get the CO you know that know I'm like that doing that that came hot too it did in this show y'all know what it is a drop is 10 push-ups why you thought are hard too if Caleb Williams can get a coach fired he should have the ability to have input on they're going to hire because why would you want to hire a coach who is going to have to work well with the quarterback to dictate the trajectory of the future of the franchise and not let that quarterback give input on who the next coach

is gonna be Chase I think it only makes sense that Caleb Williams should have some input you played for Chicago what you think he's a rookie no he shouldn't he should not have any say in it honestly he they might bring him in for the interviews like the last three but in my opinion keep keep your franchise quarterback out of it because what we've seen the last 10 eight weeks or so Caleb is like that like like Caleb is that Phenom that we talk about all the time why in the world would you bring him

into something that you're not sure you're going to hit out of the park like sometimes it can backfire like hear me out like if for some reason this coach doesn't succeed and they're on to the next coach and the next re how do you think Caleb's going to feel like oh it was my pick m and he didn't and he they didn't work out keep Caleb out of it Kevin Warren the president of the Bears Ryan poles the GM of theirs they have to hit this out of the park and for them to do so

they have to go through a really strategic process of candidates in my opinion I like Mike brael but I would not be surprised if they go offensive coach here because Caleb Williams is and will be for the next decade your most important player he should not have an opinion should have a but he should not have input on who the next Bears head coach should be keep him completely out of it bring him in and get him on the same page because those guys Kevin Warren Ry they should already know what you need you need

for Caleb Williams to ball out the next decade so hire the right person Caleb stay out of it I don't I think that's I think that would be a mistake actually but here's what I've heard James and you know this James you saw Aaron Rogers Mike McCarthy Chase just a few names I'll mention you saw Drew bre Shawn pton Shady you saw Tom Bruce arens you saw Andy Reid Patrick Mahomes you saw Andy Reed Donovan McNab you saw Andy Reid and uh Michael Vic what I've heard as a Defender is coach quarterback it's a marriage

correct me if I'm wrong quarterback coach quarterback it is a marriage how in the world are you going to have an arranged marriage at the quarterback position like coach quarterback it's a marriage don't you want to let the quarterback have some input coaches have input all the time coaches like you know what that's the quarterback I don't want to go coach there so if it if coaching quarterback from what I've been told as a defensive player submitting to the authority of the offensive mind sitting around me if it is in fact a marriage shouldn't you

allow the spouse to choose their football spouse well all those all those marriages were arranged and they getting divorced back all that was arranged you know Patty didn't go up there and say I want Andy Reid Andy Reid said I want Patty that's true said you understand what I'm saying so at the end of the day I could the answer is no Caleb Williams should stay out I can see it happening now for the young fell I can see hey Caleb Williams is in on the interviews and Caleb Williams is helping us find the head

coach boom Cliff Kings buries the head coach and then Caleb plays bad oh I can see it now you wanted him no the organization knows you drafted this dude number one overall right the organization knows this is your franchise right yep so he shouldn't have to sit in on no meet nope when these coaches sit in here how can you get Caleb right how can you get the best out of Caleb Caleb don't even got to sit in the meeting the next head coach has to be strictly for Caleb how can we get the best

out of our Young quarterback because if we get the best out of our Young quarterback we are going to win football games the Chicago Bears got to go offense dog they they got to go offense you have to find a way to get your Young quarterback rolling all right forget the defense I know Chicago Bears for the last years and I played against the eracers and the Briggs defenses really good go offense you have to build around this Young quarterback you got to get the coach in there that's going to develop him and get the

best out of he don't need to be in the interviews every decision made has to be around this so I'm agreeing with what y'all are saying and I assume Shady what you might even say I can't wait to hear it what I'm suggesting agreeing with everything y'all are saying but if you want to get the most out of the quarterback don't you want to know exactly what the quarterback needs like if I need to get the most out of you Caleb Williams and here's what we know about Caleb if you followed his college career Caleb's

only been coached successfully by one person though he transferred he got recruited by Lincoln Riley Lincoln riy coached him Lincoln said I'm leaving Oklahoma I'm going to be the head coach at USC Caleb said okay Lincoln wherever you go I go wherever you stay I stay Caleb had to leave Lincoln because he had to go to the National Football League and Lincoln didn't go it didn't work out with Matt eberflus so what we know about Caleb is he's he's familiar and when he's familiar he's successful when he's unfamiliar he's not shady where you stand I

I don't like this conversation like since when he gets so much he anything to get all his power what are we talking about like he get to pick who the who's coaching him and all that he had a couple good games he a rookie we don't he's projected to be a franchise quarterback but we don't really know yeah you get what I'm saying so I love the young kid I love the I was one of the dudes that was still promoting even when he's playing bad because I think he's a great talent he hasn't did

anything to gain that type of respect where I get to pick who I want yeah Josh Allen came to Buffalo with a defensive coach Shawn mcder he did a good job of finding a really good coordinator right and Brian D ball they and they put that thing together though but the one thing about dble I love is that he makes everybody accountable right it's bigger than this this Caleb Williams it's a whole offense and I think Kingsbury was really good but I I think he was just tailored to the quarterbacks and that was it you

got have some respect that's why I said a guy like du Staley where when he walk in that room you gonna love to play for him because he got that attitude like a Dan Campbell we want to play for this dude right Dan C ain't no quarterback whisperer no got a good coordinator he makes everybody not just a quarterback though because we make everything just about the quarterback yes he's a the priority is him for sure but it's a whole team and when you're head coach he has to have a message that everybody in the

field believes in him so good you get what I'm saying and when you a quar and a coach yo what I say Goals even you might be the most important player but you still got to fit in to the rules that's why when when I play with guys like Patrick Mahomes and guys like Tom Brady you would think that they want all the power and control I want to run this I want run that play no they ain't like that what's best for the team cuz pack start draw up plays he gonna have 3 400

yards a game Tom's the same way but no what's for the team and I think sometimes you get these quarterback coaches and you make them the head coach everything is designed just for the quarterback and that is not winning football yeah I I would go as far as almost saying like the next head coach for the Chicago Bears should make sure that it's not all about Caleb and that it is about the team because at times when you give a guy such power now I don't know Caleb personally but sometimes your head can get inflated

sometimes you can think you're better than you are when in reality you need a reality check cuz you're not Untouchable this is you're you're a first year player yes we're going to build around you but Kevin Warren and Ryan P they know what the rookie needs because they drafted the rookie exactly here's why I don't agree with that humbly clearly they don't know what the rookie needs because they got it wrong and if they knew what the rookie needed they gave the rookie matd bro they got it wrong if you get along with everybody else

but you don't get along with the quarterback you get along with nobody ask Doug Peterson and Carson Wentz that 2020 year you can get along with every if you get along with everybody else but you don't get along with the quarterback you get the CO the head coach I was there in 2016 when car went was a rookie no doubt started but in 2020 when jayen Herz shows up and Doug Peterson got along with Fletcher Cox and Brandon Graham and Lane Johnson Jason Kelsey I don't need to go through the whole Eagles roster but him

and Carson Wentz they weren't getting along he got along with nobody hey I need you to get up out of here yeah um you can say same thing with okay let's use Shawn pton and Russell WIS that's better because that was an obvious example for the whole world to watch you can get along with everybody else but he didn't get along with Russ go and all that and Russ and and clearly combustion the whole Broncos combustion but but there's a whole other side of it that worked out so cuz what happens when you I picked

this coach right and he's off for the quarterback but yo man for us to win we got to run this ball 30 times yeah like Dan Campbell cuz lowkey Jared G was on his MVP run for a little they was winning games he was a big part he won the most the most important part of it but he played his role and why was say yo look man hey look dog you a hell of a player you you you a 40 touchdown type dude but for this team to win championships yo you got to throw

up 22 times there it is we got run this ball you got to be okay with that you got to be okay with it and every and if I'm picking the coach I ain't okay with that that's too much power if this was any other team but the Chicago Bears I would be with you two but the Chicago Bears ain't got a quarterback right since we don't know who and to be honest with you this is one of the greatest quarterbacks we've ever seen come out of college football yes I understand you got to prove

it in the National Football League but if you can't find the right people and put in a plan to get it right with him I don't know what to tell the Chicago Bears that's why I'm saying the decision has to be made I know I played receiver you played linebacker I know it's multiple positions but you got to find a way to get the best out of the quarterback because we all know if the quarterback ain't playing at a high level even if you do have a really good running game the quarterback going to have

to make some plays to win the game you need to have the dude to get the best go James got to go off everybody keeps saying it's about the when they had a conversation about the quarterbacks for the for the Bears who's freaking good for the Bears though quarterbacks but that's what I'm saying no no no but before we go to the coaches though right tell me somebody that was good Jim McMahon come on dog I like I like Jay Cutler Jay Cutler was a good C for a year I play Brand Marsh is one

of my good friends throw that ball but are you talking about Talent you get what I'm saying like them dudes leave they leave Chicago and a still weak but what's hard for me those shady is we'll never know you know what I mean likeis left there but I'm saying Cutler was good in Denver when he got traded to I mean he was all right he was okay he was all right he was cool he ain't nothing to be like talking about can't from about right I guess it's just like we'll never know because I suggest

like if you get drafted into a bad situation it will lead to in my mind a bad tenuring trajectory of your career if you get drafted into a good situation if you get drafted in a good story but if you weak but if you're a weak player you're just a weak player I don't care who the coach is we've seen good players in bad situation look good yeah but we seen we seen an offensive coach come in there and send Mitch tuisy to the Pro Bowl oh my God I'm just saying I was there up

I'm just saying saying he good like that as a quarterback but I'm saying the coach came in there and got the best out of him is what I'm saying you need to find a coach to come in there and get the best out of Caleb Williams if you want your franchise to have some success we aru if M good I say that I said he ain't good but I said the coach that came in there sent him to the Pro Bowl out of the year that what up YouTube family welcome to the facility thanks for
