and then we use all three of these points to then send to our email writing agent it's going to have so much information to write custom emails you run any type of business on the internet chances are you need leads and you need a lot of them and there's a lot of companies out right now that use AI to basically scrape a lot of leads for you and use that in your CRM or your business management tools but the crazy thing about it now is that these companies that are charging hundreds of dollars even thousands
of dollars a month for specific automations or specific software tools that you're using and I'll be brought down to literally $0 and in today's video guys I'm going to show you my Giga leads email automation scraper and sender which is a full four level automation stack that I'm going to be giving to you guys for free before we get into the actual build out of this email automation you as the automator need to go and grab your own blueprint so all you got to do is head to the top Link in the bio grab that
free blueprint download it and get ready for this amazing tutorial so today guys I'm going to show you an automation that grabs unlimited amount of leads for whatever industry you're trying to sell in and you can Niche down with specific keywords without further Ado guys like And subscribe let's jump into this breakdown so really quick guys I'm just going to show you how it works um at the high level so here we have our database which you guys will have access to we have our keywords and in this example we're going to be searching for
the carnivore diet the vegan diet hybrid trainers and bodybuilder trainers okay and this is going to be scraping on LinkedIn and when it runs the scrape we're going to get our email addresses we're going to get their job titles we're going to get get their bio links okay so once we run this first scrape it'll go to this automation here where we actually run our API scraper that's actually going to get all of the websites for us after that happens we're going to get the scraping information back and it'll get put into our air table
and so as you guys can see here this is all the information that we got back from our scrape so we already got 150 emails and you guys are going to learn how to do that today from there the third automation then gets triggered which is actually how we write a brand new email with our offer to this specific influencer or this specific brand and the way that we do that is through this last automation here where we get their email we get their information and we start extracting the keywords that they actually have in
their bio and so if they're like a carnivore diet Enthusiast we can grab that keyword and put it into our Outreach email if they're running like a 30day fat loss program you can put that into our Outreach email to kind of to give our AI Outreach boss more context so it makes it feel like it's a human that's sending this email once we get those keywords guys we're then going to do we're then going to send in our cold email offer which is just a Google Docs and this offer is basically what our services actually
are and so in this email for us it's going to say like hey you know offer Fitness automations these are the these are the specific Fitness automations that people are already using and is already working and here's why and then we use our own company context which is what our company's about where we're from what we do how we do it and then we use all three of these points to then send to our email writing agent so our email writing agent is going to get the keywords of the of the specific client they're reaching
out to they're going to get the cold email offer that we're sending out to all of these influencers and it's going to get the company context that we are about so it's going to have so much information to write custom emails and once you have that you can then send everything that you have back to air table so then you can write your final email and we can actually show you what that finished uh product looks like so the subject for us is going to be called take over your Fitness Niche with our AI software
and the attachment is going to be a custom uh script that is written um on top of some custom HTML that can make your email look extremely professional and there's two other cool things about this guys the first one is that this automation will always be evolving and so as the AIS get smarter so will your cold email offer so will the keyword extractor and so on and so forth so that's really cool but on the other side of things guys you have complete customization and so the difference between an automation that you have versus
a software that you're using is that the software has already like hardcoded instructions on how to run it so if you're just scraping 5,000 emails for example that software is already going to have its own formula of how it's going to get your email but with this example guys you can just change out your apis meaning if you run this example that you learned today you can scrape 10,000 LinkedIn emails okay so that can be your first automation run you grab those 10,000 emails you write those 10,000 emails and you test and you see how
those emails performed if you aren't satisfied with the amount of open rates or the amount of succession that you got from this specific uh from this specific automation all you have to do is change out the API and you'll I'll explain all of this in this video but the API can then go from scraping LinkedIn emails to scraping Instagram usernames to scraping Tik Tok profiles and that's a complete Game Changer because then instead of having to send out this cold email you can send out cold Instagram DMS you can even call them with a cold
agent calling bot and so there's so many new ways that we can reach out to our customers and the crazy thing about it guys is that this used to cost literally thousands of dollars because not only would it have been hundreds of dollars a month to scrape the emails but then it would have been thousands of dollars a month to hire a copywriter to actually write really good copyright and so now you get the best of both worlds because you get to work on the copyright and you get to get the scraping allinone automation thing
about it guys is once you get good at this then you can start selling it to clients and that's the main thing that I pride myself on with my community I I don't just want to teach you guys automations I want you guys to learn how to sell these automations and so once you get a grasp of this then you can head over to our premium community and I can start teaching you how to start making a fuckload of money so without further Ado guys let's actually now get into the complete breakdown step by step
of how we're actually going to build out this email Giga leads massive automation bot so let's get into it so first thing first guys we're going to open up Air table this is going to be our database we're just going to name this one um giga leads YouTube because it's just for the YouTube tutorial guys um this table here we'll just call YouTube gigal leads and for this first uh grid here guys we're just going to write all records as the grid view okay awesome now this First Column here guys we're going to call it
record with a capital ID we're going to go into the field type we're going to type in Formula we're going to add the formula of the record so we're going to add this record here and you're just going to close that parenthesis beautiful and so now you should have all the record IDs of each air table row next up this is where our keywords are going to be sent into our automation automatically so we're just going to write keyword in we're going to write a we're going to have this as a single line text and
we're going to save it we're then going to write down the email scraped that we're going to receive back from the scraper automation so this is going to be an email field we're then going to write the title the job title because every single um user on LinkedIn for example has a job title or like a couple sentences of who they are and what they do and that's really good for our keyword bot so we're going to put this as a long text just in case they wrote like a paragraph in this field so we're
just going to save that and last but not least just for this beginning part we're going to write Biol link and this is the link that's associated to their uh LinkedIn and this is going to be a URL field and we're going to create that field Okay so one more thing that we got to do actually is we're going to create a checkbox so this checkbox is going to be called run scrape with a question mark it's going to be a checkbox field you're going to click that checkbox field and you're going to create that
field and we're just going to grab this run scrape over so we're going to grab this run scrape we're going to bring it all the way over to beside the keyword in I'm going to bring it right over here that looks great now for the level one automation this is all we need but we're just going to stack everything in to get us ready for the level three automation so we're going to add another checkbox this one's going to be run email validator with a question mark and you're going to make this a checkbox field
as well and create that field this next one's going to be run Outreach email question mark that'll be a checkbox create field okay awesome okay this one is going to be something we need for the future but it's good to have it in right now so we're going to call this um email HTML and you're just going to have this as an attachment field for the time being and then last but not least guys we're going to have email sent with a question mark and this will be a checkbox as well okay so the rough
outline of our air table is basically done so we're just going to write in some keywords right now so like I've said guys I'm going to be reaching out to Fitness influencers or brand in the fitness and health Niche and we're going to be trying to sell them our AI Automation Services um and our AI automation apps and all of our different products that we have over at bad Ventures and over at Fitness automations decom so really quick we're just going to write um you know carnivore diet then we can do like vegan diet then
we can do like hybrid training um then we could do like bodybuilders body builders okay so now we have the keywords in um we can actually start our first automation trigger so what we're going to do here guys is we're going to open up a new grid we're going to call this run scrape question mark and basically what we have to do is just add some filters into this grid so that only when these are ready to be scraped it enters this grid View and so the way that we do that is you're going to
you're going to click this filter field here and you're going to add a couple of conditions so the first condition is going to be keyword in is not empty and the second one is going to be run scrape is checked off and so what that did is it got rid of all of the things that don't meet this filter and so since we didn't check off the Run scrape none of these have met the filter requirements so once we click this run scrape you'll now see that the carnivore diet row has met the filter requirements
which will then trigger the automation so we're going to now head into automations and get that first step sorted so in automations we're going to click add trigger when record enters View and we're going to update a record as well and we're going to run a script as well so now we have all three of these set up we can go back to the first one which is when record enters view so the table that we're going to be choosing is that YouTube gig um is that YouTube Giga leads we're going to select that and
the view that we're selecting is the Run scrape view so when we choose that record it should be that carnivore diet keyword which it is so things are looking good here we can click that and we can see that the review test results are uh succeeded so we can move on so in this update record step guys all that we're trying to do is uncheck what we just checked so we just checked off the Run scrape button but now that we're actually doing the scrape we don't need that button checked anymore right because we need
to now tell our air table that hey this specific keyword has now been scraped so that's what this step does here here and we can run a test so once we get this test back we need to now check back in our database that the carnivore diet keyword row has been unchecked and if that's the case then we're good so we go back here we see that the carnivore row is not in the Run scrape field and it's back in the all records field and it's been unchecked so that's perfect all is good there so
now let's head back into our automations and let's finish this out by running this script and sending it to make.com to actually start our first Auto so what this needs is some custom code you guys are going to have it don't worry so all you're going to be doing is just following my instructions in this video but basically we're just going to copy this code from a previous Automation and we're going to edit this code here and then we're just going to paste it in okay but the only thing that you guys have to change
is this website link here because this is a web hook and a web Hook is sending the information that it's receiving to to this location but this is my location so we have to now send it to your location so we're going to get rid of that web hook link we're going to click add input variable we're going to write record Capital ID we're going to go into the value we're going to go air table record ID we're going to select that and we're just going to leave this page here for now and we're going
to head over to make.com okay so make.com we're just going to create a new scenario and the first thing we're going to do is open air table and this air table is going to watch for the is going to watch for the responses as an instant trigger you should always be looking for this lightning bolt um symbol that means you're in the right module on air table you're going to create a web hook now we're going to give this web hook a custom name we're going to call this YouTube email YouTube gigal leads um test
I'm going to save it and now it's going to give us that new website that we can replace with the website that we just deleted so we're going to copy that to our to our clipboard and now we can head back to air table and we can put in that new website now the automation is going to go to your make.com scenario so now everything's looking good we can exit out of this and looks like automation 1 is ready to go so we're just going to name automation 1 as run scrape and the only thing
we have to do now guys is just head back to our make and we'll rename this to YouTube gigal leads sub gigal leads one out of three cool we can click save and we can run this once so now this is going to be waiting for the data we can test this action to see if the data will now send over to our make.com automation so that came back good and boom we got the record ID in our make scenario so now we need to extract that record ID and see what's inside so we head
over to air table we go to get a record we now need to add a connection so I'm just going to quickly add a new connection with an ooth I'm going to name this YouTube gigal leads test and we're going to save that so now we're going to go click that YouTube uh gigal lead YouTube base but we're going to click that YouTube gigal leads and so for this record ID we're just going to pass in the record ID that uh module number one got and this is going to to open it up and tell
us everything that's inside of it so that looks good we're going to save it we're going to run this one more time we're going to head back to our air table we're going to test the action again so now that the data gets passed to step number two okay now we can look inside step number two and we see that we passed through that carnivore diet keyword so everything looks good now we can actually send our scrape so we're going to use this module called appify um and we're going to click run and actor but
really quick before we do that I want to show you guys appify so we're going to head over to appify and I'm going to break down everything that it's about so appify is awesome guys because it's basically like the Hub of all of the different API scrapers that you could possibly need and so what I was talking about earlier in the example of being able to change out which scraper you're using is all Happening Here on appify so in this example guys we're going to be using this LinkedIn email extractor which comes with a free
trial and only costs you $10 when you're actually trying to scrape thousands of emails so it's very affordable and you you can scrape your first thousand leads for free and make sure your automation Works before you make a payment but what's really cool about it is that once you let's say extract all of the possible LinkedIn emails that you think you can find then you can go to Instagram profile scraper and you can find all of the Instagram influencers that are in your Niche that you want to sell to and in that automation you're still
going to use the same blueprint that I'm giving you but you can now change a couple of the apis and a couple of the settings to to send the automation through this inst St scrape and then from there you could do a Tik Tok scrape from there you could do a Google Maps scrape and you could do an Apollo scrape and so like literally the the possibilities are endless which is why learning this is way more important than me just giving it to you but you getting my blueprints is going to help you get there
faster another way to think about AI guys is that we're not competing with each other anymore we're competing with how hard it is to learn this stuff because if you learn this stuff then you can apply what you're learning to real life and then start getting a massive advantage in the marketplace so this is your step in getting a critical massive competitive advantage in the marketplace not just a single Lane automation you can now scrape anything in the entire internet so that's why it's awesome guys okay it also integrates with make.com really seamlessly so in
this example like I said we're going to be choosing that LinkedIn email scraper but if you guys see it's already under my actors right so I already have these saved so the way that you get these saved is you go to the appify store you find the scraper that you want and you just go to it and you click a star right there so once you start it it'll instantly become available in your own Afters Department okay so that's what I've been doing for it to work and the moment that you click the star the
the actor actually is available on your make.com automation so when I go to after here and I click down you guys will see that I have all of the all of the things that I that I'm using in my my available um drop down list so here we're going to click this LinkedIn email scraper and that looks good to go now there's only one other step for this for this scraper here guys and that's heading back to appify and we're going to open up that LinkedIn email scraper and so here is the input this is
the information we're going to be asking our API to get and so you see here a couple of things are hardcoded in so it's going to be reaching out to people in the United States but you can do that anywhere in the world it's going to be grabbing people from LinkedIn but it could be any social media and all you have to do is just go over to this Json and copy this code and bring it in to this input Json simple as very very simple but what we're doing to make this a very powerful
automation is where it says keyword we're going to be changing that keyword out with the keywords we put in and so in this example it's going to be the carnivore diet and and so we're just pasting in that carnivore diet but once you put all of those keywords into your database it'll then automatically put in that new keyword so when this automation is completed and it runs it'll run the first scrape with carnivore diet it'll run the second scrape with vegan diet it'll run the third scrape with bodybuilders it'll run the fourth scrape with hybrid
training and that'll all happen autonomously and so you're not just going to get emails back you're going to get emails back in four different sub niches that you can sell to so I hope you guys are now starting to see how we are making so much money with this so once your once that appify has now been determined you can click okay and this first Automation in the three-part series is now set to go so we're going to click save and we're going to open up automation number two so we're going to go back to
make.com going to create a new scenario it's going to be appify again but this one is going to be watch actor runs so what this does is it's going to now receive the API request that we sent out in the automation one so the difference between automation one and automation 2 automation 1 is sending out the request automation 2 is getting the response we're going to add it we're going to name this Hook YouTube gigal leads we're going to add the actor that we're using for this example which is the LinkedIn email email extractor we're
going to click save okay now we have this web hook address but this is another reason why appify is in my opinion the most powerful thing when it comes to scraping if we just head over to appify and we go to Integrations we'll be able to see that this new appify integration has been installed for us so if we go to URL and we see this and we see this URL we can see the last three digits of the URL is q99 so we go back to our second automation here and we look at our
web hook link we can see that our web hook address ends in a q99 right here and so this thing's already connected so we don't actually have to do anything else we could just name this really quick to YouTube gigal leads 2 out of three and we can click run once okay we can go back to our first automation we can click this as a run once and we can test the entire action so now this should fire through okay and it sent that request to appify and once the response gets returned we'll get the
data here but another way that you can test that this is working is on appify itself you can see in the bottom leftand corner it's now using 4 GB of my total 8 GB of available memory and it used a little bit of my free usage so it actually spent about 10 cents to start this automation but for the first $5 you have on apify it's completely free free so you can scrape thousands of emails and not pay a penny and then once your automation set up then you can start paying so we can head
over to our actors we can go to our LinkedIn email extractor we can look at runs and we can see that this thing is now running and it's scraping emails in real time so so far it grabbed us two emails and when this is done it's just going to send all of that data right over here so while that's running guys another thing to keep in mind is if you're on the free plan you only have 8 gigs of memory to send it each time right so if you're running this automation you what that means
is you can only send in two requests at a time because if it goes over this 8 gigabyte limit it won't receive the data that you want and so you can either upgrade or you can send your automation um in an interval and I'm so going to show you both options today but that's something to keep in mind because just in case the automation breaks and you think like you broke everything chances are you just sent in too much data and it can't handle all of that at the same time that's all that that means
okay so that just fired through so we should be able to receive this on the oh there we go we just got the response so that's uh a succeeded status so now we just have the data set ID so just like how we got the response here and then we opened it up we're going to do the same thing here so we got the response now we're going to open it up so we're going to go back into appify and this module is going to be called get data set items all we're going to do
in this data set ID is we're going to map in the the thing that says um data set ID so we're going to scroll we're going to find this default data set ID okay so we're just going to click that and we're going to leave everything else the same but one thing I want to note here guys is this limit of 100 is going to limit how many responses you want to get back and so you can almost systemize this right so if you want to get 1,000 emails per keyword you would just change this
limit to a th000 and it would run until that th is is hit if you wanted to get one email per keyword boom you're good to go that way too okay so in this example we're just going to leave it at 25 we're going to click okay so now this is going to grab 25 different email bundles and now all we have to do is grab this information and put it back on our air table and our level one automation is done and so the one thing you have to understand here though is that we
now have all of this data in our hands like this it's just like this data is just sitting in our hands but we need them to be individualized right because they're all different profiles and so the way that we do that is in this next module we're going to go iterator we're going to click this flow control iterator and the array that we're going to be um dividing these in will be the bundle order position and so basically what what that means is there's going to be 20 bundles of profiles and this is going to
grab each bundle and pass it through one by one and so the bundle is going to contain the email address the title the bio link all the things that we have put in our air table so we're just going to click save there and last thing we're going to do here guys is we're going to go into air table and we're going to create a record and so this is updating all of the information back into our air table add that same base that we've been working with Grant access that table and now we can
just literally paste in all of the information that we are receiving back and what's really cool about this guys is once you get to a level where the automation at level four level five is running end to end then all you would do is just check these off as yeses because these are the things that trigger the the next Automation and so instead of having to manually trigger the automation because we've been manually checking off these check boxes all you'd have to do is do this and then that would just check off the next step
and the next step would run and so the next step from here would be the email validator for example so you want that email validator to run to make sure that the email that we just received is a valid email address because if it's not we don't want to waste our time and waste our tokens sending an email to an email account that is non-existent okay but for today's example guys we don't even have to worry about that because what you need to learn is that you can generate thousands of leads for literally pennies okay
so that's the main purpose of today's video but there will be future videos where we kind of stack on top of it okay and make each automation better and that's honestly why my community is going to be the best in the world so here's where we want to actually paste in the info but if you see here on the right hand side we don't have any info to show for and that's because the automation itself is only updated as at this step it's not even at the data set item step so we have to push
all this information through and so we're just going to exit out of this we're just going to click okay and we're going to save so the automation if it works it'll actually break at this air table step so we're going to run this entire thing one more time we going to click here I'm going to go here and run this as well and then we're going to trigger the air table one last time um we'll see this fire through okay and then we'll see this thing starting to syn up yep so now the memory is
firing it costed us a penny to start the Automation and now we are running the scrape okay perfect so I'll check back in in a couple of minutes when we get this response and then we just have to set up the air table and then the level one automation guys is completely done and you can sell this to any business in the world and then we're going to continue on to how we're going to write a brand new email if you're enjoying this video please slap it with a like drop a comment say what's up
and uh yeah it's pretty pretty fun pretty exciting times to be honest so that run just finished so we can head over to our automation uh second automation and we can see it fir through beautiful and look at the air table just running up in numbers so it's it's basically just jotting down all the records that it has in its own different fields and so the last thing we have to do here guys is just is just map in these specific um uh these specific variables that we didn't previously have right so the email scraped
is going to be this email here this job title is going to be this title here this descript this bio link is going to be this bio link here and we even got a description back so we can even add in the description as one of the um fields that we're filling out but today we don't really have to worry about that we're just showing you guys how this thing works so that's cool so now we're going to click okay so this time the air table didn't actually receive any of the records because we didn't
properly map it in right but now at the end of this next run what you guys will see is 25 emails from the carnivore diet in this air table so we're just going to show you that really quick and then we'll move on to level three so we're going to click run one more time we're going to run this one more time and we're going to go back to our automation on air table and we're going to test that action one last time and here we go guys so we have all of the emails now
pumped in from the carnivore diet and so all we got to do guys just to make this look a little bit cleaner is we got to get rid of all of these rows we'll delete that and so here we have all of the carnivore diet uh Specialists that we scraped right and so we can even check in real time if this API that we're using is actually any good right so we can see this first um scrape that I got is this guy called Dave Mack and his title literally says I was wrong about the
carnivore diet that's pretty Direct that's pretty perfect right so this guy seems like the ideal client that we would need in this Niche so we open him up Dave Mack I was wrong about the carnivore diets here's my results it looks like he's literally selling a carnivore diet he's out in Japan he has 14,000 followers he has 500 connections so he's ready to go you know what I mean he's ready to go he's ready to be pitched what we have to offer and so we know that this scraping automation at least is doing a decent
job getting leads okay so we have this other guy here Drake he has a no a business called no BS nutrition that's perfect who else do we have we have um Helen who says how Ultra processed foods affect health and so the different softwares that we can provide these companies um is like we can provide a carnivore chart for Dave Mac that tracks his client's carnivore diet percentage so every single meal that they eat they can then track in whether or not that's a carnivore food and then this total tracker can tell their users the
total percentage of their diet that is currently carnivore and so the goal of this software that we can sell to Dave is that hey Dave like we want you to um get your users to slowly become one 100% carnivore and they're going to do that through this app which is a way easier and more fun process than what you've pre previously doing and then we can also say on top of that we have marketing automations that will help grow your channels and grow your socials way faster than what you're currently doing because we have you
know this cloning automation we have this language converter automation we have a video editor automation we have a video idea Auto Automation and we can add all of these to your marketing as well to grow as fast as humanly possible and so that would be the reach out for Dave Ultra processed foods we can then sell this doctor a scanner that'll scan every single grocery item that H that their patients are buying and this scanner will then tell their patients whether or not the food that they're buying has Ultra processed foods or not in it
and so that creates a massive Advantage for Helen to start selling as a service within her already existing client portfolio so is literally like world changing like I think this could make us 100 million um in this in just this Niche alone but um i' I'd rather spill the tea for you guys and and and train you guys because this is absolutely life-changing and I want you guys to be a part of this so now that we got the level one automation you guys got that for free but now let's move on to the level
three automation so we can just save everything real quick and we can turn on the first automations that we got so we can turn on automation 1 we can save and we can turn on automation uh one and two we can go back we can see in the top right hand corner that this is on we can go back and we can see that this automation is on as well and then within our uh air table we can also turn on uh we'll just uncheck this for the time being and we'll also turn on our
run scrape automation so everything in our first level one layer is done and now we can move on so the first thing that we got to do is we got to add a new um Grid in our database because now we have all of these emails and we need to start playing with this run Outreach email checkbox here and so what that's going to look like is we're going to make another grid we're going to call this grid um run email Outreach with a question mark we're going to save it and just like we did
with the Run scrape grid we're going to add some fil so this filter is going to have a condition where the um email scraped field which is this field here is not empty and where the Run email Outreach is checked off right so now there's nothing in this field because none of the records with the email have been checked off right and this checkbox right here can automatically be done when this data gets put in okay but the reason why we're not doing that right now is because we need to test the actual automation so
you guys will see that at the end of the video okay but for now we're just going to click this check box because we want to test one of these automations so now if we go down to run email Outreach we should see that that Dave Mack guy that was drawing about the carnivore diet we have all of his information ready to be sent out in an email Outreach and so now all we have to do is set up that Automation and so we're going to go into automations and we already have this run scrape
automation so we're just going to duplicate it and we're going to rename this to run email Outreach and there's just a couple of um settings that need to be changed so when we go into when a record enters view the view that we're that we're um looking at this time is not the Run scrape view it's the Run email Outreach view right so we're going to change it to that and now we should be able to choose that record of the email address of Dave Mac which we can so we're going to choose that perfect
and so now the thing that we're going to be updating is not going to be the Run scrape the thing that we're going to be updating is going to be the Run Outreach because we want to uncheck that box right so if we go back into our data we can see that this is currently checked but if we go back to our automation this is going to uncheck it and to make things even cooler is this can get unchecked while the email sent can get checked in one automation guys what will happen is this email
will be um this field will be unchecked and this field will be checked meaning the email has been sent and we don't need to send another Outreach email to this address and so the way that all work is we're just going to run this test right so if we run this test that's exactly what should happen so as we run this test we get this response back it says that it did it correctly we can go back into our data we can go into all records and we can see that now the Run email Outreach
has been unchecked and the email sent has been checked so we have that automation that part of the automation figured out okay um now we can run that script so the script is going to be the exact same script that we ran but now it's going to be web hooking to our third automation so we got to head back to make.com and open up our third automation that's actually going to send this email to our potential new customer so we're going to click create a new scenario we're just going to name this first to YouTube
Giga leads three out of three when click save we're going to open this up it's going to be another air table watch instant responses we're going to create a web hook we're going to call this um YouTube Giga leads send email okay we're going to save it we're going to copy that address and now we can add it to this automation and we can exit out okay so now the email Outreach automation should be set up so that when we have an email in view which I don't think we have right now okay so we

we now have the email we have the job title and we have the link okay perfect now guys is when we really start fine-tuning things okay so we're going to open up our chat GPT we're going to create a completion as what we want this to do and we're just going to click okay for the time being we're going to click um chat gbt 40 system we're just going to click okay once that loads because we want to rename this so we know where things are going right so we're just going to pretend we're just
going to put in a some some uh sample information here we're going to click okay we're going to open up this module and we're going to name it to keyword um analyzer but click okay so the first message that we're going to send in here guys is going to be from the system message level so we're going to go system and you're just going to paste in what I say here so it's you are an employee in our email lead generation funnel grab the info you receive and spit out different jot notes of key information
that is your only output and so it doesn't have the information yet so we just send in the system message now we're going to send in the user message and the user message is literally just going to be the information that we scrape so it's going to be the email comma it's going to be the job title comma it's going to be the biolink comma and that is the content that we now need our keyword analyzer to respond with and to make things even easier on our AI is we're going to tell it that it
can only give us a completion response of 100 tokens so we we are telling it Hey listen you only have 100 words like you can only respond with 100 words I only need your keywords I don't need sentences and so that'll help it give us just the keywords we're going to click okay we're going to move on to our next step so this next step is actually going to be what our offer is so we're going to open up a Google Docs this is going to be a get a document so we need to click
show more we're going to click get content of a document and so this one's really simple guys but basically all it is is our exact email offer so if we already have our email offer template what we're going to do is customize it depending on the keyword information that we get okay so we're using the keyword information from our keyword analyzer bot and we're using the Google Docs which is going to be our pitch so this is going to rename to our uh cold email offer template okay so we can actually build this out together
so we're going to head over to Google Docs and I have this email pitch template now this email pitch template is not what I'm actually using in my actual business I can't give you guys all the sauce I need you guys I need to give you guys a reason to come into my community right so I'm not going to show you exactly what I'm pitching but this is what a template could look like right so hey I notice your Fitness content on Instagram is actually crushing it blah blah blah blah blah we have here is
this ID so one thing that you have to make sure is that your email pitch template is uh available to anyone so they have General access once that's done all you have to do is just grab the ID so the ID is going to be here okay so for you guys it'll be very similar and you're just going to copy that you're going to head back to your autom Auto and you're going to paste in that document ID okay so now when this automation runs it's going to grab the email it's going to grab the
keywords it's going to grab your email offer we're going to add one more Google Docs because we want this to be an absolute game changer for you guys so this next Google Docs is going to be called my company's context this Google Docs will actually then explain what our company does as a whole so it'll basically in this small example it'll basically just be like um you know Fitness automation.com basically Builds an end-to-end solution that allows Fitness influencers to um make their to to basically supercharge their Fitness product and their offer and also supercharge their
growth on social media and so it's a it's a endtoend solution to help you grow in scale you're already SK already growing Fitness business okay so that's like what the company that we are building does okay so we're just going to paste that in sorry we're just going to paste in that ID so we're just going to grab that same ID and then we're just going to go back to our third automation paste that in boom so now we have the keyword the email the code email template the company context and now we can send
all of this information to our final AI which is going to be our AI copywriter so create completion we're just going to rename this guy to AI copywriter employee awesome click save first thing we got to do guys is talk to the AI on the system level so I'm going to open this guy up we're going to go to system add a message the role the first role will always be system we're just going to paste in this information so you are a professional cold email Outreach agent you are receiving three pieces of information in
the next message the first piece of information is keywords and data about the customer we are sending this email to including job roll job type Niche location Etc the second piece of information is our cold email offer the third piece of information is company context your goal is to add the key wordss to the cold email offer in a seamless fashion while mentioning how our business will be will benefit them in a short simple Manner and you can refer to the third piece of information to get more context adding their name to the header and
mentioning their business or niche in the cold email offer are examples of what I want you to do finally structure your response as an email all words will be included in our email all words that you give us will be included in our email so don't show the actual formatting of your response just show what we'll use for the email so that's cool but now we can actually add in the users um data points so now we can add in that text content so the first data point will be the result of the keyword analyzer
bot comma then the second result will be the email offer put that in comma and the third one will be the email will be the company context put that in comma okay so now it has all of the relevant context and it knows what we want it to do with it so we can click okay so guys last but not least we send out this email we're going to go send an email and we're going to add our recipient so in this email address right we can map this all the way back to the email
that we scraped so we're going to paste that in the subject line is the one thing that you can customize yourself because the subject is that one sentence that'll get people to click and so in our offer every single time we're going to be talking about the same type of offer right so so in our email every single time we're going to be talking about the same type of offer it's just going to be slightly worded differently but the subject is going to be the same so in our subject line we can write um our
AI software explodes um Fitness coaching businesses okay so that's you know that that subject line should work for anyone we reach out to in this Niche but the content will be the result of our AI copywriter employee okay so we can just paste that in and where we can have even more fun with this guys is we can start adding in attachments and so in the attachments this is something that we'll talk about a little bit later but it can include some footer information like your like you know like like some really cool looking HTML
some cool images of your company's logo stuff like that okay but for now we're just going to leave that blank so that looks good for the time being we're going to click okay and we're going to save so now we should have the third automation completely ready to go and should complete this entire email so what we're going to do guys is we're going to click run once we're going to go back to our air table and we're going to test this action one more time so it came in doing the keywords did the got
the email template offer got the context it wrote the email and it sent the email okay awesome so now we can open it up and see exact what our responses were so we can see um we can see here right it gave us notes in each one of these things so the email was a different was one keyword the name was one keyword the topic was another keyword the LinkedIn bio was another keyword so it did that pretty well and we didn't even have to like fine-tune it right so we can continue to make that
result better but I'm just showing you guys right so that's not the high Lev stuff that you need to learn but it was able to then grab our um it was able to then grab our uh email offer it was able to grab our um Fitness automation business context and then it was able to write an email for us so if we go to result we have this entire email so it even wrote us a new subject line so the subject line would have been supercharge your supercharge your Fitness business with AI Automation and then
