GM: Very good evening, ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to another episode of Paranormal Order: Deconjuration. Our RPG that happens every Saturday at 6 pm. Paranormal Order is an RPG, an universe where I am the narrator of a story and my friends are the story's protagonists. I will play the world, the characters, the monsters, challenges they encounter, while my friends... have to deal with them, and guide the story. Today, we have a team somewhat... Uh... Smaller than normal, I would say. Welcome back, Luis and Kalera! Luis and Kalera: Hi! GM: Are you guys okay? Kalera: Yes, I
missed you. (Luis: Wow, I missed you!) GM: Me too, how long since you showed up? You were at the base. Luis: Two weeks, right? GM: More, like three weeks. Kalera: Three... months. GM: Luis the secret is that you survived the third episode, I didn't want you to... The secret is you can't get past it anyway. But now... Luis: I wouldn't participate anymore, so I hacked the system. GM: Welcome back, I am very happy to have you back here. And I am really looking forward to today's episode, I think it'll be a special one. I don't
want to give many spoilers, I am very happy to be able to play with you again. To see a little bit of Erin and Fernando/Luciano. Without further ado, we will go straight to the opening, and when I'm back, we will head directly... into the world... of Order Paranormal: Deconjuration. [Opening OPD] GM: Erin, Fernando. On November 31st... On November 31st... Whoa, I'm talking to myself here. Hello? Erin and Fernando, on November 31st... while you were investigating together an apartment... Erin and Luciano were badly wounded on this mission accompanied by several agents. Thus, they decided to stay
at the base in recovery, while the rest of the team... Luis: [Coughs] October. GM: Did I say November? It's October 31, it's Halloween, yeah. While the rest of the team headed towards an abandoned orphanage. And they were also taking an occultist that Erin had arrested earlier that year. Several hours have passed since the team left. It is dawn. And you have no message from them. Your recovery is going relatively fast. Considering that none of you have reached "dying" status, you have only reached "serious injury". You are at the base, it is almost five in the
morning. What are you doing? Luis: I go to Erin and... Fernando: Sleep well? Erin: Well is... relative, right, Fer. But I'm getting better. And you? F: I'm fine. I wanted to talk to Marcela later. But I'm worried, have you received anything, any messages...? E: No, nothing so far. It's been a few hours, right? F: I don't know. I'm scared. GM: We're having audio problems. OK, it's back. F: Does Veríssimo have any information? E: Yes, we can talk to him, but we... can also try to send them a message. I got their cell phones. F: Do
you want to... sit on the bed there for a while. I want to see if Tristan is ok too, I'll... I wanted to talk to Verissimo and Marcela. I don't know, I’m worried, I... It's very dangerous, Erin. E: I know this, but... F: I'm not prepared, but you are, Tristan is, Lu is, and... seeing you like this, seeing how everyone was... I... I fear for their lives too. E: Well, if something happens to them, we bring them here and they'll be fine. They will be taken care of. And everything will be fine, just like it
is with us. Tristan is getting well too. Just like we are. F: I wish I was as optimistic as you are. F: Stay, rest a bit, (E: Ah, Fer.) F: I'll go see how Tristan is doing. E: All right, okay. Uh... I'll send a message here now, to see if they respond. Luis: I go to Tristan, Master. GM: OK, you go towards Tristan's stretcher, which is next to you. He's sleeping, but next to him is a woman you don't know, sitting there stroking his hair. F: Hi, how are you? ???: Ah, what's up. F: We
haven't been introduced. (???: Do I know you?) F: Fernando, nice to meet you ???: Ah. Luis: I hold out my hand to her GM: She holds out her hand. ???: Ah, Clarissa. Clarissa: Do you know Tristan (F: He...) F: We're on the same team. Is he okay? Clarissa: Yeah, he's getting better. He does this. It's normal for him. I've known him since he was very young, since we were at school together. And to think that we got into this... together... Different times. [Chuckles] Clarissa: Anyway. He always gets better, (F: I know...) Clarissa: but this time
he is... He came very close to dying I think... Kalera: Erin will come close, because she can't stand still, no. She's coming... E: What's up? All good, lady? Clarissa: Whoa, what's up? F: Erin, Clarissa. Clarissa, Erin. Luis: I introduce both. Clarissa: And you? Fernando, right? F: Yes, Fernando. Clarissa: Pleasure, I'm here to take care of him. (F: She said that...) F: Clarissa said Tristan is... still in bad shape, but he's getting better. E: Oh, I know, he'll be fine. Clarissa: I think so. GM: She looks at him and smiles. Clarissa: And you? What happened to
you? You look especially bad. GM: Points at Erin. E: Oh, I am! Yeah... Clarissa: You're gonna need lots of makeup. (E: I'm getting good.) E: I don't care about that, ma'am. I'm... Clarissa: Ma'am? I'm your age. (E: I'm chill here...) Clarissa: How old are you? F: Are you? E: I... Huh, I'm twenty. Clarissa: Twenty?! Looking rough, huh? [Giggles] I'm not that old. GM: She wipes her glasses hangs them. (E: How wouldn't I?) E: I've had some trouble here, but... E: I'm going to get better. Clarissa: I'm joking. Clarissa: Relax. E: No, it's fine. F: Erin,
I think... Let's talk to Marcela. E: Okay, fine, let's go. F: Pleasure to meet you, Clarissa. Clarissa: The pleasure is all mine. F: I'm glad you're taking care of Tristan. Clarissa: Yeah... I always have to, he gives me no choice. [Scuffs] E: Well, nice to meet you too. F: Thank you. E: Excuse me. F: Bye. Clarissa: See ya. Luis: We're going to Marcela. GM: OK. Marcela is about to fall asleep like this. She's propped up. Mar: Huh? Hello! E: What's up? F: Marcela... F: Uh... We've... been here a long time, what time is it? Mar:
I don't know, actually, now that you said it, I have to go back... Mar: Five? E: It's... Is it almost five? Four forty-five. E: Yeah... E: One minute till we're released, right? Mar: No? You have to rest, Erin. For God's sake. F: Marcela, did you get any news from the team that went... to the orphanage? Mar: No, they didn't come back yet. Did you call them? Just to confirm? They like to get in trouble. E: I messaged them, I'm waiting for an answer Mar: They won't see it. You'd better call. F: Call someone there, Erin. E:
Oh, okay. F: Didn't Joui give you his phone number? Call Joui. E: Okay. Alright... Uh... GM: You get your phone then... You have Joui's number, right? Kalera: Mhm. GM: You dial... The phone goes: [dialing sounds] [static interference] You hear some static... And you hear a voice on the other end: ???: Hello? E: Fe, Fe. ???: Granddaughter? (E: Fe.) ???: [giggling] Hi, Erin. [thud] GM: The call ends. (E: Grandma?) F: What happened, Erin? What happened, Erin? GM: You recognize it as your grandmother's voice, a bit distorted in the middle of the call. It's not the first
time this happens while you are using technological devices. E: Not again, not again. Luis: I... Can I see that she's pretty shaken up? GM: Yes. Luis: I... I get closer to her, put my hand on her shoulder... (GM: Marcela looks over.) Mar: Did they answer? F: Is... E: No. F: What happened, Erin? GM: When you look at your phone, Erin, [ding] a notification from Joui. He sends some question marks and a location on the map. E: Uh... They... He sent his location. Uh... F: Are they still there? E: I think so. It seems like it.
F: But, is everything okay, really? You called and you were in shock. What happened? E: Fe... Don't you think it's weird no one's said a thing about my grandma yet? Nobody is worried. Nobody knows where she is. It's been two years, man. Does no one know about it? F: Verissimo knows, right? E: Yeah, I ask him every time. And nothing. Uh... Well, it wouldn't hurt to ask again, right? (F: But don't you trust him, Erin?) E: Yes, we do. F: Exactly. I believe that he has a plan. Probably. E: Yeah, I have a plan too.
(F: But...) We could go talk to him too. E: Do you want to do that now? F: Fine by me. I'm... I'm not sleepy. E: Marcela, do you have anything else for us here or... That's it for now? (Mar: Uh...) No. Actually, I need to... Ah.. I need to... I need to sleep, guys. I'm very tired. It was an intense day. E: Gosh, go get some rest. You need it more than we do. GM: She starts walking... Mar: Yeah, I really do. GM: She walks past you and goes towards one of the empty stretchers. F:
Alright. GM: Did you want to say something, Fer? Luis: I wanted to say something to Marcela. (GM: Say it, say it.) She’s leaving slowly. F: I wanted to ask about the young man we brought. He's... Is he... Is he ok? Mar: Yes, he's recovering well. He was very hurt, we... After he ate a little, hydrated himself, he's recovering well. Jeremias, right? F: Jeremias, yes. (Mar: Yeah, I think that...) Maybe this week he may be able to go back to wherever he wants to go. F: Yeah... Poor guy. (E: Good to know.) F: Go get some
rest, Marcela. Mar: You guys too, you need to recover. You're not 100% yet. F: We'll leave you alone. [giggling] E: 99! GM: She starts walking. F: Gosh, Erin, you're not 99 at all. E: I know I'm not. But it's... Like I am. Come here. Uh... Let me show you something. Luis: I follow her. (E: Before we talk.) GM: You go towards the great hall, which is completely empty at this time of the night. Kalera: I get very close to him. E: Uh... Do you see... Do you see the watch on my wrist? Facing me? (F:
Yes.) GM: And what does it look like? Kalera: Ah, it's a very old Casio. Very old. E: Uh... This is my grandma's watch. I look at it and... If it works, for me, it means that she's still alive. And I wear it the way she used to wear it, facing me. Old people stuff, right? I like it. F: Wow, but... You almost died and the watch is still in one piece? E: It is... That's strangely good. Maybe she is with me in some way. It was her voice that I heard on the phone. She said...
(F: But you called her?) E: Of course not. Especially since she's been missing for two years. F: Ah, I don't know, maybe you called her old number. E: Uh... She said “granddaughter” on the phone. And... I heard static and... A lot of noise and... And the call ended. E: Soon after, Joui sent a... (F: But...) E: A message full of question marks and with the location. F: Okay, but... Did you open the location? E: Ah, it's here on the phone. It must be the orphanage. GM: Do you click to see? (E: They...) F: Did you
see... E: Oh, yes, it... Uh... (F: Did you see...) GM: You get... When you open the location, (E: Yes, I forgot.) GM: You see that it's a very isolated building, close to... In the outskirts of São Paulo. It's a building that has no name listed, but it seems to be on the outskirts, and it seems to be an abandoned building. The satellite photo is of low quality, but it appears to be relatively large, and it appears to be quite destroyed. It's from a... It leaves a main road into a side road. E: Ah, look here,
Fe, this is it. This one here. It's right... (F: Okay.) E: Maybe right in the middle of nowhere. Yeah. This is it. We can talk to Mr. Verissimo and then go there. What do you think? (F: No, yeah.) It's probably the orphanage. Yeah, we can talk to him too. But... You called Joui and heard your grandmother's voice. Was this the first time this happened? E: No, no. It's not. Kalera: I start walking backwards, slowly. E: In the radio, phone... I don't know. Sometimes something on the TV... It's bizarre, Fe. F: And it just happens? Suddenly...
Your grandma is just there. E: It just happens. And she doesn't tell me anything. Ever. I don't know if she's trying to talk to me, if she's... If it's an illusion... I don't know. I'm just going crazy. GM: You start going towards Mr. Verissimo's office... E: Oh, yeah, Fe, can you wait here for a little bit? I need to speak to Agatha. F: [sigh] Are you... What are you going to do? Transcend? GM: [laughs] Nah, bro. E: I... I need to see... I... I... I want to see if I can communicate with her in some
way and maybe Agatha is the only person who can help me. F: Want me to go with you? (E: I'm not going to transcend just for) transcending's sake, ok? Ah, I'm fine... (F: Don't you want me to go with you?) E: No, you don't have to. You can stay here. Better not. (F: Are you sure?) E: I think this stuff is bizarre. I don’t know... I don't know what happens in there. GM: You head towards the direction of Agatha's room. You see that the door is open. To Agatha's office, right, the ritual room. When you
go in, you notice that she's not here. She must have gone to her house. E: Sweet A! Oh... F: Sweet A, Erin? E: Ah, yeah... She's not answering. Yeah, she's not here, I think. Uh... F: It's also five in the morning. I don't even know if Verissimo will be here. Luis: I go to Verissimo’s office and knock on the door. GM: You knock on the door... (E: Okay...) GM: A few seconds pass. He appears, opening the door, with the same serious look as always. Mr. V: Oh. Uh... Fernando? F: Hi... Mr. Verissimo, uh... Mr. V:
Erin. F: Good morning, sir... E: What's up? GM: You see that he has dark circles under his eyes, but it doesn't look like he just woke up, it looks like he stayed up all night. Mr. V: Uh... What can I do... (F: Are you all right, sir?) Mr. V: I'm always fine. What happened? F: No, it's... We wanted to ask about the orphanage. Mr. V: The team hasn't returned yet, right? (E: And about something else.) E: No. It's been a few hours. Mr. V: Did you try to contact them? E and F: Yes. F: Do
you want to tell him, Erin? E: So... Uh... Let me have a seat so I can take a breath. Mr. V: Please. Sorry. GM: He stars to walk. You see that he passes by his desk and separates some documents, closes a large book, searches through some pictures and sits down, resting his hand on his chin. E: Excuse me. Luis: I say "Excuse me" and I enter kinda embarrassed, as if it were a place... GM: You see a mug with coffee next to him a big mug filled with coffee. E: Working hard, huh, Mr. Verity? Mr.V:
Times are not so easy for any of us. Mr.V: Uh, so, any new information about the team? E: Uh, yes. There are two topics actually, not only that one. I called Joui and... strangely, I heard my grandmother's voice, again. And then white noise and shouting the call disconnected, and Joui sent me a bunch of question marks and then the location. Mr.V: So he sent a location for you to find them. E: Yes, but I didn't even hear him. Mr.V: It's not new for you to hear these voices, Erin. (E: I... just heard my grandma.) I
know, but every time it shakes me up a lot, you know. Mr.V: I know how much your grandma means to you, Erin. And I... I wanted to have more information about her. GM: He looks tired at the documents in front of him, full of photos of various agents, maps, documents, underlined things. He looks up. Mr.V: At this point, honestly I think I can... ...be honest with you. E: What's up? (Mr. V: Your...) Mr.V: ...Your grandmother, Francisca, was... she was an exceptional agent. I had the pleasure of going on several missions alongside her and Arnaldo. Also
alongside of... an important friend of mine, who wasn't part of the Order. (E: What do you mean "was"?) Mr. V: What happened to her is... mysterious, to say the least. She... (E: Okay?!) Mr. V:...She... The manner in which she disappeared, Erin, doesn't seem like someone who... made a mistake during a mission. Mr. V: She seems to have disappeared on purpose. She had enough experience... Mr. V: ...to just disappear like that, without leaving traces. No member from the Order disappears like that... ...unintentionally. F: Mr. Verity, Maybe... do you think she did this to protect Erin? It
doesn't make any sense, she knows Erin, she knows that Erin would probably go after her. (Mr.V: She trained Erin.) E: Yeah, it's because of her that I'm here. F: Yeah, and... F: Why would she disappear? Mr.V: I don't know. She was... obsessed with a specific case of a... I don't even remember the name. Mr.V: There are so many... Mr.V: So many disappearing in the last few years. F: She didn't leave anything? Literally nothing? Mr.V: She disappeared completely. E: Well, but if we know the case that she was working on... Mr.V: That's the problem, she left
no traces. She erased everything she did. All the work, all the research she did. She just erased it. (F: Not even...) ...What's the name of that computer's program? Mr.V: C.R.I.S. F: What was it? Mr.V: C.R.I.S. was created long after her disappearance. (F: C.R.I.S.! Not even it found anything?) Mr.V: It's a new paranormal case detection algorithm. It's not useful for... ...organizing already existing cases, it's used for finding new cases. It serves to find signs of new cases, new missions. After you know something is paranormal, C.R.I.S. becomes irrelevant in the investigations. It's only a kind of alarm,
so we know where the paranormal is happening. E: Sure, but... how do you think this might be happening? For her to be talking to me, constantly? She's alive. The clock's ticking. (F: It must be something paranormal.) F: Some entity. Mr.V: Or maybe this is inside your own head, Erin. We all have voices we hear inside our heads. Some are just stronger than others. E: Don't you dare say this is all in my head, this is way too real for me. For it to be only something in my head. This is more real than what happened
then, that screwed me completely. Mr. V: I'm concerned about the mission's agents, which haven't returned any contact yet. Do you have the coordinates for the mission? E: I do. Mr.V: How are you feeling? E: Very well. (F: I...) No, Erin is not doing well, Mr. Verity. I'm fine, I think Lu hadn't been hurt that much, I'm feeling fine. But look at Erin's condition. E: Once again changing the subject. It's alright, I know it's important. E: We're heading out, alright? We'll go after them as soon as possible. Mr.V: Keep us informed. Keep contact. When arriving, send
a message. Do not invade without thinking first. Proceed with caution. Mr.V: Examine the places you enter. You are searching for the missing squad. Mr. V: It's an orphanage, isn't it? F: Yeah. Mr.V: Well, if they sent the location, and it was from the cellphone of one of the agents... Did they issue a danger warning? E: I only saw question marks before the address. Mr.V: Then proceed with exceptional care. E: Do you think someone can go with us? Or is there no one available? Mr.V: Currently, in the Order... I can try sending someone... Not at this
time, Erin. E: Yeah, so that's it, Fe. GM: He looks at you with sadness. He tries looking for resources inside his head, people he could call, and there simply aren't any. GM: He looks at photos of several agents... (F: Well, Mr. Verity...) GM: ...that you don't even know on his desk, with sadness. A little despairing, coming from him. F: I think that if we are here it's for a cause, right? Do you think you're well, Erin? E: I am. E: I am. (F: So...) F: Is the place far? Did you check? E: I can't tell.
We'll see as we go. GM: The map shows it's about an hour from here. E: It's about an hour from here, I think. Give or take. I don't know. F: Do we have any means of transport, Mr. Verity? A car we could take? Mr.V: There's for sure... You can... I don't know if Ivete... Ivete will for sure be home, but you can pass by her counter and get one of the keys. It's on the Order. It's an important case. Too many agents went to this mission, I can't lose more agents. F: Alright. Mr.V: Be careful.
E: Ah, another thing: Can you spare some cash so I can buy some weapons and grenades and... (Mr.V: We don't have resources, Erin.) Mr.V: Resources are only provided... (E: Can I pay after?) Mr.V: ...when cases are completed, I can't open exceptions. F: I... I have 60 reais, Erin. [Laughs] E: Yup, Fe, we're kinda screwed. Let's go see with Ivete what we can afford. F: Ivete isn't here. E: No? F: But... No. F: But I think she has a price table there. (Mr.V: It's 5 AM.) GM: He looks tired at you two. F: Mr. Verity, thank
you very much, OK? Good- Good morning. (E: Oh shit, it's true.) Mr.V: Thanks, Fernando. (F: We'll be heading our way.) Mr.V: Take care. F: We'll keep in touch. Erin, you have Mr. Verity's contact, right? E: I... (GM: Yes.) E: ...do. Yes. (GM: You have the Order's contact. The Headquarters'.) F: Alright. We'll text when we arrive. Mr.V: Good Luck. GM: He sits, tired. He's almost falling asleep standing. F: Thanks. GM: He goes back to the things he was doing, (E: Cheers.) GM: and goes back to reading. He doesn't even... He doesn't even look to you, he's
too concentrated. E: See if you catch some sleep too, alright? F: Yeah... Yup. GM: You leave the office then, and close the door? Luis: Yes. GM: Always opt for the narration over the figure. Kalera: Gotcha. GM: You then exit the office and do what? (Kalera: I take a...) Kalera: ...I take another look at Agatha's room, I reach my head like this. (GM: There's nothing. There's no one.) Luis: I left first, did you close the door? (E: Aw, dammit.) Kalera: I did. F: Well, let's go to Ivete's counter. (E: Did you... Did you see...) Fe, you
saw that he was full of stuff on his desk, right? And that he covered some? F: I'm not even paying attention to that, I'm more worried 'cause we need to go there. E: OK, we need to talk to Marcela to see if we can go, And... F: No, we don't need to talk to Marcela, Marcela won't let us go, we have to go. You heard Verissimo. F: We have to help. (E: He let us go!) He allowed us to go! We'll tell her he did. F: But I'm still very worried about you, Erin. E: It's
'cause we'll have to take a kit, we don't have any money... No, I'm fine, I'll be fine, OK? It's OK, I can go. F: Do you need anything from Ivete? I'll just get the key... Luis: I have everything, right, Master? GM: Yes, you have your items. (Luis: I have all my stuff.) F: I'm just going to get the car keys, do you need something? Do you have a gun? Do you have everything you need? (E: No... I'll go with you.) F: Okay. GM: You go, then, towards Ivete's counter with the items, equipment, some cabinets with
more expensive equipment and weapons are locked. You arrive. Luis: I'll go behind the counter... GM: OK. (Luis:...and get a key.) GM: There's a line, there's... there are two van keys, with keys and... The van keys, you know where they're kept, you take one of these keys and it's with you, you know the van is in the garage upstairs. Luis: I take the key and I come out from behind the counter. GM: Okay. E: Oh, do you have ammo? F: I do, I think I do, I don't know if Lu spent it all... E: Don't they
have a key there? So we can... (F: Probably not.) E: ...Borrow some ammo and then give it back? E: I mean, not return it. (F: I think...) F: I think I can lend some, I don't know if Lu minds... What kind of ammo do you want? E: No, it's just in case we need it, you know? F: I... I think I have enough. Luis: Can I look, GM? GM: Yes, yes. Luis: I check, I see I still have plenty. F: I still have plenty. I have two more magazines, so I have about 60 bullets left.
I'm cool. E: Okay, cool. Okay. Kalera: Uhm, can I exchange the double dagger for the knife? GM: Sure, it's the same damage, same thing. Kalera: Oh, okay. Then I'll keep it. It's the same damage? GM: Yes. Kalera: The knife was stronger, I think. Luis: The dagger is much more stylish. GM: For me, this is just aesthetic, the system remains the same, (Kalera: OK, then.) GM: Between the two of them. E: Well, that's it, we have everything here, I have Sakura ready. F: Do you want... I don't know... Turns out I'm hungry too. GM: You ate,
I assumed you ate when you were recovering. E: You're always hungry, aren't you? F: I'm not even hungry at all. (GM: [Laughs]) Kalera: Oh, I am, I was gonna say I am too, but yeah. F: Let's hurry up. We're already going, there's no need to delay. E: I wanted to talk to Marcela, but she's asleep, right? F: Yeah, no... I guess... Let's just go. Let's go, we can't delay. E: OK... Let's what, talk to Marcela or leave? F: No, let's go to... To the orphanage. E: OK, don't you want to take any kits? A little
kit? (F: I can't,) F: I don't have any money. E: Uh... [stutters] Look, I have 90, I think it's enough for something, let's see if Marcela woke up and then we go. F: I dunno, I can't remember off the top of my head. GM: A complete first aid kit is 60 reals. Kalera: See? And the... GM: You can buy it, you don't have to talk to Marcela, you could've already picked it up earlier, You just bought it at the Order's store. GM: You can add it there and spend 60. (Kalera: OK.) GM: A complete first
aid kit gives you advantage in medicine 3 times, and it has 3 uses, if you fail, you spend one use anyway. Kalera: OK. Fer could have taken the normal first aid and I'll take the fire one? (GM: Burn kit.) The burn kit is 160. (Luis: I won't take anything.) Kalera: No? Luis: I didn't get anything. [Laughs] Kalera: You've got the exact amount, man. Luis: Ah, but I have the exact amount, I might need it at some point, my Medicine is 1. (Kalera: OK,) I'll take the "flaming" kit. GM: It's 160. Kalera: What? GM: It's 160.
Kalera: Then I'll take nothing, like I said, let's go? Luis: Don't worry, let's just... (Kalera: No, I... OK.) F: Let's go, Erin? (E:Let’s go, uh-huh.) Let's go, let's go. GM: You... (E: Huh? [stutters]) Huh? Uhm... OK. Do you want to play dominoes first? Just to warm up? (F: Are you crazy, Erin? Let's just go.) E: No, OK. Let's go, Let's go, I told you I'm fine. (F: We're going.) GM: Do you guys go towards the van? Luis: Uh-huh. (GM: OK.) You guys go to the van, and who's driving, please? Luis: Me. GM: You leave the
base, Fernando starts driving, following the GPS, what do you do exactly? Luis: Me, I'm just, I'm just driving, following the GPS, quiet. GM: Okay, you drive, the day is dawning, from 5:30 until 6:30, until 6... from 5 until 6, more or less. Luis: [yawns] (GM: While you drive.) Uh... you leave São Paulo and go towards these coordinates, eventually you arrive in a region, a little bit, still urban, but a little bit far from the city, right, from the city center, and you see a little road, the GPS takes you to a small road, that goes
a little bit to the side, a dirt road. F: Wow, but... Are you sure it's here, Erin? E: I'm starting to wonder if it was really Joui who sent it. Uh... That's what it's saying, isn't it? F: Holy shit, just... E: Follow it, I don't know. GM: Just to make sure, since you haven't spent a whole week in Order, Erin, you currently have 9 HP, and... Fernando also has 9, that's right. You keep going, then, towards... up this road, and you start to... You start to see a kind of abandoned neighborhood, there are some houses,
kind of abandoned and left behind, some kind of destroyed places, and you see, further ahead, a small building, very burnt and destroyed. You... I'm gonna ask you to roll an... Engineering check, please, Science, Engineering... Actually, I would say History, it can be History. Or Navigation, whichever is higher. Luis: Where's... Kalera: My Engineering is higher. GM: But electrical engineering is not the same, there's electrical engineering. Kalera: Engineering... It has Science, Engineering Luis: History and what? GM: It doesn't apply. GM: History or Navigation. Luis: Okay... My History is higher. OK, normal success. For someone who has 4...
GM: OK. Normal and..? Kalera: Fail. GM: Fail? Okay, Erin, you... you don't know, Fernando, you know that this building, this construction could've been used as an orphanage, or not, you can't say, you've never seen an orphanage before personally to know. Luis: Uh... Can I see a van nearby that looks like ours? GM: You don't see any cars nearby, but you see, in these destroyed buildings, lots of graffiti, lots of bottles thrown everywhere, especially near this building where the markings point at. F: Erin, it’s here. But... Where is their van? E: I can't see anything either,
this is very strange, huh? F: Send a text to Joui, maybe they left and we... (GM: I'll ask you to press B.) Just so I can load the map. Luis: Done. F: Maybe they left and we missed them in the middle of the road. E: Uh... I'll try calling again, then. Kalera: I'm calling. GM: OK, you start calling, as soon as you call, you get the message: "This phone is currently unavailable or switched off. Please try again later." E: Out of signal. (Luis: I didn't hear anything,) the map was loading and everything froze. GM: The
phone is switched off, basically. Luis: Okay. F: You can't call anyone else? E: Uh... F: Send a text to the group, tell them we got here. F: Tell... Ask Mr. Veríssimo F: If they're back. (GM: In this building further ahead,) GM: it isn't a building exactly, it has some floors, but it is very destroyed, very burned, it’s kind of grayish, with a lot of graffiti, and it has a large entrance, leading to a well-lit interior. it looks pretty dusty too. The day has already dawned, so it’s very bright. E: Man, this doesn't look like an
orphanage to me. (F: Yeah, you...) F: Send a message to Mr. Verissimo, ask if the people have arrived at the base, maybe their cell phone battery is dead... E: I'll call him, actually. F: Because if we missed each other on that dirt road, it was impossible for us to miss each other there. E: I'm calling. GM: You're calling the order? Kalera: Uh-huh. GM: [Wheeze] ???: Hello! E: Is... Mr. Veríssimo? ???: It's me, what's up? It's Samuel, what's up. E: Huh, what's up, man? Uh... Come here. (Samuel: What’s up, come on.) Can you see for me
if the orphanage is the... (Samuel: Do you want me to research something, what?) E: Uh, what? Samuel: Do you want me to research something, what do you want? E: Yes, how is that orphanage, the Santa Mene…. orphanage…. Menefreda? (Samuel: Orphanage of what? What are you talking about?) E: Well, we're here in a place, they sent us a location, I'd like to see if it's really there, can you ask Mr. Veríssimo? Samuel: Mr. Veríssimo has already left, he went to sleep, what happened? E: What is it, an... The... F: Did the guys get there Erin? E:
How does the orphanage look like? Samuel: What do you mean “how does the orphanage look like?"? I don't know what a fucking orphanage look like, are you crazy? E: Yeah, see if you can talk to the guys, Joui, Kaiser. (Samuel: This orphanage, wait, what's the name?) E: Yeah, Santa Menefreda. Samuel: Just give me a second there. GM: You hear some keystroke noises. Samuel: [Key noises] E: Nice. Samuel: There's no record of this orphanage, what are you talking about? I couldn't find anything on the Internet. (E: Uh... Crap) E: Yeah, yeah, yeah, look, I'll send you
the location here, see what was this building here for me? Is that possible? Samuel: Send it to me, send it to me. F: Oh... Did they arrive? E: Arrived what? Hey, wait a minute... F: They arrived? (E: I sent it!) GM: Wait, Kalera's bugged here. E: Did you get it? GM: Calm down, just a second, Ka, your camera crashed. Uh... Samuel: There is no record of where you are, it looks like some abandoned place, some city, I can't tell. Are you... Hello? E: Hi! Samuel: Can you hear me? (E: Can you hear me?) E: Yes!
GM: You start hearing a noise [Noise]. E: Holy... Hey, Samu... (????: Erin... [Laughs]) E: Ah... Grandma? (???: What are you doing awake?) E: I don't sleep... Grandma, are you okay? Samuel: Grandma? Who are you talking to? E: Oh... Samuel: Erin? GM: [Noise] Cell phone went off. F: Did they get there? (E: Right...) E: Who got where? F: The guys, if they're at the base! E: I talked to Samuel! He doesn't know anything. I asked him to see the building, he said it was an abandoned place. The orphanage was also abandoned, wasn't it? Or not? Oh,
I'm confused now. Wait, my grandma is talking to me again. Yeah, again, again, man. I don't know if she means something by it, or I'm going crazy. (F: I'm afraid to come in here Erin.) E: Me too. (F: I don't...) E: But what are we going to do, go back to the base and... with our tail between our legs? F: Well, if they're gone now, at least there's no one else here, so maybe it's safe for us to go in... and see. E: Or... (F: But...) E: Wait, if they're not there, and it wasn't Joui
who sent this message, couldn't it be a trap for us, maybe? F: Could be. But what I was thinking is, what if... GM: Just to warn you, you have no way of knowing if this is the orphanage or not. You are basing this on what you think... (Luis: Yes, yes.) Luis: Hunches, it's 100% hunches. Kalera: Oh, yes. GM: It could very well be an abandoned orphanage, you don't know what the orphanage looked like. Kalera: Okay. It's just that in Erin's mind it's like... (F: And if Joui sent...) Kalera: ...the way she knows. GM: But it's
a burned out, abandoned, multi-storey building, it could be an orphanage. Kalera: Okay. Luis: So, in Fernando's mind, it is because there is no van there. (Gm: Yes, that's fine.) Like, so he's basing himself 100% on it. Kalera: Yes. F: Erin th... I don't know, what if Joui sent it, and then they managed to leave, they went back to the base. In the middle of the way we may have crossed, but ended up not seeing, and the battery of the cell phone ended but... If they managed to leave then it means that everything is fine. We
can go in and see. E: No, let's go. (F: Because…) But look, they haven't answered the message in the group yet. F: Did they receive at least? E: I can't see, right. It's in the group. (Gm: No.) E: But I don’t think so. F: Okay, hm. E: Do you want to... Do you want to call Lu, or is everything okay? F: I will try. Luis: I want to get up at the back of the van. Start to... Like running still, you know? For the heart to accelerate. (GM: Okay.) E: See if you don't get hurt
this time, okay? F: [Gasping] No, this time we still have a little time. GM: Give me a constitution test please. Luis: I failed. GM: You can't call him. Luis: [Chuckles] E: I was going to say that I could punch you, but I don't want to hurt you anymore. It's Okay. F: Slap me in the face, Erin. E: No, no, I won't. F: Slap me in the face! (E: No.) F: It doesn't have to be very strong. E: I don't know how to control, I... I'm very weak, I wouldn't be very strong, but... Kalera: Okay, I
slap him in the face. GM: [Slap] Kalera: Out of nowhere. GM: You get slapped in the face out of nowhere. And he doesn't show up. E: Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry! F: My God, Lu! E: Well, that's it, Fe, let's go. Prepare there, come on! E: That's it. (F: Okay I…) Luis: I take the... Fernando takes a pistol. Keeps it in hands like that. He says: F: Okay, we... How are we going to enter and... Do you want me to go ahead? E: We go together. GM: Yeah, you can see an entrance (E: Let's just…) that
fits two people entering it. (Luis: Can I take the blindfold off?) No, not yet, (Luis: I'm scared.) Because there is only the interior of the place. You see an entrance, with a very gray environment, well burnt, uh, with a lot of graffiti, debris... But it's well illuminated, you can even see a little inside the place, and it is very similar to the outside, stained, destroyed walls, hm... various street arts, kinda stained, kinda old. A lot of garbage thrown, accumulated. E: Alright, Fe, ah... tell you that... In my childhood I've never seen an orphanage like that.
Ah... F: But have you ever seen an orphanage? E: I have. F: I have never been to an orphanage. But, okay. E: Yeah, but that... (F: Hm…) F: For me, this can be anything, actually. E: Hey, I don't know, if... if it's normal an orphanage look like this, but that's okay. Let's go in then. Luis: How is the entrance to enter? GM: It's a door. It's a doorway to a room. Now, if you want, you can take the blindfold to see. Ah, what you see, is an all gray room. You walk through that door, and
there is some rubble, some... a pile of electronics thrown and destroyed next to you. There is a door on the left, and there is a table, with several things thrown on it. Kalera: Ah... Erin is entering, keeping an eye on everything. She goes to the table and sees what the papers are. (GM: Are you going in together?) Luis: I'm going in with her. . Gm: When you come together, walking, (Luis: With the pistol in hands) when you pass between these two piles, since you haven't looked before, you hear a [Tsh... Explosion] and a big explosion
comes from the rubble on the side, an explosion of electricity [Electrical Noise], and I want you two to give me a constitution test. Luis: [Snore] Kalera: Good. Luis: Normal. GM: Let me see it here... I got 20. Luis: Why didn't I look... GM: You two [Electrical Noise] start to get shocked, which passes through your entire body, and you are paralyzed. And you begin to hear [Footsteps], footsteps, coming from outside. And a muffled giggle. ???: [Giggle] There are always idiots. GM: And you see, two masked people coming in through your back door. With what appears to
be a glow coming from within the masks. You can't even look at them properly. They come to you, kick you in the leg so you can kneel down, and [Noise], put a bag over your heads, and inject something, [Noise]. Your vision completely fades. You don't know how much time has passed. But at least a few hours passed, due to the pain in your body. You start to wake up. Lying on the floor, and seeing yourselves in a completely different environment. I'm going to ask you to press... actually you don't even have to press B again.
The walls around you are made of metal. It's loading, okay, relax. The walls around you are made out of metal, and you wake up with vibrant purple lights, everywhere. There are bands of neon light around the place, (Luis: it’s back.) GM: All right. There are bands of light around where you are. And when you start to wake up, you see two silhouettes next to you. One of them bends down. And now, I'm going to ask Felps and Alan to describe their characters for me. Starting with Alan. (Felps: Ih!) Alan: Well, my character is Jhonny Tabasco,
42 years old, he's a guy who is about 1,80m tall. His short hair is showing his age a little, white strands, white highlights. A stubble beard, many scars on his face, a bigger scar from the beginning of the forehead to the ear. Uh... He doesn't have the pinky finger and ring finger of his left hand. A flannel shirt, button-down shirt, unbuttoned on his chest, leaving his chest exposed. And that's it. GM: And Felps? Felps: Uh... My character is called Rubens Naluti. He has 1,54m, he is very short. Very tiny. He has brown skin, shoulder length
white curly hair, brown eyes, no beard. Skinny, not very muscular. Uh... He's fast! He investigates a lot. And... We are here. That's it. GM: You start to wake up... And you see these two guys, looking at you. In this bizarre room. F: What the fuck is going on, who are you?! Luis: I'm going backwards. Alan: I will be leaning against the wall, arms crossed. And I'm just going to say: (Felps: Yeah, I'll be with you.) Jhonny: Huh, new meat, right? Alan: Looking at them with a little smile. Rubens: Yeah... (Erin: Are we at a club?)
Rubens: [grumbling] (F: New meat... Why new meat?) F: Erin! Come here Erin! E: What is this?! Are we in a club? Alan: I'm going to start going to the middle of the room closer to them, getting closer to them and say: Jho: Who are you? E: Who are you?! (F: Calm down, don't come closer.) Luis: Do I have anything or do I have nothing? (Jho: What are you doing here?) Gm: You put your hand... You realize that you don’t have your backpack, you look for something and you’re completely empty. You have nothing with you. Erin,
same thing. E: Well, I'm the one who asks you, what are we doing here? Felps: I'm walking as well. Ru: Hah, they have no idea at all. Jho: You were captured, is that what’s happening? (F: Are we stuck?) Alan: I ask them. F: Yeah... Ru: OK. E: How so? (GM: [static] You start to hear a loud noise...) ...Coming from a television in the corner of the room. And now you can analyze this room a little better, after waking up. There is a television in the corner, it has a panel with a computer terminal, a monitor
and a keyboard next to it, there is a large metal box. It feels like a futuristic environment, or at least made to look like you are in the future. You also see a metal base on your left. On one of the walls. And a door, two doors. A large one with two panels on the sides. And one on the left, a smaller one. Suddenly, [static] you see the TV [tss] turning on [Buzz] and a symbol appearing. Luis: That's what I came here for! (???: [evil laugh]) ???: Welcome to another episode of the Host's Room. Today,
once again, we are going to have a special episode. Two agents of the Ordo have been captured and are going to play our games. It is always a special event to watch the Mr. Veríssimos in these It situations, isn't it? [evil laugh] We also have two greedy bounty hunters who will pay the price for their thirst for mystery. Who knows what will happen?! Who knows how many secrets each one here does not keep? Who can we trust? GM: Suddenly you hear the voice changing to a female voice. ???: Good luck, little granddaughter. [laughter] GM: And
you recognize your grandmother's voice, Erin. Alan: Did everyone hear that voice? (GM: Yes. And suddenly...) ...[pshh] the screen turns off again. You notice in the corners of the room, cameras moving, accompanying you. Alan: Okay, yeah. After hearing that message, I look at them with a little contempt and say: Jho: So you are agents, huh? Alan: And I spit on the floor [shaw] Ru: Of the Ordo. Agents of the Ordo... Felps: I just get a little confused. Kalera: I ignore that and: E: Did you? Fer? You heard...? ...Now, my grandmother? Uh-huh. (F: Is that your grandmother's
voice? That you heard?) F: I heard. E: Is she involved in this? F: But I never saw... I don't know your grandma. E: I also don't know if I know her anymore. I don't know what's going on, man. So you are mercenaries… I got it. Alan: I'm going to get closer to her and say: Jho: Mercenaries, no. We are bounty hunters. It is a very different thing. (Ru: Yes!) Ru: Yeah! (Luis: I go in front of Erin...) ...To be between the two. I reach out and say: F: Pleasure. Nando. I was a bounty hunter once.
Alan: Okay, then I reach out to him too and... While I’m going to shake his hand, I want to pull him, as if I was going to hit him in the arm to try to turn him against me and give him a sleeper hold. GM: OK, roll a strength for me, please. Alan: OK. GM: And Fernando, you want to roll one too, right? Luis: I want to roll one too. (Gm: Okay.) Alan: Okay, I did it. Luis: Failure. (Alan: Normal success.) GM: He can do it, you can do it. Felps: With that... (E: What are
you doing?!) Felps: With this I say: Ru: Man, calm down, calm down. Jhonny, calm down. What’s this? Calm down, hey. (Alan: Then, as he gave me his hand...) ...I bent his arm, pulled him in the sleeper hold. Jho: Are you really agents or is this just another joke? Luis: I try to be as calm as possible. F: Yes... (Felps: Yeah, I’ll just say “calm down”.) F: Now I’m an agent, but, as I said, I understand you. I was once a bounty hunter. (Ru: My God, Jhonny, my God.) Alan: Okay, so I still hold on to
him and say: Jho: What are your names? F: I'm Fernando, nice to meet you. Ru: Pleasure. E: Erin. Ru: Erin, uh. (Alan: OK, so I still hold on to him...) ...I look to the side, to my partner, who was already trapped. I say: Jho: Whassup? Do you think it's worth it to introduce ourselves to these guys, then? Ru: Ah, look, I... E: Jhonny and... What is it? Luis: Is my other arm free, Master? (GM: Yes...) ...Yes, you put it here. (Ru: It's Rubens.) Luis: I want to take his other arm, on his biceps and say:
F: You are strong, huh? Everyone: [laughs] E: Fer?! Alan: I give it another squeeze. I say: Jho: This isn't the time for jokes. E: Can you guys stop it? What are we doing here? Program? (F: I like these type of jokes.) Ru: I can't. Stop it, stop it. Jhonny is not... Jhonny, I think it's good. I think it's good for us to introduce ourselves. We are here, you know, everything went wrong. Let's go. (Alan: Okay, while my partner...) ...Says this, I release him and push him to the ground, without wanting to hurt him, but I
kinda push him instead of just letting go. And ... I turn to them, look at them and say: Jho: I'm Jhonny Tabasco. My friend here is Rubens. Ru: I am Rubens. E: Nice. You were... ...Captured, right? (Ru: Yeah, Yeah.) Kalera: Meanwhile, I'm like analyzing the panel, I don't know. Alan: Yeah, then I’ll try to explain better what happened to us. I say: Jho: We were captured too. I imagine that the same thing happened to you. We were, heh, looking for money as usual, looking for something, always hunting for treasures. (Ru: It's always nice.) My friend
Rubens here is very smart, he can find some wonderful locations for us. And unfortunately everything went wrong this time. Ru: [nervous laugh] Ru: Uhh and you...? F: Do you want to tell them, Erin? E: Uh... The guys got lost, we went looking for them, but we got in the wrong location. And here we are. Jho: Uh, classic. E: What if Joui's cell phone has been hacked? By these guys? Ru: Let me... (Luis: Bro, sorry to interrupt,) the earbuds' silicone was inside my ear. GM: [Laughs] all right, all right. (Luis: I was so scared) for a
few seconds, bro [laughs]. "Fuck, I won't get this shit out!" Alan: How do I flip my little guy? Felps: It's Q and E. (GM: You select it) and then you can scroll, or Q and E, exactly. Alan: Oh, nice, just to be aware. It's better, nice. Felps: Yeah, so I... (Alan: So...) Felps: Okay, so you guys were talking. Are you talking? (E: Wait, Fer...) is the team here too? And not at the orphanage? F: Uhm, I'm sure they're not here, Erin. Ru: They're whispering, Johnny, they're whispering over there, bro. JAlan: Can we hear what they're
saying? GM: Roll for Listen, please, it's on the skill list. Alan: Let me see. Luis: And can I also hear what they're saying? [Laughter] GM: Hmm, not really, because you... you were talking first, then they were talking about you talking. Alan: Uhm, Listen... Okay. How do I roll, just click here? (GM: Just click on the name.) Alan: Okay. Felps: Listen, I'll... Alan: I got a... Fail. GM: You can’t hear, but Rubens... Felps: I got a Good Success. (GM: Rubens listens, Rubens listens.) Felps: So, that's why I called Johnny. Ru: They're whispering over there, I don't
know... Jh: What are they talking about, can you hear anything? Felps: I could hear them well? (GM: Yes.) Ru: They're talking about other people, wondering if they're here too, something like that. Alan: Right, so I take a few steps forward, look at them and say: Jh: If it makes you feel better, we haven't seen anyone else here besides you. F: If it's any comfort, we haven't either. We only saw you here. R: Well, it's just that we're not looking for other people, so, I don't know. F: Uhm.. Let me tell you the context, so you
understand and don't think we're involved in this. Which I know is what you're thinking; For I know how you guys think. I said it before, I was one of you. Uhm, we were after some friends of the Order. And my friend here, Erin, she received this location on her phone, because we didn't know where they were. Apparently, these people hacked Erin's phone, and sent this message to her. So... (E: My phone?) F: we are just looking for our friends, we don't want anything else. I don't know you, you don't know me, we find out how
to get out of here, and we go our separate ways. Ru: Hm... Yup, Johnny, more people. More of those [laughter]. Jh: Just more of those. Alan: I turn to Rubens, and say: Jh: Rubens, you're good with this stuff, get us outta here. Ru: Okay, let's go. Felps: Then I turn around because there’s a keyboard, right? (GM: Yup.) Erin: Wait, more of those? Did you see people before, or "more of those" besides you two? Jh: We haven't seen anyone. Alan: I tell her. GM: You look at the keyboard and the monitor, and you notice it’s turned
off. Felps: Mhmm... Kalera: [Sneezes]. GM: You see that there's... (Alan: Bless you.) GM: roll for Perception, Rubens. Finding, actually. Felps: Finding? GM: Yes. Felps: Okay. I roll for Finding... I got a Good Success. GM: You notice that there’s a gap between the wall and this terminal. Felps: Oh, back here. GM: Yes, you can pull it just a bit, you can pull it with your hand if you want. R: Oh, uhm, there's a thing, hey! Look here, hey! (GM: You can pull it with your mouse.) F: Do you want help? Ru: [Groaning] I can't. (GM: You
push it a bit,) it's very heavy, and you notice, that behind it are several cable plugs and a socket, this PC has no cables at all. Felps: Okay, so... Oh, there's nothing connecting it? GM: Exactly, it's disconnected from the wall. (Alan: He pulled it, he got it right then?) GM: He gives it a slight pull, [groans] he [creak] pushed it just enough, but still very little. You saw his struggle, if you want to help, roll a Strength check. (Alan: Yeah, I wanna help.) GM: Roll for Strength. Alan: Here it is. Strength check... Luis: Can I
help them too? (Alan: And I got...) I Failed. (GM: [Laugh] yeah, you...) You are able to push it further, but it's nothing too surprising. Alan: Okay. Then, I'm like: Jh: [Groaning] damn, this shit is heavy! Ru: This is hard! Guys, there's something back here. you see, that's it, that's it. Luis: Hold on, I'll go to their side. F: Let's pull together, I'll help you. Ru: Okay. Alan: We'll push it together? GM: Okay, you can all pull it together, and you see that, really, there is only a socket back there. And several inputs for cables on
this computer, cables for computer inputs like power cables, HDMI cables to connect the screen to the system, etc. (Felps: Okay.) Ru: Well, there's a lot of stuff back here, but no cable connected, so it won't turn on, it won't. F: But, don't you know how to turn it on? Ru: I need the cable! How can I connect it? Making a cable? That's not how it works. Alan: While he's talking, I say: Jh: Rubens, for God's sake, bro, I've seen you do worse things, you can handle this. (Ru: But did I create it?...) pBut did I
make the cable out of nothing? I didn’t make it using air, we have nothing here! C'mon! Jh: Make one, Rubens! Ru: Make a cable?! (F: Yeah, make it with your...) Goldilocks' hair. Ru: Stop it. What the heck? Johnny, what the fuck is this? Alan: I come over to Rubens' side and say: Jh: Rubens, listen, we need to find something to turn on this machine. Ru: Right, yes, good one. There's a lot of stuff in this room, did you find anything else? F: I haven't seen anything,... (Felps: I ask you.) I'm trying to find it, there's
something on the other side. Luis: I want to go to the other side and see what this is. GM: Okay, you walk over to this kind of metal pole, which is connected to the floor. It goes up to about your chest, and has several gray lines, like you see there. Kalera: Erin goes next to it. Felps: Yeah, we'll all go together. Alan: Yeah, I'm going too. GM: You all arrive together... (Kalera: I look at them, like...) and look at Fer again. Luis: Can I try to examine it, look underneath, see if I can find anything?
GM: You can try whatever you want. Luis: I want to... try to... touching under its base, looking for something to open. GM: You look underneath it, and see that it's screwed to the floor. And you can't tell what is... underneath it, there's nothing. The thing is screwed to the floor. Alan: Okay, is there anything else in this room that grasps our attention, something you look at and think: huh? GM: The only things that grab your attention are: a big double door; the television; cameras recording you and following your every movement; two panels on the wall
with a hand print on them, one of them, seems to have a brighter light than the other; a big metal box by that terminal you had seen, you didn't look at it closely; and this door... (Felps: I will...) GM: at the left corner there, this door here. Felps: I look at Johnny, and at the cameras, just so he realizes there's cameras there, just so we’re on the same page. (Alan: Yeah, so I...) I nod my head to show that I understood what he meant, and I'm going to get close to this box and try to
examine it. GM: Roll for Finding, please, Alan. Alan: Finding... wait, until I find it... Kalera: Can I get... (GM: You can search) the skill's name on that bar. Alan: Oh, yeah! But I've already rolled it here and... Fail! GM: You can see that it seems to be some kind of chest that can be opened. On top of it, there is a blue line, which seems to have a space to slide a card. Alan: Okay. I'll tell that to them, then. I'll go and say: Jh: Rubens, take a look at this, you understand it better than
I do. Alan: I tell Rubens that. Jh: But it seems that you can slide some kind of card, you can see this box. Ru: Okay, let me see here, let me investigate this. GM: Go ahead, roll. (Kalera: Can I get the...) Can I get a cable from the TV to try connecting the PC, something like that? GM: It's too far up. There are no cables available. The cables seem to go through the system's insides. You see the same thing, Rubens. Felps: Okay. Luis: Master? The pole that I am in front of, does it look like
something to put on top of some other thing? Like a base, (GM: You just looked at its base.) You just looked at its base... (Luis: a trophy...?) GM: You didn't interact with it. Luis: I want to look at the top of it. GM: Okay. You see a metallic base. Roll for Listen, please. Luis: Do I have good hearing? Nop, I'm deaf now. GM: You don't pay attention to the sound. You just look around, and you see this pole... (Kalera: I'm next to it, can I see it too?) GM: like a metal base. Ru: Okay, a
card, a card... GM: You didn't interact with it, you didn't even touch it. Sorry? Luis: Do I still have my shoes? GM: Yes, you do. Luis: I want to take off my sneakers and put them on top of the base, almost throwing it at the top. (GM: You do that...) You throw it, and nothing happens. Kalera: I... Uhm,... (Ru: What are you doing?) can I can evaluate this... (GM: You see Fernando) taking his sneakers off, tying them and throwing it on the pole. Felps: I'm like: Ru: Goodness gracious, what are you doing?! Alan: I look
at Rubens and say: Jh: Rubens, it'll be easier if you make cables outta nothing, than using his sneakers. Ru: What is going on? Geez. E: Can I use my experience to recognize it? (GM: Roll for Engineering...) Go on, time to shine, Erin Parker! Luis: Josh Nickelson. Kalera: Science, Engineering? GM: Yup. Kalera: Extreme. GM: You... are able to, not only... You rolled an Extreme, 19, now it's time! You recognize this as a device, that is somehow generating electricity. You can hear electricity being generated. It even reminds you of Tesla machines, and you know that this surface
will give you an electric shock if you touch it. E: Right, Fer, don't touch it. (Luis: That's why I didn't touch it.) E: Attaboy. Alan: Okay, I'll get closer to them and ask... (GM: Just another detail,) you notice that these gray lines, are light panels, they have lights that can be turned on. Felps: Uhm... (Kalera: Gray...) Kalera: Gray lines? Where? (GM: The gray lines on the pole...) These little lines here, (Kalera: Oh, okay.) GM: which are on the cable. Felps: Everybody knows that or she has to say it first? (GM: Only if she says it.
Only she knows it.) Luis: I see it too? Everybody sees it, right? (GM: Yes, he pulled it, he showed it,) he spoke the key words. F: How much can you pull this cable? GM: Not much, you pull and it comes to about 30cm. Felps: No, I thought it was 2 cables and I could plug (GM: No, it's only one) it's loose on the panel. (Felps: It's only one.) E: Yeah, don't touch that too. Ru: Okay, okay, okay, okay [laughter] Kalera: Can I... somehow pull the tower over there by the cable? GM: Ahm.. the tower is
bolted to the ground. Kalera: OK. Luis: I had already seen that. (Ru: You said that there is energy there, right?) So maybe there is some way, but it is, calm down, just a second. Felps: Then I walk to the other panel. GM: The other panel, it seems to be on and lit up with a little light. and a handprint like this (Felps: Do I notice...) E: Is there a cable there? Ru: No, there's no cable, it's plugged in. Alan: On the opposite side of the pole, to the other side, is there anything on that wall,
or just a normal wall? (GM: On the opposite side, no...) no, it's just light. Alan: Okay. F: Hey, kid. Luis: I'll call Rubens there. F: Hey kid, what do you need to turn on that computer right there? Ru: From what I saw... Felps: I'll walk back here just to see it again. GM: Power cable and some cables. (Ru: Yeah, you need a power cable) GM: Power cable, HDMI cable. (Ru: and some cables, power cable and HDMI cable) Ru: That's it, that's it. F: Let me see if I can solve it. Luis: I'll come under the
TV I try to pull something behind it. (GM: You can't,) and the cables are not available either they are inside the metal things. F: Holy shit, I tried, I can’t. (Kalera: Erin goes down...Erin...) Erin goes down to this corner and tries to open the door. GM: Ahm, you try to open it the door is locked. [noise of locked door] Ru: No, you can't. Felps: I'm speaking from afar. Ru: You can't, we've already tried that. Alan: That's right, I want to kick this bottom door. (F: Have you been here long?) GM: Okay, you walk up to
it, roll a Strength test. (Alan: I’m walking.) Alan: I look back and say this: Jh: It's worth a try, right? Alan: And I kick the door down with all my strength. GM: Okay. Luis: The dude is insane, bro. Alan: Aah, it was 13. Success. GM: You kick the door with all your strength... (Alan: Regular.) GM: you got a Regular? It doesn't even touch, it's a very strong metal door. Alan: And then I leave a little… like, I don't limp too much, but also- Felps: Ah. Good, good, Johnny. [laughter] Every time it worked, but this one
kinda didn’t. [Everyone laughing] Luis: The guy has what? A bionic leg, guys? The rest of the room... it is only lit, in the corners there is nothing apparent? GM: No. Exactly. What you saw is what you have, you believe. There are these lights... (Kalera: OK, now...) Erin goes to this box here and tries to see something. GM: Roll a finding. Kalera: Failure... (GM: You see what they saw.) It looks like a big chest that has a part for you to put a card on... who had- In fact, Erin, you saw it on top of that
post- now that you saw this card, you see that there was a crack at the top of that post that seemed to make no sense and that maybe could expel something, maybe this card that you need. Kalera: Okay! E: Guys... there's a... a hole here that seems like something will come out so we need to turn on the post to maybe take it out?! Ru: But isn't it already on? Wasn't there energy in it? It’s on, at least for me. E: No, I saw that- I noticed that these lights here, they light up, the little
lights around. R: These right here? (Felps: I almost touch it, but I don't.) GM: Roll a Dexterity. Kalera: I lightly slap his hand. Felps: No, I wasn't going to touch it. GM: Okay, if you get a disaster so you touch it.. [Laughs] Felps: Dexterity? GM: Yes. Felps: Ehm… wait… Luis: Dexterity and disaster, almost the same thing. GM: It's words, right. (Alan: Dexterity and sadness) Felps: OK, Dexterity... it's, failure. GM: Wow, you got 2, the disaster is 1! You kinda calculate it, you almost touch it. Felps: It's because I was going to get close and [ah
uh wosh vuu]. Ru: Okay, I'm not going to do it again. Calm down, but OK, hm... E: I told you to be careful. So... Ru: Okay, let me see, this cable... we have to find a way to connect this cable here. Alan: I look... (E: Okay!) Alan: I'm leaning on the wall like this, arms crossed I leaned and crossed my arms. I say: Jh: What if we pull this computer, which is the only thing we can move to where the cable is in some way on the wall there, which is the only thing we found.
E: That's what I was going to talk about now, man. Ru: I don't know about “we" because I can't, you know, but I can… root for you. Kalera: Can I connect the computer to copper cable? GM: Ah ... you're sure not, it's an exposed copper cable and the computer really needs a plug. Felps: So the copper cable is just hanging there, GM: There's only- (Ru: there’s nowhere to put it.) GM: It’s just it, exposed for you to put your hand. Kalera: I come here to the computer, and is there any way I can dismantle the
computer? GM: No, he's well... closed. Felps: OK. Ru: Guys, the only thing we have here, from what I see, is this panel up here where, maybe, something may work, I don’t know. Because it’s on. GM: And it has a handprint on it. Ru: Ah! And there's a handprint on it, so... did someone just come by maybe? GM: The handprint is a hand that is drawn on the panel, (Felps: Okay.) GM: just like you see there. (Felps: Yes.) Kalera: It’s on… (Felps: I understand now.) E: Touch it! Ru: Okay… yeah… I'm scared- okay, I'm going. (Alan:
OK, while they...) Kalera: OK, from what I understood, maybe I have to- (GM: Did you put your hand?) Felps: I did, I did. GM: You put your hand... and it shows below "Waiting for second user" Ru: Ah… okay- E: That's what I was going to talk about now too. Ru: Okay, we're really going to need both… Shit! Shit! Shit! Shit! Felps: I keep cursing around here in the corner. Alan: Okay, is there any way that I… get close to the cameras that are watching us? GM: There’s one camera in each corner. You can get there
and like, look at them like this. Alan: Can I? (GM: Yep.) Alan: Okay, so I want to get there and I don’t know, try to get one out. GM: They are very high, the wall is like 3 meters, you can't reach it like the TV. (Alan: OK.) Okay, so I can't reach them, got it. Kalera: Can we get this box out of here? GM: You can try. E: Guys! Try to move this box here for me! Ru: Shit! Shit! - Eh... Johnny? Alan: Okay, I say: Jh: I'm going. Alan: I will go towards the box.
GM: You all have an advantage, I want at least 4 Regular. Felps: Okay... it’s strength. GM: Yep. Luis: [evil laugh] Okay. GM: In fact, you don't have an advantage, you only play once and you have to have 4 Regular. Regular, Regular, Regular. (Luis: I got Regular.) Alan: Regular. (Felps: Regular.) GM: You must get at least a "Regular", Erin. Kalera: Fail. GM: You try to move it, but it is very heavy. You move it a little but it stops. This box is very heavy. Ru: Damn, what's inside? My God! F: Yeah, I think it’s better if
we don’t move it. Ru: Oh, wait... OK. Kalera: Can we try again? GM: No. GM: You can try to force it, (Felps: Eh… wow...) you can try to force the test. If you fail... you are going to have a problem, you may dislocate your shoulder, things can happen. Felps: Okay, I say: Ru: Wait a minute. Felps: Like, to myself. I walk to the corners and start looking around for something. GM: Roll a Finding, please. (Anxiously.) Luis: I see him doing that and I do the same thing in the other side. GM: Okay, both roll a
Finding. Alan: Okay. Felps: Okay, I do it thoroughly, so I got... Fail. (Alan: I'm doing nothing.) Alan: I leaned against the wall and crossed my arms again. Luis: Fail, too. GM: Okay. The TV turns on again: "Ha, ha, ha, I expected more courage... from the… agents... Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha... the audience is disappointed… with your cowardice... Ha, ha" [electrical buzz] It turns off. Alan: Well… Luis: Okay. Alan: I walk towards this thing, I cross my arms, I look at this station, I look at them behind me and I say: Joh: Courage? This thing is
electric, right? It would probably give you a shock, (Ru: Yeah.) I don't know. E: Yes, I told you, and I don't know what is the voltage of that. Joh: What if we held hands here and held the copper wire there? What are the chances it'll go wrong? E: All of them! F: When I was a little boy, there was a street light near the place where I lived, and it would give people shocks, and sometimes the children would... they would hold hands and one would touch it, and it would give them all a shock. It's
bad for the first person touching it, but for the rest... it gets easier. Alan: Can I touch it, (E: No way!) like... Felps: Just a small touch. GM: Do you touch it with your hand? Felps: Just a lil' touch. Alan: Okay! No, I'm crazy, bro, I touch it. No! I don’t touch it, I just wanna first, like, a small, fast, like, just kinda touch it with my finger! Oh! Oh! Like, just to feel if the water is cold! (GM: When you...) I want you to roll a Constitution test for me Alan, when you put your
finger on it.\ Alan: Guys, it was nice to meet you. [laughter] Luis: It was a pleasure to play with you, Alan. Alan: Good Success, Good Success. (GM: Okay,) you take 1 of damage, when you touch it [buzz] you get a shock, and while your finger is touching it, Pop! A light turns on. It turns off when you stop touching. Alan: Uh... Alan: OK, then I: Joh: Ouch! Fuck! (Ru: Are you okay?) Johnny? Johnny!? Joh: I'm fine... It hurt my hand a little. F: Did you see the light turning on? (Alan: Then my hand starts to
feel a little bit numb.) Ru: Did the light turn on? I didn’t see it. I was looking at Johnny getting a shock. Joh: Yeah, I didn't see it, I was too busy… getting a shock. Luis: Hey, GM, I want to get close to Johnny and ask: F: Lend me your hand, I want to see it. Luis: Pretending I know what I'm doing. GM: Okay. Luis: Just pretending that I... Alan: Okay, so I look at him like this and say, I don’t say anything, I just look at him GM: You look at him and you notice
that he doesn't have two fingers. (and I don’t show my hand.) Alan: I pull my hand back as he takes it... I don't say anything, I just pull it back. F: I just wanted to see if you got hurt. Joh: No, I'm fine, thanks. F: I am a doctor by training. Joh: Good for you. Ru: You are… Johnny, damn, uh… you said the light turned on, right? Did the light turn on? Alan: Okay, uh... how much pain did I feel? (F: It turned on, yes.) Was it tolerable…? (GM: It was a pain...) Like, it hurt
you, but it's tolerable. Alan: OK... GM: But, like, (Kalera: So, right.) it's one of the biggest shocks you've ever got in your life. But you don’t think you’ll die because of it. Kalera: I said: E: Well, the human body is a good conductor of energy. Alan: Then I turn to them and say: Joh: Well, you said that the light turned on, right? One of the lights. What if we all have to get a shock from this thing? Ru: But... so, I thought about it but... there are a lot more lines to light up than people
here. F: There are 6. Ru: But you put just one finger on it, is it per finger? Or is it per person? I don’t know. Alan: Okay, so I look at my hand that has two fingers missing and I say: Joh: Well, if it is per fingers... you'll have to help with that. Kalera: Can I go to the PC and see if I can remove any parts, like, lift the PC? GM: It is completely closed and it is very heavy, you have seen it before. Ru: Okay, we will have to have courage! (GM: And you
see that it is...) even if you don't know so much about computers, you know about machines, and it is built by people who know what they’re doing. Kalera: Okay. I'm going to the other corner, here, (Ru: Courage, courage.) and I'm going to try to find something here too, in these two corners. Ru: Ah, I think that… Alan: I tell them: Joh: I still think we all have to get our hands on it. Kalera: Good Success! GM: You don't find anything relevant, only the cameras that follow you, one of them follows you. Kalera: On these two
sides here? (GM: Yes.) Ru: Yeah, I agree with you, Johnny, we are going to have to… go crazy, here. F: Do you wanna test... I know you are a pair, and I am a pair with my friend too; I think it would be fair for one of each pair... to put their hands on it together and see what happens, it’s unfair if it were, I don’t know, you two or me and her. GM: Take one HP out of your character, please, Alan. Alan: Ok. Ru: But that being said... GM: Click on the bar and change
the current value. Ru: Unfortunately if we just try again and again we will get hurt, like, a lot. We have to try as hard as possible, you know? E: How long was it on? (F: Do you want to do the wire already?) Felps: It was lit while he touched, wasn't it? GM: Yeah, when he put his finger on it, it was on, then he took it off and then it went off. Alan: Okay, I’m going to say… Joh: Well, we can kill two birds with one stone here. We hold hands... in fact, it won't make
much sense... we hold hands and try to connect the copper wire with electricity. (Ru: Ok, but-) Felps: Then I walk over here and say: Ru: But someone has to stay here. Joh: It's true, right. Ru: To put the hand on this other one here. E: I would say we try pulling up this box again. (GM: The distance...) Calculating the distance between you, you can see that it is 3 people to the panel, with open arms. Ru: OK… okay, so it's really... 3 people until someone connects the copper wire and someone else presses it on the
other side.. E: Do you have to press it? (That's it.) Ru: Probably, put the little hand, there is a little hand drawn, little hand. F: What's your name, again? It's Rubens, right? Ru: Rubens, yup, Rubens. F: Rubens and Johnny. Joh: Yeah. F: I would like to suggest something to you. Rubens... Ru: Me. F: Put your hand there, where it is lit. Ru: I liked it. F: Erin puts her hand on the other one, which is off, while she holds the wire. E: I'm not putting my hand on the wire! Joh: Well, then you will be
stuck in here forever. E: If I stay, you will stay too. F: And... [laughter] F: Johnny there, who is... the big guy, he puts his hand on this thing, there. Ru: Well, talk to him. Johnny, do you agree? Alan: I say: Joh: I agree, but we’ll need the collaboration of everyone here. Your little friend there, will have to put her hand on the cable, get a shock and press the button. F: Erin, you're going to have to choose, now, whether you stay in the middle... or you stay to get your hands on it. E: I
stay on the other side, where Rubens is. Ru: OK F: No... Ru: So, no. So I'm going to stay here. E: Yes, yes, yes I will stay, OK. Ru: So yeah. (F: Okay.) Ru: Okay, okay! (F: Right.) F: Okay, then. Alan: I look at Rubens and say: Joh: Rubens, are you sure about that? Ru: Uhn... no, no. [laughter] Ru: I’m not. (F: Rubens.) Ru: Hi. F: Do you want to put your hand or stay in the middle with your partner? Ru: Actually, I wanted to put my hand, that's why I was on the other side.
I want the little hand, I want to put my little hand in the thing. F: Okay. So I'll stay in the middle. Ru: Okay. Felps: Then we get in position. Alan: Someone hold the wire. (Ru: Then I get...) GM: Okay, describe exactly what you are doing. E: Wait, wait, wait! Ru: What? E: As soon as this thing lights up, something may come out of it. Ru: Oh my God... Isn't it better to prioritize the door? Rather than the thing… (Joh: Yeah...) E: God knows what's in that box! What if we need it?! Ru: Oh, I'm
thinking better, and if... Whaf it the door only stays open while our hands are touching the box? I don't know?! But we have to test it! (F: But that is the idea.) Rubens, hold the wire, I don't know if you can do it, hold the wire between your thumb and your index finger, like this, while you put your hands on it. Felps: Then I try do that. (GM: You can do.) Okay. Ru: Wow, good idea, nice. I got it! E: Uh.... Alan: I look at them and say: Jho: We're only have one chance at this,
'cause I don't know how strong this shock will be. Ru: Oh yes, yes. Jho: So think about what we're going to do. I don't know what's going to happen when we push this button. Will the door open? Ru: Yeah, and we don't know if anything will come out of it. F: Well... But apparently we need to have courage. Ru: Yeah! Courage is the thing. We need to do it soon. E: Keep an eye on. (F: I liked you guys.) Ru: I'm scared now. What if time’s running out? E: Johnny, keep an eye out if anything
comes out of that bomb... tower. (Jho: Of course.) Jho: I’ll stay. Alan: Oh, then I say: Jho: Well, stop fooling around, then. Let's finish this. Erin, be careful with this... to press the button at the same time we press here. E: Okay. F: She can already put her hand. Jho: Can she? F: She doesn't need to put in time. Jho: Okay... Alan: I say: Jho: Rubens, hold the wires. (Ru: Yes?) Ru: Okay. Felps: I get positioned with the hand already... Jho: Hold hands with... What's your name again? F: Fernando. Jho: Hold hands with Fernando. Ru:
Okay, Fernando. Felps: Then I'll put my hand. GM: Erin, when you're going to put your hand on, you look at the palm that you'll put on the scanner and you realize that it is the right palm. When you look at it and there is a number written on it. It is written on your palm... (E: On my hand?) It's written "04" on your palm. E: Hmm... guys? Do you have something written on your hands? It's written 04 on my hand. Ru: 04... Felps: Then I check mine. Alan and Luis: I check mine too. GM: No
one else does, just her. Ru: 04... Uh, no. There's nothing here. Jho: Yeah, there's nothing on mine either. F: I start pulling my sleeve like this, I look at my arm. Felps: I ask: Ru: Didn't you already have that there? Felps: Just asking. E: No! Kalera: I only have it on the right hand? GM: Only on the right palm. Ru: Can you take it out? Is it a pen? Felps: I start to get closer. E: Hmm..? Kalera: Can I do it or not? I don't know. GM: No, you can't get it out. E: No, no.
Ru: That's strange. E: I can't take it out. 04... Luis: I look at my arm, I look at my chest... GM: You start looking at your body, chest and arm. You don't see anything. Ru: 04... F: This is worrying me... Ru: 04... Fourth person? I don't know... F: Put your hand there, Erin. See if it will light up like it did with Rubens. GM: You put it there: [pi] [zzz]. "Waiting for another user”. Ru: Yeah, I think that- Alan: Yeah, then I walk away from the thing and I put my right hand there too. GM:
Where? Alan: Where Erin is standing, on the other thing. GM: To see if it's the same? Alan: To see if it's... GM: The same thing happens: [pzz zz]. "Waiting for another user”. Alan: Okay, then I say: Jho: Is there anyone who hasn't put their hand in yet? F: Me. GM: Only one hand is allowed at a time. Alan: I already made room after I put my hand in. Luis: I go over there and I put my hand in. GM: [pzz zzz]. "Waiting for another user”. Ru: Okay, from what I understand we have to get right
to it, I know the 04 is something but I can't see any connection with what we are doing here, the 04. Maybe it is... the fourth line here? I don't know... but we've only seen one lighting up so far. E: Maybe... there's another room up ahead. (Ru: Yeah!) Ru: I don't doubt it. There probably is. Let's just do it here, come on. Felps: Then I'll wait for you. (E: Go, go, go) GM: So, you go back to what you did before. Then describe it to me again. Rubens, what are you doing now? Felps: I'll put
the cable... GM: Between your fingers, okay. Felps: Between my fingers so I can get my hand in properly. GM: And then you put your other hand on Fernando, right? Felps: Yes. Luis: I hold out my hand to Rubens and reach the other to... Alan: He reaches his hand and I already hold his hand, I don't let him take my hand. I hold his hand by the wrist, like this. GM: Okay. Alan: And then I hold out my hand a little further. I look at them and say: Jho: So, is everybody ready? Ru: Let's go. Luis:
I want to look at Erin from the side and take a deep breath. Let's go. Alan: I'll put my hand on it. GM: You put your hand. As you put your hand in, you feel a strong shock, stronger than the previous one and [doo doo doo]. Three blue lines light up and you take 1 damage and Fernando also takes 1 damage. [zzz] And Fernando, I need you to do a constitution test. Rubens also takes 1 damage [zzz] you feel it and this current should get weaker, but it doesn't seem to. It's almost like it's a
supernatural energy. It goes [zzzz], it pass through you, you get a very strong shock, when you get to Rubens and get to the cable [zzz] [pi] you hear the panel turning on [zzz] and the door starts [tch tchhhuuu] opening in front of you. Revealing a room ahead. And in front of you, you see a man, one of those who brought you in here. With his mask, standing in front of the door. Felps: I'll go back. I'll go back bro. Alan: I walk out and go right in front of the door and go- (Kalera: I'll go
to the front too.) GM: There's a big red button right behind him, on top of a base. There's two vertical screens off and there's a man lying in front of them. Felps: I'll say: Ru: H-hi. Felps: While I go to the back. GM: On the other side, there is a symbol drawn on the floor with a surface, with a base, and what looks like a tablet on top of it. The TVs turn on once again, and you listen: Host: [laughs] I don't usually put one of our production members inside the room, but... First, I wouldn’t
miss the chance to see the Order agents... ...in combat. And second, that participant was not being entertaining enough. Have fun. GM: And when he says that, you see this guy [grunts] he starts shaking and a kind of smoke noise starts coming out of him. [tchhhhhh] And he seems to be vibrating like this [angry groan] like he's doing something. (Felps: I'll get in the back.) Alan: Yeah, me too, I stretch out my arms like this and say: Jho: Let’s stand back a little bit, stay away, I don't know what's going to happen. Alan: I try to...
stay a little more to the side of the door, to get a little more cover. Luis: Hey, GM, are the lights still on? GM: They are all on, yes. No, wait, wait, no. When you took your hands off, they went off again. You did, you took them off just in time, right? The second it opened you did. So you were just a second with the thing, with your hand there. Okay. Kalera: Erin gets here in front of him. E: What the fuck, man? GM: When you come walking in front of him, you say "what the
fuck-" and he: [heavy steps] he takes two steps forward and punches you in surprise. Kalera: Can I counter-attack? GM: No, because it's surprise. Okay. You, in reflex, manage to jump back and you can see him sort of vibrating. And you notice something strange. His arm when it moved seemed a little transparent. And now I'm going to ask you all to roll initiative. Luis: Initiative is dexterity, right? GM: Yes, Dexterity test please. Felps: Dexterity. Alan: Mine was... Luis: Failed. Alan: Failure. Felps and Kalera: Failure. GM: Everyone?! Okay, he goes first [laughing]. Oh, tell me the dexterity
order, please. Luis: I have 8. Kalera: 14. Felps: 14. Alan: I have 9. GM: 9, so it's... Rubens and Erin, who goes first? You choose. Felps: You can go, Er… It’s just that you’re ahead of me. (Kalera: I can go, I am ahead.) GM: Ok, it’s him, then it’s Erin, then Rubens. Felps: Yeah, right. GM: Then it's Fernando, Luis: No, it's Jhonny. GM: Johnny- yeah, it’s Johnny then Fernando, ok. GM: You dodge first, but he comes towards you, and tries to attack you again. You notice that his arms are transparent, as if they were in
another physical state, that’s not fisic, nor solid, nor gas, it’s some type of bizarre matter, one that your brain cannot process very well. And that’s why they look a bit fantasmagoric. And he’s going to hit you again, with those arms, you can fight back, dodge or block now. Kalera: Ok, I’ll fight back. GM: Ok, you can roll it. Kalera: What is it? Strength? GM: No, it’s attack, fighting, brawl. Kalera: Ah no, hold on. Regular. GM: Regular? You get hit. you take, hold on- this, plus this, you take… 2 normal damage. You get punched, you feel
it solid, but you feel something weird, you feel that a bit of his limb got inside you and got out [puff]. And you lose, with this, 1 sanity point. Luis: [laughing] I hate you. GM: Now it’s Erin. Kalera: Ok, and I have to roll…? GM: You choose, you can attack… you can do whatever you want. Kalera: Alright, I’ll attack. GM: Go on. Kalera: It’s fighting and brawl again, right? GM: Fighting or brawl, yes. He’ll try to fight back. Kalera: Failure. GM: You failed? Kalera: Uhum. GM: He hits you, punches you. You feel that his attack
is paranormal, you feel chills down your spine. What do you try to do to attack him? Kalera: To hit him? (GM: Yeah, how did you attack?) Kalera: I Failed. (GM: But what did you try to do?) Kalera: Oh, I tried to... punch him... in the face. GM: He dodges it [Hit] and punches your belly. You lose 1 HP and 4 sanity points. His punch on your stomach feels like his hand goes inside it and held your liver and it gets out again. It feels terrible and horrifying. Feels like it's something that shouldn’t exist. And now
it’s Rubens' turn. Felps: OK, I am- I am completely scared in this situation, Um… I will... try something out, Felps: I’ll run from behind here,... (GM: OK.) Felps: Scared, like scared as fuck. Can I come over here and try to hit him? (GM: You can.) Felps: With all my strength? GM: Yes. GM: You can attack him. Felps: OK. GM: You’ll have... did you attack him during your round? GM: Kalera? (Felps: What? Yeah. Oh, it’s her.) GM: Kalera? (Kalera: Sorry?) GM: Did you attack? Kalera: Yeah. GM: And he hit you? Kalera: Yes. GM: You have advantage,
Felps. Felps: OK. GM: So you roll twice and get the best value. Felps: OK. Is it Fighting? What's it called? GM: It’s Fighting Brawl. Felps: Fighting Brawl. OK. Kalera: Go Rubens! (Felps: I roll...) GM: Roll twice and get the best value. Luis: Go Host’s production! Just kidding. Felps: The first one’s 16, and the second, 11. GM: OK, it was Good. OK, roll damage. GM: It’s the punch’s damage. It's in combat. Felps: Combat… Oh, I don’t have that here. GM: Oh, it’s a d3. I’ll roll it for you. Wait, is your body is a zero? (Felps:
OK, roll it.) Felps: Body… zero. GM: Alright then, GM: you hit him and... [Pow] you come running... Describe the attack. You dealt 3 damage. Felps: OK, I punch him on the face, like this. GM: You score your punch perfectly. You hear from inside the mask [Grunt] and deal a good amount of damage. You hit him hard. And now it is Johnny Tabasco's turn. Alan: OK, I was behind this thing here... the wall, because I was taking cover. But, after I saw Rubens attacking, I walk past him, put a hand on his chest, signaling to step
back, Alan: and I attack that guy. GM: Go ahead. GM: You also have advantage. Alan: Oh, OK, Fighting? GM: Fighting Brawl. It’s Fighting Brawl, in skills. In the skills section. Alan: I have 11. Regular success, Alan: do I roll again? (GM: Yes.) GM: This is a numerical advantage, (Alan: I got 7.) GM: when it's more than one attacking the same guy, you get points. OK, you hit him, Alan. You can deal damage. Alan: How do I deal damage? GM: It’s your punch, in combat. Alan: In skills? GM: No, in combat... GM: Up there. Felps: I
don’t think we have it. GM: I remember I put Alan's in combat. Felps: Punch? I don’t think so. (Alan: Where’s combat?) GM: Alan, up there, under the attributes. Alan: Ah, OK! Alan: Got it. (Felps: Alright.) Alan: I have it, yeah. I did it. GM: How much? Alan: 4. GM: You dealt 4? Alan: Mhm. GM: You see Rubens GM: punching him, you take advantage of the momentum and you hit the guy’s side. Do you want to punch or kick him? Alan: I want to fucking kick his face. GM: As he was leaning you [Pow] kick him,
throwing him to the other side. And you hear grunts from inside the mask, he just took a strong-ass kick. And now it’s Fernando's turn. Fernando, you’re tense, you’re nervous. Luis: Is there anywhere I can go in here, to help? (GM: Yes, there is...) GM: There’s space down here. Luis: I want to go around and do the same thing that Johnny did with Rubens. Like, make Erin step back and then attack him too. GM: We'll see him attacking for the first time! Felps: Will we? (Luis: I got Good.) GM: You’ve got advantage. You can try to
get Extreme. Luis: Uh, let’s go. Luis: No… Regular. (GM: OK, you can roll damage.) Luis: 1, haha. GM: You dealt 1 damage?... Describe Fernando’s first blow, and the 1 damage that he dealt. Luis: Fernando, attacking for the first time, desperately runs, because of Erin. He moves Erin away, and he punches the guy on the chest. GM: You kinda hit him sideways [Poof] and he’s already... You feel like the kick that he took was way more effective than Fernando’s punch. But it was something. He hurt him somehow. Hold on. F: Don’t you touch my friend, you
son of a bitch! GM: Now it’s his turn. You see that, in the middle of this... He’s surrounded… OK, he will turn to whoever dealt more damage, which is Johnny, and he will throw himself onto you and you feel his body start to vibrate. ???: [Muffled] Son of a bitch! GM: And I want a Constitution check, and a Strength one to see if you’ll fall. Alan: The first, Constitution was... Alan: a Regular success, 12. GM: OK. Alan: Strength was... 12, Regular success, as well. GM: Let’s see… Regular success in Strength? Alan: Yes, in both. GM:
He knocked you down and you feel an electric discharge through all your body, and you start to get paralyzed. You’re paralyzed for two rounds, Johnny. Alan: Alright GM: You feel it through his body and entering yours, it’s similar to when you were kidnapped. Now it’s Erin’s turn. He’s on top of Johnny, pressing him against the floor. Felps: OK. He stayed there. GM: Yes, both are on the floor. You see Johnny being electrocuted, and the guy getting up. Felps: I'm desperate. Ru: No, no... Felps: No touching. I realized that. GM: Erin it’s you, and you’re muted.
Kalera: I will try to hit him again. GM: Go ahead. Felps: Do a kick! Kalera: Regular. GM: Roll damage... I don’t know actually, let me find out... no, he’s on the floor, he can't defend himself. Kalera: It’s a punch, right? (GM: Yes...) GM: A d3. Kalera: 3. GM: You kick him hard on the stomach, when he was getting up and leaves Johnny on the floor. ???: [Blurgh] This is so much fun! [Laughter] GM: You see him laughing and getting up. ???: [Muffled] Do you like the show?! GM: And now, it’s Rubens' turn. Felps: I'm desperate...
Ru: Bro, the hell is this? Ru: Dude’s crazy! (E: We gotta blow him up!) E: Put him on the bomb. E: On the tower! (Ru: I got this!) Alan: Am I conscious? GM: You are conscious, but paralyzed. Alan: Alright. GM: You can talk roleplaying the electrocution. Alan: Fine, fine. I am trembling, on the floor, and try to say: Joh: Kill this son of a bitch! Ru: I got this! Johnny! Felps: Alright I’ll attack him again, Felps: he’s getting up? (GM: He is...) GM: and you see Erin kicking him hard on the stomach. Felps: He fell
on his side? GM: No he just took it, he’s getting up. Felps: Oh, OK, I arrive and kick again. I’ll take advantage. OK… GM: Fighting Brawl with advantage he was already hit. Felps: OK… let’s go! Felps: 19! Extreme! (GM: Really? You...) GMG: You gave your all. You deal maximum damage, with an Extreme. Felps: OK. GM: You kick his head... [Crack] GM: You almost dislocate his head. GM: And you see him... ???: Oh! Fuck! GM: And you see that you hurt him a lot, you got him good, right on his damn ear. Felps: I feel sorry,
but then I remember why I did it. [Laughter] Ru: Sorr... No, no, no. Felps: I almost did that, but then... it was max damage? GM: Yes, you nailed it. Johnny, one round has passed. Now, Fernando's turn. Luis: He’s on the ground? GM: He’s getting up, he took a hit on head but next round he’ll be up. Luis: OK, but... I have my round before he gets up. GM: Yes. Luis: I want to run and kick him on the head. GM: In the current angle, it’s hard, because he just got hit by Rubens. Luis: How exactly
is he? GM: He’s getting up... [Pow, Pow] taking hits, wobbling and trying to get up. Luis: Attempting to get up? I run and kick him on the balls. GM: You’ll go through here and try to kick him, go ahead. Felps: But what if he doesn’t have them, dude! E: Man we need to explode him, E: on the tower. GM: You have advantage. Luis: Damn, I Failed in the first one. Failed the second one. GM: You can’t do it, you try to hit him, but he takes a few steps back, when he took these strikes, his
arms are in this strange matter, you see... pieces of meat leaving and floating like bubbles, turning into smoke and fire... A kind of ghostly fire in the air. GM: The shape... (Felps: We...) GM: of the arms... what is it Felps? Felps: We realize that he’s hurt? (GM: Yes,) GM: you are hurting him. You even manage to see some blood running down his mask now. You see these, these ghostly arms and he comes running like a bull towards Fernando trying to shove both arms inside your chest. I need you to dodge it, fight back, or block
it. Luis: Holy fuck, wait. Fight back is fighting, right? GM: Yes. He's a big guy. He's bigger than all of you. (Luis: I'm going to fight back.) Felps: Yeah, easy in my case. Luis: I want to fight back. GM: You can roll a fight back. Luis: Fail. (GM: Fail?) You get hit. He charges at you with full force [thuds], and he kind of leans over towards you and [pow] tries to shove his arms inside you. You lose three points of sanity and one of physical damage. You feel him scraping... You feel his cold fingers scraping
your heart, and suddenly they become hot again, then cold. It's as if it's the two states at the same time and [vwoop]. He takes them out and you lose three points of sanity due to this terrible moment that happened. Now it's Erin. Luis: And one HP, right? GM: One HP, yes. E: Fuck! Won't you die already? R: Right? For fuck's sake, man. (Kalera: I'm going to attack again.) Luis: And now, Fernando, your heart starts to beat faster... GM: Nope. Luis: Shit. Felps: Your heart stops. (GM: Do you have...) Kalera: Fail. GM: He wasn't attacked, you
don't have it yet. (Kalera: Do I get advantage?) GM: And he wasn't attacked in this round yet. Felps: So it just didn't work. GM: Yeah. Now it's Rubens. Felps: Ok. I'm way behind over here, right? GM: But Alan is on the ground... Johnny is down on the floor. (Alan: I'm still down.) Felps: Can I go over him? (GM: You can, yes.) Felps: Ok. I look at Johnny... How is Johnny? (GM: Let me do this... Wait...) Felps: Is he shaking? (Alan: I'm [grunts].) Felps: Ok. Can I notice that it's starting to decrease? GM: Yes, yes. You
can see that he's recovering. R: Johnny, how are you? Are you okay? Felps: You start being able to talk again, right? Alan: Yeah. Then I say: J: Do I look okay?! [grunts] R: I guess not. I don't think so. Felps: I'm already running forward to try... Is he on his side? On his back? GM: He's kinda sideways. Felps: I try to, I don't know, punch his nape right back here. (GM: Alright.) You can attack. (Luis: Damn...) Felps: Okay. Luis: Bro is going to throw a hook. Felps: Uh... Brawl... (GM: Wait! I didn't try to fight
you back, right?) Oh, no, but did he fight back Fernando? Felps: Good question. (Luis: Uh...) GM: No, no, he... (Luis: No because he was getting up.) GM: I didn't try to fight back Erin, actually. I'm sorry. Felps: Go ahead. Kalera: True. GM: But it's aright. Let's move on. I fight back Rubens. I fight back Rubens. How much did you get? Felps: I got 18. Good success. GM: Good? You can attack, roll the damage. Felps: Oh, I don't have a D3 with me. GM: I'll roll here. You deal three of damage. (Felps: Ok.) GM: You hit...
Oh, and you... You can narrate how you knock out this crazy dude. Felps: I punch his nape with all my might, here, on the side. Luis: Lost six points of sanity. (Felps: And I get really pissed man,) but kinda scared as well because I'm not completely pissed. I'm still a little bit afraid of the whole situation. But I punch him with a little bit of fear and while he falls I say: R: I did it? I did it? GM: You hear: [agonizing sound] He falls down, blacking out. You knocked him out. You hit the nape
right where you pass out, you know? Felps: Mhm. (GM: And) [thud] he falls hard in front of you. And the battle is over. (R: My God.) My God. (GM: Johnny you feel) the electricity [bzzt] stop passing through you. And you're back on your feet. (Alan: Ok. I...) I try to... I stand up... I don't stand up, I was laying down so I sit up, right? I sit, I turn to Rubens, and say: J: Who would have guessed, Rubens. R: [laughs] I don't know, Johnny. I have no idea. Felps: Then I get very close: R: Sorry.
Felps: Now I can ask. Luis: I... Kalera: Ok. Erin goes... (Luis: I... I look) at Rubens and say: F: You're good, shorty. R: Yep. E: Nice, team, nice. But we need to continue here. GM: Now, with a little more calm, you can (R: Let's try...) GM: Uh... Analyze this room. You see these screens, you see this guy who is passed out, and you see a hallway with a checkered floor that leads to a room further ahead which is darker, dimmer. Felps: Okay. Before anything else, (F: Erin...) Felps: I get close to the body that I
knocked out... (GM: And a big red button in front of you.) Felps: Ok. Uh... (GM: Okay.) Felps: I get close to try to analyze this body to see if I can find anything. GM: Roll a Finding for me, please. Felps: Okay. Luis: Aw, I wanted to... (Kalera: I go to) the other body and do the same thing. I check if he's dead. GM: Okay, wait. Let him see first... (Felps: Uh...) Finding... Seven. Fail. GM: Ok. You... Wait, let me take out...Okay, the glow... You're glowing now. Uh... Failure? You start going through his things and you
don't find anything special. You notice that he has a phone on his hand, but it doesn't seem to have an operating system, it's just a glowing screen. Felps: Ok. I... I take it and say: R: Look at what he had here. GM: And you see the phone is connected to his clothes. (Felps: I show it, like this.) GM: And you see next to it... (Felps: Oh, the symbol is covered.) GM: Just to show it a little bit... His clothes have the same symbol that appears on the TV when it glows. The symbol of this thing.
Felps: Ok. I show the phone and say: R: Okay... Maybe he has the card or something like that, you know? I keep searching but I don't find it. Luis: There's a cable that's connected to... (Felps: To the phone.) Luis: To his body, right? (GM: Yes.) It's an USB cable, like those used to charge phones. (Luis: I start to take his clothes off.) GM: It's a cable connected to the phone. R: I needed a power bank, bro! Felps: Okay. I keep... F: Let's see (Felps: I keep searching.) F: if there's more cables or anything else. Maybe
it can turn on the computer over there. R: Ok... Uh... Is everyone getting down here? Or will someone get down to search the body with me? Because, in this case, I wasn't able to. F: Oh, no, I'm coming, I'm coming. Luis: I start taking off his clothes. I start tearing off his clothes. GM: Roll a Finding for me, please. Luis: Finding... Alan: I want to help them too. I want to get up (GM: Ok.) and get close so I can talk to them. (GM: While you do that,) Erin, you get to this man laying down.
Luis: I got a fumble. GM: You tear his clothes and find nothing. Uh... Erin, you... You get to this man laying down and you see that he's bleeding, full of bruises. He doesn't seem to be dead. He's breathing. He just fainted. Kalera: Ok. Can I see if I find anything on him? GM: You can try. Felps: Ok. The... Alright... We didn't find anything on the body yet. Kalera: Good. Good success. (F: Erin...) GM: You find the... You take a look around and you get a wallet... You find a wallet. And you... You find a wallet,
a phone, and a charger. Alan: Ok. On this body here on the floor, they searched it and there's nothing? Or... Felps: No, we failed. (GM: You see them) ripping... It looks like an animal taking the clothes off, ripping them, and there's nothing. Alan: Okay. E: Guys, there's a phone, a wallet and a charger here. F: Erin... (Felps: Ok. Oh, there's...) E: Hi. F: Do you really think that something comes out of that shock pole? E: It looked like it. Let's use this guy to touch it. R: Yeah, he's already done for, bro. Alan: I get
this guy then and say: J: Let's go, then. Kalera: I slowly head there. (Alan: I take this guy) by the shoulder and bring him towards the pole over there. GM: Okay. Felps: Alright. Alan: And then I turn to them and say: F: Do you really think it's worth it to use this guy? R: Well, put his hand in it so you don't touch it with him or you'll get hurt. GM: You guys take the guy. Go ahead. Alan: Alright. So I want to... I'm going to put... I'm going to take him and put his hand
in a way that I won't touch him while.... (Felps: You throw it.) Alan: I throw his hand and step on it with my foot. GM: Ok. You see the [bzzt, bzzt, bzzt, bzzt, bzzt] [bzzt, bzzt, bzzt] It starts to increase. GM: [bzzt, bzzt, bzzt] (R: Damn!) It's working! (GM: [bzzt, bzzt]) [bzzt, bzzt, bzzt, bzzt] (R: Step on it more!) GM: [bzzt, bzzt, bzzt, bzzt] And [ping] a little card jumps out. The pole keeps [bzzt]. (R: Woah!) E: Take it! Take it! (Alan: Then...) R: Get it, get it! (Alan: I kick his hand...) I kick his
hand far away from the thing. (GM: [powers down]) Alan: I look at him and kick his head even harder. R: Damn... F: You fucking killed the guy now. GM: You're certain you killed the guy with this shock. Alan: Oh, with the shock. GM: He died from this shock. Felps: The one I had knocked out, right? Uh... The card jumped out onto the floor then. GM: [swish] No, it's on the top. Alan: Oh, okay. I get the card... (R: Wait, wait!) Johnny, what if it's still giving us a shock? Is it still... (J: Don't worry, Rubens.)
Alan: And I want to get the card. I want to... GM: Roll me a Luck test, please, Johnny. Felps: I warned you. I warned you. Alan: Nah, brother. Disaster, one. GM: You reach for the card but you were shaking a little bit because you just killed the guy. You were... You accidentally touch it. [bzzt] One thing lights up (Luis: I kick him.) GM: and you take one damage, then you get the card. (Alan: Man...) Luis: Oh, he's able to get out. (Alan: I'm going to die.) GM: You go [groans] and get shocked. (R: Damn it,
Johnny!) GM: You reached for it, you were very sly, and you [bzzt] get shocked. J: Fuck! I got shocked again in this shit! Alan: I throw the... I throw the card at Rubens' chest. (R: Fuck, Johnny. I told you.) Felps: The card falls and I pick it up. (F: You really like to get shocked, huh?) R: You just had to use his hand again, man. Alan: I say: J: Rubens, he's dead. How am I going to use his hand? R: That's true. Ok, but I got the card. It's... GM: You get the little card. It's
a a black card that has the same... Uh... The same symbol, yeah. (Felps: The same symbol.) GM: I'm going to pull the symbol. It's this symbol. (Luis: I want to...) I want to look at them... Felps: Hold on. It's loading. Alan: Yeah. It's loading here too. Felps: Oh, look. Nice. GM: Hold up, hold up. Luis: Nice, nice. GM: It's stuck on the wall. Luis: I want to look at them and say: F: Is that guy back there still passed out? E: Yes, yes. Yes, he is. He's alive. (R: She's the one who said so...) He's
alive? (E: Mhm. Yes, he is.) R: Oh my God. F: Let's bring him here because if we all stay here he might wake up and, I don't know, he has a gun. Alan: She said that she found the wallet, right? Felps: Yes. Kalera: Yeah. I check... (F: Who is this guy?) Kalera: What's in the wallet? GM: Do you open it? The wallet only has (Alan: Yeah, I was going to ask.) GM: an ID card. Kalera: And I can see who this guy is? (GM: And some random credit cards.) Uh... You pick it up and his
name is Brian Medina. He's thirty-two years old. Felps: Ok. I... I... You said to bring him here. I say: R: No, it's better not to touch him. Just in case he was hurt or something like that... Felps: I ask. E: Well... Ru: You didn't found it (E: I didn't see it, I didn't.) He’s unconscious, he could wake up at any moment. Let’s be fast. (Ru: So it's better if...) ...Yeah, someone stays there… (F: I’ll stay there, I'll stay.) Ru: Okay. Felps: I’ll go straight to this box here: Ru: I have the card, Let's be fast.
(GM: I said it was black but let’s say it’s pink,) just so you can have it here. Felps: Okay, cool. Alan: Okay Alan: I'll approach Rubens from behind while he's at the box. (Luis: I'll go here, Master...) Luis: ...and watch the unconscious guy from afar. GM: You see... okay... (Felps: Kind of following, I guess.) Ok. I pick up the card and there's clearly a slot to swipe it, right? (GM: Yeah, to swipe the card.) Ru: I’ll swipe the card, okay? Everything in order? I’m scared, bro… (Jh: It’s fine.) E: Awesome! Kalera: I approach one of
the cameras (Jh: go for it, Rubens) Kalera: and stare into it, like… Ru: Okay (Alan: I’m still by Rubens’ side.) I still don't trust this box. (Felps: Okay, I look at Johnny) and swipe the card. GM: You swipe the card… Roll Dexterity, please. Felps: Ah, here we go, dude. (Alan: Ah...) Felps: Okay, Dexterity… Felps: I rolled… regular. GM: Regular? You swipe the card… [electricity buzz] “Too fast. Try again.” Luis: Aw, man! Fuck, this again! (Alan: What game is this, dude?) Felps: Okay, I’m trying again then. GM: You swipe is a little slower… [electricity buzz] you
feel- oops, let me see. Felps: Regular success. (GM: [Laughs] You now feel,) you swipe it slower, [air depressurizing] you feel like it opened. Felps: Ok. Did it open by itself or do I have to open it? (GM: No, it just unlocked.) GM: … It did [lid jolting open] updwards. (Felps: Oh, ok.) Ru: Ok, it unlocked. Felps: Then I open it. GM: You open it? Felps: I open it, yes. GM: In this metal box, Rubens, you see four metal bats with a copper wire wrapped around each of them. You also see several different computer cables, it's
full of diverse cables. There are net cables, USB cables, USB-C cables, power cables, HDMI, everything. Ru: Damn! There's a lot of cables in here, dude. My God! OK. Kalera: I approach. Felps: I just shout it. (Alan: As he says that, I say:) Jh: So you could turn the PC on now, right? Ru: Exactly. You’re smart, huh, Johnny? Damn. Jh: Learned from the best. Felps: Ok, you come closer to see it too? Kalera: I do. Felps: Ok, I try... I try to see... I come back here to see what cables I need. GM: You need a
HDMI cable for the screen and a power cable. Felps: Ok. HDMI and power cable. Ru: Ok, HDMI cable and power. But, God, there’s so many cables in here! GM: Meanwhile, you're just still and looking at him, Fernando? Luis: I’m looking, I’m looking at the surroundings... GM: You look at the surroundings, and something catch your attention: there's a big, enormous red button. It’s very attractive. Luis: I’ll go near the red button and I wanna see... GM: Written on top of the button, (Luis: ...what it looks like) GM: there's the word “Surprise”. Felps: Well, that's... E: Fernando,
how's it going there? (Luis: I hate...) I hate this word. Felps: Ok, that’s happening simultaneously? GM: Yeah. While your doing this, he’s doing that. Alan: And you said that inside there are four bats? Can I take one? (GM: There are four bats.) GM: Yes, you can take one. (Alan: Okay, so I...) GM: It’s the same size as a pipe, or a baseball bat, No, not a baseball bat, but like, it’s about 60 centimeters length wise. Alan: Ok, so I’ll lean close to the box, (Felps: Oh true, there's a bat...) Alan: to see what’s inside, I’ll
take one of the bats, spin it in my hands, as if I had some kind of hability with bats or something (Felps: I only focused...) Alan: and I show it to them and say: Jh: At least we're armed now. Each takes one, guys. Felps: And I’ll say: Ru: Wow, there are bats! Felps: Because I got so focused on the cables, because of the PC. Ru: ...Bats? Felps: And I take one too, it’s kinda heavy. Kalera: I’ll take two, and go hand one to Fer. GM: You see that the way they’re positioned really makes them look
like weapons. The way the cable is wrapped, it's almost like it's a mace with barbed wire, but it’s just a copper wire. E: Take this, Fer. They found it. (GM: You see Fernando looking at...) the seductive red button in front of him. E: Fer, wait. Step away from this button. F: No, I… I won’t press it, but… E: Ah, okay. Take this bat, the guys found it on the other side. F: I wonder, what does this do? (Alan: Meanwhile...) Luis: I keep looking at the button as I take the bat. F: Thanks. Alan: Ok, I
want to start wandering, spinning the bat on my hand, and I want to come here, I don’t know what it is. You said earlier, I think (GM: Okay, it’s like a panel…) similar to one you put a microphone on, like a little metal support, but, on the top of it, there's what seems to be a tablet, turned off. And, around it, there’s a ritual symbol, one you've never seen before... Felps: And there’s another corridor, right? (GM:... or so you think) Kalera: Ok, the charger I found, can I charge this tablet? Alan: Yeah, after I looked
at that, I say: Jh: Hey, guys, there’s a tablet here. Alan: Then I call… Jh: Rubens, come take a look at this. Ru: Oh, my God. I want to take the cables, turn on the PC… Ok, let me see it… ((Kalera: I approach too.) Felps: I come here then. GM: Yeah, you see this tablet on the ritual panel. (Felps: I take a look...) GM: Meanwhile, did you connected the cables, Rubens? Felps: Well, I was going to look for the cables... GM: You easily found all the cables needed. (Felps: ...But he called me) GM: You now
have them. Felps: Ah, ok, I came here with them in hand then, I didn’t connect them yet. (GM: OK.) Felps: I want them to come alongside me so we can see the results. Ru: I found the cables... (Luis: I go back to looking at the guy here, okay?) GM: Ok. (Felps: Ok.) Felps: I come here with the cables in hand: Ru: I found the computer's cables, but what is that?! Felps: Then I analyze it to see if I can turn it on or something. And there's a cable missing, you said earlier? One cable to connect
to it? GM: No, it’s just a tablet. It’s a tablet, you didn’t even interact with it. There’s a tablet on this panel. Felps: Ok, I don’t touch it. (GM: On this stand.) Felps: I’m scared, 'cause of the shock we already took. I just look around it to see if I find some clue. (Alan: I also don't.) GM: There doesn't seem to be anything else, it's a tablet. Seems like a tablet on panel. Ru: Yeah, really, it's just a panel. But I’m afraid to touch that. Alan: I slap his hand and say: Jh: Ok, nevermind, go
turn on that computer Ru: Okay. Felps: I head back there. Alan: I'll go with him. Kalera: I get a little closer, without stepping on the symbol. GM: Rubens and Johnny pass by the red button, which is attractive and seductive. Felps: Ah, yeah. We're passing by... Felps: We're passing by the button... (Luis: Ooh la la.) Ru: Hm… Button. Johnny! Button. There's a button Jh: Button? Ru: Yeah, there’s a button here! Guys, did you see this button here? Felps: I shout to them. F: I saw. Jh: Rubens, a button with “Surprise” written on it is never a
good thing. Ru: Yeah, we... Jh: But you know that we've been through worse than this, right? We’ve done some... (Ru: It's always...) ...Yeah, but it's always a surprise, so I don’t know. (Joh: Yeah, true.) Ru: It's always... It's only a button, then! Jh: You know I’m by you. If you want to, I press it and we see what happens. Felps: Okay, I come a little more this way and say: Ru: There's a path here, guys. Alan: Is that path open... (...Master?) GM: It seems to be, it's a corridor. (Ru: I dunno if...) Alan: Ok, he
hasn't turned on the PC yet, has he? GM: No. (Felps: No, I haven’t.) Alan: OK (GM: There's a lot to do.) Felps: Yeah, that’s what I was gonna say. Ru: There’s a path here, but the computer was the first thing we saw in here. I think it'd be best if we turn it on. Alan: Then I say: Jh: Yeah, we should turn it on first. E: Yeah, do that. Turn on the PC, then. (Ru: "Surprise" button…) Kalera: I approach the tablet... (GM: Johnny,) I want you to do a Power check, please. Alan: Power? (GM: Because
I know your history.) I know of your past. Alan: Power... I rolled it wrong. I rolled Strength. Power, power, power... Regular success, 14. (GM: Regular? Ok.) You can resist it, but it's “Surprise” written on a button… You like a good bet… (Alan: I do, I do.) Felps: Ok, I- [Chuckles] I come here and say: Ru: Look, I'll turn on the computer, see if something here powers on too. E: Alright. Cool. (Ru: OK.) Alright, here goes nothing Felps: Then I come behind the PC and... Alan: I stay near the button... (Luis: I'll turn...) Alan: While they’re
there… (Felps: That button…) Alan: While they're there, chilling, I stay here. Arms crossed, looking, walking around it, you know? Caught my eye, I like the button. Got me curious. Luis: While Rubens is passing by I turn to Erin: F: Erin, be careful. I'll go with the kid down there. E: Alright. Kalera: Could I understand something about the ritual from what my grandma showed me? Nothing? (GM: No, no.) You know nothing about rituals. Kalera: OK, I know nothing, okay. GM: You know what you know which is nothing. E: What about this tablet, huh? GM: There's a
tablet on top of that panel, and no one interacted with it, no one did anything. Felps: I turn on the PC, the cables. Luis: While he’s doing that, I want to look inside the box. GM: You can roll Finding. (Felps: Yeah, you hadn’t seen anything, right?) Kalera: Ok, I’ll try to get the tablet without stepping on the symbol, I'm scared. (Luis: I failed.) GM: Roll Intelligence, Erin. GM: You don’t find anything relevant, Fernando. Just a lot of cables in there. F: Where did you find these bats? Inside this? Ru: Inside there, yeah. (Kalera: Failed.) GM:
You don’t recognize it. If you don't recognize it, you don't recognize the symbol, you couldn't say. Ru: Nice cables. Felps: I’m connecting them here. GM: OK, you connect the HDMI, then the power cable, you hear [machine turning on] [ping] and you see a sentence, a text prompt, green, appearing on the screen, flashing. There's a written sentence and something to write an answer in with numbers, words or letters, whatever you want. The phrase is: “Your freedom is in your hands.” Ru: Ah… “Your freedom is in your hands”… What’s the name of your friend there? I forgot.
F: It’s Erin. Ru: Erin… Erin! E: ‘Sup! Ru: The computer’s on, it says “your freedom is in your hands”, and you have the number 4 there, don’t you? E: 04. Ru: 04… Okay. I don’t know if I should try that… E: Hold on, hold on, Jhonny, see if there’s some number in this guy’s hand. Alan: Okay, I go check the hand of that guy laying on the couch… GM: You take his hand, there's a broken nail, it seems like that man who was with you there really beat the hell out of him, and there’s nothing
written on it. Alan: On none of his hands? (GM: None of them.) Ru: Is there something, Johnny? Luis: I don’t really understand what’s happening, I come to the PC, read the phrase and then understand why he came to Erin… Felps: Yep. Luis: And I want to come to this dead guy. GM: Okay. Luis: And see if there’s something in his hand. GM: You can’t see anything. (Alan: I got back to the button, okay?) Ru: Okay, there’s nothing in his hands? Besides Erin… that’s her name, isn’t it? F: Yeah, it’s Erin. Uh, no. The guy we
killed... has nothing. (Ru: Nothing?) Luis: I’ll go back. GM: Yeah, you see that there’s a burnt smell, really unpleasant. Burnt flesh. He got burned from inside. Felps: On the PC, there’s a specific number of characters to write or is it free? Can I write whatever I want to? (GM: No, it’s free.) Felps: Okay, I try… Ru: Ah… I’ll try “04”. Felps: “04”, and I press enter. GM: [Tic, ti, ti, ti, ti] The text disappears, [ti, ti, ti] it shows up again, a new one: “Communication is essential”. Ru: Okay, communication… GM: Roll listen, please, Fernando and
Rubens. Felps: Okay, listen. Luis: Regular. GM: You hear something coming from the door, a click [tic, tchiii] Felps: I got regular. GM: Both hear the click coming from the top of the door, when you write it. Luis: I step back. F: Did you hear that? Ru: I did. Did the door open? No it’s still closed. Felps: Right? It’s closed. GM: Yeah, it’s still closed. (Ru: It just made a sound.) Ru: Johnny? F: Erin? Joh: Hi! Alan: I go towards him. F: Come here! (Joh: What happened?) Ru: Come here, come here. (E: Uhm… Fine.) Ru: Listen
up, I put “04” here and it said “Communication is crucial.” and the door made a sound. The door down there, the one you kicked. Joh: Let’s take a look. Alan: I walk there and try to open the door. GM: You try to open it, it doesn’t open. Alan: It doesn’t open. Okay, then I turn to them and say: Joh: It’s still locked. F: What if Erin has to open it? (GM: Roll finding for me.) Alan: Me? (GM: Yeah.) Alan: Let me see. (Luis: I’ll take off the card, okay?) GM: Okay. Alan: I… failed, 3. GM:
Okay, you don’t see anything special. E: But why me? F: You’re the one with the number in your hand, right? Ru: Hm, true. Kalera: Okay, I’ll go there and try to roll finding too, can I? Alan: I give her space. GM: You can roll finding. Kalera: Failed. GM: You don’t see anything special either. Ru: Okay, the door made a noise. Felps: I go near the door and try to listen through it, got it? GM: Roll listen. Felps: Okay. Luis: While they’re there, I keep looking back. Ru: Normal success. GM: You don’t hear anything. Felps: Okay.
Ru: There’s nothing here. That’s weird, it made a noise! “Communication is essential.” E: Try to kick it again, Johnny. Joh: Well, I don’t think it will work, but… Alan: Then I try to kick the door again. GM: Strength test, please. Alan: Uhm… Failed. GM: Once again, you hit it, and nothing happens. You don’t feel like the door is giving in at all. Alan: Okay, now I come back, limping, and say: Joh: I’ll never kick a door again. Ru: [Laughs] Damn, Johnny. Felps: Okay, the computer isn’t asking to write anything else? GM: It is, it said
“communication is essential” and asked for another password. Felps: Another? Okay. Luis: I’m transcending. E: What happened with the PC? Ru: I put “04” because it’s in your hand, right? “Answer in your hands”, and now it’s saying that “Communication is essential.” and asking for another code, I’m not sure. Joh: “Communication is essential”… Ru: Maybe… Ah, I don’t know… that guy is alive, right? Good. F: Communication is… Maybe communicate with the tablet? Joh: Yeah, maybe it’s some kind of telephone? E: Ehn, hold on. I found a phone and a charger. Jh: Can you turn it on somehow?
F: Is there an outlet behind the place where you plugged in your computer? Ru: No, there's nothing. It's just plugged in. GM: No, the computer is plugged into a wall socket. Felps: Oh, it's plugged into a wall socket. E: See if there's another socket to plug then. Felps: I could have sworn it was plugged in... Ru: Okay, are you going to turn off the computer? E: No, I'll see if there is another outlet. Ru: Oh, okay, you go look. GM: You can't find any other outlet. You already did a Finding earlier, I would have said.
You took a good look and you didn't see any other socket besides this one. And the PC socket is a very computer-like socket, it has two thick pins and one thin pin. It's not the same standard one as the charger you have, Erin. Kalera: The cell phone is not on, is it off? GM: The cell phone is... you haven't touched it. Kalera: OK, I'll try it then. GM: It's on, but it has no signal and needs a password. Alan: It needs a password? GM: You see in the background the picture of a man that you
have never seen before. He's wearing a leather jacket and a police badge on his chest, and he's holding a little dog and smiling. Ru: Did you find anything on the cell phone? E: There's just a picture of this guy, I think. Ru: Oh... Kalera: I can't charge the cell phone on the computer? F: Did you guys mess with that tablet over there? Joh: No, that's what I was about to tell you to do now. Alan: Then I walk towards the tablet. I want to get the tablet. GM: You can do it, you get in the
circle and you pick it up, there's a tablet in your hands and it's turned off. Alan: And it's just the tablet, there's nothing else? GM: Nothing, It's just a regular tablet, looks like it. Alan: I press the power button to see if it turns on. GM: A "No Battery" symbol appears. Alan: Okay, then I take the tablet in my hand, and show it to them. Joh: Here, the tablet. The battery is dead. Ru: No battery... Wait! The guy... (E: I have the charger here!) Ru: No, but the guy here, didn't he have a cell phone?
It was connected with a cable, something like that. Does he have some kind of battery with him? Alan: Yeah, so I turn to Rubens and tell him: Joh: You have already ripped the guy's whole body, his clothes looking for him, you didn't find anything? GM: You didn't find anything. Ru: We didn't find anything. Felps: Even following the cable, there was nothing? GM: You realize that maybe the cell phone was acting as a light source for everything on his body, the sparkles and all. It was like the cell phone was the power source because when he
was awake he had a glowing eye, some wires going through, it was just the power source there. Felps: We didn't take the cell phone with us, right? GM: Nobody told me so, so it's with him. Felps: All right, okay. Alan: The tower, do we still know if it's working or not? GM: Put your finger on it. Alan and Felps: [laughs] Alan: Instead of putting my finger, I'll say: Joh: What if we try to connect this phone to the tower? Ru: But then won't the cell phone explode? Joh: Rubens, this kind of thing is up to
you. Ru: So, it is a lot of energy. I'm afraid it might break, we can't risk it like that. Hm... Felps: Okay, the cell phone that is with him, I take the cell phone and unplug it. GM: Okay, it's basically an all colored cell phone, the whole screen is colored. Felps: Okay. Ru: So, he has the cell phone here. Does this have any kind of power here? Can you connect your cell phone here somehow? Felps: I'll give it to Erin. E: Hm... So, I wanted to see if I could charge the cell phone on the
computer maybe. GM: The terminal doesn't have any USB input. It only has a power entrance and HDMI. Felps: Uhum... Alan: The guy who's the body there, what's around him? Is that two monitors? GM: It's two vertical screens. Kalera: Can I see if there is an outlet in the other room? GM: There are no outlets anywhere. You have already gotten a good Finding. None that you have seen so far. Luis: I want to look at the three of them before they come up and say: F: What if we find out what the surprise is? Ru: There's
one..., stop... Alan: I look at him and without hesitation I say: Joh: No need to ask twice. Alan: I walk away and press the button. GM: You press the button? Alan: Yes. GM: When you walk... (Ru: Johnny...) Felps: I go screaming. (Alan: I walk away...) GM: You hear the man waking up. ???: [grunts] GM: He looks like this, then he opens his eyes... ???: Don't press! GM: [PSH] You press the button and we find out what happens after the break! Five minutes break, we’ll be back. Hold on guys, let's go. [Break] GM: Very good, very
good. We are back, we are back! Thank you to everyone who's watching, thank you for the affection. Remembering that we are now finishing our campaign on Catarse for the "Paranormal Order: Enigma of Fear" game, so thanks to everyone who supported it, if you haven't supported it yet, go to catarse.me/ordem. It's ending, this is the last week and if you are watching this on tape, it's already over. We are back, guys, we are here. Hello, hello, hello, everything okay? Alan: Hello! Yes. Felps: He pressed the button... GM: Okay. Good point, we ended, before the break, with
Johnny Tabasco pushing the button. As you pressed it, you saw the man waking up next to you, in front of the screens, and he seemed to be reluctant of the fact that you pressed this button. Johnny Tabasco, roll a test of Luck. And this is the time for your luck to shine. Alan: Bro, just because it's going to go wrong now, please. Good success, 14. GM: Good Success. You press the button the man speaks next to you: ???: No, not the button... GM: And suddenly, [pshhh] confetti falls from the sky and the two TVs next
to him turn on, and seem to be on a "noise" glitch channel, very colorful, [shhh] making a lot of noise. The man starts to get up, kinda wounded like this, he's got a little cap on backwards. ???: Oh no! Oh no, no! GM: He hides, leaning against the wall, scared and you only see this noise coming from the TV. You can't see it because it's facing the other way. Felps: Uh-huh... Alan: Okay, so since I'm the closest one here, I want to get close to him, kind of like... He's already on the wall but I
want to kind of... GM: You see him scared looking at the screens. ???: No! No, no! What did you do? You pressed the button! Alan: Okay, so I want to press it against the wall. I see that he is scared and I just want to immobilize him. I hold him against the wall and say: Jh: What's going on here? Alan: Pressing him to the wall. ???: They came! (Felps: I be like "Easy, Johnny.") ???: Those things, they came, they came...! GM: And he points to the screen. Alan: Okay, I'll look at... (Ru: Easy Johnny.) Alan:
I look at the screen like this, the two screens, are there two screens? GM: There are two. Alan: Can I break one of them? (GM: Hold on.) GM: You look at the screen? Alan: Ha! Luis: Wow, man... GM: You looked at the screen? Alan: Oh, you asked if I look at the screen? (GM: Yes.) Alan: I do, I- I don't... GM: You did! You did! (Alan: I did, I did...) GM: You look back and I'm gonna ask you to give me a Sanity test. Alan: I’m already gone... GM: Which is right next to the sanity
bar. Alan: Okay. Don't worry, it's all going to go wrong, don't worry. Luis: [laughs] GM: You have failed. (Alan: Ah, man...) Alan: Failure, 23. GM: I want you to tell me, Johnny Tabasco, the worst vision you can imagine, because this is what you just saw. Alan: Man, I saw... I see myself, I'm stuck on a table and I see shadows all around me, I can't tell the difference, there's a lot of shadows, I see my skin starting to peel off little by little. GM: Okay, you see yourself... and you see this scene, it's like- right,
(Alan: As if I'm being tortured.) Like it's a movie, playing on TV, flashing, glowing. You feel kind of hypnotized by the horror of your own skin being torn off and you see it start to take shape, like it's texturing something. You lose 4 points of sanity and you see, it's like fingers, a hand coming out, being formed by this vision of you being tortured and [TUTUTU] fingers position themselves and grab the edge of the TV and it start to get out. A shape starts coming out, kind of bizarre, kind of a shapeless, in an ever-changing
state, forming a face of colored energy, coming out of the screen. And it comes out slowly, a huge face with a terrible expression of despair, and it starts to levitate slowly [ruarrrr], coming at you. Alan: While it's coming towards me... (Luis: Is everyone seeing this?) GM: He sees it. Did you look at this creature? Felps: I got close... (Luis: I'm back here, right?) Felps: Because he was doing this to the guy, I got close. GM: Okay, so you saw this thing. What did you see? You're seeing the worst thing you can imagine. Felps: It's also...
GM: For yourself, yes. Felps: Ok, I imagine myself drowning for a long time, I can't breathe. GM: You see it similar, you see it as if you see yourself drowning in this creature. Felps: I already ran out of air, even in real life. GM: You lose 3 sanity points. Felps: Okay. GM: You start to feel suffocated and this creature comes slowly, with several faces forming in desperation. You're paralyzed, Johnny, because you took 5 damage, right? From sanity. 4? Alan: Yeah, right, 4. GM: Was it 4? So you're not paralyzed. I'm going to ask you to
take a sanity test. Sorry, not sanity, initiative. I want you to roll an initiative. Alan: Initiative is what? GM: It's Dexterity. Felps: Okay, Dexterity... Alan: Mine was... Felps: 9, success. (Alan: Good success, 17.) GM: Erin? Luis: I would have gotten 19 but it spun twice (Kalera: Extreme.) because it hadn't loaded. (GM: Who got extreme?) Kalera: Me! GM: Okay. Ah... Good? Wait, Fernando too? Luis: So, I got good, but what happend... (GM: Okay, so it was good, relax.) GM: Who else got good? Alan: I got good. GM: Okay, so first Johnny, then Fernando and then Rubens,
right? Ok. Kalera: Huh? What about me? GM: You go first. Kalera: Ah. GM: Ok, you can go, Erin. GM: You haven’t seen the creature yet. (Kalera: But…) Luis: I wanted to do something before... (GM: You're looking...) GM: You need to mute your mic, Luis… GM: On the camera. (Luis: What?) Luis: On the camera, sorry. I just wanted to do an action before… When he went to the wall, I came here beside… GM: Ok, so both came and looked at the screens, Erin and Luciano? Luis: I didn’t look at the screens, Like, I was looking at
them GM: Ok, but you looked in that direction, right? (Luis: Yeah.) GM: You see something similar. GM: I’ll ask you two to roll a Sanity test as well, but on the left screen. You... Johnny and... ...Rubens saw the one on the right, and you see, from the left, a very similar creature appearing. I want both of you to describe what this thing is. And I’m gonna put it here. Luis: I failed. Kalera: Fail. GM: So, let’s go… Erin, you lose 10 Sanity points and... Fernando, you lose 6 Sanity points. Erin, you’re paralyzed, in shock. What
did you see that got you like this? Kalera: Is it something terrible for me? (GM: Yes.) Kalera: I don’t know… My grandma being tortured on an electric chair not being able to scream and I can’t hear her screams, I can hear nothing. GM: You see this taking a visual form, Like it’s part of this creature’s texture and it comes [GRRR] taking a turn and looking at you with this nerve-racking look, of an eternal scream… That transforms midair. Fernando, what are you seeing? Luis: What I'm seeing? I see… Me, Fernando, Luis: not Luciano’s body, but Fernando’s…
(GM: Right.) Luis: Very skinny... (GM: Describe it physically, how he looks.) Luis: Geez, how Fernando looks physically? Luis: Can I describe how he looks at the moment? (GM: Yes.) Luis: 'Cause... Okay. His hair is shaved, that he didn’t… He didn’t like to shave his hair, he used to have dreadlocks, but his hair is shaved. He’s… He’s very skinny, very skinny, like… With apparent bones. Clearly he’s in a state, like… Deplorable. There are some crack pipes on the floor and... I can see that I’m, like… I’m back to the past, I’ve sunk into drugs again. GM:
You see this thing, your past crawling towards you. And now, Erin, you lost your turn because you’re in shock from seeing this creature taking form in front of you. GM: Johnny Tabasco, you can go. (Alan: OK…) Alan: OK, I want... I’m screaming. Joh: Ahh! Alan: 'Cause I had this vision... (GM: Uh-huh.) Alan: I got unsettled. Alan: I’m still looking at my arm, as if... To see if it still has my skin. Alan: I take the bat that I got. GM: Yes. Alan: And I run towards the creature and I want to hit it on the
head, I dunno which shape it's in, which shape it takes. GM: It has an indescribable shape, It’s similar to what the guy’s arms were before. It has this vibe kinda like mutated flames that look like liquids evaporating, it’s as if it were a… A new state, that's neither liquid, gaseous nor solid- GM: It’s a mixture of the three. Alan: Is the TV on? GM: No. It’s… It's on, it has those glitches [SCREESH] from where it came out. Alan: I think I wanna hit the TV. GM: It’s right in front of it. It’s coming out of
the TV. Alan: It’s coming out? (GM: Yes.) Alan: Can I hit the TV, or..? GM: You can try, yeah. Alan: OK, I want to hit the TV. GM: OK, go ahead. Alan: Smash the TV. Alan: Which one do I roll? (GM: Fighting (Brawl).) Alan: Let me roll. It's... ...A Normal success. GM: Okay, roll the damage. Alan: 12. Damage is punch, right? GM: Uh… No, damage is… I’ll put in here, If you want... it you want to add a new damage there, for the bat The bat does 1D6 plus your Body, which is 1D4. Alan: Damage
is 1D6? (GM: Yes.) Alan: Uh… Wait. My God, wait, wait. GM: No problem. Alan: I’m adding here. Felps: The damage is 1D6 plus 1D4? (GM: Yes.) GM: Everyone who has a bat can add this damage into combat, Alan: I put 1D6 plus 1D4 in damage, right? (GM: Yes.) GM: You can type that nad it calculates. Luis: Done. I added it. (Alan: Ok, I added it.) GM: Ah... GM: Those who don't have body 1, there’s no D4 it’s just 1D6. Alan: I didn’t put body. (Felps: Ah, my body is 0.) GM: Ok, so add only the
1D6. GM: Alan’s is right. (Alan: If I roll it calculates...) GM: It calculates, yes. (Alan: ...On its own?) Alan: I used lowercase “d”, no problem, right? (GM: It’s OK.) Alan: OK, I’ll roll then. It’s 3. GM: 3 damage? GM: [Laugh] It’s very low. (Alan: Uh-huh.) You... Okay. You come running, you deal 3 damage on the TV [TSHIU]. You crack the TV [CRASH], it breaks, and the creature keeps coming out of it. Alan: Damn… GM: Now it’s Fernando Carvalho. Fernando, how much sanity did you lose? Luis: 6. (GM: You lost your round,) GM: you froze. Rubens,
it’s you. Felps: I look to the side and they are frozen, right? Felps: In shock, right? (GM: Yes. They are in shock.) Felps: Ok, and the creature's right next to Johnny. GM: Yes, Johnny went towards the TV, screaming, desperate, broke the TV, but his plan didn’t work. Felps: I say: Ru: Oh, shit. Felps: I get near with the bat to hit it as well. GM: Ok, hit the creature? Felps: Yes, the creature. Not Johnny. (GM: OK.) [Laughs] Felps: Not Johnny. [Laughs] Felps: Ok, on the creature, 1D6... GM: No, first you roll Fighting (Brawl). Felps: Ah,
Fighting (Brawl). Fighting... OK. Okay, Fighting (Brawl) gave me a 6, a fail. GM: Fail? You miss the creature, you’re kinda scared, still shaking from what you just saw. You try to hit a part of it, but [SHHH] it just evaporates, you missed it. Now it’s the creature; Johnny, you try to hit the TV, you see it [SHHH] coming towards you and holding your eyes, holding your face, kinda trying to get inside your eyes with its substance. I need you to roll Dodge, Fight back or Block. Alan: Right, I want to… Fight Back. GM: You can
roll Fighting (Brawl), then. Alan: Wait again. Ok, it’s… Extreme, 19. GM: What’s the maximum damage you can deal? Alan: Where do I see it? GM: It’s the maximum of your… (Luis: 10, right?) GM: 1D6 plus 1D4, right? Alan: Right. GM: Describe it, 'cause… Dude, you almost killed it in just one blow. Alan: Really? GM: Uh-huh. Alan: Ok, as it comes towards me, I... I’m still quite in shock, not knowing what to do, still looking at my arm. As it comes towards me, I can channel all the... All the anger I’m feeling now, all of the
fear into this blow, right in the middle of the creature Alan: As I scream. Joh: Aah! GM: You scream in anger, you... You see that... despite its substance being kinda transparent and bizarre it’s solid, it takes the hit, you feel a response, gravity returning your… ...Your hit, you hit bulls-eye and [PUF] deformed part of it, you turned it into sort of a paste and [SHHH] it starts to come back slowly, but you threshed this thing in front of you. GM: Uh... (Alan: Uh-huh.) GM: Regarding Erin, it comes [SRH] moving in the air and does the
same thing. It puts its hands on your nape and comes almost trying to devour you into this illusion you’re seeing. I need you to Fight Back… Ah, you can’t because you’re in shock. Kalera: For two rounds? (GM: Just one.) Kalera: Hm. GM: You lose... 9 points of sanity. Felps: Holy shit. GM: You see this… It’s almost as if it's real, as if you had just walked into the room with this vision you’re seeing. And now it’s you, And you just... [Laughs] You got in shock again with this loss of sanity. You see, Fernando, her being
pulled; she’s in shock, looking at this creature, and she’s.. Are you screaming? what are you doing, Erin? How are you reacting to this? Kalera: I’m in… I’m doing nothing, I'm like: Looking like... I don't know, I’m just frozen, looking. GM: Johnny Tabasco, it’s you. Alan: Me again? (GM: Yeah.) Alan: Ok, I wanna hammer this creature in front of me again. GM: You can attack. Alan: I got... Alan: Normal success. (GM: You can deal the damage.) Alan: It was… Alan: 7. GM: 7? (Alan: Yeah.) GM: How do you kill it? Alan: Bro, I just keep… Uh...
I see it in front of me, is it still Alan: recovering from the first hit? (GM: Yes.) Alan: Right, as I see this, still very angry, yelling a lot... Joh: Ahh! Alan: I start to… Alan: Hit it a lot on the ground, it doesn’t even have time... (GM: You feel the...) Alan: ...To react. GM: Almost as if this creature’s blood has turned into liquid droplets that [splash, splash]... You feel them on your face, and it's a neon-looking liquid, as if it’s some kind of glowy blood that keeps changing on your face, and when you, enraged,
[thump, thump, thump] deform this creature, until it turns into a paste and starts to [swish] turn transparent and disappear. But that neon liquid is still glowing on your face as, like, instead of blood. Now it’s… (Alan: Right.) GM: Let me see, sorry. Fernando. Luis: I start to... Tear up, because I’m seeing that image of me… Kind of from the past, and I say: F: I’m not this anymore! Luis: And I want to attack. GM: You can roll for Fighting, Brawl. Luis: Oh, for the love of God, help me... help me. Fail. GM: You try to
hit, but you’re kind of afraid of hitting Erin, who's also almost being swallowed by the creature, and you try to hit somewhere that won’t… You hit a small spot, but you don’t cause any damage. Rubens, it’s you. You see Johnny destroying that thing in front of you and realize it won’t be necessary anymore. Felps: Ok, I… Ru: [Inhale] Felps: Since I saw it worked, I take a deep breath again, because I still had that image in my head, and look to the side, for there's a lot of noise there... all that stuff. (GM: Yeah, yeah.)
Felps: And without thinking twice, I go there to try and hit it with the bat again. GM: You look to the side and the shape you see isn't that vision anymore, it’s almost something similar to the miniature. It’s a purple shape, kinda blue-ish, (Felps: Ah, okay.) GM: it’s in constant transformation. Felps: It’s not that vision anymore? (GM: It’s not. The vision is not getting to you.) Felps: Got it. Right, I take a breath and run to smash it, screaming a lot. (GM: Go on...) Fighting, Brawl. (Felps: Let me see, Brawl...) Fighting, Brawl. Luis: [Screaming] Felps:
[Screaming] [Everybody laughs] GM: Extreme?! (Felps: Extreme Success, Extreme.) GM: Let’s go! You see Erin being swallowed by this... (Luis: Wooow, meteor!) GM: and you go: "No fucking way!" [pow] you knock it down and [squelch] you push the creature aside, freeing Erin [swishing] and it starts to turn in your direction. And now it’s its turn. (Felps: Okay.) GM: And it wil... [static] try to swallow you into this... Into this weird perception, but what you see is not a vision, it’s more like... It’s almost like an infinity of colors, and colors you’ve never seen before. It’s almost
like a new color. A scary one. Felps: Okay. GM: You can Fight Back, Dodge or Block. Felps: Okay, I’ll… Dodge. GM: Okay. Felps: Right, Dodge is a... GM: It’s a skill, Dodge. Felps: It’s a sk... here it is. And it's… a Fail. GM: You succeed, either way. You [swoosh] jump back and it can’t grab you. You just shake it off a little, and now it’s Erin. Luis: Master, you forgot to tell Luciano that it’s the next one that's the last episode, it was not today… If you could let him know... GM: Luciano is not home.
Kalera: Right, I’ll use the bat attack, okay? Fighting, Brawl. GM: Go on. You wake up from this trauma that you lived, it was a bizarre moment, shocking. But you can recover your senses and do something. Kalera: No. I can’t. (GM: Uh, wait...) It Fought Back against Rubens, didn’t it? You have Advantage, since Rubens just hit it. Kalera: So maybe I can. No, I can’t. (GM: Right, you try,) you’re still shaking, you try to hit it, but you realize it’s not even in front of you anymore, it’s on Rubens. You’re in shock. And now it’s Johnny.
Alan: Me, again? (GM: Yes.) Alan: Right, I see the creature among them... GM: The guy next to you is in shock, like, [whimpers] covering his eyes to not see it. Alan: Right, I take a look back and see him just there in shock not doing anything. I grab my bat again from the creature, it was kinda stuck in that goo, I grab my bat, look to the other creature and go towards it, kinda swinging my bat in my hand. GM: And you attack it? You can attack. (Alan: Yes, I want to attack. Yes, yes, yes...)
...I wanna attack. (GM: You pass between both screens then,) and you can roll an Attack. Alan: Okay, it’s just Fight, right? (GM: Yes.) Alan: Right, it was Good, 16. GM: You can deal the damage. Alan: I got… five damage. GM: 5 damage? Alan: Yeah. GM: It had… It had taken six before, right? Alan: Oh, I don’t remember. (GM: From Rubens.) Felps: Five, yes. (GM: You see Rubens) hitting the creature and, both of you, together... I want you both to narrate how you kill it at the same time. Alan: Yeesh. What's up, Rubens? How was it,
bro? [Alan and Felps laugh] Alan: The creature it’s there in the middle, (Felps: We can smash it!) I come from behind it, kinda, right? There’s no way to know what's the front or back, but I go... where I imagine it to be its back, and I hit the first blow and... kind of try to pull it to the ground... You know, throw it on the floor, the creature. Then I just point to Rubens, point with my head at him, (Felps: We can crush it...) Alan: so we can both hit at the same time, [pow] totally
crushing it, Felps: Turned into sauce, a little goo. (GM: Fernando and Erin who were) in this traumatizing moment with this creature showing them visions, you see the pair of bounty hunters you just met destroying this creature! [whack, whack, whack] as if it were a… someone who destroyed their lives, they are angry, in rage, it’s almost as if they're experienced in this. (Luis: I wanna grab the bat and help them.) GM: You can join in, you start beating when it's dead. It's already dead. (F: Motherfucker!) Alan: As I see him beating her, just like we were
doing, I stop and stare at him, like... Felps: Oh, geez... (Kalera: I'm still in shock...) Just looking. (Luis: While I'm beating I'm crying, saying:) F: I am not this anymore!! I am not this anymore!! Felps: Then I get close to Johnny and say: Ru: Oh, damn. GM: [Swish] it starts falling apart. And the battle is ending in the middle of this madness. Alan: Yeah, then I… (Erin: Fer? Are you okay Fer?) R: Geez, man, what was that, dude? Fer: Yeah... Alan: Then, I just raise my bat, to touch my and Rubens' bats, you know? We
hit the bats. (Felps: We hit them.) GM: You hit the bats, and they have this shiny blood, and it keeps changing... You all are with this liquid substance that is the blood of these creatures, and it keeps changing in these shades of purple, green, pink, and varying between these shades. The guy in the corner is down... (???: No, no, no, no, Gonzales...) [sobs] Alan: Okay, then I'll ask, I'll say: Jh: Is everyone okay here? Alan: To Fernando and Erin. Erin: Uh... uh-huh, yeah. (Fer: Everything's fine.) Kalera: I... I'll... (Fer: It's okay...) Kalera: I'll go towards
the boy. Felps: I'll just be like: Ru: Button, Johnny? Button, Johnny... Alan: [laughter] (Luis: I'm a bit lightheaded, still,) still looking to the ground. Alan: I put my hand on Fernando's shoulder and look at him to see how he is. I don't say anything, I just stand by. (Felps: I go towards the guy here…) Erin: Brian? Is your name Brian? (???: [sobs] Uh?) Erin: Are you okay? (Ru: [murmurs] Brian?) Erin: It's over, calm down, it's okay. Brian: What's going on? Where am I? Ru: [Pffff] That's a tough part, that one. How... Do you remember anything?
Brian: I was... I was... solving an internet puzzle... there were coordinates to find the prize and I came here, and then some masked guys caught me, threw me here. Ru/Felps: "Oh, my God!" I shout: Ru: Johnny, another one! Alan: Right, as he shouts at me... I look back, I look at Fernando, I still have my hand on his shoulder, I, like, pat him on the face a little, not a hard slap, just, like, "hey, hang in there" and I'll go over there with them to see what's going on there. Erin: Internet puzzle? (Luis: I... I
follow Johnny...) Kind of looking down. (Brian: Yeah, a puzzle [whimpers]...) I like them, there are some challenges, they're called io.Cash, people put challenges on the internet that have cash rewards at places, I always did them... I always did them, not even for the money, it was more for... For the puzzles, really. But I knew that one day it would all go to shit. Oh, Gonzales! [Cries] he always told me... (Ru: Gonzales?) Brian: A cousin, he was a cop… (Ru: Oh, your cousin.) Erin: Do people do that? Ru: Didn't you listen to your cop cousin?! Brian:
He died. Erin: Here? Brian: No... a long time ago. Erin: Were you alone here? (Ru: Oh.) Brian: Oh, no, there was a guy, he kept beating me, they said I wasn't good enough. Alan: Okay, so I look at Rubens, like, and I say: Jh: Rubens, is that what we were after? Ru: Mhmm, mhmm, exactly. Felps: Right, then I'll tell you: Ru: Right, so... Well... Felps: I'm kind of in shock, I can't... connect the dots. (Erin: Okay, you... You need to help us...) So we can get out of here. (Ru: Yes...) Erin: We're stuck here together.
Brian: I don't know... I don't know what's going on, I just want to leave. Ru: You woke up... Wait, wait, you already woke up getting beaten up? Is that it? (Brian: No, there were, I don't know,) some challenges that I had to do, but... [sobs] there was a guy talking on TV, then all of a sudden I looked at the TV and pressed the button and there was... I saw my cousin being murdered. I don't know what happened. Alan: While he's talking, I get close to him again, like I did when, he was still half
hypnotized, I put him against the wall, I push him against the wall, I say: Jh: Hey, pull yourself together! It's over now. Brian: [breathes heavily] Jh: None of this is real. Alan: And I slap him in the face some more. Jh: We have to get out of here. Alan: I told him. Brian: Oh, okay, we have to get out of here. Ru: Oh, the computer said: "communication is crucial" I remember, okay, calm down. Brian: Communication? Ru: Erin, don't you have... His cellphone? Sorry, she took your cellphone. Felps: I tell him. GM: He looks at you...
(E: Oh, yeah.) Brian: I thought... Uh... Okay. E: It's true, we thought it could be useful. Brian: It must be some kind of puzzle, right? (E: No signal.) E: Here, see if you can... (GM: He grabs it.) Brian: They gave me my cellphone, but there's no signal, and they deleted everything, but my wallpaper... I can't call anyone, I've tried, it was the first thing I did when I got here. Ru: There isn't anything in your phone? Nothing? Brian: No... Ru: Oh my God... Brian: Actually, there's... GM: He unlocks it. Brian: There's this symbol that's burned
on the screen, the pixels were burned. GM: And he shows it, and there's this symbol... That shows on the screen, (Felps: Alright...) GM: with the burnt pixels on the screen, like this. Ru: Ugh, we need a code, for the computer! Where is this symbol? E: Communication, cell phone? Ru: Yeah, so... E: What if the answer is... That simple? Cellphone, television? Brian: I don't think so. (E: I don't know.) Ru: No, I don't think so, it wouldn't be that easy. Brian: What else was in this computer earlier? Ru: Uh... Numbers... (E: Free...?) Ru: Wait, it's... The
code is in the palm of your hand, something like that, the answer is your hands. F: Freedom is in your hands. (Brian: And what...) Brian: And how... How did you get that right? Ru: Her hand! E: It's written in my hand, 04. Brian: So it must be similar to that, right? It's another hint for a similar puzzle. Jh: But you don't have anything in your hand, we looked at it already. Nobody has any code in their hand. (Brian: That's no longer the hint,) the hint has changed. Ru: Communication... Jh: Communication... It's essential... Ru: Ain't there
anything in his cellphone? (Luis: I'll say:) F: Erin! E: Huh? F: Look here. Luis: And I stick out my tongue. Like this. GM: When Fernando sticks his tongue out... you see, Erin, written, in the center of his tongue, a number. E: Uh... Fer? There's... Something there! GM: Let me get the number, wait a second... (Felps: Oh my God, It was easy!) GM: The number is 13. It's a 13 written on your tongue, Fernando. Felps: I get pissed that I didn't think of that. E: Fer, there's a 13 written on your tongue. (Felps: Crap!) Luis: I'll...
I just turn around, (Ru: 13?) Luis: I'll go straight to the... To the computer there. (Felps: I'd go too, but...) GM: He walks slowly, you see he... (Felps: You're going, so I stay.) GM: ...He goes looking at this corridor... Brian: Watch out for this corridor. I don't know how it works, but... It's terrible! Ru: Corridor. Button. Don't push the button. Brian: Don't push the button! [laughter] GM: He's going through here. Luis: I go... I... (E: Hey, dearie.) Luis: I... I come here, type 13, and hit enter. GM: You... [TSHHH] You see the text disappearing, [TSH],
one more lock on the door is unlocked, [TSH] And a new text appears. "Listening is as important as talking." E: Ear! Just kidding. Ru: [laughter] Ear! (Alan: Then I get...) Alan: Did everyone hear this tip? (Luis: I... I turn...) Luis: It's because there's no one here? Kalera: No, you have to tell us. Luis: I turn here... F: Everybody, check everyone's ears. Ru: But why? What- What's this? Alan: Okay, so I go over to Rubens, (E: What's up?) Alan: I push away his hair and I look in his both ears. GM: You see nothing behind Rubens'
ears. Felps: Oh my God... Alan: I ask him to see mine as well, look at mine. (Felps: Alright then.) Felps: I search in his ear. GM: You look behind Johnny's ear... (Felps: And I have to stand on my tiptoes.) GM: And you see there's the number 1 written on it. Ru: One! One! One! F: Is it just number 1? (Felps: I say that.) GM: In the right ear. (Ru: Just 1!) GM: You look at the other one and you see another 1. Felps: Oh, alright, right, okay. Ru: One, one! Eleven! (Luis: Eleven.) Ru: Eleven, eleven!
F: I turn to the terminal... (Jh: Put the code, Fernando!) F: I enter 11, and hit enter. GM: [TSH] [TSH] And at last... The quote says: "Ironically... You can only see me when you wouldn't be able to." Ru: Ugh... Alright, we... Do we have to turn off the lights? Maybe? Or... Inside the eye? (Luis: I...) Luis: No, no, only I read that, right? Nobody else did, they're up there. (GM: Yes) Felps: Oh, right, right, sorry. Luis: Right. I say: F: Guys. Everybody, close your eyes. Luis: I go up here, and I start to look at
everyone's eyelids. Alan: I close my eyes, I keep them closed, waiting. GM: You see, drawn on one of Rubens' eyelids, 0, and on the other 2, very tiny. Luis: But is there a right side? GM: Uh... The right eye has the 0, the left one the 2. Luis: Alright. I... Okay. F: Uh... Rubens. There's 02 written on your eyelids. Ru: Alright, two. Luis: I go back... I go back to the terminal and I put in 02, and hit enter. GM: [TSH] You hear a noise coming from this door up here. Felps: Right, only he hears
it? GM: Yes. (Luis: What about the terminal?) GM: Are you all here, or did you go there? Felps: No, we're here. GM: So only he hears it. (Alan: We're here) GM: The terminal simply turns off. [TSH] Luis: I turn to them and say like this: F: Guys, I think the door opened. Ru: How did you...? Wait, guys. (E: Uh...) Ru: Wait, wait... We have a stalemate here. We still have a tablet and an entire corridor. Alan: Then I turn and say: Jh: But we have to find out what's behind this door, we didn't do all
this for nothing. Ru: Right... (Jh: Let's go.) Alan: And I go towards the door to open it. (Ru: Okay.) E: Wait, Brian! Did you go there, Brian? (Felps: I'll go slowly.) E: How far did you get? Did you get to see the ritual, the corridor, the door? Brian: I don't... I woke up in this other room already, I didn't even... I was trying to understand, and they didn't find it entertaining enough and... the guy said "you're no fun!", the TV guy, and a masked guy came out of nowhere and started to beat me up! Ru:
Right, but did he come out of this corridor? (Brian: Then... he...) He came from the corridor, he came from it, yeah. (Ru: Oh, OK.) Brian: And then he forced me to press the button and look at the TV, and there were... I don't know what was that! F: Hey, it's Brian, right? Brian: Uh, yeah. F: You're gonna get out of here. You're in good hands. Now, relax! (Brian: Thanks.) Ru: Johnny, are you gonna open it? (F: If you don't, you're gonna get in the way.) E: Wow, this sounded like Luciano! You're kinda angry, huh? Getting
kinda angry, Fer. Luis: Uh... I'll say: F: Erin, come here. E: Are you OK? Are you okay? Kalera: I get closer. Luis: I turn the other way with Erin, and I say: F: Erin... Luis: I whisper in her ear. F: I'm scared to death. E: Ah... Good! No, I'm with you! No, not good... No... Good... Not good because you're scared, good because you're showing... No... Right, I... You don't need to be scared. We're gonna be alright, we'll get out of here, Keep your cool, okay? Want a hug? F: [whispers] Okay. Kalera: I give him a
hug real quick. GM: Meanwhile, Johnny and Rubens, you get to the door... Felps and Alan: Yep. GM: Do you open it? Alan: I open the door. GM: Okay. You notice that it is open, you can see it has a little gap, like... And I'm going to ask you to place the mouse over the door and press delete. Alan: Delete? Right. (GM: To open it.) Alan: Uh... It's not opening. The door is gone. GM: The door... Leads to the wall. [sighs] Felps: Oh, fuck. Alan: I turn to them and say: Jh: This door was nothing! GM:
The television turns on once again. (Felps: Oh my God.) TV: Ha, ha, ha... [evil laugh] Did you like your exit? E: Hah. Ru: Fuck. If I was tall enough, I'd blow up this damn TV! (Luis: I see that and...) TV: I feel like you are so discouraged... Sometimes, what's missing is a little bit of energy. Ha, ha, ha... [evil laugh] GM: I'll ask you to roll for Finding, Johnny. And the TV... Wait, what do you want to do before the TV turns off, Fernando? Or Rubens? Luis: I want to get that bat, run and take
a shot at the TV. GM: Roll a throw there. Luis: No... Oh, it's because it's up there. Felps: It's tall. No, I just said "If I was tall enough, I'd blow up this TV!" GM: Alright, [laughs] okay, okay. Fernando will... Luis: I failed. With a 15, that's sad. (GM: You...) GM: You hit it... you hit close to it, but you don't hit the bullseye. And it just, [BZZ] turns off again. Johnny, did you roll Finding? Alan: I will, I was waiting. Luis: I pick up the bat from the floor, just to... Just to make it
clear. Alan: It's a Finding, and I got... [LULULU] 10! A failure. GM: Okay. GM: You see just the door there, you open it, there's a wall. Ru: Wall? What the fuck, man... (GM: Roll Finding, Rubens.) Luis: [laughs] GM: [laughing] "Wall? What the fuck!" Felps: 1! A fumble! GM: You don't see anything. Luis: The guy broke the wall. Felps: The wall falls on top of me and kills me. Luis: The door fell. Felps: Right, alright. Uh... Ru: Alright, what's left for us is... This tablet here. Jh: Right, but what about the corridor? Alan: I say to
them. Jh: What about the corridor? We didn't go to there yet. Brian: I tried to walk through it, I don't know how it works, I... There were moments when I got in and nothing happened, and there were moments when it simply... Well, if you guys want to try... Fer: Simply what? (Alan: I'll just walk.) Alan: I'll walk right past them, (Luis: This "simply" there.) Ru: Johnny, watch out! Alan: And I want to try and walk down the corridor. GM: Okay, you... Luis: Can two go each time? GM: Ahn, yeah, two people fit. Which one do
you step… Black or white, Johnny? Alan: I want to try the black ones. GM: Alright, you go on the black one first? Alan: I’ll jump from black to black, yeah. GM: Alright, you step on the first black floor, and I want you to roll a Luck test for me. Alan: Oh dear God. Alan: I am scared. Luis: Jesus... Alan: Relax people, I have plenty of luck. Extreme success, 20. GM: Extreme success? Damn, you got a 20! Ah, you step on the black one, wait for something to happen and nothing does. Alan: Wait, I step on
the black square and nothing happens? GM: Yes. Alan: Okay, so… I go… I go ahead and keep stepping from black to black. GM: Alright, you jump to this black one? Alan: Yes. GM: Another Luck test. Alan: Oh, Jesus. Luis: Hey, you’ll need plenty of luck over there, dude! Alan: There’s too many, man, I won’t make it… damn I won’t have… 2, failed! GM: You step on the black and suddenly you feel something strange, like an aura around you, crawling up your feet through this black square. You are zapped and thrown back, hitting your back against
the button… GM: And you lose 3 sanity points. (Joh: Ouch) Alan: For the love of God! GM: And will suffer one d4, (Luis: [laughter]) wait… you receive 1 of Physical Damage for having hit your back against the button. GM: [puft] You crash down bad. (Alan: Alright) Brian: I told you, it makes no sense! You step on the black ones then the white ones. I tried the whites and that also happened to me… Ru: Wait, wait, hold on. Do you remember any that you stepped on and nothing happened? Brian: I already tried to step on the
black one, and it worked. Then I tried again, and it didn’t work. Then I stepped on the white and it worked, then it didn’t work again. I’m not sure how this works. (Ru: Oh!) So there isn’t a specific order, is that what you are telling me? Brian: I don’t know, it appears to need a lot of luck, I don’t get it. Ru: Oh dear god, Alan: I start to get to my feet and say: (a lot of luck…) Joh: Ah! Luck is not my forte, from what I’ve noticed… (Ru: Johnny… [laughter]) it’s being tough huh
Johnny, fuck. Kalera: I step closer as well. (Joh: Yeah.) Ru: Wait, but did it hurt too much? Joh: Fuck, of course it hurt, Rubens! (Luis: I follow Erin.) I was launched at the button, didn’t you see? Ru: There’s the button, true. Right, wait, wait wait...(Luis: I stand behind Brian.) Alan: I turn to them and say: Joh: Well, at least nothing happened to me on the first square that I stepped on. Ru: Yeah, but the boy over here said he already stepped twice on the same square. One time something happened, and the other it didn’t. Joh:
Hm, It’s just… only luck? Alan: Then I say: Damn, it ain’t possible with only luck… (Brian: To where that door leads to?) GM: And he goes ahead, walking towards the door. Brian: Ah, dear God! [laughter] E: What is it? Felps: Oh dear god, there’s nothing. (Brian: There’s nothing!) GM: And he points at it like this. E: Oh, it’s true. Ru: Hold on, hold on, boy, come here a little bit. GM: Let me check something out. Brian: Wait, there’s something in here. Kalera: Good thing he went there. E: What? Ru: What? (Alan: I walk towards there
as well.) GM: He kneels down like this, by the door. Brian: Here, look. GM: And he points, and you see a small power plug, only it is hidden within the wall, but you can see its two little holes. It’s a power plug that doesn’t have the plastic socket, you know? There’s only the holes. Felps: Oh! Brian: There’s a power plug over here! Ru: Power plug? Cellphone! But isn’t the cellphone already charged? Joh: But there’s the tablet as well, right? Don’t we have the tablet’s charger? E: Hey Brian, get the tablet. (Alan: Who had the tablet?)
I mean, I got it, but I can’t remember if I left it there or not. Felps: Err… No, I don’t think... (Alan: I’ll get the tablet, then.) I go there and pick the tablet up GM: You pick up the tablet. (I pick it up) You pick it up and nothing happens, yeah. Alan: Alright. Alan: I go ahead, get the tablet and ask. Joh: Does anyone have the cable to charge it? Erin: Here, here, here! GM: Erin gives you the cable. Alan: So I plug it on the tablet and then connect it to the power plug.
GM: Okay, you connect it... (Alan: Yeah.) GM: And that little bar shows up, [tsh tsh tsh] Charging. You know that it will take a little while to charge for you to turn it on, a few minutes at least. Felps: Ah dear God almighty. Alan: I still feel my back, since I hit it. I keep pressing it. Ru: What happened over there? Did you plug it in? Joh: It’s charging, Rubens! Almost looks like you don’t know about tech, ironic coming from you. Ru: I know, right! Can’t we turn it on? Normally when we plug something to
charge, you can turn it on. (GM: He approaches.) Brian: Oh fuck, this guy… this was the guy that beat me up. Fer: Look, be careful. Don't touch this tower. (Ru: Yeah, a disaster happened…) Do not touch this tower. Brian: Is he dead? Erin: Pretty dead. (Brian: Oh God,) what is going on here? Alan: I say: Joh: Hey, cut it out. Step away from the body. Go back there. Alan: I'll tell him. Brian: Alright. Erin: Yeah okay, um… Alan: I look at the tablet and try to turn it on, to check if it already has some
charge… (GM: You turn it on and the tablet…) GM: Doesn’t seem to have any operational system. In fact, I want you to roll a Sanity test… but it’s a Paranormal Exposure test, not a Sanity one. Alan: Okay hold on, Paranormal Exposure? GM: Yeah, no, but you roll a Sanity… (Luis: Right below Sanity). Alan: Okay, I’ll roll. GM: Let’s see if the gamer luck shall strike. Alan: Failed, 40. (GM: Okay,) you feel a strange energy when this tablet turns on. And when it turns on, just one thing shows up glowing on the white screen. A symbol
that you have never seen before. Ru: So Johnny, what does it have? Joh: This symbol showed up in it. Alan: I raise the tablet and show them. Joh: Check it out, Rubens. (Ru: A symbol?) Alan: And I want to pass the tablet to Rubens, since he’s pro at this stuff. I want to give it to him, and say: (Felps: Okay.) Joh: Rubens, give it a look. (I’ll get it.) Alan: And then I pass him the tablet. Felps: I pick it up and attempt to decipher it. I try to detect something, do I see anything? GM:
Roll me a sanity test, please. Felps: Sanity. Uh, success, 10. GM: Uh, okay. You, Rubens, notice a seductive aura. This is a cursed object. It’s an object you may use to learn a ritual, while transcending. Felps: Um, I just noticed that, just like that? GM: Yes. You understand that, yeah (Felps: Like…) Felps: Alright, I say that out loud. (Luis: I want to ask Brian…) Luis: Before I speak, I want to ask: Fer: Brian? Brian: Uh? Fer: When this guy arrived, did he come through the corridor? Brian: Through the corridor, yeah. He came walking. The corridor
doesn’t affect them, like magic, I don’t know. Fer: But he came jumping from place to place or he just walked through? (Brian: He walked in, like… ) he walked in and started to beat the crap out of me. Brian: It doesn’t look like it affects them. That guy said he was from the production. He said: I will send the production. I’m not sure what that means, what the fuck is this production?! Am I in a TV show?! Erin: You are, yeah. I think you are. (Ru: Yeah, so, there’s a…) Brian: What kind of sicko watches
this kind of stuff?! (Luis: I want to stop by the guy’s side…) Luis: I want to stop by the guy’s side, can I pick his mask up? GM: Uh… You may try. Luis: From the dead guy? I want to pick up his mask. M: Roll me a Strength test. Luis: Normal. GM: You are able to rip it off, it’s pretty stuck on him, a lot. You are able to see… you open it and see his face. There’s plenty of scars, everything’s marked and kinda burnt. It looks like the mask was connected to his face, somehow.
And you see that… It looks like this mask just had countless electronic things inside of it, and you do not know for sure what they do. Fer: Erin… Fer: Do you know what this is? (GM: It’s no longer glowing.) GM: Because it doesn’t have a power supply any longer. Kalera: Am I able to know what it is? GM: You can roll an Engineering test. Kalera: Failed. GM: You notice that there are plenty of connections and electronic spots that make no sense. It looks like it’s an electronic device made to work, to spin the gears inside
of it, and lights. That’s all you are able to understand, you can’t detect a bigger purpose. Erin: Uh… I don’t know, no. But let’s take it with us. Luis: I tried, I don’t know… I tried to connect it on the phone, maybe it connects with the tablet. Are we able to see more things in the room? Or even see which is the correct path? Erin: That’s good, taking the mask with us, I don’t know… I’ll try to check it out later. Luis: I picked up the mask. Does it have a lot of wires? Like… GM:
It has plenty of stuff stuck to it. You ripped the mask off, it isn’t working any longer even if you try. You ripped it off and it stopped working. Luis: But I don’t know that right? GM: No, you do not know. You are able to deduce, it’s pretty messed up. Felps: I point out that there’s something from… about some kind of ritual and all, and… GM: You feel something paranormal in this tablet. Felps: Yes! There’s something paranormal and I warn everyone to check if they have any extra knowledge about this. Alan: Okay, I’ll say: Joh:
Rubens, you know I don’t know this stuff. Ru: Yeah, so… Joh: I am the brawn of our duo. Ru: I know just a little bit. Does someone know anything else about this symbol? There’s just a symbol here, in the middle. Fer: Erin knows more than I do. (Felps: So I call everyone here.) Erin: And I know nothing. Ru: Ah, dammit. Joh: In other words we are stuck here forever. (Erin: But…) Ru: No, hold on Johnny. Erin: I might know… Ru: You might know? What do you mean? Erin: I just don’t know... Ru: Here then. Felps:
I give it to you. Is it because it’s connected to energy… (Kalera: Oh okay.) Felps: To charge it? Or we… GM: Yeah, no. You already removed the cable, it’s charged. Felps: Oh okay, then I… GM: It charged for a while (Kalera: Alright, cool.) Felps: So I give it to you. Kalera: Alright, I don’t know what to do with this. I’ll keep trying to stare at the tablet. (Luis: Now that it has batteries It’ll tell…) GM: Roll me a Paranormal Exposure test, Erin. Kalera: How do I do it? Is it sanity? (GM: It’s sanity.) Kalera: Success.
GM: You recognize this, and you also recognize the symbol that’s on the other side. You have already seen it, you just couldn’t recall it. It’s a transcending symbol, the same one that’s in Agatha’s occultism wing, at the Order’s base. You recognize that this tablet has a ritual that you may learn, you only need to focus on the symbol while inside the transcendence ritual. Kalera: Okay, yeah… E: Guys, it’s a ritual, E: the symbol for transcending. (Ru: Ritual?!...) Ru: Oh, god. Okay, can we… (Alan: I turn to her and say...) Joh: I don't understand this stuff.
Alan: I lean on the wall and cross my arms. Luis: I want to stop by Erin’s side. (Joh: So you figure that out.) F: I don’t think it’s going to work, Erin. We’ll have to try this time. E: That’s it… (F: Do you know how to do it?) E: Yeah, well… I think I need to concentrate, I’ll go to the center. You guys can... E: I don’t know... Wait. (F: Are you sure you want to do this?) E: I'm thinking about my grandma, I can only think about that. I’ll do it. F: I’ll stick close
to you. Luis: I wanna be with her, nearby. GM: Okay. Luis: I don’t know how it works, so… Kalera: So I’ll pick up the tablet and walk to the center. GM: You take the tablet and walk towards the transcendence symbol situated on the floor. Luis: Big tablet. Felps: I want… I’ll stay a bit far, like this, watching. Alan: I keep my eyes on that guy. (GM: You place the tablet...) GM: What do you do? Do you want to transcend? Kalera: Uh-huh. (Luis: Do you want to transcend?) GM: So we’ll go to... Erin… In fact, I’ll
ask all of you, Felps, Alan and Luis, to move to another channel, I’ll bring you back after. Meanwhile we will... Transcend now. GM: Hold on. (Kalera: It is time.) GM: Erin... Let me remove this. There’s another... Here, done. Erin. Time to transcend. You start to concentrate on the symbol beneath you, and for a moment the whole world around you blacks out, only the symbol makes sense, and the symbol that you hold in your hands, they seem to be connected in a way it didn’t make sense, but suddenly, it starts to make sense somehow. Why does
it make sense? This question keeps coming and growing inside your head, until you finally understand the crucial question. That one question deep inside your head, ignored this whole time, and then you finally understand. You figured it all out, About what everything’s about and all its reasons, but you will forget it. [Windows sound] Erin. What would you do if you could see the future? E: I would try to change it, if it was bad. GM: What would you change, for example? E: I would prevent the death of someone I like, or that I’m close with. GM:
What would you do to prevent this? To what lengths you'd go? E: If it was Fer, Erin would... Would trade her life for Fer’s… GM: Would you trade another life for his? E: Depending on the person, yeah. GM: How many? E: As long as they weren’t, uh... Innocent people. GM: As many as necessary? E: If they weren’t innocent, yeah. GM: And how many innocents? Kalera: She wouldn’t do it. GM: Would you let him die for a person she doesn’t know? Would you let Fernando die for Brian? E: No. GM: How many innocents? E: Uh… GM:
As many as necessary? E: The least possible. GM: As many as necessary. E: For Fer, yeah. GM: You... Concentrate and this symbol starts to make sense to you. This symbol that you hold in hands. You will forget all else, but that will stay in there, you won’t know why it works like it does, but it will work. For you to use it, you need to focus on it. Hold a technologic object in your hand, some device that is working, and you need an electricity source close to you. This, Erin, is the Damned Blessing. GM: When
you use this ritual you will roll a d20 five times, and write down these values, these will be your next 5 tests, of any skill, you know how you well will you do it. Kalera: Wait, I don't understand. GM: When you use... GM: this ritual, you roll a d20 five times, and write down these values, and you will know how much you're getting in the next test, in the next 5 tests, these 5 numbers. So if you get 20, 3, 4, 15 and 19, your next test result will be 20, then 3, then... Anyway, it’s
a sequence. You'll predict your tests and you'll use that in your advantage. By using this test, you can… You'll have to make a Paranormal Exposure roll, a sanity test. If you fail, you'll take 1d6 sanity damage, sorry, 1d8 sanity. If you succeed you only lose one. You spend five Occultism points to conjure this ritual, and it takes a whole round. GM: 15 seconds in real life, ok? Kalera: Uh-huh. GM: You start forgetting everything, everything you learned, everything that made sense. The entities from the other side start leaving your head, but one thing stays, this thing
I just told you, this stays in your head, everything else is gone. And now we can bring them back in. GM: Done. We're back. (Alan: No way, I'm not talking, ooh!) GM: We're back. (Luis: What's up, brother.) Felps: Ah, calm down then. GM: You see Erin closing her eyes for a few seconds and she's back. Erin, you get 5% Paranormal Exposure, Kalera: Ah, wait, calm down... GM: You get 5% Paranormal Exposure, and one fifth of your Power you add in Occultism points. Are you at 20% Paranormal Exposure? Kalera: I have 10 on Occultism and sanity…
(GM: No, wait...) GM: How much of Paranormal Exposure do you have? Kalera: Sanity? I have 50… (GM: No, Paranormal Exposure.) Kalera: Oh, sorry, 10! GM: Then you increase it to 15. Kalera: Okay... GM: And how much Power do you have? Kalera: 10. GM: Then add two Occultism points at most. Kalera: OK. GM: And that's it. You come back... from your transcendence with this experience we just had... You see Erin close her eyes for a few seconds and coming back. Nothing seems to have happened in your vision. Alan: I was in another room, so I didn't
see it. Felps: Yeah.. I... Think... I'm going to stand here still. I just see her coming back, I get a little confused. F: Erin, is everything okay? E: Yes, yeah. Everything is fine. Felps: Zooted. F: Are you sure? E: Uh-huh... E: I'm sure. F: What does this do? F: What did it do to you? E: I can't tell exactly, It's a pretty crazy thing. Uh... It's all good, E: it's okay, I'll keep this tablet. F: Did you win any power? F: How does this work? Ru: Wait, you used the tablet? Do you know how to
use the... ...corridor here? I don't know, what happened? Very confusing... E: I don't know... Ru: [laughter] E: We'll talk about it later, Fer. Luis: I want to go and give Erin a hug. Ru: Johnny, Luis: I'll speak in her ear. (Ru: She was just stood there...) F: You can trust me, everything is fine. Alan: Since Rubens... (E: I do...) Alan: He told she closed her eyes but nothing happened... Joh: I didn't see it, Rubens, I hope she figured this out. Ru: That's what I want, dude, we... Ru: We need to leave. (Brian: I feel like
it's about luck...) Brian: Something to do with colors and being lucky or not, I don't understand, I can't understand exactly. Ru: Wait, wait, uh... Is it just stepping or can we throw something on it? Brian: I tried throwing things. GM: And he points to the front, and you see a coin. Brian: Nothing changed. Even when the guy came in, nothing happened, It's only when we go in. It's like... Our singular luck... interferes with it. Ru: Luck, but then it's very... Kalera: Can I use the ritual for... For the hallway? GM: You can use the ritual
for whatever you want. Alan: Ok. Then I look at them, at everyone, and say: J: Anyone wants to try their luck here? If not, I'll try again. R: Again?! Johnny, stop! You already tore your back. Alan: I say: J: Rubens, you know everything we've been through to get here. R: I know but... (J: You know I never) really think things through. I just go. And things happen! Sometimes because of luck. So maybe that's what I need now. R: Okay, okay... E: Hold on, hold on, hold on. This isn't on the floor with a tablet with
a symbol for nothing, right? If you’re all so curious to know what this does, we'll see now. Kalera: So that's it. I'm going to use it. I have the tablet in my hand... GM: Ok. You don't have a source of electricity nearby. Kalera: What now? Damn, there really isn't. Well, can I use it somewhere else? GM: Yes, of course. You can use it wherever you want. Kalera: Okay, so I go to the socket over there? GM: Ok. You can... You go to the socket... Uh... Which one? Whichever you want. You hold the tablet (Kalera: This
one.) GM: in your hands, and I'm going to let you describe visually how you want the ritual to go. You can use the colors purple, green... Uh... And... Cyan... Uh... Pink. To use this element. It's an energy ritual. You can describe how you want Erin to react when using this ritual. (Kalera: Ok. She...) She puts the tablet on one hand and she touches the socket with the other, and her hand starts glowing cyan, GM: Okay... The tablet screen? (Kalera: flashing, like this.) Her hand. GM: Ok, no. Okay, okay. Her hand starts to... (Kalera: It's fine?)
But is there something in her hand? Kalera: The tablet. GM: Oh, okay. The whole hand starts to glow, it's fine. Mhm. Kalera: Mhm. And then she closes her eyes and concentrates. GM: Roll your d20 five times and let's write down those values. Kalera: Where do I do this? GM: Up there, next to your picture, there's a d20. Luis: I'm even scared now to know what (GM: Five.) Luis: these five d20 are. GM: Ok. I'm writing it down here: five, four, (Kalera: Ok.) GM: five, 15, and the last one, 11. Okay. Tell me what's your Luck,
please Erin. The value of your Luck. Kalera: Eight. GM: Eight? Okay. So... You failed... Okay, that's it. Ok. You have those five values... Uh... And you know what they mean. Kalera: Okay. GM: You can choose them for whatever you want in this order. Your next test will be five, the one after that will be four, the next one after that will be five again, the other one will be 15, which means it's a success in Luck, and the other one, the last one, will be 11, which is also a fail. If you want these next
five tests to be Luck that means you'll get fail, fail, fail, success, fail. And now with this information, you go back. Luis: I didn't understand a thing. Alan: Me neither. Felps: She's going to explain it to us. Let's go, explain. Kalera: Can I talk to people about this or no? GM: No. This is a system but it's... Kalera: No, the thing about predicting... GM: You can say you have a feeling. You have a... You have a feeling. You don't know how to explain it. It's like I said. You don't know how it works You understood
it once but you don't anymore. You just know it will work. Kalera: Yes. E: Uh... I did it and... Well, I'm not that lucky. I wouldn't be able to get through the hallway. Brian: But I don't know if it's just about being lucky. Sometimes being unlucky also means something. R: Okay... Uh... Brian: After all it's one choice at a time, isn't it? J: Maybe there's an order... Alan: I turn to them and say: J: What if there's an order that's the same... What if it's always the same order? For us to be able to leave.
Cause I already stepped on the first black square and nothing happened to me. Brian: Why don't you try again? (J: But when I stepped on the second one...) I'm going to try. Alan: Then I go and step on the black square without saying a thing. GM: You step on the black one? Alright. You step on this one... You can jump to the next one if you want. You can do a big jump and go to the next one. You can jump over one, if you want to. Alan: Ok. No, I want to step on... Hmm...
Man... No, I want to step on it again. GM: Ok. Roll Luck for me, please. Alan: Jesus Christ, today is the day. Uh... I got... normal success, seven. (GM: Nothing happens.) GM: You step on it... [tap] Normal. Everything is fine. Alan: Ok. I look at them and say: J: See? So, what do you guys think? Brian: But I tried earlier (F: Hold on, wait...) Brian: and it didn't make sense. Did they change it? F: Uh... Johnny. go forward. Go to the white one. Alan: Ok. So without hesitating again, I take another step forward. GM: Roll
Luck one more time for me, please. Alan: Ten, normal, success. GM: You... [bzzt] You feel that same feeling once again and [fwoop] you're thrown back once more. You lose (J: Johnny...) GM: four points of sanity and two of physical damage. Luis: I want to turn to Johnny and ask: F: Johnny, when you went to the black one, did you feel like you had luck? Alan: Hold on, let me just change the numbers here. Then I fall down... Do I hit the button again? GM: You do. You hit it harder. This time it really hurts. Alan:
Okay, okay. Then I hit it and: J: [groans] Fuck... What did you say, Fernando? F: When you stepped on the black one, (R: Fuck, Johnny, again?) did you feel lucky? J: I didn't feel a thing. I stepped on the black one and nothing happened, then I stepped on the white one and I felt... something, like, vibrate, and I was thrown again. This doesn't make sense. R: My God... Luis: I want to... I want to come here in front of the hallway and step on the white one. GM: Roll Luck for me, please. Luis: Normal. GM:
You feel something weird coming from you. You're thrown back. You lose... You lose five points of sanity and no physical damage. Luis: I get it now. I understand how it works, I just don't know how to explain it to Erin. Felps: Yeah, exactly. GM: Find a way, bro. Luis: [sigh] F: Erin. Kalera: She's, like, thinking about what just happened in the ritual. She can't even... (F: Erin...) R: Are you alright, man? You were thrown too. (F: You said you...) No, everything's fine. I just... I don't know... (R: Oh my God.) F: I... I have a
strange feeling. Felps: I stay near the edge. F: You said you didn't feel lucky, right? E: Uh... Kinda. F: Can you predict your luck? E: Kinda... F: How much luck do you think you have? E: More or less... F: I feel that when you have that feeling that something will work out, you know that something is going to go right, you need to step on the black one. When something is going to go wrong you need to step on the white one. So if you don't feel like luck is in your favor, step on the
white one. E: Okay... Let's do it. Let's go. Kalera: She steps on the white one. GM: You step on the white one? Do you want to use the roll from your... You have no choice, you have to use it. You step on the white one and nothing happens. Kalera: I step on the white. GM: You jump on it. You can jump one whenever you want. Kalera: Oh... Can I jump from here to this white? (GM: Yes, but you) already chose the first one. Kalera: Alright, cool. I jump to the other white. GM: You... You guys
see her jumping, [thud] stopping on the next white, and nothing happens. R: What the hell... Felps: I get kinda surprised. Alan: I start walking back and forth. (Kalera: I have to remember my stuff...) What did I get? Hold up... GM: Brian looks up: Brian: What's going on?! How does she know?! Kalera: I jump to the other white. R: I don't know, I don't know! It's not making sense. GM: Nothing happens. Kalera: I jump on this black one, is that okay? GM: No. Kalera: No? GM: Because you... Roll a jump. Kalera: Hold on, let me search
for it. You don't have it... I jump on this black one right in front of me, then. GM: You fall on this one. You almost fall. Since you got a 16, I will spare you. You almost get here, but you fall here, and nothing happens. Kalera: Damn... R: Are you okay? Kalera: Uh... Luis: I want to come in front of the hallway and say: F: Be careful! GM: Wait, the distance... The distance is technically the same. I think it was a physics mistake on my part. If it's diagonally, it’s the same distance, isn't it? Kalera:
Yeah, from here to there... Yeah, to here. From here to there... Felps: It's a bit farther, maybe? (GM: I'll let you get to this black.) I'll let it, I'll let it, I'll let it. Felps: It's such a small difference. GM: Yeah, it's small, it's fine. Kalera: And then I jump onto the other white, from this one... ...to this one. GM: OK. Nothing happens. You get here, you already start to see a big purple chest, waiting on the other side of the room. Felps: We can just see from afar, but we can't see it clearly, right?
Here, from the start of the corridor? GM: Yeah. (Felps: We can't see that, right?) GM: Now, Erin, Now, it's up to Luck. Your rolls have ended, the next one you'll have to roll. GM: Wait, no, no, no. This one didn't count. You have to choose first and then roll. Kalera: Oh, right, my bad. Alan: That's cruel. Felps: Yeah, but that's the point. GM: Do you jump onto the black or the white one? (Luis: Ah, she would have passed, she failed.) Felps: But now she has to... GM: She has to choose the last one. (Luis: Yeah,
I mean) If she had to roll for this one, (Kalera: It didn't count.) Luis: She would have passed. (GM: She would, but it's for the next one.) The next one is the one that counts. Do you jump on the black or on the white one? Kalera: To the white, this white one here. GM: Okay, you jump to this white and, now, it's time for real luck. You need to fail. (Felps: Oh my god.) GM: You need to have bad luck. Kalera: I did. GM: She got a 4. You jump, nothing happens. Luis: Let’s go! Felps:
Jeez Alan: Jesus Christ Felps: Dude! Kalera: OK, I... (Felps: It hurt, it hurt, it Hurt.) Ru: So, what's going on? Felps: I yell from afar. E: It's fine, it's fine, it's... It's... Ru: You seeing anything? E: Yeah. I'm seeing a purple box. And... (Ru: Ah!) Luis: Button. Box. GM: And what do you do, Erin? You see, as you arrive, (Kalera: I...) GM: that the room has two big mirrors at both sides and a purple box. E: ...and two mirrors. [echo fading] Mirrors. Mirrors. Ru: Alright. Luis: [echo fading] Right. Alan: Okay, then I'll say... I'll get...
(Kalera: Ok, I'll...) Alan: Ah, no, go ahead. (Kalera: No, you can talk, you can go.) Alan: No, I was just going to come here to the border of this... ...this corridor and shout at her: Joh: Can't you find some way to disable this system? E: What system? Joh: This system we can't get through, but you could, isn't there some button for you to deactivate this so we can get there too? Ru: Johnny can't take falling here again. GM: She's still standing on the white, she hasn't even stepped off the white. Kalera: Yeah I'll... (Alan: Aw
yeah.) E: I'll check, I'll check, I'll check. Kalera: Yeah, OK. I'll reach my head out the wall like this to see if there's anything GM: You see this room I described. You see the mirrors... (Luis: You see a guillotine.) Kalera: So, I'll... I don't analyze it at first... No, I'll analyze it first to see if the place is... San... no, not sane. If it's safe to enter the room. GM: Roll finding. Kalera: Failure. GM: You don't see anything that looks dangerous. you see a TV in the corner, cameras recording you, and a purple box in
front of you. A big purple box. (Kalera: Okay, so...) Kalera: I go in. (GM: You step) into the room and nothing happens. Kalera: Alright. Can I try to roll finding in the corners? GM: Uh, you just rolled a finding, you don't see anything that catches your eye besides the box. Kalera: What about the mirrors? GM: You see yourself. GM: And the mirrors reflect themselves, you know, in a kinda weird illusion? You see several Erins, several, and several, and several Erins. Kalera: I can't see anything, like, behind this mirror? GM: Roll a Finding. Kalera: Regular. GM:
You see yourself, over and over and over again. Kalera: Okay, yeah. I'll go to the box and I'll try to see what it's like. GM: It's similar to that other box, but it's shinier and it seems to only have one latch, it doesn't seem to have anywhere to put... There’s just one small handle for you to open it. Kalera: I'll open it then. GM: You open the box? When you open the box... I'll pull you in here. Felps: Uh oh! (Alan: Uh oh!) Luis: Damn! GM: Kalera, do you hear me? Kalera: Yes. GM: You open
the box, [latch unlocking], you see a revolver. It has three bullets, and a sound comes out of it. ???: Congratulations! You win. The key to get out of here is in front of you. You... GM: There are four bullets, sorry. ???: You know what you need to do now. I'm going to deactivate the corridor system. GM: And you hear: [mechanism shutting down]. ???: Your freedom is in your hands. [maniacal laughter] Kalera: Shit... Kalera: I can't... Can I talk to this person? Or no? GM: You can try. E: You've got to be kidding me. GM: OK,
hang on, I'm going to pull them in, because they're hearing this. I'm back. You hear... (Felps: Uh oh...) GM: You saw she opened the box, she stared at it for a bit and then, suddenly: [power turning off], the corridor seems to have turned off, the side lights. And, she screams: (Felps: OK.) Wait, she screams? (GM: No, she's talking) She's talking, she's conversing E: You've got to be kidding me. Felps: Alright. (Alan: Then I go, walking fast...) GM: You see them walking to you, Erin. (Alan: ...In the middle of the corridor, I start to run.) GM:
Hang on, she's making a decision here. Alan: Oh okay. [Laughs nervously] Felps: No but, okay. But is Johnny... GM: You're walking, yeah. (Felps: ...walking ahead?) GM: You step into the corridor and nothing happens. (Alan: Ok, we're on our way.) GM: You're walking forwards. Felps: I let Johnny go first, because... [Laughs]. Alan: Yeah, I'm ahead, I go ahead. GM: You have 15 seconds, Kalera, GM: until they reach you. GM: 13. Kalera: You're kidding me? (GM: 12.) Kalera: Alright, I know what I'm gonna do. (GM: 11.) Kalera: Do I give you an answer? (GM: 10.) GM: Yeah,
you can say. (Kalera: I'll do it.) GM: Go ahead, what do you say? Say what you're gonna do. Kalera: Huh? GM: What do you do? Kalera: I'll... Oh, Jesus Christ. I'll do it. I'll do it. I'll shoot. GM: At who? Kalera: Goddammit, dude. I shoot at Brian. GM: At Brian? He's coming with everyone, scared. You see Erin picking up the handgun, that was inside the box, turning towards you and shooting. Roll Firearms, please. (Luis: What the hell?!) Alan: I try to dodge it when I see she points the gun. GM: Brian was behind Johnny. There's
a chance for you to hit Johnny too. GM: Johnny, you need to do a Dodge check. Kalera: What?! (Alan: Holy fuck.) Luis: I don't have to do anything? GM: Wait, you... No, because she aimed at Johnny. At Johnny and Brian. (Luis: Thank goodness!) Kalera: Damn, 15 seconds, dude. I couldn't even think. (Felps: What the fuck is this, dude?) GM: Do a roll. Shoot. Alan: Success, success. 13. (GM: OK, she shoots Brian) but she has to succeed. Kalera: What was it again? GM: Shooting, Firearms. Handgun. Luis: Please, not a disaster. Otherwise I'm screwed. GM: If it's
a disaster the weapon jams. Luis: Pardon, Father. Kalera: Failure. GM: You miss the shot. You see Erin turning with a revolver in hand and: [pow], she shoots a bullet... (R: What the fuck?!) GM: ...that passes by the four of you. Brian's like: Brian: What the fuck?! What the fuck?! F: What the fuck Luis: I want to run. I try to run and reach to grab her hand. Like, the gun. (Felps: I step back...) GM: Are you gonna keep fighting, Erin? (Felps: ...in shock.) GM: We can roll an Initiative. (Kalera: What?) Kalera: What? GM: Do you
want to roll initiative? Alan: I want to try to disarm her. Kalera: No, no, calm down. I'm in shock. GM: Alright. You see her shoot and getting nervous that she missed, and you come running to her. What do you do? Alan: I want to try to disarm her. (Luis: I'll...) Felps: I stay behind. I step backwards a bit. (Luis: I'll shout:) F: Get off! Luis: Then I'll come at her diagonal and I'll grab onto her hand. Like, I don't want to lower the gun, I just want to grab onto her hand (GM: OK.) Luis: and
look at her. GM: You see she's frozen with the handgun in hand. F: Erin, what is going on? E: I have to... I have to... I have to... I have to kill someone. I have to kill someone. F: What do you mean, you have to kill someone? (E: So we can...) F: What happened? Tell me, quickly. E: I had 15 seconds to choose someone to kill! Erin: I couldn't think, I'm in shock! Luis: Wow, can I roll Intelligence, Master? (GM: Why?) Luis: It's that I thought of something, but... (GM: You can roll, you can roll.)
Luis: I... I don't know if I'm this smart. GM: Okay. Johnny. Johnny and Rubens, (Luis: I failed, forget it) GM: you arrive, Brian arrives too, and you see this room, the box, the mirrors. And the television turns on. (Alan: I start to...) ???: Well, [maniacal laughter]. For our Grand Finale, the key to the exit. In the end, it seems like our biggest enemies are inside ourselves, right? [maniacal laughter] Good luck. I'll be waiting for the winner on the other side. GM: And the screen turns off. (Ru: If...) Alan: Ok. So while... Luis: I want to
get the gun from Erin's hand. (Alan: When the screen turns off...) Kalera: She... Luis: What does Erin do? Kalera: I let him. I'm in shock. Alan: Yeah. I point at her, and say: Joh: Take that gun out of her hand. E: I'm sorry guys. (F: I got it. Relax.) Alan: Ok. Then I... (F: It's already with me.) Alan: I want to take a look around the room. I want to get close to this mirror, take a look at it... GM: Roll Finding, please. Alan: I got... Normal, 16. GM: You can... You look on the side,
like this, and you see that it sticks out a little from the wall. There's nothing behind this mirror. There's only a wall behind it. Felps: Ok. I go to this other one because I saw where Johnny was going. I say: Ru: Johnny, mirror! GM: Okay... Alan: Then since I saw the other one, I look it over, run my hand through it... Then I see that there's nothing, there's only a wall, so I head towards the other one and I want to look at it too. GM: Okay, you can roll a Finding, both of you. With
advantage for both. Felps: Okay, I'll roll a Finding. Alan: Oh, 13. Fail. GM: But you have an advantage, roll once more. Alan: Okay. Felps: Two, fail... [laughs] One more then... Alan: 11, fail too. GM: Ok... GM: And Rubens? Felps: 11, normal success. GM: Rubens, it's here. You can see some (Felps: It's here?) GM: strange things. Something... Felps: Okay, I look over and say: Ru: Johnny. Johnny, come here. Felps: You get a little closer... Alan: Ok, I come a little closer. Ru: Johnny, it's here. It's in this place. Joh: Okay... Ru: We prepared for this. Alan:
Alright. I turn to him and say: Joh: So... Let's finish what we came here to do. Kalera: Are we hearing this? GM: Yes. Felps: Uh... Ok. We turn and… Alan: I turn to them... (Ru: Johnny, you wanna say it?) Joh: I do. Alan: I turn to them... (Ru: Okay.) Alan: As I turn to them, Uh... Do I have my pocket knife hidden in my sock? GM: No, but you feel like you can open it with your fingers if you want. Alan: Yeah, okay, that works. Then I start to unbutton my shirt and I say... Felps:
I'm already in shock at what's about to happen. (Alan: I say...) I start to unbutton my shirt and I say... Brian: What's going on? What's going on? GM: Brian is looking at you. (Alan: I say:) Joh: Shut up! Alan: I say to him. I say: Joh: It was kinda nice working with you guys. F: What are you going to do, Johnny? Joh: I'm not going to do anything. I'll get us out of here. Alan: I take my shirt off... GM: You see that he has a well-defined chest, he's very muscular. (Alan: Yeah.) Luis: [whistles] Alan:
I throw it to Rubens... Felps: I take it. Alan: And then... They can see I have a (Ru: Oh my God.) Alan: a scar right here from... Between my ribs, I would say. GM: Wait, let me just refresh your camera. It's lagging. Yeah, you guys can see that there is a very recent and stitched up scar on his ribs. It's very big. Alan: Yeah, then I start looking at this scar to build up, not courage, but to set a mysterious mood, and I say: Felps: I say: Ru: Go, Johnny! Joh: You asked too few questions,
you know? You really thought we were bounty hunters? Alan: Then I start to stick my finger into this newly formed scar and open it up with my finger. GM: You see the blood flowing, like this. [screech] Alan: Yeah. I start tearing it. Then I make kind of a pained face, but… [groan] Ru: This feels worse than when you put it there, bro. Alan: Yeah. Then I hold it open and shove my fingers inside, all three fingers of my right hand. (GM: You lose one HP, ok?) Alan: Alright. GM: Keep going. Keep going. (Luis: I want
to point the gun at him.) GM: All right, all right. Alan: Okay, okay. Then I [grunts] take it out of me, and say: Joh: You're from the Order, right? GM: You... Joh: So are we. Alan: I say: Joh: So are we. And we're going to get you out of here, okay? Alan: Then I get this fragmented grenade made of fragments... GM: Erin, you recognize it as an explosive. It's a small, little fragmentation explosive that is well compressed, with a device for... Uh... For turning it on next to it. Ru: Grenade. Alan: Then I push the
button, like this, and say: Joh: You guys better step back a little bit. Alan: And I throw it with all my might into the mirror. Kalera: I pull Fer over here. Like... GM: It's not that big. It's a small grenade. It's not that big, don't worry. Kalera: Regardless, I don't want him to get hurt at all. GM: You see him getting it and he... [peeps] You hear the device making a little noise. He throws it in the direction of the mirror, it hits it and [shatter]. Fragments fly everywhere. Some shards of glass fly towards him
who's just standing there, smiling, and behind the mirror... My God... Hold on, I fucked up. (Luis: He erased the map...) Alan: I killed everyone. Kalera: You deleted the map. GM: I fucked up. I fucked up. Luis: We are all going: No! No... GM: It's okay, we're back, we're back from the dead. Felps: We're back... GM: And behind the mirror... You guys see two men sitting on chairs, some monitors, and a secret room hidden behind the mirror. They both look startled... ???: What is this?! [shattering] GM: And glass shards fly in their direction. They jump back,
and I'll ask all of you to roll Initiative now. You'll begin your escape from this place. Alan: Ok, I rolled here... Fail, seven. GM: Actually, not yet, not yet, because these men, they see this happening and: ???: Oh my God! GM: Both start running away. They are in some sort of cubicle, (Luis: Just because I got normal, man.) GM: with countless of screens, and monitors, and keyboards, and chairs, and they start running away. This one pushes the chair a bit to the side, and they go up a hallway here, on the left. This one as
well. They are very similar to the guy you met earlier, and they run away. You lose sight of them. Alan: Ok... I want to run after them. (GM: They weren't expecting this.) Alan: Ok. I turn to them and ask if everyone’s okay. I say: Joh: Are you guys okay? E: Guys I’m sorry... Sorry, I’m not alright, but I’ll be okay. Sorry, I didn’t want to kill anyone. Ru: Let's get out of here, for the love of God! (Alan: I say:) Joh: You’ll understand everything later. Alan: Then I hold my hand out to Rubens to ask
for my shirt back. Felps: I give it back to you. Alan: He gives the shirt back, and I don’t put it on. I put it kinda... On my pants. I stay shirtless, and I want to jump here, where the guys were. GM: You jump, and you see in a corner, thrown next to many backpacks and guns... All of your equipment are next to it. Felps: Hmm... Ok, I go and pass under the table. (Joh: Our equipment is here!) Alan: Theirs too? GM: Yes, of everyone that's there. Alan: Alright. Felps: Ok. GM: You also see a
black backpack... (Ru: Man, there they are!) GM: With some... With a laptop and some notebooks thrown aside, which belongs to Brian, and he: Brian: Oh my God... Brian: Oh my God, what's happening... Oh! GM: And he comes jumping over here. He starts picking up his stuff an put on the backpack. Alan: Ok. Then I say that here's everyone's stuff... (Luis: I jump too.) GM: You start to equip. You get your items back. Uh... What guns do you guys have? Alan: So I have... Kalera: I have a shotgun. (Alan: I have...) I have a glock. GM:
Okay... Alan: I have a medium knife that stays in a holster on my chest... Uh... I have a switchblade that I hide inside my sock, and a bat, right? Is it still with me? GM: Yes, you still have the bat. Alan: That’s what I have. Felps: Ok, I have a glock and a medium knife. GM: Okay... (Felps: And a bat.) GM: Uh... Fernando, you pick up your items. You still have the rifle and everything else. Luis: I have the rifle, I have… Let me see if I have… The glock isn’t with me. (GM: That’s it.)
Erin, you also brought the shotgun, right? Kalera: Mhm. GM: Ok. So you also grab the shotgun... (Kalera: I have the 12 gauge.) GM: And all of get ready and equip yourselves. You see those two occultists going up and going somewhere you can't see. They make a turn. This stair goes up (Alan: While they...) GM: and makes a right, and goes to a room. It’s a well lit staircase. Felps: Okay. Alan: Ok, then I… I look at them and say: Joh: Let's finish this. Ru: Let’s go! Alan: And I want to slowly climb the stairs with
my gun already drawn. GM: Okay. Kalera: I approach Brian and say: E: I'm going to let… Stay behind me, I'll… I'm going to... I know you might not trust me, but… Brian: I trust you guys 100%. What's happening? I just want to get out of here. E: We’ll get you out of here alive. Brian: Okay. I’ll stay here. (E: Just stay back.) Brian: Just don’t die, please. Luis: I’m shaking a little because... (E: Stay behind me.) Luis: Since I just got everything… I even left... I left the bat aside. (GM: Mhm.) Because it’s too heavy.
I... Put on the backpack. I’m kind of shaking, like this, trying to carry everything, but I’m going. GM: Okay. Luis: I’m a little slow. GM: You start to go up… (Kalera: Is the handgun with me) or with Fe? GM: The things are sorted based on what was with you. (Luis: I have it.) Kalera: No, the handgun… (Luis: I have it.) Kalera: Okay. Luis: It's with me. Kalera: Ok, it's with you. Luis: The one that you... That you had in your hand? It's with me. (Kalera: Mhm. Mhm, ok.) Luis: I just follow them. (Alan: Then...) I
go up the stairs first with my gun on my hand. (Felps: Yeah, we go up.) GM: You all start to go up these stairs that have this pink neon on them, and the first one that sees this is Johnny. Finally, Johnny, you see countless… (Felps: The screen is not showing) on the live. GM: Yes, I'm showing it. With countless of these occultists, hidden behind rubble on the place that you just arrived. Some of them are armed, but the main one amongst them has a motorcycle helmet on, and he appears to have metallic coils coming from
behind his back. He has metallic hoops on his arms and all are... All of this emanates lightning. He has neon lights and a neon painted skull as well. You can hear coming from the desperate occultists: ???: Warden, what's happening? What about the Host? What is this? GM: You hear coming from inside the helmet: ???: I don’t... I don't know what's happening, but they won’t pass through here! GM: And, now, I’ll ask you all to roll for Initiative for me. Luis: I had already rolled a Regular… Asshole. (Alan: Mine was a…) Pff… Failed. Two. Felps: 12,
Regular Success. Kalera: Fumble. (Luis: I got a Regular.) GM: Let’s go, one at a time. Firstly, the Extremes. No one, okay. Let me roll it for them. Alright, the Goods. Nobody got a Good? (Alan: No, I failed.) Felps: Regular Success. (GM: Right, Regulars?) Felps: Regular, me. (GM: Okay, so…) Uhm, Fernando and Rubens... Rubens has more Dexterity and afterwards is Fernando. Then we'll have... our buddies, then Johnny and Erin. Who has the biggest Dexterity? Alan: Let me see… I have nine. (Kalera: 14.) GM: Right, so Erin first, then it’s Johnny. Kalera: But I got a Fumble...
GM: Fumble? Then Johnny, and then Erin. Alan: Okay. Rubens, you are the first one. Felps: Okay, I just see everyone... Are they hiding? GM: All of them have a cover. You can take cover to try and dodge bullets and get less damage in case you are shot. Felps: So, like, if I head towards this corner? (GM: You’ll be covered, yes.) Felps: Can I hit these guys here, on this side? (GM: Yes, yes...) And these two have no cover. Actually, this one over here is using her as a cover. Felps: Which one, this one? (GM: This...
this guy...) has this girl as cover. (Felps: Oh, okay...) So I’ll run towards here, and already do a little check just to have a view of everyone. Just to check what’s over there. (Luis: A little streak.) and then I shoot. At this person. (GM: Okay, at this woman...) You see that all of them have, somewhere, The Host’s symbol printed. Felps: Oh, okay, I’ll say: Ru: We can’t allow this! Shoot! Felps: Then I shoot. GM: Keywords [laugh]. Everyone: [Laughing] Felps: Which one is it, Fighting? GM: Firearms... (Felps: Firearms...) GM: Handgun. (Felps: Handgun, okay.) I shoot. Five,
Failed. GM: You miss the shot. And you don’t have Advantage in any way, You, you got... Just to warn Felps and Alan, you can attempt to shoot more than once, but then both attacks have Disadvantage. Which means you'll roll twice and pick the worst result for each attack. You can do this up to three times. (Felps: Mhmm.) After Rubens... is Fernando. Luis: After Fernando heard the shot, he... No? GM: Exactly what I was going to say now, good point. I want you to roll a check for Power. Luis: I don’t know what I need to
do... GM: You have to roll a Power check now, and you have to Fail. Luis: I Failed. (GM: You start...) to feel nervous, and finally feel yourself losing control, and then he shows up. Your eyes change [puff]. (Alan: The Hulk?) GM: And you wake up with this shooting noise right ahead. Luis: I check my surroundings, look behind me and see Erin. L: Erin, what is going on? E: Kill everything. L: Ok, but... kill who? (GM: You see ahead of you...) Two armed men that you don't know. (E: No! No!) ...The, these [stuttering]... Uh, is friend!
These two are our friends. Hold on. (L: Right, both ahead are friends, OK.) E: Yes. (Luis: I move ahead...) Behind the... Man over here. (GM: Rubens.) Who's name you don't know. Luis: I check over to see what is happening... And I try to crouch and shoot this first person over here. GM: Let me remove Fernando and put Luciano in his place. Right, who are you going to shoot? Luis: I’ll shoot this girl down here. (GM: OK, you can shoot...) And you can't take cover here, yeah? You need to come here, otherwise you might shoot Rubens,
or you’ll have a Disadvantage. Or you can shoot covered, but you’ll have Disadvantage for Rubens' position. Luis: So, what I had pictured was that I could crouch here... kind of sideways, and… (GM: Yeah, but then he’s in front of you...) I’d have a Disadvantage, then. (GM: Yeah.) GM: You can move a little towards here, lose the cover and shoot without it. Luis: Alright, I got a Good Success. (GM: Alright, with Disadvantage.) Luis: The other one was an Extreme [laughter]. (GM: Okay, so...) You can deal the damage for your Good Success. Luis: 2d6... And I got
10. (GM: 10?...) This one over here, okay, you hit the nail and kills her. She’s struck once and falls dead on the floor. ((Ru: Holy shit!) Didn’t even get a chance, it was a headshot. (Felps: I look because It's behind me and:...) Ru: Holy shit, good one! (Alan: I say:) Joh: Nice shot. Luis: I shoot and come back here for cover. GM: Yeah, you were already here. Now it’s them. This guy sees the woman in front of him dying: (???: My God! Warden, warden!) GM: And he comes running behind this pile of rubble. This guy
comes here and tries to shoot Rubens. With his silenced pistol. Rubens, you may try to Dodge. Felps: Dodge, okay... Dodging, let me see here… Dodge... Dodge, I got a two, Failed. GM: He misses anyway, the shot hits [pshh] the corner of your cover and doesn’t hit you. This woman that’s on the back comes running towards the front and hides behind here, and it looks like she starts to glow a bit stronger, and I’ll ask you Rubens to make a test of Power for me. Felps: Power... Uhm, Power... 10. Failed. (GM: Failed?) You receive... Three damage
in Sanity. You feel a strong and indescribable headache. There are awful thoughts, bizarre ideas that afflicts you from inside and makes your head hurt a lot. You lose three Sanity points. (Ru: Arrgh!) Felps: Three, okay. I'm kinda crouched, in shock. (GM: This guy on the back ran off,) and he will try o shoot you, but he has Disadvantage. Let’s see. You can try to Dodge again. Felps: Okay... (GM: Right.) No need, he misses it. He misses the shot as well, [Skrrr] his bullet hits next to where his friend’s had hit before. And this guy... Comes
ahead, walking. He stops here. and you see [buzzing] the metal coils, with electricity, on his back getting even stronger. And you need to roll me a Constitution check... Rubens. Felps: Damn it, man... I’ll say: Ru: Dude, I'm doomed! Felps: 18, Good Success. (GM: Good? Let’s see.) GM: Okay! You will get half of the damage I’ll say now. You resist his attack well. Three… you take one damage point. Damn! [Laughs] You see it... You start to feel the electricity surging inside your body, it [tzzzz], but you resist a lot and only receive one damage. (Ru: Arggh!
Ouch!) Felps: My god, I’m tanking a lot. (GM: You're going through a lot.) Now... Everyone’s done right? You, you, everyone. It’s Johnny. Luis: Damn, he’s tiny but resilient. [Laughter] (Felps: Right, damn.) Alan: Okay, can I run and stop behind this table? Like, run off, slide on the floor and turn this table (GM: You can. Yeah.) Alan: so I can stay in cover behind it? (GM: Yeah.) Alan: Okay, so that’s what I’m going to do. I’ll run off, [clomping], slide here on the floor and I flip the table right away. Hell yeah, baby. I turn the
table and take cover behind it, and can I shoot as well? (GM: Yeah, you can.) I'll try to turn the table a little. Alan: Okay. This dude with the coils. Can I aim at his coils? GM: Uhm, you can... You can. You need a... an Extreme to hit exactly on them if you want that, but you can shoot him in general. Alan: Okay. So if I get an Extreme I can hit the coils? (GM: You can hit the coils, exactly.) Alan: Okay so I’ll shoot him and we’ll see what happens. GM: You hurl it, and
you all see a bunch of electronic pieces, paper, maps, a laptop [woosh] being thrown forward and falling on top of this woman’s dead body over there. Alan: Okay, and which one is the shooting one again? GM: It’s Firearms, Handgun. Alan: Handgun, okay. And I roll one, right? GM: Roll, yeah, 1d20. Alan: I rolled it. Damn, Failed. (GM: You miss the shot...) You can’t hit it. You attempt to aim at the coils, they are moving a lot, and you miss it [whizzes] and goes straight back. (Alan: Okay.) Now... It’s Erin. (Kalera: [In Spanish] It’s me!) I
approach over here, take cover, on the cover. (GM: Okay...) ...If you shoot you’ll have Disadvantage, with Firearms. Kalera: Let me see. Can I run towards that table as well? GM: No, you were pretty far, you got the entire staircase to climb. You can’t reach, if you run you’ll stop around here. Kalera: And what if I move behind here? GM: You can use that as a cover, yes. Kalera: Oh, okay, then. I attempt to shoot this guy over here. GM: Okay, with the shotgun? Kalera: With the shotgun. (GM: You can shoot.) Kalera: It’s the 10 meters
range, right? Kalera: 11. GM: No, you have to roll the attack first. Kalera: Oh! Uh... Failed. (GM: You hit plenty of the cover [thwack]) and hits only... Only the rubble that are in front of him you don't hit him. (Kalera: I forgot it.) Now it’s Rubens. Felps: Okay, I already can move towards the table as well, right? (GM: Yes.) And it's turned over. Just a reminder. (Felps: Okay, I’ll go...) Felps: It’s, like, over here? (GM: It’s a turned wooden table, exactly.) Alan: It’s turned so we can use as cover. (Felps: Oh, so it’s turned forward.)
GM: Yeah, yes. it’s turned vertically. (Felps: Forward. Okay, okay...) I’ll turn over here, uh, I turn here, and then move here, and I’ll already say to Johnny: Ru: So dude, which one is better to hit? I think… the dude over there, right? The badass one, that electrocuted me. It hurt. [laughs] Alan: Yeah, so, I’ll tell him: Jh: Dude, if we manage to destroy those coils, I think he won’t be able to do anything. Felps: Okay, then I try to shoot, after I heard that. GM: Okay, go ahead, shoot. You’ll shoot just once? (Felps: Let me
see…) Ahn, I think I’ll try to shoot twice. GM: Alright, then roll twice for both of them. Felps: Okay. GM: And then you pick the worst result for each one. Felps: Alright, the first one is 18. Good. I’ll roll again for the first shoot… 2, failed. GM: Alright, you missed the first. Felps: Alright, and the second one… yeah, 11. Failed. GM: Okay, you missed the first? You missed both shots. You tried hitting both of them, but again you aimed at the coils and the coils are pretty hard to hit. Luciano. (Felps: Uhum.) Luis: Alright, ahm,
if I come here, do I have anyone in sight? GM: You have the sight of, ahn, Erin is here... You have sight of everyone, in fact, from this angle. Luis: I want to shoot anyone. GM: At whom do you shoot? Luis: It can be... It can be this one here, that is in front of the guy. GM: Alright, you can shoot. Luis: Good. GM: Roll the damage. Luis: 9. GM: 9 of damage? You hit his chest [SPISH] and deal good damage, but it doesn’t kill. Alan: Which one did you hit? Felps: This one over here.
Alan: This one? GM: Alright. Luis: Once I shoot, I hide here again and say: L: Erin, be careful! E: Alright, eh, I’ll try! GM: Alright, now it’s them. This dude, he’s seeing you are trying to hit his coils. He will come running [PUW PUW PUW], and will jump over the barricade and fall on top of you two, and he will [SE SHHH] start to tremble and shock the area around you. Alan: Do I get to have any reaction? GM: Both of you can dodge. Felps: Dodge. (Alan: Alright.) I can’t fight back, right? With my bat
or something like that? GM: Ahn... (Felps: Regular success.) GM: You can fight back, yes, because he’s in yours… No, in fact this is a ritual, Luis: He’s not holding the thing in his hand, right? GM: He’s using a ritual. So you can only dodge. Alan: It's Dexterity? Or is it just Dodge? GM: It’s Dodge. Felps: Regular. GM: How was it, Felps? GM: Regular? You… Felps: 14. GM: Let’s see if you can dodge. Alan: Mine was 19. Good. (GM: Good?) OK, both will remove half of what I’ll get now. 8. 4. This would kill you, Felps.
If you hadn’t dodged. (Felps: So…) GM: You manage to jump backwards a little, from his area [DSUH], you receive 4 of damage each one. You are electrocuted, a bolt comes from him [TZUS] it’s almost like the lightning bolts from the Tesla Coils like this [TZU TZU TZU] and it hits you with everything and you two receive one of the most powerful shocks that you ever felt in your life, it’s… Alan: I took 4 of damage then? (GM: Yeah.) It’s devastating. Now… oh, no. There’s the other ones, they will all… this woman, she’ll try… Okay. You
see her shaking [TZUS] one more time her arm starts looking like that guy’s, it starts to become transparent with it's matter a bit strange, and the claws. Her hands start to become longer claws like this in this kind of indescribable matter, and she comes running... and tries to attack Erin. L: What the fuck is that?! GM: Erin, you can try to Dodge, Fight Back or Block. Luis: Attack her, she’s dying. Attack! Kalera: I will… Luis: [PO PO PO]. Kalera: I will Fight Back. Firearm, right? (Luis: Yes!) GM: No, it’s Fighting (Brawl) to Fight Back physically.
Luis: [SCREAM]. Kalera: Oh yeah? (GM: Yeah.) Luis: I thought she could use the gun. (Kalera: I will Dodge, then.) GM: Okay, you can Dodge. Luis: Ah! Block works with a gun, right, Master? GM: No, Block is every Fighting (Brawl) physically. Kalera: Extreme. (GM: Extreme?) Nice one. You see her arriving towards you, you receive no physical damage but the claws hit you and you receive sanity damage. You lose 4 points of sanity. Luis: Ouch... ouch ouch. GM: But this doesn’t cause you any physical damage. You hold on and you see both claws [SIHU] kind of entering
you, you feel their weird consistency. And these two will shoot. One will shoot Erin and the other Luciano. Dodge, both of you, since both have covers. Luis: Hm, where is it? Failed. GM: Okay, and Erin? Erin, before you Dodge, I’ll ask you- alright, you already Dodged. Kalera: Extreme. GM: Since you got a 20, I will allow you to choose if you want to use this one as Dodge or the barricade, the trash. If you want to use the girl or the trash. Kalera: The girl. GM: The girl? Okay, you’ll receive half of the damage because
of it, but she’ll receive the damage as well. You receive... 1 of damage, and she blocks 5 of the 6 you were going to receive. [PSHUT] she receives a shot from the back. You had already hit a shot on her before, didn’t you? She had gotten, yeah- (Luis: I dealt damage, 9). GM: She dies with that shot [PSHUT] you feel the bullet going through her, through the heart [PUFF] and then hitting you, it hurts you a little bit, and she dies in your arms, like this. ???: [PAINED GRUNTS]. GM: And then she falls dead. Now…
Luciano Dodged, (Luis: There’s me, there’s me.) The shot didn’t reach you, he missed. And now it’s Johnny Tabasco. In melee combat... (Alan: Alright, I will-) GM: you all have advantage on the shots, since it’s point-blank. Felps: Oh okay. Alan: Alright, then I want to, bro… since we are close, I want to come very close to her put the gun against the head of this one, and shoot. GM: Alright, you have an advantage. You can take two shots without any disadvantage. Alan: Alright, hold on. What name is it again? It’s guns right? GM: Firearm, handgun, yep.
(Alan: Handgun.) Alright, I’ll give two shots. I roll it twice right? (GM: Yes.) Alan: Good success, 17. GM: Okay, that’s the first one. Alan: The second… 3, failed. GM: OK, you get on the first one. You can deal the damage. Alan: 8. GM: 8? Alan: Yep. GM: You hit right on the… you put the gun against the helmet and [POW] you shoot right on this cracked area, which reveals a bit of the face and you see bleeding a lot since you basically ripped the dude’s face off. He looks kind of old. (Felps: Holy shit.) GM:
He seems really strong, his veins are popping. 8 of damage, alright, okay. He’s still resisting plenty. (Alan: Alright.) GM: Ahn, now it’s Erin Parker’s turn. Kalera: I will… I will attack this dude over here. GM: The one ahead of you or the other one? Okay. Kalera: Do I… have sight of both? GM: You have sight of both, but both also have covers. Kalera: Alright, I’ll attack this one here. GM: Okay. Luis: You have the shotgun, right? Kalera: Yes. GM: But in this distance it’s the same damage. Luis: Alright. GM: It’s 10 meters. In fact, the
other one didn’t see it, I’d say that… But if you succeed, I will allow it. It’s ten meters, yes, go ahead. Kalera: Good success.. GM: Okay, you can deal the damage. Ru: I’m dying, Johnny. Joh: Me too. Kalera: 11. GM: 11 of damage? Kalera: Yep. GM: You explode his face, just like a watermelon [PSHIU] and he drops dead on the floor. Felps: Damn, nice one. GM: He had poked his head out a to peek and [PSHIU] received a shot from a shotgun straight to the head. Felps: Holy shit, man. I’m very scared. GM: Rubens. Luis:
I wanna scream at her: L: Erin, get down! Kalera: I immediately crouch, dunno. Alan: And I want to scream from back here as well. While I shoot that one on the face, I wanna scream: Jh: A little help here, fuck’s sake! Alan: I scream from here. Kalera: I have the shotgun, I have the shotgun. E: I have the shotgun, I can’t! Otherwise I might explode you guys too! GM: End of chat. You’re done. Now it’s Rubens. Felps: Alright, I will… I will try to shoot two point-blank shots as well. GM: Okay, go ahead. Two shots
without disadvantage. Two normal shots. (Alan: Big Ru, never… I never doubted it!) Felps: Alright, let’s go. Alan: One bullet in each. GM: First shot. Felps: First shot, failed... (GM: You missed. Second shot.) Felps: Second shot, Regular success. GM: You can deal the damage of the second shot. Felps: Alright, the second shot, here… The damage is... 2. GM: 2 of damage? You attempt to put the same thing Johnny did, but your gun slips a bit on the helmet. One of them kind of grazes him and the other one misses. 2 of damage. (Felps: Dammit, this sucks.)
Jh: Fuck, Rubens! Ru: Oh shit, I’m not good at this. GM: Luciano is the next one. Luis: I’m already aiming on that one over there, I asked Erin to lower herself, and I wanna shoot. (GM: OK.) Luis: On the big guy over here. GM: Go ahead. GM: There's no disadvantage because Rubens is here, so you have the direct straight line. Luis: Regular. GM: Okay, you hit it, deal the damage. Luis: 5. GM: 5 of damage? You hit right on his ribs, you all hear coming from inside the helmet, echoing: [URGH] ???: Son of a bitch!
GM: But he’s on his feet still, he’s pretty tough. Felps: This asshole just won’t die, dude! For fuck’s sake! GM: He will look, when he took the shot, (Alan: It just won’t die!) you see his eye now, Johnny, Looking at you, and he will try to punch you. He will try to hold your face like this- in fact, he won’t punch you, he’ll try to grab your face and shove it against the wall. Alan: Alright, can I do anything? Can I fight- GM: You can fight back, dodge or block. Alan: I want to fight back,
what can I do? With my club? Would be that in this case. GM: Uhn, you don’t have the club in your hands. You may try to punch him back. Alan: Alright, and the gun? Can I use it for something? GM: No. Alan: No? GM: It’s physical. Alan: Alright, I want to fight back GM: Go ahead. Alan: Which one do I roll? GM: It’s fighting, brawl. Alan: Please lord of dice, give me strength. Success, 12. GM: You manage to fight him back. He attempts to grab your head, what do you do? Alan: When he tries to
grab my head, I manage- I place my head a bit to the side like this and I go ahead and strike right on the hole of the- GM: You gun butt him like, with the gun right on his eye. Alan: With the gun in hand? GM: Yes. Alan: Alright, so I want to gun butt him. GM: You can use 1d3 plus 1d4 of damage. Alan: Won’t even be a gun butt, I want to shove the gun barrel like this, you know? (GM: Yeah, yeah.) 1d3 plus 1d4. Luis: On the eye. Alan: Yep. GM: Go ahead
and already take your shot because you are next. Alan: Okay, so I roll punching, is that right? GM: That’s right, damage- punch damage first. Alan: Okay, let me see… I got a 5. GM: 5 of damage, alright. Uhn, while this happened, this guy over here will try to shoot Erin. Erin you may dodge- (Luis: But Erin is crouched). GM: She’s in cover, but he’ll shoot her. This doesn’t justify anything. Ahn, Erin… Luis: The dude will try to pierce through it, man. Kalera: Failed. GM: How much HP did you have? Kalera: 5. Luis: 5. GM: I’m
fooling around, I got a 1. The gun locks [trick] and nothing comes out. Uhn, now yes. Kalera: Oh my God! GM: Johnny. You shove the gun on his eye [puff], and you feel it piercing and almost bursting his eye. In fact, you explode his eye [puff], you see his eye exploding, and you may shoot with an advantage. Alan: Alright, just… Do I roll the damage with advantage? GM: You may shoot with advantage. Alan: Ah, just shoot then. GM: Yes. Luis: Don’t fumble, don’t fumble, don’t fumble. (Felps: Yes, just don’t fumble). Alan: Fuck, man. Alright, rolled.
11, success. GM: Alright, okay. Alan: I'll roll it again, right? GD: For the second one, yes. Alan: Ok. Felps: Now it already happened, yes. Alan: 1, fumble. GM: Alright, on the second shot the gun locks. Deal the damage of your first shot. Alan: The damage of the first shot was a 3. GM: 3 of damage? Alan: Uhum. GM: Johnny, you defend yourself when he attempts to grab your hand. You, pissed, takes advantage of it and shoves the barrel of the gun on his eye [pishu] exploding his eye and then you just pull the trigger [pishu]
[push] and the back part of his helmet explodes and he [puft] falls dead on your arms [plush]. Ru: Holy shit Johnny, damn. Alan: So then I say: Joh: Calm down, Rubens, calm down! We’ll get out of this. GM: At that, the guy looks. ???: W-warden? Warden?! GM: And then he tries to run off, but it’s Erin’s turn. Kalera: I’m coming. Alan: I shout from the back: Joh: Kill that son of a bitch! Kalera: Failed. GM: Okay, you were going to hit, but you missed. Rubens, your turn. Kalera: I was aiming… Felps: Ahn, well, I’m very
debilitated, aff. GM: He’s trying to run away. He’s trying to escape, yeah. (Felps: Ahn, he’s heading outside?) Felps: It’s- It’s- I… Alan: I give Ru a little push. I say: Joh: Go, Rubens! (L: Rubens?!) Luis: I scream. L: Rubens?! Leave it to me! Luis: [Laughter] No, kidding. Felps: No, no. And I walk here to the front, because he’s trying to run away. GM: Aham. Felps: Kind of staggering, I pick up my gun and try to shoot him, GM: Aham, you may attack. Alan: [Laughter]. Felps: Alright, let’s see. GM: Could it be? Felps: Normal success. GM:
You may do the damage. Felps: Okay. Luis: 1. (Felps: Okay, okay,) 4. GM: 4 of damage? You hit him on the ribs, he: ???: Ouch ouch ouch ouch! GM: And [push] continues to bleed, but doesn’t die. Now it’s Luciano. He’s almost crossing the door. (Luis: I will just give- I will just… ) I will round here all chill and say: L: Bye Luis: And then shoot. GM: Go ahead, you may shoot. Luis: Extreme [Laughter]. Felps: Damn. He’ll become goo. GM: Luciano, please, describe how you desire to kill him. You can describe him dying too Luis:
I see Rubens shooting- I see Rubens shooting and hitting him on the ribs, him saying “ouch”, like this, and then I go to the side, like that, with a nonchalant expression, and then I say: L: Bye. Luis: And just shoot him on the head. GM: [Pshiu] He drops dead and slides through the floor, leaving a trail of blood [pshi] until the exit. And you see all these occultists dead and plenty of documents thrown around along with a laptop on the floor. GM: All of you are hurt, (Kalera: Uhn.) but free. Like that, Brian appears, looking
around. Brian: Guys, is everything OK? Luis: I… I desperately aim backwards and… L: Who are you?! Brian: Oh goodness gracious, what?! Who am I…? I was…?! E: Relax! Relax. It’s Brian, it’s alright, everyone’s alright… here. Alan: I walk from behind the table kind of, wow, hurt right? Since I got hit as hell, then I say: (E: Lu, he...) Joh: You’re free, kid. Alan: I'll tell him. Brian: I am…? E: He’s with us, Lu. Brian: Can I leave? Luis: I have my gun in my hands. Brian: Your eyes changed. L: It’s alright brat. It's alright. (Ru:
But…) you didn’t see him before? I’m so confused. R: Eh, relax. L: I have no time to explain, but who are you people? Alan: I say. Joh: Rubens, do you want to explain it to him or you rather I say it? Ru: Go ahead, I’m all hurt. Alan: Then I say: Joh: Well… Alan: Master, you’ll have to help me if I say some wrong shit. GM: I’ll rectify it, don’t worry. Alan: Okay, okay. Kalera: Meanwhile, can I keep checking their bodies to check this tech they were using? (GM: Alright, we’ll… I’ll say it later, go
ahead.) Alan: Alright, then I’ll speak louder so she can hear as well, okay? Kalera: Okay. (GM: Go ahead.) Alan: I say: Joh: Well, we are from the Order as well, we are… we left our… we were captured on purpose, because we were investigating this cult, someone called The Host, and it’s something from the deep web man, that brought people that played these sick games over here. We even went through one of these, and by coincidence you were captured by them, and we couldn’t reveal that we were from the Order before because we couldn’t trust you,
unfortunately, so I apologize for lying to you guys, but we made a pretty good team, yeah? But we are from the Order as well. Rubens over here, we work together for a while now. He’s the head of our duo, and I… Ru: I’m just the head because, it hurts! Joh: And I pave our path in the base of strength. With a little bit of luck as well, I’d say. Luis: I just scream towards Erin. L: Can I trust them?! E: Eh yeah, I think so. Alan: I say... I turn to him and say: Joh: Dude,
there’s no need... after everything we've been through, you still can’t trust us? I don’t know whom you are going to trust. L: I went through nothing with you. E: Uh… Luis: I say that, lower my gun and walk. GM: Luciano, roll me an intelligence test, please. Alan: Yeah, I stare at Rubens, seeming a bit lost. Felps: Yeah, and I’m like, what…? Luis: Yeah, 11, failed. (E: Yeah, so…) GM: Johnny, roll me an intelligence test. I want to check something. Alan: Ah, me? (GM: Yes.) [LAUGHTER] Alan: Bro, I thought you had told Fernando to do it.
Intelligence? GM: Yes. Alan: Got a 7, failure. GM: Alright, you do not remember each other. Luis: So… E: Ah, well, so this is how it goes, uh… they showed up here, we…. uhn, Fer. Fer was with me, then Lu, we showed up here and got captured. They were as well, and we were locked and then needed to go through these tests to be able to leave this place. Joh: Yes, exactly. E: Basically...Basically, was some kind of show. (Joh: Basically that) Joh: It’s a show from an entity called The Host, and I think we already got
to speak to him through the TV. Not speak, hear. Joh: And it is a sickening little game (E: No, alright, but…) Joh: and you were captured and participated in it along with us. Ru: We kind of fell onto this on purpose, it’s not for nothing- (Joh: Yeah...) we were already following our investigation, the one we are after for a while now, and my friend Rubens over here found a clue… a clue with Samuel, and we were without... Joh: Without this clue, but we made sacrifices. I show my fingers, (Ru: Exactly) and show that I’m lacking
two. E: And did Samuel know if this building? Alan: Master? GM: No. This isn’t the place where you got kidnapped, it was somewhere else. Alan: Alright (Kalera: Oh okay.) Joh: No, I didn't know. E: Okay, okay. Luis: Okay, while he’s talking I crouch near this body and start looking for something. Kalera: Oh, I was going to... give a check between the bodies. (Luis: Try to find documents, wallet.) GM: You all notice Brian, he seems intrigued. Brian: What is the Order? What is…? E: Eh, alright, so… Here's the deal, it’s something pretty crazy, you don’t know
to be aware of any of this. Just stay really far from all of this, you hear me? I think you have… I hope you have learned your lesson. Alan: Yeah, I walk towards him, close like this... (L: Hey Erin…) Alan: Stand in front of him, and then I say: Joh: Dude, and it’s not worth it to keep following these things from the internet, man. These enigmas, you’ll end up getting yourself in trouble, got it? Brian: Yeah, I kind of noticed. (Joh: Good?) So stay cool, and forget about this stuff, alright? Because this will take you
nowhere. Brian: I really noticed... Brian: I, I… I’ll get going, I don’t… I just want to leave this place before more of them show up. Thank you once again. E: Imagine that! Joh: Cool, good luck. Alan: I'll tell him. Brian: See ya! GM: And then he rushes out, desperately. Kalera: He basically jumped out. Luis: Uhn… Kalera: Okay, can I get the... check what they were using? (GM: Let’s go, I’ll ask you…) alright, let’s go, you… roll me luck three times Erin, for yourself. You looted everyone. Kalera: Extreme. GM: Extreme, okay. Kalera: Fail. GM: Okay. GM:
You find... 3,000 Reais. Felps: Uh. GM: Because of the extreme. Felps: Holy shit! GM: You find some glock ammo, GM: precisely, eight glock bullets. And you find on the big one with the helmet... Let me see what exactly he has. Uh... Okay. You find some types of little chains, and you feel that there's something special to it. One of them… it’s not chains, in fact, it’s a hoop that he’s wearing. You feel like there’s something special in them. In one of them. Kalera: This hoop on his arm? GM: That’s right, one of his bracelets. Kalera:
Alright, I take it, then. GM: Okay. GM: You feel that maybe it has some kind of ritual or something, there’s some kind of power there. Meanwhile, Johnny… Um... In fact, everyone near these fallen documents, roll a Finding. Felps: I stuck around. (Kalera: Me too?) (Luis: I wanted.) GM: Only Rubens and Johnny, I think. Felps: Yeah, we were there. (Alan: I’ll find nothing.) Felps: Normal success. Luis: I was paying attention to Erin so… (Alan: Same, 18.) Luis: I approach this corpse to find something… Luis: Did she already? GM: No, yeah, she checked everything. GM: That was
it. Nnothing else. They have some weird technological devices, it looks like they have this kind of armor that looks kind of cyberpunk-ish. With many devices connected like power supplies for rituals, probably. They used these devices just like… Erin knows. She needs electronic devices on her body, they use their clothes as these devices, in plenty of different places. Kalera: Can’t I steal one for myself? GM: Uh… Steal what? What do you want? Kalera: Since, you know... Kalera: These devices, some of them. GM: You got a 20, I’ll allow you to get a mask. Which one do
you prefer? Kalera: The green one. GM: This one? Kalera: Yeah. GM: Alright, you take this mask. Kalera: It supplies me with energy then? GM: Uh… Kalera: The energy I’ll need? GM: It's an electronic device that you can use. Kalera: It's not a... (GM: And filtrates air.) Kalera: Ah sure, but I can’t use it as a power source? GM: In the sense of not needing a phone because you wear the mask , for example. GM: To do a ritual. Kalera: But do I need to be near a plug? GM: Yeah, no need to be near a
power plug, exactly. Kalera: Oh, cool, alright. GM: But it needs to be energized by something. For example, they use phones like a source for the outfit's power. So you need, like, a phone, so you don’t need electricity near you. Luis: She’ll change her goggles, that's so cool! GM: Johnny and Rubens got Good and Normal Finding on the documents? (Kalera: You like glasses?) Alan and Felps: Yes. GM: OK. You see this laptop, its a little cracked but it still works. It's on the floor. Uh... Amongst the documents, you see some maps. Um... And the maps have
different locations marked on them... There’s a map with a forest area, closer to the center of the country, Brazil. There’s one near you, an area closer to São Paulo, one in the south of Brazil, more to the country side. One that's an archipelago with many islands… and one of them is marked, you have no idea where this is, this place is not in Portuguese. I mean, It's not named in Portuguese. There are several marks in different places of São Paulo, and some are very ripped and dirty, and are kind of hard to read. But Johnny,
you recognized one of the spots very well. One of these marked places is the orphanage you grew up in. Alan: Alright, then I see this map Alan: and turn incredulous. I’ll say it out loud. Joh: Hold on... Joh: Why is this place here? This orphanage… I grew up in here, Rubens. Luis: Do I hear it? (Ru: This... Which one?) GM: You do. Ru: Seriously? (Kalera: Me too.) Ru: Damn, what a coincidence. Ru: Seriously? (Kalera: Me too.) Ru: Damn, what a coincidence. L: Which orphanage is it? Joh: Orphanage Saint Menefreda, Joh: I grew up there for
as long as I can remember. (Luis: Fuck.) Joh: Why? Do you know this place? L: It's the same orphanage that guy, Dante, was in. E: Yeah, so, you know the people we mentioned that disappeared? E: They were... (Joh and Ru: Yes.) E: They headed to the orphanage and it’s been a long time since they last contacted us. Joh: Well, with what we saw here, this can’t be a coincidence. Ru: Yeah, so… Are these places... hotspots for kidnappings, like they do in these rooms? I don't know. We need more research. There are many spots, right? Dear
God. Joh: You didn’t go search for them there? (L: Well...) E: We were headed there.... E: Listen, I called one of them… (L: Wait, they’re gone, Erin?) E: What? L: They disappeared? E: Who? L: The ones that went to the… how long has it been since my argument with that boy… Joui. E: Ah, true, Fer. So... Wow! So, they went to the orphanage, everyone. They got that guy we locked up, Dante… E: You remember him? (Ru: What's happening?) L: Yes. (Joh: Rubens, I'm lost.) E: So, they got him, left to the orphanage and there's been
no sign of them since then. I messaged them, but there was no answer. So I called Joui, E: and my grandma answered. Then… (L: And where...) L: Where's your phone? E: No, wait. Then my grandma picked up, she spoke to me, I didn’t understand it. Then the call ended, I received a message from Joui, with many question marks and the location for this place we are now. L: Erin… Erin... (E: Then it all went to shit… What?!) L: Which day is today? GM: The first. E: It’s the first. L: What time is it? Ru: What
is this? What is happening? Felps: I become very confused. Alan: Me too. I even say... Joh: The hell are you on about? (Ru: What's happening?) Kalera: What time is it? Morning, right? No… GM: It’s 7 AM. E: It's seven. They left last night, if I’m not mistaken. Almost at midnight, I can’t recall… 11, not sure. L: So they’re gone for what… seven hours? E: A little bit more, maybe. GM: Luciano, you begin to feel you're fading away, the action is over. Luis: Alright. GM: You have one last phrase. L: Good luck, Erin. GM: Your eyes
turn back to normal, they're pink, and you wake, with dead bodies surrounding you. F: [Gasp] Alan: Alright I’ll turn… (Ru: What is this?!) Joh: Is your buddy okay? Ru: What is happening?! Kalera: I’ll go stand by him. I hug him. E: It’s alright. Everything it’s alright. F: Everyone okay? (Ru: The fuck is this?) F: Where’s the boy? E: It’s okay… He’s fine, already left. He’s free. F: Alright. E: Oh yeah, also, now we need to focus on what we need to focus in. The orphanage and the people that are still disappeared. There was no sign
of life from them. Joh: Weren't you going there? What happened on the way? E: We ended up here, because they sent this address. I’m not sure if the phone was hacked. Ru: Ah, so you were headed to the orphanage. (E: Yes.) (F: Am I hurt?) Joh: Look… Luis: I feel everywhere. F: Am I hurt? E: No, I don’t think so. You’re alright, are you in pain? F: No, not in pain, but… GM: You are relatively okay. F: It’s one of the first times that... I come back and I’m not hurt. Ru: Back? E: That's good,
Fer. E: Yeah... F: Um... Alan: Okay, then I’ll tell them… I’m already lost with what’s happening with Fernando, I’m not understanding a thing. But I say... Joh: I don’t know your issues, or what happened to your team, but you gotta solve that. So, if you want to go to the orphanage you can go. Rubens and I have to continue our investigation here Alright? Do you know how to get there? F: What do you mean? E: No. F: You found something about the orphanage? Did you tell them, Erin? Ru: God, what is happening? GM: [Laughter] Ru:
Johnny… Let’s just go, for the love of God. Alan: I open the map on the table, take the knife from my chest’s holster and stick it in the map like this, marking the place where the orphanage is, I know because I grew up there. I stick it right in the middle. Joh: Here’s the orphanage. Get this map... and good luck on finding your team. E: We made a pretty good team, no? Wouldn’t you like to go and help us? Ru: Uh… Joh: We don’t have time. Joh: We gotta go after this Host guy. (L: You
know how it is...) E: Yeah, it wouldn't hurt to ask right? (Ru: Johnny and I…) F: Each team has their mission, Erin. You know it. Joh: And we're better with just two. (E: I know.) F: Well, I have no clue of what just happened here, but apparently we rocked. L: Apart from Rubens who is kinda… Ru: Ugh. It hurts... Ru: But it’s alright Alan: I slap him on the back. Joh: He’ll be alright. Ru: [Coughs] E: Alright. F: But it was… Ru: You alsways do this, man! L: it was a pleasure. Luis: I offer him
a hand. Ru: Good. Alan: This time I offer him a hand. Joh: It was a pleasure, Maybe we'll meet again. Alan: I offer my hand. Felps: I offer mine as well. Feeling pain, but I do it. Kalera: Ah, I too offer mine, for both of them. Felps: Okay. Everyone. (Alan: We all shake hands.) GM: You all shake hands. E: Uh… We gotta go to the orphanage. Alan: I give them taps on the back. Felps: Not on mine. Alan: No, not on yours. Kalera: Can I use my first aid kit before we go? GM: Yes, you
have a first aid kit, you can roll a kit… a Medicine to heal yourselves. We can do this between a session and the other, don’t worry about it. Kalera: Ah, okay. (Luis: Alright) F: Ah… good luck, in your mission. Johnny and Rubens: Thanks, for you as well. E: Eeh… thanks… (Alan: I’ll walk away then.) GM: You see then, Johnny and Rubens heading out and leaving. (E: Til’ next time.) GM: After some time you hear… what car do you guys use? Car, bike, truck, what would you use to move around? Alan: A car. Felps: Car. GM:
You hear the noise of a car coming from behind the building where you were, that you hadn’t noticed being parked. (Luis: A Mercedes, right?) GM: And you hear them leaving. You two stay behind, with the location of the Saint Menefreda Orphanage. The place where all the agents, your friends, are locked. F: Erin, I noticed they were even more confused than I was, but how did Johnny know where the orphanage was? Alan: Oh, and I left my knife behind, just to let you know. It’s pierced on the table. GM: That’s right, the knife was left behind.
Johnny’s knife has a nice little decoration. A hunter’s knife. Kalera: I pick up his knife. GM: You pick the knife up, and you see marked on the map Car, bike, truck, what would you use to move around? And this is where we’ll end this episode, and will continue next Saturday, at 6 PM. Thank you very much Alan and Felps for being amazing, it was very good. (Felps: [Uuuhl] - Thanks a lot! [Claps]) GM: You honestly rocked, I’m so happy about this episode. Felps: Look, this turn around I didn’t die. (Luis: Look at him there, look.)
GM: Didn’t die, survived an episode! (Felps: I didn’t die!) [Alan’s laughter] Felps: Almost died, I almost died. GM: Dude, if you hadn’t dodged you’d be dead. Felps: I’d be dead. (Alan: How much HP do you have left, Felps?) Felps: Two. Alan: I ended with four, almost died. [Master’s laughter] Felps: Damn, I only had two left, man. Kalera: Damn, I only had 5 too. It was hard, I almost died as well, right? Felps: But it was pretty cool, it was very cool. GM: Thank you so much for having participated, you guys are amazing. (Felps: Thank you,
thank you.) (Kalera: Today it was only bad luck.) GM: But that’s it. Next week, at 6 PM, we’ll have the final episode of this part of Deconjuration. It isn’t the end of the season, but we’ll have a little break after the next episode due the end of the year, vacations and all that, have some rest. So this is it, thank you very much for all the attention, thank you very much for participating. Thank you Felps and Alan for accepting to participate in the RPG, I hope to see more of you in the future. Stay well,
