do you feel lonely disconnected from the world around you this is Alex from Mindful wave Studio this meditation will help unstifled you and connect you to the world around you move from Fear numbness and isolation into courage connection belonging social confidence let's begin movement can be the best meditation during this movement meditation you will be relaxed but awake present and moving this exercise is designed to connect you to yourself and others so it's best to listen to this in a comfortable public place like a mall or a city sidewalk you will walk or sit as
you please in this setting all the while being present to my words and the world around you as the meditation transforms you to enter into connectedness social confidence self-expression and radiating positive energy we need to leave our heads and enter our bodies take a few deep breaths breathe in through your nose and out out through your nose breathe in through your nose and out through your nose and again breathe in through your nose and out through your nose now breathe at your own pace but during each breath feel the air in the nost nostrils focus
on the feeling at the inhale and the exhale feel freshness upon inhalation feel warmth upon exhalation now begin to feel your movement without becoming critical or self-conscious of it simply feel your every Motion in every part of your body the soles of your feet the heels The Shins The back of the legs your butt your back your arms your [Music] shoulders and with each moment of focus each part of you begins to relax breathe in and down and feel yourself losing the tension in your body breathe in and out from the top down as you
walk your muscles relax and movement becomes fluid Breathe In and Out further relaxing your body and the tightness you may [Music] feel you are removing the attachment to what others think of you and what you think of yourself one breath at a time and one body part at a time your [Music] head your neck the way your shoulders melt down the swing of each arm the hands relaxing your belly becoming soft and you are breathing fully now your hips your pelvic floor your legs your feet as they Glide across the ground until it's like you
are floating on a cloud [Music] let's check in with your other senses as we walk listen to my voice hear each syllable listen to the music see the world around you you the people the faces the colors Reds greens [Music] blues the Shadows with this connection to your senses and your body you are becoming vulnerable to the present moment Paulo Quello wrote The Warrior of the light once he has learned how to use a sword discovers that his equipment is still incomplete he needs armor he sets off in search of this armor and he listens
to the advice of various salesmen use the breastplate of solitude says one use the shield of cynicism says another the best armor is not to get involved in anything says a third the warrior however ignores them he calmly goes to a sacred place and puts on the indestructible cloak of faith faith parries all blows Faith transforms poison into crystalline water today you are this Warrior and faith will liberate you you may have started this exercise feeling stifled lonely disconnected you may feel anxious around strangers you may feel like you want to make a new friend
or meet a beautiful woman but you feel closed off today we fix that no matter how you feel I want to invite you to look at the world in a different way today perhaps whatever you feel feel from the outside world is not because of the outside world perhaps you are Creator and if you live in fear now you are capable of creating a new state as you walk and Tak in the sights and sounds I invite you to ask yourself is the world a scary place or a beautiful one is the world filled with
judgment or compassion are you vibrating what you'd like to receive back are you afraid of criticism or open to new friends are you at the cause or the effect of the world around around you are you reflecting fear or love are you giving value or are you taking [Music] value are you criticizing yourself so that others may do the same do you love yourself so that others may do the same are you expressing yourself or are you hiding are you a warrior of light or one of fear what are you hiding behind have you covered
yourself in armor today like the warrior of light was tempted why do you need armor I invite you to harness your faith your faith in what faith in yourself faith in others faith that the world is a welcoming Place faith that everything will be okay faith that you are loved faith that the world is friendly faith that others give you compassion faith that you are enough faith that you are whole faith that you are high value faith that the world is a happy place [Music] faith that the world is full of allies and full of
[Music] light now you begin your journey to shed your armor walking along or perhaps you are seated now surrounded by others breathe and observe them you see the people around you their [Music] faces their emotions their pain their laughter Their Fear their movement their conversations first you feel separate from them but they are just like you the other is an [Music] illusion take a moment now to give each passing face a smile a nod a second of presence of acknowledgement of love what you may not know is that each acknowledgement of other was really giving
love to what they were reflecting back which was you you gave and you received and in doing so your armor has begun to melt away continue to walk or sit there as the armor vanishes from your body and you become relaxed expressive connected [Music] loving accepted whole confident engaged until you are free a warrior filled with love [Music] now that the armor is gone you notice something you notice your separateness is disappearing allog together slowly melting away the barrier between you and the external World melting the positive energy within you now slowly spreading outward until
there is no more armor no more barrier between you and the world until you are 100% unstifled until you are one with with the people until you are one with the world the armor has vanished you are free you are free to choose the emotion you wish to feel inside and reflect outward this was not an exercise to only remove barriers now that you are liberated from this armor you can be whomever you want feel whatever you want have whatever you want choose the energy now that you want to [Music] emanate allow this energy to
grow positively outward in all directions allow this energy to spread out and out beyond beyond you you until you are connected to the world around you and causing ripples in the world around you you are the cause now of positivity of compassion of Good Vibes of passion of extroversion of love now I Leave You Warrior now you are capable of anything you wish to do in this beautiful world around you connect with anyone make someone's day give love have what you want approach a beautiful woman make a new friend connect or simply enjoy the present
