what are people really saying about your brand do your customers even like your product is there a way to somehow see what everybody is saying about you and your competition across all platforms at the same time yes there is today on your AI workflow I will show you how to set up brand mentions automatically with AI so you can get ahead of your competition let's get started so let's start setting up brand mentions for your company there are a ton of AI tools out there that do pretty much the same thing or have similar functionality
however I find that the most straightforward one is brand 24 it really focuses on people's feedback and it has a ton of useful features that can help you analyze it process it and do something about it however if you go to the pricing page it is quite expensive the prices are steep but when you will see all of the features it has you might think that it's quite justifiable I think so anyways it does have a free trial uh and it lets you test all of the features from day one which can help you make
a decision later it's not a scheme where you just start and then you cannot use half the features before you pay which I find really really helpful if you really want to use this service uh if you're just starting out you could also use other alternative there are quite a few alternatives for brand 24 that are cheaper they are not quite as good but but if you're just starting out and you have a very small brand and you would like to see what people are saying and see their feedback uh you could also use tools
like aario as you can see the first plan for brand 24 costs $119 which is quite Steep and aario is only $29 a month so uh keep that in mind we will also analyze aario later on in this video but I would like to focus primarily on brand 24 because I believe this is the most use tool for companies when it comes to tracking mentions so let's briefly talk about brand 24's features and what it can do for you before you start so the prime feature of this platform is of course analyzing and monitoring in
real time what people are saying about your brand so uh anything mentioned on any platform let's say it's a blog post a website uh an influencer talking about you it will get analyzed and output straight on onto your dashboard and then there are a ton of features that you can use to do something about it so what kind of features are there so first of all it can also show you uh mentions reach and it can analyze the sentiment that means that if someone's saying something negative or positive or neutral you will see that uh
there are real time customized alerts which means that if someone said something negative let's say you've just launched uh a new uh campaign and people are not liking the product or they think your uh let's say your ad was a little bit silly so you can do something about it then there are personalized reports of course uh that is quite basic it will show you all of the insights all of the mentions all of the reach and one of my favorite personal uh personal favorite features is the AI brand assistant which is so much smarter

see here's a little graph of the influence analysis you can see like for example Bella has 5 million subscribers and Anna has 3 million subscribers uh so you can see what the difference between them is and what kind of reach they generated with creating your video if it's positive or negative so let's set up an account and see how brand24 actually works in real life so let's go to Brand 24's website and sign up for free as mentioned there is a free trial and it's quite good it gives you access to all of the features
at the beginning so you can test it uh and I find that signing up is really easy you do not need to fill out a ton of uh words and you know all of your company information it's pretty easy just register with your business email and password and you will get directed to creating your project so to analyze your company or let's say your competition all you need to do is to create a project you will get directed to this page where you can type out keywords so I would like to give you an example
I'm a big fan of crumble cookies as a company I've actually never tried one of the cookies since I'm not in the US but I'm a big fan of their success and uh their marketing so well let's pretend we are crumble cookies today and I think they really focus on social media marketing that can also help us see how brand2 4 actually works so we're going to type in crumble cookies for this project and then we'll also track the competition for example so we could try type in crumble or crumble cookies and we continue the
project will be created automatically as I said it's pretty easy all in a few clicks you can choose specific languages I personally prefer to just click all of them or you could later on filter I wouldn't look at this honestly not sure why this uh gets popped up because we are ready on here you go ahead to mentions so the first few Tabs are pretty basic you will just see that there is a ton of information about uh the mentions let's review it quickly so starting with the mentions as you can see we've just got
registered but we already got a 100 new mentions like what is going on maybe we've just posted a video or something and we can see what people are saying in real time let's say you posted a video on Twitter Tik Tok uh Facebook Etc so you can see everyone what everyone is saying across all of the platforms so on our mentions dashboard we of course can see all of the mentions and reach we can also see this sentiment uh as you can see it's mostly positive uh although right now as you can see it's positive
and negative at the same time which is maybe we can do something about it or maybe we could just focus on the positives uh we we can filter by uh time right so it's in the weeks in the last few month here you can also create a more detailed F filter let's say we posted a video yesterday so we would just like to see what people are saying today and yesterday we can filter on the right by all types of things like for example we can only see negative comments we can see all of the
negative comments on Tik Tok for example as you can see it's loading so it's lagging a little bit um we could pick a influencer score an influencer score is how important this influencer is like let's say we want to see only the most important ones like from 7 to to 10 right because we are not really interested let me just hit refresh I'm not sure what's going on it's well you know AI is imperfect after all so for example we want to see influences that are really important from 7 to 10 we can include a
specific country obviously for crumble cookies it will mostly be United States because I don't think they cell abroad just yet we could pick a specific language maybe there's also Spanish Community right but to be honest we're not going to do that you can pick up a specific influencer for example what they were saying about you Etc there are a ton of other filter uh filters that you can explore for yourself and as you can see well we've already filtered and we can see what people saying on Tik Tok uh there's only one negative comment crumble
you failed this week's flavor oh my God what did they say so let's watch that video and we can see what we could do crumble cookie as you can see this influencer tried the cookies and she said that this week they're not good crumbles marketing really goes uh with like new cookie flavors every week so uh maybe we can see and improve on that we could also hear adjust the feedback and trade the AI a little bit I find that the negative and positive comments are not always right because sometimes AI also makes mistakes so
we can also train it uh specifically let's see here I would like to actually um get back to like weeks uh I don't want to do like a custom day I'll just like to see last 30 days and we can see an analyze here we would need to connect our Facebook account and our Instagram account to be able to see all of the feedback obviously you can do that and I think after this we can see like neutral feedback positive feedback uh of course our let's say product uh Team could look through everything and maybe
write it down and see what were the hate comments or the good comments or the neutral comments and improve on that let's Mo move on to summary there's really nothing that interesting here I think summary is just all of the mentions that we've seen summed up uh we can also see the numbers we can see the graph we see social media reach there are some other statistics that are important uh I think you could also take a look through these depending on what your company actually does we can see the most important sites uh as
you might know actually one of the most important marketing strategies of crumble is influencer marketing so for them that would be really important for example seeing what people were saying on YouTube uh when people are trying out that cookies AI insights they will get calculated later on so if that product uh if that actually happens I will show it to you then there is analysis which really isn't that different from summary it's more like about the numbers H Etc so we're not really going to go into that it's not that important in my opinion you
can just see what the important the important stats are for you later on and let's get into the fun stuff my favorite part about this product is probably the brand assistant because obviously chat GPT is great and we could copy all of that information for the week and post it out there but it's just so inconvenient because we do not have uh all of the information and we cannot just copy and paste all of the information that there is out there so having an assistant is extremely important to me personally so for example what could
you do with this assistance like how how can we use it so for example let's say last week uh we released a new batch of cookies which were several flavors so what I can do is I can ask the assistant which cookie flavor they like the most let's do that there we go you just type in any question just like you do in chat GPT and you send it to the brand assistant which uh processes all of the information from last week and let's see what it does here we have a detailed reply about uh
our week as you can see let's see it actually starts on the 18th for some reason and today is actually the 20th but okay uh we can also obviously customize it just like you would do with Chad GPT and as you can see the favorite flavors were these uh how about um let's say I want to improve my customer service and I would like to see which locations actually give the best and the worst customers so I actually uh wrote to our assistant if he could you know give us some feedback about uh customer service
and if it was good or if it was bad but unfortunately did say what maybe fortunately for crumble cookies it did say that we had no bad comments about customer service which is great um because well we need to improve but I also asked him how we could improve so it gave us some ideas and I also asked it if there were any bad comments last month about us and uh it's actually really analyzes what they said I do not even need to watch the video I can just see the user Express disappointment with crb
B cookies and it was like a negative experience uh here's a new employee who said about this about the nervousness like he didn't like it there a ton of other comments that you could read which could really help you understand your audience your employees and so on the next cool feature as mentioned at the beginning of the video is topic analysis uh as I told you crumble main marketing is actually RS so people make videos about them on Tik Tok or on other platforms reviewing the cookies so I can see here that we've got crumble
cookie reviews crumble product information crumble social media so we can analyze the topics and see what we can do like for example we see that the viws give us the most reach which is great so we could continue doing that we could ask people to create more videos we could pay people to do more videos we can viralize it we can maybe ask our employees to make those types of videos and pretend like they're real customers because this is what brings us the most reach um and that's amazing there are of course other topics like
uh disclaimers store openings and we can analyze all of them and see what to do about it we can click on a specific category on a specific topic and uh we can see what people are saying and the top mentions and the context of the discussion as mentioned before and we can maybe uh viralize the most important ideas now let's talk about competition analysis so we want to talk we want to compare us and our competition Googling our faest competitors we can just create a new project and see what people are saying about this particular
competitor let's say tips traits for example in all languages as well and when we create a new project uh as you can see you can switch here for example we' got Tiff streets and we've got scrumble and it's already loading the mentions after it loads Dimensions we can also go to uh the comparison chart which I think is important can go ahead and select several projects we can compare we can compare T streets with Grumble which is us in this case and we've got this lovely table and we can see that two streets has nothing
on us uh and and they're doing quite badly but if someone was doing better than us we could see that and we could improve that apparently the only thing that Tiff streets does better is negative mentions because they have zero of them because nobody buys from them and everybody buys from us so that's okay we can focus on the positives and compare ourselves to our competition which I think is really cool you can also review the sources or where the comments are coming from and mostly we've got mentions on YouTube for example and I think
that would be also Instagram and Facebook if we connected it uh we haven't connected it yet so we don't get it um unfortunately I don't have access to crome's Instagram that would be really fun but I don't so uh let's just continue the sources are important just to see which kind of marketing works the most for you then as mentioned one of my most favorite features as well is influencer marketing so in the last 30 days we can see what people are saying we can also see what kind of score they have like for example
here uh Kyle Thomas over here has 35 million subscribers which gives them a score 10 out of 10 they're very uh important influencer I can of course filter and see what like uh the most important people only are saying or a kind of average uh kind of quality influences are saying but of course I would like to see probably the most important ones and uh well we can see the mentions they do and what kind of reach they generate most importantly so this guy with 35 million followers created a video but it didn't get much
reach maybe it wasn't such a good video andisa he El Lia here she got 20 million followers but she got a much better reach uh probably would be the most important thing for us uh how many people actually got saw this kind of video and reacted to so if we can see that Liza is doing really well on YouTube with our crumble cookies we perhaps could contact her and ask her to make more videos and pay her perhaps for making a video since she already did so well and people really liked it as you can
see the influencer uh followers have almost nothing to do with the reach uh for example like uh there's a four 14 million guy that's generating more than than for example the Tik Tok guy uh as I said uh we are not shown Instagram and Facebook information here until we get connected but it's really really cool I think it can really help you improve your marketing moving on to the reports if it's really important for you don't want to log into here you just want to get sent uh reports like like a we clear report you
can also set up an email or PDF or Excel reports or check out the infographics page we also do get an access to Advanced analytics like for example geoanalytics we can see that mostly obviously uh not a surprise we are really well people are really interested in us in the US and Canada and me Mexico and not really in the rest of the world which for us is not a problem we're already making a ton of money in the US we can can see influencer analysis we can also see Emoji analysis this is pretty fun
we can see like more or less what people are saying I think that's really cute not maybe not very practical but uh it's really it's a good for example she wants to try out crumble cookies in Miami we can also see hot hours which are the most important hours where people are watching our videos for example or mentioning us or interacting with us and and emotion analysis and we see that that's very little mostly it's neutral of course because I think most people do not either say nothing or say something negative which is bad but
it is what life is sadness admiration etc those things you could play around you do have an advisor as well that you could book a meeting with which I think is really cool they also do offer quite detailed tutorials on the YouTube channel uh and um that could help you a lot there's a webinar so after seeing all of the features uh well you might think that it's important for you and it's it's a good service for you however if you just start starting out like for example you have a very small brand and you
really do not need all all this and that you just want to see the basics like how many people are mentioning you and what are they saying well in this case aario might be the charm you also do have access to uh an advisor so so you could book a meeting you could chat you can ask a ton of questions I think the support uh in brand 24 is incredible there's a video walk through you could also uh search uh different videos on the YouTube channel that could walk you through all of the mentions although
I don't think you will even need it because it's so really really so much easier to use than so many other platforms um so yeah let's talk if brand 24 is really for you so I would say that brand 24 could serve um mostly online brands that are quite popular and mostly focus on social media marketing if you're just starting out and let's say you're just planning to sell on Amazon or you have a small Shopify store this might not be for you because it has a ton of features that you might not even use
so in this case what should you do uh if you still want to improve your customer service so you still want to see what people are mentioning about you well in this case I recommend you use uh competitors of brand 24 which are well one of them is aario as I've already mentioned at the beginning of this video it also has real time uh mentions I will also need to connect Facebook and Instagram to be able to check it this is because Instagram and Facebook API probably do not allow uh mention tracking unless you're logged
in and let's see what it has there is a free trial as you can see however it does not let us see sentiment until we upgrade to $50 a month then there's also a ton of stuff that we don't have access to on the free trial uh and also on the starter plan so to track and see how it works you would need to probably pay not a start starter plan but uh the medium plan which is um quite a lot if you're just starting out uh if you're not sure if you're going to be
