in this video we're doing an extreme who can lose the most weight versus gain the most weight challenge we divided eight people into two teams and each day both teams will have to go through an extreme workout challenge or an extreme eating challenge at the end of The 100 hours whichever team gains or loses the most weight splits $50,000 now let's see how much each team weighs so our team's losing weight and our combined weight is 8113 lbs it's about time you lose weight especially Alex and Tanner damnn and our team is trying to gain
as much weight as possible oh and we got a combined weight of 555 lb we'll see you guys at the end of The 100 hours for the final weigh in go down go down everyone knows the best way to lose weight is cardio which is why we built this platform and put four treadmills on here and if you stop running you fall in the freezing water that's probably the best motivation cuz I'm not falling in there in in let's increase the speed increase the speed beat it up a little it's going too fast for [Music]
me this is nice it's not too bad oh wait almost I got care tripping while we were running on a tread mode to lose weight blue team's strategy to gain weight was to eat as many calories as possible this pizza slice right here is 50,000 calories I'm hungry and we all know that the more calories you eat the more weight you gain and to make things interesting the four of us are going to be competing against is the world's heaviest Japanese person ready go and for extra motivation The Blue Team agreed that whoever ate the
