I am my name is Adam enroy I built one of the fastest growing websites at Adam enr. com it's made me over $3 million 3 years in a row and I teach beginners real sustainable business strategies where you don't have to go viral spend a bunch of money or waste your time so let's get into it all right so let's go over a few Niche examples and then I'll show you how to spot these for yourself so first we want to find some opportunities kind of hidden ones that we didn't know existed so this video right here is called jailbreak the Amazon Fire stick and this is promoting vpns right IP vanish offer check out the website this single art uh video is just a simple screen share tutorial with a dude in his head in the corner talking about how to jailbreak an Amazon fire stick it's probably made tons and tons of money from affiliate marketing for just this simple VPN offer because guess what when you're doing this stuff you need a VPN so a lot of things people need vpns for now nowadays like in Texas where I'm at now certain videos on the internet are now made illegal so people have to use vpns to go around them and watch those different videos you might watch online but anyways this is an interesting one because it's super lucrative through affiliate Revenue you can scale the content and it's about VPN which are competitive on Google but actually could make a ton of money on YouTube now for example I could use AI like a niche Hunter and I could put in what's a niche you're interested in I'm going to say VPN so then it'll give me five sub niches that I could actually create content on to make money with right so like VPN security VPN for streaming business VPN mobile VPN apps and VPN technology so this will give me different ideas and then based on that based on training this AI I can actually give it some other ideas for affiliate Revenue so I'm going to say VPN for streaming and then it'll just come back with some keyword ideas things that I could create content around either YouTube videos or blog posts things like best VPN for Amazon Prime Hulu Netflix Apple TV Roku devices all kinds of different keywords that you just sit there ranking for on Google or sitting there and getting views every month on YouTube dropping an affiliate Link in the description for a VPN and going from there super easy content to create so the VPN one good for YouTube good for scaling it with VPN keywords and it can be very big profit potential there uh the next Niche I like is homesteading so a lot of us everyone wants the dream of homesteading now right living off the grid gardening prepping survival living in the woods like I like to do right not talking to anybody for weeks just going out there and putting pain on my face but uh this is actually pretty good for blogging low competition you can see a site here like homesteading family. com which is a relatively smaller blog dr48 lower Authority but you can see all the stuff that they're ranking for tons of content around feeding chickens baby food recipes all the different plants basil they they're getting hundreds of thousands of visits a month to their website and you can see traffic's going up as a result so lots of different like uh good niches in there so for example if I put in into this tool I said do the homesteading niche what could I talk about well there's sustainable gardening livestock management offgrid living food preservation Homestead crafts so I'm going to put in like for example offgrid living and then I can just tell me what kind of affiliate keywords are there what products could I write about and make money on with AI so we have offgrid Power Systems battery Bank solar affordable solar charge controllers multi fuel stoves home security systems there solar stuff offgrade Power Systems the truth is in any Niche like this there's going to be tons of products that we haven't even thought of and AI can help us find these products to monetize with affiliate Revenue uh things that we wouldn't really think of ourselves now if you're interested in getting my five favorite system prompts to find your Niche create your content plan do all of that stuff make sure to click the link in the description below I'll send you my free AI Master Class covers how to do all of this stuff and my top five AI prompts now speaking of AI another Niche is AI so AI software and one of them that I found as I was just Googling things like best AI accounting software you see there's a site like AI tools network.

com ranking on the first page for that with a very low domain rating you can see they have an article on the best AI accounting tools it's pretty simple content right it's not even a full article it's just got this and then a Q&A section so that's really interesting what you could do is use a tool like Claude right with another framework that I have like a Content generator and you could say put that in and then it'll say Okay based on this uh I'll create an outline for you how about the best AI accounting software now with AI we're in that Niche and it's like finding AI software um different categories can be a little tricky right but we can see like AI tool like claw it can just create I kind of trained it to write the title The Meta description intro all the different headings and sections you need all the semantic keywords much like Surfer SEO has the conclusion and all of that so a way to find like low competition software keywords I put in like best AI software into HS and then you would drop the difficulty down to like less than 10 only so low competition uh matching terms that include the word best AI and software and then we can see what it comes up with so like a AI SEO software AI copywriting here's AI accounting AI credit repair software recruiting Forex upscaling so you can see that there's 33 good keywords here with low competition these uh estimates of search volume are way lower too like sometimes once it gets into this tool it's more like a thousand or more so I would kind of ignore that but you can find AI the niche itself it's going to be somewhat competitive but if you can find a certain sub Niche within it like accounting for example you could go after that so we're thinking about AI niches like what actually works well what do we need well we need scalability we need a lot which means we need to be able to create like 50 plus articles on our given topic or 50 you know 20 to 50 YouTube videos over the course of time I wouldn't be too intimidated by that just know that this is going to take time so what we can use AI for then is it is going to do the niche finding for us it's going to do the keyword research for us and then what we have to do is we come in with our own Human Experience this is key so we're not going to just copy and paste all the AI stuff we actually have to have personal content that's actually how we do well in any Niche right we have to teach something when we teach we open the door for affiliate uh Revenue ad Revenue sponsorship Revenue selling our own product selling services all the revenue streams open up when you teach and when you teach it's built on trust and building on trust is not using ai ai can do basically this and this and then we do this from Human Experience and then we can focus more on monetization so that is a speed tool that kind of speeds up the whole process all right let's move on to another one that I like which is crypto now crypto itself is best for YouTube because Google is just too competitive there's a bunch of media sites coin sites and all of that stuff but the benefits are can be quite lucrative on YouTube so for example you could see a video like this on the best crypto exchanges of 2024 would be really hard to rank that on Google much easier to get views on YouTube for that and you can see there's affiliate links in the description here so this is a really Lo cretive Niche to get into and if we wanted to we could use something like this I have a YouTube script generator so let's say we wanted to create a channel right on YouTube well what would we teach well you can really teach anything and these videos are easy to script because if you know the niche you just need some things on a piece of paper like you can look at or in a Google doc and then you can just kind of Riff uh and show things and screen share and kind of like I'm doing in this video so let's say you wanted to uh create a YouTube script on a video for uh Candlestick charts or beginners so that's like reading a Candlestick chart could be a um day trading swing trading crypto trading type video so you can see it'll just give you an introduction if you ever looked at stock chart fall completely lost you're not alone when I first started trading it looked like hieroglyphics right so it kind of gives some from experience it gives you a placeholder to add like a call to action for either an affiliate link or uh your own product and then it has like the main sections that you should actually cover right what is the actual anatomy of a Candlestick right there's the wick there's the bottom top open close all of those things that you can show beish uh versus bullish the different patterns so you kind of like if you knew about this topic on YouTube you could take this and just kind of roll with it take this in a Google doc and then create a video use screen flow to record your screen get a microphone to record yourself and just go from there create really simple videos um that's the power of YouTube Just creating simple talking head videos like that and then monetizing in a number of different ways in the description but crypto is a good one for YouTube because you can teach all the different all coins and things that people want to learn and you can get people most of the most of the monetization path in this Niche is like into a Discord Community or something a paid membership plus affiliate uh links all right let's get into another n and that is something that a lot of us had that I used to have that I barely you know could get rid of and that is student loans so there's a lot of people searching for that this is actually an interesting pay-per-click play so a lot of Brands like best money what they do is they create these PPC comparison charts says what are the best student loan refinancing companies Sofi credible Earnest right and then what they do is they bid on this on Google at a certain rate and then they Arbitrage via making more money through the affiliate links here for Sofi and you can see their entire strategy best money. com for example they have pages on Roth IRA highi old savings account pet insurance business loans all of that right it's the exact same template you're just using the same template you're bidding on keywords on Google and then you're making money in the Arbitrage here now this is the PPC works well for the really competitive things that you can't really rank for on Google so things like insurance and student loans and mortgage refinancing and uh checking and savings accounts and things like that the only downside of this approach is that you have to spend money to make money and with that usually you have to it requires a little bit more people or uh you know a person at least to negotiate talk to these Brands because a lot of the times you have to negotiate for a higher commission rate for the math to actually work so You' talk to Sofi say hey I am getting uh I'm starting a PPC strategy I want to get into this Niche uh here's my budget here's what I'm going to you know start doing and then hey do you have any extra different commission rates for paid advertisers so you have to negotiate in this formula but there's a lot of interesting ones around ancillary types of insurance motorcycle insurance boat Insurance RV Insurance things that just aren't as competitive but you can do it with a PPC comparison chart another nich you can make a lot of money on is something like expensive sports so if I search like best golf simulators best home golf simulators you'll see there's Rainer Shin golf there's Reddit there's some other videos there's a lowd site here Ace indoor golf 1541 so golf simulators are expensive it's probably better on YouTube you can see there's a lot of videos on this golf simulators um relatively small channels getting a lot of views best La launch golf launch monitors of 2024 detailed breakdown and then you can see there's links here to different things quiz which is leading them to buy something right so it's uh leading them into purchasing something so expensive sports when you're thinking about a niche for AI you need to think about what's uh a lot of content that I can scale what are expensive sports if we're talking about niches so sometimes it's like well basketball or soccer it only requires like a ball maybe some shoes maybe some jump training or some type of training but things like golf or there's new products every single year or even tennis or pickle ball sometimes there's new there's new products every single year and there's technology that people use that's better for that Niche to monetize with affiliate Revenue now another Niche that I like is high-tech G ggs so things like Fitness gadgets gaming smart home VR headsets drones all of those types of things now it can be somewhat competitive on Google and YouTube is not as competitive for this but the benefits here are that it's lucrative and that there's always new products coming out so for example if I put in the sub niche of VR virtual reality what what subes are there you know what could I create content around
