How To Makes SALES on TikTok Shop (Ecommerce)

you with it still blows my mind how many people don't realize the Gold Rush that's happening right in front of them on their phone with Tik Tok in general both as a seller like me and also as a creator making money selling other people's products it's beyond easy look I've done about 20ish I don't know the exact number a little over $20 million in sales over the last seven years with my e-commerce companies multiple different stores different products but it was easy back then not going to lie but now there's never been anything like what

I'm seeing right now because back then it was easy not a lot of competition but now they're subsidizing discounts so I could sell a product for 50 you pay 30 but I still get the full 50 that $20 loss is coming out of Tik tok's pocket so today I'm going to share with you exactly how to do this how you can start making at least a couple hundred, a year with Tik Tock shop now before we jump into that make sure to drop a like down below and if you want to get coached by me

about 130 grand for this car great great vehicle and it might blow some people's minds but you could take this product for an example five of these sold a day cuz you're making about $ 20 to $22 in profit on each of these a payment on that car I I pay cash for most of my cars so I don't have a payment on it but it'd be $1,300 so what you need to make like at two sales a day I mean it's kind of a joke so you start thinking about it in terms of okay

how many units do I need to sell of a product and I'm going to start out by showing you this one because this is a product that is working really well in Tik Tok shop it is the telesin neck Mount okay it has it's not clipping in here it has a magnet right here for your phone okay it's just a little POV thing right magnet's really strong phone doesn't move anywhere that's it that's a winning prod people making millions off this okay now I want to show you a lot of stuff here I want to

show you what's working with ads because I'm an ads guy okay the 20 plus million dollars I've generated that's not through some creative affiliate thing that's not through influencer marketing like we've done maybe 100 Grand through like influencers over the years it's not really been a big thing but now with Tik Tok shop that's changing but I'm still running ads and all the rage with Tik Tok shop is oh all these Affiliates promoting your product making you money what people still fail to realize the reason they're not buying the cars and taking the trips and

what they want is while that's great that's where everyone's attention is which means what happens when everybody's over here you want to be over here and right now that means running ads to Tik Tok shop so instead of just you still can instead of selling this product or whatever product on Shopify take the same product get inventory for it in the US so you can sell on Tik Tock shop and by running the same ad the same everything same price point to Tik Tock shop your ads will do about twice as well which is crazy

so that's because Tik Tok is uplifting everything so I'm going to get into some specifics on ads I got a lot of good stuff to cover we spend Millions on ads I want to actually walk you through an ad account but I also want to talk about how to open this because most people who are going to be watching this video probably have a Tik Tok shop account or are going to be opening one you can actually get an ad credit deal through the shop they're going to ask you once you start making a couple

sales they're going to usually say hey we'll give you your first $50 75 maybe $100 in ad spend for free just to open up an ad account and get started so well it's not much it at least gives you a little bit of Runway kind of pays for day one of ads so you know take their $100 or whatever and put another 100 on top of it go run a $100 a day budget for two days and just kind of see what happens right now most people don't realize that there is so much waiting involved

in Tik Tok shop and that's actually the frustrating part because I Come From A Drop Shipping background where if I want to sell the phone case or this freaking neck Mount I'm G to find the supplyer I can Source from it get a quote from a private supplier that takes 24 hours at most within the next 24 hours a website can be done I can have videos done I can be ready to go I can launch ads the same day sometimes we've done that so it's like a couple day turnaround at most to be making

money and then the payouts happen like every two days from Shopify payments one day from my payment processor that I use when I scale so it's like a very quick thing that's how I took a new store from zero to $70,000 a day in two weeks 14 days getting paid out every other day like you can't do that on Tik Tok shop because you got to wait you got to order the inventory and then you got to send samples to people or wait for content to come back and then post and it it's weeks and

weeks and I really hate that so I'm going to help you combat that right now so like we just mentioned the ad credit through the shop a little bit of free budget if you don't see this in your dashboard log into the mobile app okay because you'll always see it on the homepage in there if they're offering it to you now let's talk about ads and then we'll jump into creatives actually we're going to do it the other way around creatives first it because this is an entirely creative focused platform so while you are waiting

if you're trying to sell on Tik Tok shop there's a couple periods of waiting I'm actually going to jot this down with you okay the waiting comes from inventory I'm not even going to include the couple days searching finding the product maybe branding you can go the custom route like I've built multiple supplements like we just did all that took four months to do The Branding come up with the name the design the packaging go through test taste test the whole thing in an FDA approved facility that's that's totally separate but even with inventory I'm

waiting 6 to 12 days for that arrive for that inventory to arrive through DHL okay now I'm waiting now it lands at my house okay now what I started sending out messages and you know contacting creators through social media through TI Tok shop all these different places well again that's multiple days just to like have the conversations get people to agree so I'm going to say 3 days of conversations this can be like a week or more and then sending stuff out okay let's say 24-hour processing right 4-day priority shipping through Tik Tok Tik Tok

pays for this so let's say you you do that right well now the Creator gets it after a week and then they have about seven days to post okay so like you see how this is adding up to like 3 weeks minimum is really like the waiting for inventory getting everything set up here's what you can do okay if you have just this part done okay you wait for this instead of all this which you should do this as well so it's actually not an instead of it's an on top of okay do this but

also get creatives and run ads immediately so in this 6 to 12 Days guess what I'm doing I'm prepping videos because as soon as I get the product and it's ready to go on Tik Tok shop I'm going to launch ads even before I have Affiliates promoting it which I definitely want to do we're making cake off that but I also want to run ads right so here's how we can do that uh vaa viral Ecom ads is a platform I've used for years in fact I'm right here on the homepage but they basically make

video ads and we've done a lot of stuff with Facebook ads I probably spent out of my own pocket about $115,000 here because we get a lot of videos and as you're scaling you're going to want more content but what they specialize in is having their vas scrape the internet for any potential videos of your product so for an example my supplement company I can't go have them scrape for Content because it doesn't exist we made the product right whereas something like this neck Mount right here there's plenty videos on this in fact we can

go over to Alibaba and they're going to ask you for this when you go and buy a video from them which is super cheap well they're going to ask you for it you're going to need the AliExpress link or the alib Baba Link so if I put in like you know magnet neck Mount okay we could probably find the product and so I'm going to need to send them that link to a product on here like right here boom so I'll have to take that and submit it when I'm actually going through and doing the

submission form so go under video ad packages and you can get their stuff for regular Tik Tok ads for Facebook ads but one thing you're going to want to do if you have a custom brand which a lot of people are trying to do on Tik Tok shop which honestly I applaud like build your own thing but you'll want to go under here and get a ugc package okay ugc stands for user generated content and this has been the grind of my life over the last 30 days with this supplement company is me I'm the

one communicating with hundreds and hundreds of creators DM them for my own personal Instagram account because I'm trying to use my little bit of clout there and followers to like get a better response rate which is working and so like doing what I can to communicate with people back and forth jump in on Zoom calls with creators that have 10,000 followers like that's not scalable for me it's not efficient it's not necessarily a good use of my time but I'm building a base right now and I'm doing that for my company that I'm launching in

the supplement space because I want good creators I want them to feel like they're a part of it we're paying them really well we're giving people really high percentage commission if they want to be Affiliates so I'm doing that because that's the groundwork that needs to be laid so if you're building a brand you'll definitely want to do some ugc this is really cheap ugc um and the big thing is they get it done quickly okay because I have been communicating with people it's a Time waster it takes weeks and I do recommend you still

do that but this is by far the fastest way to get content so the reason I mentioned this is again this timeline because as soon as I get inventory I want to go launch ads right so the other thing you can do is if it's your own branded product you can take Clips yourself if you have videos you have photos put them all in a Google Drive and include that link in your submission form because then they don't have to go scrape they can actually use the videos you sent they can edit them put text

over the screen music in the background kind of acting like a VA editing service which is really all you need so let me show you a couple of things on the ad platform all right we're going to go back up here I'm not even bothering stacking Interest really and if you don't know anything about Tik Tok it's fine I'm going to show you I leave everything pretty much completely wide okay ESP especially especially for surf scaling which I'm going to share with you in a second so if I jump over here and try to create

a campaign this is where everything starts on the Tik Tok for business center what I'm going to do is go down to product sales I want to sell products from my Tik Tok shop we used to and still do for our other stuff run website conversions when we're trying to pull people to our Shopify store for an example so we'll do product sales here name whatever you want just run a quick test campaign call a test doesn't matter you change all that later we're going to go inside of here now I leave everything pretty much

the same way it is in side of here I'm going to name it that's really about it so as I scroll down all this is automatically filled in 18 plus it's only targeted in the US this is where you'd put your interest and most people who are new to advertising think okay I'm selling socks right I'm selling socks so I'm going to Target socks maybe I Target clothing right it's like the bigger category wrong okay you would think logically it makes sense to Target socks but that is not how the algorithm works you want to

give it space it's going to reach into a bunch of pockets of people figure out which which ones are converting the best and it's going to automatically narrow towards that I used to not be a fan of this and to be honest socks has over 30 million people in the audience so could you try it sure I'm all for it but really these days especially when I'm scaling hard I just leave everything broad I'm not really putting anything inside of here I don't see an issue with the ads competing against each other because it's still

targeting everyone at the end of the day so like that's what Tik Tok will tell you if you ever get assigned a coach or a rep there who tries to help you with their ads oh my goodness no offense they have no idea what they're talking about actually full offense they've they costed me $92,000 on one of my ad accounts that I talked about in another video because I tried what they said and it it lost money so daily budget I run a minimum of 50 you can do a 100 no real sense in doing

a CBO when you're just starting out with your test but do what you want so I'll do a $50 that's really it I don't I don't do gross revenue especially when I'm starting I'm optimizing for purchase it's really the only thing I'm going to change then I'll hit continue and then it'll show the account owned by you I want to avoid that cuz I don't want to reveal the supplement company quite yet but I will I will I will once it hits like half a million month so you got to get to the point where

it's like unfuckwithable because I have built Brands and shown them before and people spam with negative comments not a lot but you know it doesn't help so um yeah other than that that's really all you do inside of there you can just add the video from the page that you want to do and that's really it like you can figure that part out super simple so the ads the Tik Tok shop continue to work really well I'm seeing a very base level three to four row eyes which means for every dollar I spend we're bringing

back three to4 doll in sales I've had stuff that's higher it kind of leveled out a little bit as they found a more I don't know like Flatline spot that's reasonable um but that's that's some good information on how to start now I do want to hit on this okay let me know if you want to make a video if you want me to make a video like aggressive scaling because surf scaling is how we're changing budgets intraday so Facebook you can do this it's kind of known as manual bidding to some degree but surf

scaling is where as things are working I'm going to significantly increase the budget usually at the top of every hour okay now the reverse can be said because if the results or performance is dropping declining or not good and the budget is pretty high I will be cutting the budget actively multiple times throughout the day so there can be a scenario where every day I'm in my ad account for like 10 to 15 minutes at the top of every hour at 1 o'clock at 2 o'clock at 3 o'clock at 4 o'clock usually in the evening

pretty late you got to be up to like midnight because you got to be able to turn things off it's a lot more manual work versus where Facebook you can kind of just set and just kind of let them do maybe Minor Adjustments every day or two but on Tik Tok it's been like this for two years even not running ads to Tik Tok shop it's up and down okay so there's that um but yeah that's that's really what I wanted to share with you in terms of ads what's new I'm really just leaning more

towards what people are not looking at right now which is the ads to Tik Tok shop so there's a lot of potential there you can get that small ad credit again all the waiting time easiest way to overcome that and in general just get more uh content is going to be viral Ecom ads I'll leave them link down below I even have a discount code you guys can take advantage of go for it and then if you're doing any product that's not your own branding or if you're not doing Tik Tok shop if you're Drop

Shipping you have another product whatever VIP is going to be the perfect spot I'm on the the VIP membership because for 50 bucks a month you can get all the videos for $12 I mean $12 for a pack of three videos where can you get that not even on Fiverr okay Fiverr is cheap this is like good stuff so you can get all that it's super super cheap um if you're ordering at least like one or two packages of videos a month immediately makes sense so I would highly recommend that plus you get the quick

turnaround time okay 24 hours they turn that video around immediately so really good spot to get some speed going on there uh but yeah the only other thing I did want to show you there's a new type of content popping up with Tik Tok shop and it's killing it I watched somebody make over $120,000 in a day from a video they paid $10 for on F I'm not joking when I say that it's insane here's the video so actually this is an example of video it's not the video he said I couldn't share his brand

or his page so this is another one I found this is actually working really well some sort of su thing I don't really know what it is but a lot of people are making content like this it is AI generated so let's watch this right now pan only ate shill for two weeks this is what might happen to body all right you get the idea we're going to pause it there it's an AI version kind of mid Journey type of content I don't know if they're prompting I don't know what they're doing but there's a

lot of creators on upwork on freelancer on uh Fiverr all these platforms that are making these videos for5 to $50 right find ones don't don't try to go for the $5 necessarily you know 10 20 bucks I found really good videos get get packages get a bulk deal but this AI content is working really well and it's a great spot to promote your content you don't have to be waiting for people this is just an editor who doesn't even need the product they don't need the product in hand so again that's a huge advantage to

you if you're trying to get content out quickly to get stuff to test with and then if it works you can go run ads behind it okay you put this on your page boom it pops Works awesome let's run some ads to it so that's kind of the framework I'm doing right now it's such an underrated spot um it's just so much profit is able to be made right now on every side of Tik Tok every single side of Tik Tok now people ask if I'm worried about it getting banned absolutely not uh they've been
