this meditation is presented by my peace of mindfulness please enjoy this session in a secluded peaceful location giving yourself the relaxation you deserve welcome to your weight loss Journey make sure you will not be disturbed find a position that is comfortable but upright feel your body soften as you close the eyes there is nowhere for you to be right now and nothing for you to do this moment is for you down from ten and you will relax the body from head to toe with each number you hear 10. the top of your head relaxes like
a waterfall of relaxation spilling down from the top of your head all the way down to your toes foreign your forehead relaxes your eyes are softly shut and have no desire to open [Music] eight your jaw releases any tension becomes unhinged your neck also relaxes too seven relaxing more and more the shoulders are dropping down [Music] all tension is being chased away sex your entire arms let go hanging by your sides no muscle movement is needed [Music] I your heart chest and lungs soften [Music] five Every Breath You Take is allowing you to feel more
comfortable [Music] or letting every last bit of tension Melt Away you can do this [Music] three the hips pelvis belly and back are all feeling so nice and relaxed [Music] two your entire legs feel so comfortable [Music] your breath is slow and rhythmic and one [Music] the waterfall of relaxation has completed spilling down from the top of your head to the tips of your toes [Music] you are fully and deeply relaxed [Music] and your mind is so soothed as you sit in this powerful state of calm you will simply listen to these beautiful affirmations that
will Aid you in a healthy and happy weight loss Journey you find that when you eat food you become full more quickly [Music] foreign [Music] when you feel a hunger Pang you drink a glass of water [Music] enjoy eating healthy foods healthy foods make you feel good foreign [Music] ergy that is coming out of nowhere is making you feel like getting active exercising [Music] and when you get active you feel amazing exercising seems to be something that you crave [Music] when you eat food you eat to sustain [Music] you eat just as much as you
need and not one bite more [Music] your body naturally loses weight because you have completely changed your mental state you think of yourself as a healthy person you want to exercise [Music] you want to eat right you give yourself Grace and time knowing that weight loss does not happen one day altogether it is a journey it is exciting little by little with every Healthy Choice you make you are moving towards your ideal size shape and wait now take your imagination into the future a future that is two years from the present moment first note what
