how i made $534,100 from 1 digital product (full beginners guide)

so I've made over $1.1 million online in my career and half a million dollars of that so like $500,000 I've just calculated this out has come from one single digital product that I created one time and sold over and over and over again all completely organically so that means my profit margins on that digital product was pretty much around anywhere between like 93 to 96 is% you know minus that stripe fee this is absolutely crazy when you think about it because when I started this I was not an expert I didn't have any special skills

I was a nobody online I wasn't famous I didn't use any paid ads I didn't do any cold Outreach I didn't post on Etsy trying to sell a digital product on Etsy and using other people's traffic I did this from complete scratch on my own in that bedroom right over there you can't see it it's off camera but I did it in my spare bedroom created the slides for free recorded the modules for free all the software I pretty much used except for teachable which was $97 a month and clickfunnels which is $97 a month

and the funny thing is with clickfunnels you can get away with just using a Squarespace website or a WordPress website so in today's video I'm going to break down exactly how I've been able to do this just completely raw with no ill intentions no manipulation just straight giving it to you just off the top of my head no script no nothing so what I'm going to be breaking down is probably going to be one of my most important videos because we've got a couple of things to actually go through first of all I'm going to

break down my story on how I actually got the idea of coming up with a program in the first place then I'm going to show you how to get your own idea for your own digital product and actually give you real life examples as well and then going to show you how to create blue ocean offers and then going to show you how you build your digital products and I'm going to show you how to drive traffic to it organically and through paid ads so I'm telling you this is probably going to be the most

valuable video that you watch on YouTube this year and I'm not joking I said that in my last video and the last video before that because guess why I am trying to make each video I drop progressively better and better and better and better and more valuable and more valuable and more valuable just like when Apple comes out with a new iPhone they don't call it oh yeah this is just a new iPhone it's worse than our last one no they always try to continuously improve I'm trying to always continuously improve my content game and

help you guys out for free because again my nefarious goal here it's not nefarious at all when you actually think about it like at all that's my little way of saying it is I just want to help you guys for to make money online So eventually you're going to be like oh this guy Montel actually made me some money online by following his tactics I wonder if his stuff is so good for free I wonder what his paid stuff is like then eventually down the line I earn your business isn't that what it's all about

earning your business and again you guys know me I have to say this line it really does well help with my entire YouTube algorithm if you cannot sit down and watch this entire video I'm going to give it to you for free by the way the entire thing raw pause I'm going to give give you this entire thing for free I don't ask for a single penny in return right all I ask for you to do is sit down and actually soak up the knowledge the craziest thing is I'm going to give you the tactics

the strategies everything I'm not joking my posting schedule organic traffic how I came up with the content and portal like the content ideas for the actual modules themselves the actual modules the program everything's in here guys you just got to sit down and watch it do yourself a favor and sit down and watch it relax with the freaking flashy animation videos that you're so hooked up on so if you can't concentrate for 2 minutes you might to click off now cuz this is going to be unedited raw straight into the value straight away so let's

jump straight into my story first of all the product I'm actually referring to is called agency transmutation um video editor if you can block off my email here I don't want my email on the screen but as you can see in the background here we have 8115 members in this particular group now not all of those are pay Members cuz I did actually hook up some friends for free like my actual close friends for free inside my program and the program was sold anywhere between 497 when it first came out the beta launch all the

way up to $997 so if you take the average of that I believe it comes out to like $747 or something like that and you times it by 815 I'd actually say take a 100 members off of that or maybe take 50 members off of that to be honest with you times 747 by $747 by about 800 no about 790 members 780 members and you can get a good a good kind of solid estimate as to how much just this one digital product made me in total so let me break down my story and by

the way I kind of already did a video on this so watch this after you watch this particular video cuz it's going to be much more in depth so here's my story right so you can actually understand where I even got the building blocks to even come up with the initial ideas of even remotely thinking about creating a digital product we need to start there cuz it's important so here's my story right I started off entrepreneurship completely broke no skills no audience no experience and I hated sales I actually dropped out of University as well

I was studying business and ICT thinking it was going to teach me online business it did not I've now made over $1.1 million online and I get to pretty much work wherever I want whenever I want you guys know time Freedom location Freedom Financial Freedom I've pretty much achieved that in my 20s like literally any moment in time somebody will buy my digital program or one of my digital programs so I literally you know like when people say I don't believe in passive income but I if there was ever like the the chance of achieving

passive income digital products would be it cuz think about it there's no delivery time delivery cost there's no production cost really unless you buy a fancy camera which I don't even recommend because you can just record your screen using loom and the software that I'm using right now to record this screen literally the same software I'm using to record my screen right now is the same software I use to build a program which is called screen flow so digital programs pretty much allow you that Financial Freedom time freedom and location Freedom the profit margin are

like 97% there's no Client Service delivery that's the big thing for me by the way if you want to scale a business and get to like 100 Grand a month or whatever it is I genuinely think building a digital product business is probably the best business to build because you don't require it doesn't require a huge team you don't have to do any cold Outreach unless you want to and I don't even think you should by the way I think that would actually keep you broke you don't have to do any service delivery you don't

have to do any messing about delivering a physical product or stocking up you know actual physical stock so let me get back to the story I tried a clothing line called Claremont clothing funnily enough that completely failed that was my first ever business venture I didn't try Drop Shipping that failed although I did get a little bit of success with Drop Shipping to be honest with you and that's when I kind of started this particular Channel actually funnily enough and actually documented my Drop Shipping Journey although nothing really took off for me I actually got

one of my um dos shut down because I was selling fortnite looking t-shirts on there and I got um a message from epic gam saying you need to aist and assist assas and dismiss um letter from epic games I then got into s after Drop Shipping failed because of Tai Lopez which then put me on to people like Ean gaji and all the other gurus so I started listening to all these YouTube gurus right about building a B2B marketing agency because I already had the advertising experience because of Drop Shipping and I already kind of

knew about marketing and stuff like that through books I was reading that particular Moment In Time plus the experience with Drop Shipping like I said so I started listening to gurus and that was kind of like my next step like I have a skill of marketing why don't I go on offer marketing to other other uh businesses I then started sm8 and I swore and oath that I would never quit and I was like you know what I've had two fails two failed businesses at this point I feel like a complete failure and by the

way I'm skipping over a lot of stuff here but this was like over over maybe a 2year time span or something crazy like that clothing line failed after like 12 13 months then I tried SM um no I tried Drop Shipping for like 4 months so that was like already 16 months of failure whatever it is and then I jumped into SM and I couldn't land a client for another 16 entire months so 16+ 14 is like 30 something months so like 30 months of of failing 30 32 months of failing or whatever it was

so because the gurus told me to do cold Outreach and I did cold Outreach and I listen to them not realizing that these guys are all telling you to go and do a certain business model but they're actually getting rich through telling you to do that certain business model because they're actually on YouTube making videos about it I couldn't see that and most people can't by the way when they first get started so actually these gurus are making more money selling digital programs courses mentorship through their YouTube channels and through through the amount of views

they get on YouTube than they are with their agencies I didn't know that I couldn't see it I fell for the flashy Rolexes and the flashy animations I don't even think there was flashy animations but then that's kind of like a new thing because of Mr Beast and whatnot Mr Mr beastify of videos but um I couldn't see past the flash you know the laptop lifestyle and all that crazy stuff and they made it look really good running the agency when realistically most of their money was actually coming from selling the programs and it's actually

the digital programs that gets you the actual Freedom behind it kind of unethical I completely agree with you I know you think it's a dick move I actually agree it's definitely a dick move if you don't know what you're talking about if you do know what you're talking about and you have an agency and you successfully have a program around that then fair enough you found a way to monetize one of your skills then all props to you now my first ever client came and there was a real estate agent this was in September 2019

this was after 16 months of doing coold call so I did coold calling cold emailing um Facebook I remember jumping on Facebook and sending messages on Facebook I did Instagram DMS as well I even did Loom videos these Loom videos by the way I still got them on my channel funn enough they're listed as private videos these weren't Loom videos loom video if you don't know what Loom is Loom is this little software here that you can use and it basically is like a Google Chrome extension it allows you to record your screen and send

over like an audit of somebody's website or going through their Facebook ads ads library and their and and their marketing and that's what I tried to do to get clients did not work for me I sent hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of looms did hundreds of call calls probably even I w't even no probably just less than a thousand call calls but a lot of call calls I would say December 2019 so I closed my first ever client in September 2019 that was my first ever real estate client and they actually came through inbound on

LinkedIn so I changed my strategy from doing cold Outreach to trying to build a brand on LinkedIn and what I did was I basically just started posting a bunch of content for real estate agents to consume about why Facebook ads is the be's needs basically for their business that's all I did and then connected with a whole bunch of real estate agents and then I dropped what you call a vssl which is like a it was like a free 45 minute free training for real estate agents that they could watch you you guys you guys

know what a vssl is when you click on your favorite gurus landing page and they get your phone they get your your name your phone number and your email they get you to opt in basically and then you watch a short video and then you book in a call I basically created one of those by just replicating the gurus that I was watching at the time basically and I said why don't I just go and create one of those but for my own Niche created one of those the first day I launched it somebody booked

in a c where actually quite a few about like four or five people booked in cuz I was building you know um anticipation for the launch of that free training cuz I had a bunch of real estate agents on my LinkedIn one person end up a couple people end up started booking in calls the very first call I jumped on was a dude from Leicester and he said you know what let's let's let's do this so the very next day or like the two days after he basically wired me over my first ever £750 which

back then was about $1,000 so it was $1,000 per month for three months then in December I switched up my strategy once again and started using upwork this was when I was introduced to upwork through a friend of mine called Ryan ramshaw Ryan if you're ever watching this I absolutely love you my bro and he basically taught me the basics of using upwork to get clients for my SMA then I just built upon what he took what he basically taught me took my own knowledge my own experience put it on top and then I came

up with my own little system for using upwork I then scaled my agency to about 5.2k per month in about 6ish months just because of upwork I actually remember being able to close multiple clients in December and January and which had enabled me to then fly out to New York in January 2020 it was the 20th of January 2020 just before the cough cough happened the world went into a lockdown which is absolutely crazy I then you know eventually over like a year period I just contined to just use upwork and that was it I

just kind of like lounged around to be honest with you just using upwork getting clients losing clients getting clients losing clients I was doing a lot of social media management Then I then Revisited cold Outreach but this time what I did was I took the money from upwork Outreach this is important for the story by the way this is extremely important this bit right here so bear with me I took the money from upwork that I was making from upwork clients and I put it into cold like learning cold Outreach so I took a bunch

of courses from from people about cold Outreach which then allowed me to learn cold Outreach which then I started realizing this person's strategy is okay but realistically it's just this thing that's really good about his course then this person's course was terrible but there was like one Golden Nugget I would take from this course then another person's course was like okayish I'll take another thing from his course then I combined all three of their kind of like courses or programs they probably a bit more than three to be honest with you and I just mashed

everything I knew into building an agency using upwork and cold Outreach so the cold Outreach was like from three different courses upw workk is from experience and my one of my mentors Ryan what I built upon and then I just mashed everything together and I used upwork Plus Cold Outreach to finally crack the 10K per month Mark with my agency in May 2021 I will never ever ever forget that and then I actually ended up scaling my agency to a multiple six figure run rate so think about what's happened here cuz this is absolutely crucial

for the actual you know explaining my experience explaining my my results I'm going to show you in a second I then basically took this knowledge on building an agency to 10K a month as specifically it's not just building an agency to 10K a month anybody can build a course on that and sell it and pretend they've got an agency what I did differently is I didn't pretend and I basically documented the entire thing on my YouTube channel not only did I do that but I came up with a unique mechanism for creating and building an

agency from scratch and skin it to 10K a month for example I actually use the upwork stuff and the called emails all the stuff that I learned and I combined them together to create something called the hybrid system this is just a name I came up and gave it but basically the hybrid system was my unique way of building an agency to T off and it works like crazy the reason why is because it first of all the system actually worked the the system works so well by the way the program works so well that

there's somebody right now on YouTube I'm not going to say his name unless he responds to my DMs but unless he doesn't respond to my DMs there is literally somebody on YouTube right right now that's in my program I literally have his enrollment name his date how much he paid me to get into the program when he enrolled the T the the literal transaction and receipt of the enrollment and now he's on YouTube basically teaching my course word for word on YouTube and he's built a audience of like 5,000 to 7,000 is people on YouTube

one of the videos that's pretty much just my course him speaking literally word for word my course on YouTube has got like 50 something thousand views so when I say my course was actually good there are people that have literally stolen my stuff word for word and built a whole YouTube career off of what I put into my course that's how good the program was in fact I can actually send you a testimonial one testimonial per day from people that were getting results with my program which I no longer sell by the way people I

can I can send you one testimony per day every single day including like Fridays Saturdays all holidays and it would take me about until like 2025 for me to stop sending you a testimonial CU I've got that many of them like literally it would literally probably take me like over 500 plus days just to stop sending if I sent you one testimonial day that is so that's my my little bragging right over so the difference with my program was I used upwork plus this cold email system to create a completely new system called the hybrid

system so that was like my unique selling point my unique thing that separated us from all the other people like imaji and all these other people that were selling a program you need something that differentiates yourself this right here is a lesson within itself do not just skip this and be like oh yeah Montel cre a cool program just gave a cool name no actually what I did was is I spotted a unique opportunity a gap in the market and I filled that Gap with something wholly unique upw work not too unique called cold emails

everybody knows what a freaking cold email is but you put those two things together and you put SM on top of that now you've got like three components that's very unique building an an smma a building an smma agency using upwork and email H very very unique very specific you see what I'm trying to say it's so I created a blue ocean offer by doing this by the way if you're wondering when I launched my actual digital program my first ever sale came in July it was July the 15th I believe it was July the

13th no July the 15th my first ever sale was and I sold it I sold the program before it was even built to a friend of mine from the you from Sheffield Felina from my home home city called Rams so Rams if you're watching this um I won't say your full name that's his kind of like nickname if you want um he was the first person to buy my program for 497 us so yeah it started off as a kind of like just a couple of slides on teachable so it was a couple of slides

me recording those slides and I sold it before I even had the even one slide even um even built so you have to do that by the way I'll explain why in a second my audience back then on YouTube was about 5,900 subscribers on YouTube so I wasn't Famous by any means although you although these days five having 5,000 subscribers on a YouTube channel is actually quite decent to be fair though I've seen people with way less subscribers on YouTube make significantly more money than me in fact there are so many channels right now that

have way less subscribers than me right now that make significantly more money than me because they charge like 12 grand for a high ticket program I don't really want to go that route I probably could to be honest with you but I don't want to go that route so point is this I was not famous I was scared I was completely scared of being judged do you know how scary it is to create a program around something anything to do with make money online programs right you instantly get called a guru a scam artist or

whatever it is and here's the thing you kind of just have to accept it and here's why most people just don't understand let me explain most people will just hear the words make money and online and then equal scap well actually I was changing a lot of people's lives to be honest with you I've got so many testimonials it would literally make your head spin so I did suffer from impostor syndrome quite badly and I hesitated to put on my first digital program because there's so much negative connotation on being a guru and I just

didn't want to be seen as a guru you know what I mean I tried to keep my the entire thing up already kept my always kept my channel um clean anyway so that's kind of like the story hopefully you're starting to get grafts the story I went through a struggle which was trying to build a marketing agency tried doing cold Outreach absolutely sucked I then figured out upwork I didn't figured out cold emails put the two things together created a unique system actually used that system for myself scale the marketing agenc in multiple six figure

run rate then I actually decided to come out with a digital product once I had an audience once I I had people that know knew me liked me trust me and saw my results as well so fast forward I started making some crazy money by the way some absolutely crazy money now this I believe was when I still had the agency in fact you know what I'm going to go to some of these screenshots but as you can see we had like a 25k day um one of the bank accounts sitting at like 85 85k

pound which is like 110 Grand I won't bore you with these too much but you get a point I was making ridiculous money especially in August I think this was actually August 2022 hit my first ever 50k month then the very next month was like 70k again I still had the agency at this particular point to be honest with you so not all of that was just coming from digital product so forgive me before that as you can see this is like an 11k day so that's £8,500 in a single day in a single day

if you look at how much I was making in a week on this particular one week here um technically we've actually beat this record multiple times over since then but you get the point this was like one of my first ever I think this was one of my first ever 20K weeks I believe that was or was that in June actually no my first ever 20K week was actually in June and by the way this is in British Pounds so you've got to do the conversion right as well so as you can see 17 payments

successful payments sometimes when a customer's carard doesn't go through it says 24 customers actually that's incorrect it's about 17 or 18 20 customers or whatever it was but as you can see 7.4k day which is just I think that's just under $10,000 in a single day so honestly I went from struggling to get to like 10 grand a month right with a B2B marketing agency for like 3 years to then launching my first digital product and making 107 Grand from it in like 7 months and then the very next month it just completely blew up

like completely just blew up and that's when my life honestly just started changing that's when I started looking into getting flashy cars and all that crazy stuff you know what comes to an entrepreneur lifestyle to be honest with you and genuinely speaking as well if you guys want to know what it's like to actually have a successful digital product I genuinely think it's the greatest business model on the planet cuz there were times where I would be going on holiday for example I can actually remember going to Portugal in July 2022 I think it was

yeah July 2022 I actually went to Rolling loud Festival amazing little Festival you get a point a lot of artists there and I can actually remember making like I think it was like I think it might have been about like 7 Grand 5 to 7 Grand whils being on holiday not talking to pretty much anybody except for like my clients whenever I needed help or managing my team so it was absolutely amazing to see that like I was not not here's the reason why it was amazing it felt like I was actually making a difference

that's the real reason like genuinely speaking if you want just cut the crap the real reason why having a digital product is amazing is number one obviously the Prof profit margins are great and you make a lot of money wow wow wow that's amazing but you can make a lot of money doing a lot of stuff by the way guys the I think that not every dollar is made the same let me give you an example my agency was just doing Facebook ads for e-commerce brands that were already Successful by the way because that was

one of our prerequisite requirements you we can't work with an e-commerce brand that's not doing at least like 25 30k profit per month or you just won't have enough ad spend you know what I'm trying to say so they already was successful however this digital product I was seeing it was changing people's lives I had students like one of my student called Nick if Nick's ever still watching this channel right here my bro honestly shout out to you but he was literally able to fly out his parents he went from broke to flying out his

parents to see their parents because they couldn't afford the fly and they were separated and they haven't seen each other for years so imagine me flying out my parents to see their parents or my grandparents do you know how crazy that is like my actual program was so good it was bringing families together now that to me is what you call making an impact on the world I actually had students send me voice notes of their mom thanking me so this is actually Stu a student's mom thanking me for creating the program and allowing their

son to go through my program because it's changed their lives I had videos of people sending me actual real videos of them in their workplace dancing to music because they were literally 30 seconds away from handing in their resignation because they they had finally made enough money they could quit so that they could quit their job for good because of that program so to me this was the greatest business model or is the greatest business model you can ever you can ever make there are times right now where I wake up and I read my

Morning Journal my morning mindset Journal which is called the Alchemy of self which is something that Sam ovens created way back in like 2018 2017 and I still use it to this day 6 years later that's what you call making a positive impact on Humanity let me give you an example of why I'm going so crazy on this building a marketing agency is cool and you'll probably make some money although it's getting harder and harder and harder and harder and I think you're if you want freedom if you want to make money and freedom don't

build a marketing agency it's quite difficult actually to get to like 10K a month then sustain that and then not have to worry about managing clients and getting them results and then clients dropping off and then having to replace those clients and then having to do cold Outreach to get more clients it's it's a ball L to be honest with you but if you want and I don't want to sell you guys on the on the freedom stuff I don't want to sell you a dream because it's it's still hard work everything you're going to

do is hard work it it requires a lot of hard work a lot of trust building a lot of audience building a lot of work going into it it actually has to be a good product is what I'm trying to say but if you actually want to be free you've got to you've got to stop listening to gurus and figure out what they're doing in instead and do what they're doing instead which is digital programs because think about it when I was on holiday let's go back to the July example I could literally be on

holiday at ptoo beach shout out to all the Portuguese dudes watching this right now I was laying there and I would check my phone and I would literally see like a payment of like 7 I think the program was like 697 or 797 back then just on whilst I was literally on the beach that basically means I had a fully automated business where somebody could come across my YouTube channel organically they would then watch my content they would then click the link onto my funnel they would then watch my vssl they would then decide upon

themselves whether they want to enroll into the program he had a money back guarantee as well by the way if you're wondering they would then purchase the program all without talking to me or a sales rep or any sort of one of my team members or even having a conversation with me or any any any team members I didn't have any team members it just me and a video editor literally and then they would get the program they would be it would automatically be delivered to them they would then get instantaneous access go through the

program and then start getting results within the next week two weeks 3 weeks sometimes there were there was literal students in my program that would enroll into the program and get results and make their money back within two days flat I am not joking I am literally not joking so that basically means I could literally go to sleep somebody would come across me on YouTube I literally wouldn't need to speak to nobody somebody would click click into my link watch my vssl buy my digital program it would be instantaneously delivered to them with no wait

time no need to do any onboarding process onboarding calls no sales calls no Outreach called Outreach or anything like that they would then watch the program sit down soak up the knowledge implement the the the information and get results for themselves and free themselves from the hole that they were in see what I'm trying to say you see how powerful that is and then it was and I could do that to multiple people per day so I was I basically figured out a way to detach my income from the level of impact I was making

so I I was able to create a massive impact without having to attach all my time to that I call that digital leverage digital Leverage is your ability to serve multiple different people at once whilst not being individually tied to serving each people over and over again one to one style that's digital leverage so as you can see these are not no small numbers like 13 13 Grand week just in November this was actually recent November um eight grand week um I think this week cuz well we've hit like I don't know I think like

10 grand this week and like 10 grand again last week or something I I threw it on I should have thrown it on the screen at the start of this video now here's second part now forgive me for going too crazy on that on that and taking up a lot of your time but it's important for you to understand the the mindset that went into this now let's talk about how to get ideas for your specific digital product first thing I need to start with is saying this you are your most profitable Niche you are

your niche you need to create digital products around you and your past self so agency transmutation was actually born from me wanting to build an agency taking a bunch of courses and realizing they kind of sucked and then just me being you know what I think I have the confidence and the skill level to actually create my own program because I've actually figured this out better than what these dudes were selling their Pro and what they were saying saying in their programs that's basically what happened so I was my own niche in fact most of

the best business models and best businesses like the iPod you know the iPod Steve Jobs created it for his daughter so he technically was his own nich he basically just wanted to solve the problem for his daughter and have music on an iPod I believe it was iPod or iPhone yeah I think it was actually the iPod so I've noticed that best the best business models are typically when somebody's trying to figure something else out for themselves they then figure that thing out for themselves and it doesn't need to be money related by the way

it does not need to be money related I'll explain why in a second and they figure something out for themselves and then they successfully figure that thing out and then they just help other people with the thing that they figured out themselves and I personally think that is the greatest business model ever because it's the most authentic it's the most human and it's the most um ethical think about it all you're doing is let's say I wanted to learn how to play the piano I went and taught myself how to play the piano and now

somebody else wants my help learning to play the piano well because I know how to play the piano I can help that person that's all it is so try to not think of Guru make money online courses think of it as somebody's three steps five steps ahead of me they've actually got this skill therefore they're allowed to teach that skill so you think you need to think of it in that way as well because I know that you think and by the way because you're watching this channel here and it's all about marketing and making

money online right and finance and all that sort of stuff you're going to think because you're not good at marketing and making money if you've not made a lot of money online that you can't do this because you need to sell a make money online course I'm here to tell you some of the best niches are not even they're not even remotely close to being anything to do with making money online so if you if you haven't and I want to say this very slowly if you have not made money online do not try to

make a program around making money online that is literally a scam do not do that right so here's how you're going to find your Niche you just need to write a list down like literally just grab a piece of paper and write this list down and going to ask you to basically take a inventory of your current skills so what you need to do is you need to you need to look at your current skill set and in order that you think you don't have any skills everybody says that they don't have any skills it's

absolutely BS so here's what I'm going to ask you instead what have you achieved over the last 5 years like how is your life improved and in what areas like the the you 6 years ago 7 years ago 5 years ago you were at a certain current situation or a certain position right where are you now in terms of maybe your Finance maybe the skills you've picked up the things that you're now good at maybe you've overcome some sort of struggle some sort of addiction you've figured some stuff out for yourself or you've got good

at something and don't say you haven't because that would literally mean that for the last 5 years you've done nothing except for sit on a couch and watch TV have you increased your muscle mass have you gone from skinny to putting muscle on have you lost weight have you become more mentally resilient have you fixed your finances your B in skills have you bought your first home have you flipped a car on eBay for example so what have you achieved over the last five years what come and this is the best way to to to

figure out you know the word skill this is the way I want to say this the word skill needs to be changed to this and it's simply what comes easy to you that is difficult for others or what comes slightly easier to you that you can help other people with so basically what comes easy to you that's slightly more difficult for others what do people come to you for advice about or advice on it's a very good question the people come to you for a certain topic have you noticed that you keep having a certain

conversation with certain people and they keep asking you for certain advice on a certain topic well then that's probably a good indicator that people know you for a certain thing and that's your skill and the thing with skills is that we think it needs to be this elaborate thing when realistically you just need to be one step ahead of somebody and the reason why we can't see our own skills is because they're normally at the tip of our nose and we over always overlook look our own skills so sometimes it's actually best if you just

go and ask like five of your friends hey what do you think I'm actually skilled on hey if your life depended on it what could you come to me for um in terms of advice on so you need to ask them stuff like that hopefully I didn't just hit the mic too badly just then um have you ever given somebody some help for free and they really like change your life about it or life from it should I say if you could go back in time what would you tell yourself your younger self by the

way that would be your product that would be an amazing to just come up with a digital product like I now am helping people with personal Brands because I literally 8 years ago would tell myself yo Montel you're going to do all this crazy business stuff right but the most important thing you can do is build an audience on online because when you build an audience you have social leverage when you have leverage you can create pretty much any digital product you want or any service you want so make sure you build an audience around

something that you want to eventually monetize for example if you want to do a marketing agency you want to do Facebook ads for local businesses make sure you start a YouTube channel around Facebook ads and just talk about Facebook ads all day every day for the next eight years on a YouTube channel CU by the time 8 years goes by 5 years goes by 3 years goes by even two years even three months goes by you will start collecting an audience of people that know like and trust you which is way more valuable and way

more effective than doing cold Outreach so that's what I would teach myself and guess what that's my new digital program not plugging it but you get you see where I'm coming from if you could go back in time what would you tell yourself that ends up then becoming your product I would tell myself 8 years ago make sure you build a personal brand so guess what that's become my product is see what I'm trying to say what would you teach your younger self is what I'm trying to say what challenges have you gone through in

life and overcome what problems have you solved for yourself so maybe you've struggled with depression you overcome that maybe you figured out how to be a single M single stay-at home mom maybe you figured out a side hustle maybe you figured out how to learn or play some sort of instrument maybe you used to suck at singing now you're good at singing maybe you figured out public speaking what could you talk about all day every day what would you what what could you talk about all day every day about without getting bought typically these are

the things that you um are very good at a good little Pro tip here as well is to is to watch your YouTube um go to your YouTube watch history history because your YouTube watch History will show you what you're actually interested in and you probably have some skills in if you keep watching the same videos over and over again even though you don't believe that you do which is what would you say um what what would people pay to learn from you if if you was offering something let's pretend that you're just offering something

what would people actually pay to learn from you see if others um are doing it as well by the way by just Googling it here's what I mean by that let's say you do figure out that hey I actually have a skill in writing well then don't just comment hey Montel will this business model work for writing literally just type in your your Niche which is your skill should I say you know um writing plus course let's say you want to help people who are who struggle to write essays or you want to help people

who struggle to write children's books maybe you've wrote a children's book before or something like that I don't know I'm just making stuff up well then what you could do is you could put in your Niche like writing a book plus course and I can guarantee you somebody selling some sort of course on it or digital program on it or digital download on it so that's the easy and that's that's just some market research to actually validate this validates that it's being done and that's a good thing by the way don't think competition is a

bad thing so I know you're going to be like oh yeah there's so many people doing this thing but I I'm I'm not going to be able to stand out you are I'm going to explain how you're going to do that in a second and come up with a blue ocean offer I got you guys like I said all you got to do is stick with me I know that I waffle on a little bit but the value in here is going to change your life and here's a warning for you guys as well stop

trying to make a how to make money online course if you've never made money online that's literally a scam so if you're watching this chances are right you're thinking the only way to get rich with this stuff is you need to make money first and then teach other people how to make money after no don't do that because what's going to end up happening right is you're going to try and sell a course on something you haven't done before and it's so easy to sniff out people who haven't done something before like instantaneously you don't

you can't create a program and it lasts for like like three six years for example I've been on his channel for like six years and not being called out by doing nefarious you're not going to last so please stop trying to make a how to make money online course if you've never made money online some of the best digital products have nothing to do with making money online and by the way your lit your digital product can literally be like a just to give you an example it could literally be a $147 mini course on

is you actually are good at making money online then fair enough if you actually have a a genuinely good system replicable system that people can follow to actually free themselves and you're not an about it and you're not trying to scam people or pull pull wool over their eyes or you're a sheep in woles clothing then fair enough you can you can monetize that but please for the love of God stop thinking that you need to build a 10 grand per month insert this business here first just so you can sell a program on how

to scale a 10 grand a month insert your business here you know what I'm trying to say Do not you don't need to build a 10 grand per month agency first so that you can sell a 10 a program on how to build a 10 grand off agency no don't you don't need to do that don't do that if that's not your thing if you haven't built agency then why on Earth are you trying to sell a program on building an agency you know what I mean so notice how overcoming depression or overcoming the fear

of flying has nothing to do with making money online has nothing to do with making money online and I can pretty much guarantee you in fact I already know if you type in how to overcome the fear a flying course there is actually a course I saw it I came across it the other day the guys made over a million dollars from that it's like a million mul I think it's actually multi-million dollar business somebody created a program on how to overcome the fear of flying I am not joking seriously there are literal women out

there that are selling products and digital downloads and and and ebooks around how to be a good stay-at-home mom if you don't believe me I've literally given you an example here this woman literally makes content around how to be a good stay-at home mom viral habits that actually work for for Mom of eight absolutely insane four biggest homaker four biggest four big mistakes Homemakers make and how you can avoid them she literally has a whole Channel dedicated to being a state home mom and sells products and monetizes that around stay being stay at home mom

so it it literally has nothing to do with making money online there are literal people right now making way more than most people's agencies selling walkthrough e-guides for video games like how to pass a certain level in a game I'm not joking there are literal people kids who love video games that have been able to turn that into a monetizable digital product by creating guides on how to overcome a certain level or certain challenge in a certain game how insane is that I can almost guarantee if you look hard enough there's and I have not

I don't know if this is true so put it in the comments if you if you find one I could pretty much guarantee there's probably a a school Community or a paid Community even if it's not on school I can pretty much guarantee there's probably a paid Community somewhere where you can go and just watch somebody play games and talk about the games and just be around over Gamers you can pay $5 a month $10 a month to be in this group I can pretty much guarantee it anything is monetizable these These Days guys so

don't just think you need to make money online so you can why do you think that you need to make money online in order to make a make money online course when there's literally so many more skills out there that's just one skill of like a trillion Pro tip as well by the way agency tritation was actually born from like three things the first thing was it was born from me trying to solve my own problems I've noticed that those are always the best businesses by the way trying to solve your own problems figuring something

bucks for four for four calls and then it moved up to $500 for four calls and then it moved up to like two grand and then three grand for four calls so it actually came from people dming me that's when you know you you're on to something by the way when your audience starts dming you for additional help so here are some ideas as to what niches you can get into and just to J your I'm just going to read these quickly maybe you're good at writing storytelling public speak speaking um speed putting on muscle

overcoming stuttering as well there you go I just gave you one so speaking clearly um overcoming depression knitting coding software development um building computers building potato guns by the way this is actually a real example Russell Brunson the literal founder of clickfunnels literally his first ever digital program was how to build a potato gun I'm not joking it was a six figure business maybe you're good at science in some way shape or form starting blogs growing Instagram Pages overcoming smoking overcoming Anxiety being a parent and raising kids you can literally make a program around that

um photography videography even like subsections of Photography like wedding photography for example um videography video editing scripting film making email marketing music production singing you know becoming a vocalist uh budgeting like financing getting curly hair I've literally seen programs on how to get curly hair I'm not joking cutting hair seen programs on that GE easy 360 GE easy or whatever he's called YouTube um if you're black you probably know that guy flipping cars on eBay I literally have a student that does this helped him build this business out called Adam he literally made his first

he closed his first three clients in three weeks by building a program around how to flip your first car on eBay I'm not joking and Facebook Marketplace maybe you've mastered self-d discipline morning mindset your mindset morning routines your mindset maybe you're good at sales I was literally just on a call the other day by the way with with a and this is why I had to go so in depth with this right here because people need to start thinking outside the box this guy right I was on a call with literally told me that he

working a sales commission job right now and he wants to build his own digital product and then he started saying but yeah I haven't made money online so I can't make a digital product and he basically went on to admit to me that he's done thousands and I just want you to I want you to see if you can catch where his actual skill is he works a sales job he's taken thousands of sales calls he's closed thousands of sales calls he's making about five he's took his income all the way up to like five

grand a month through commission based sales are you starting to see where his actual skill was and guess what he turned around and said to me I want to I want to sell a program on on I forgot what it was but he wants to sell a program on something that he's basically not done and I was like Bro you've just said the word sales like 20 times in the last sentence that's your skill you are good at sales you know how to handle objections at sales you've made five grand in a single month commission

based from sales you do sales every single day in fact the guy literally had to go off of our call because he was just about to jump on the phones and do more sales I was like bro how are you not seeing that this is your skill here so a lot of people need to think outside of the box of I I haven't made money online so I can't sell a make money online course I'm like yo bro you don't need to do that in fact don't do that I don't even recommend it you've got

to be Crystal Clean crystal clear crystal so clean to even pull that one off it's difficult nobody even trusts make money online programs at like at all it's difficult to do that you've got to be super authentic you've got to build a massive audience massive trust massive reciprocity so don't even do that you probably make more money just helping people with sales or get or there's two things you can do you can help people with the sales stuff like handling objections overcoming objections overcoming sales fear dialing um getting a sales mindset all that sort of

stuff you can do that create a program around that or you can create a program around how to actually land your the commission based sales job that You' got there two different programs you can create right there or you can put it into one make a big one but you want to sell a program on something completely different that was irrelevant co- calling as well maybe you're good at co- calling fixing credit scores spending spending habits maybe you're good at trading getting a promotion at work I've seen people sell programs on that and make a

lot of money Ace interviews maybe you know how to Ace interviews maybe you know how to land a certain job in a very prestigious field or any field in general like I've seen people literally teach other people how to land a job in Tech in robotics for example Tech robotics engineering maybe you're another dude did this as well I literally came on a call with him and he said that he's landed a job in one in London which is like the financial capital of the world one of the most prestigious and most difficult jobs to

get he landed that job and I was like bro why don't you just help people land jobs in banking and finance he was like no no no I've got to build a business first and then sell a course on how to build business like oh my God why do you want to become a guru so bad forget trying to be a guru forget it actually sell a program around a school that you actually have please please guys revising and studying maybe you're good at that there's literally a kid called udoka UD you just type in

udoka re revising you'll literally see he a 15year old kid that literally started a YouTube channel about him revising in the bedroom he literally has a a massive audience now I don't think he still produces videos but he could literally have created like a $47 revision group on school joined got like 200 people to join 205 people to join making 10 grand a month from a group around revising for your fraking exams which are your gcses which are the equivalent of like a high school diploma I think like 15 years old could have be making

10 grand a month literally passing a certain exam Landing dates fashion and style drawing you get a point guys so do not comment and say Montel I have no skills one of the reasons why people say this is because what comes natural to you is always overlooked here's just a example of a guy I it took me two seconds to do this guys I just typed in how to draw course on YouTube came across this guy it was like one of the first dudes to pop top he's got 293k subscribers if you guys are like

oh my God yeah but but I'm not famous I don't I don't want to be I don't I don't want to put my face on camera first of all get over it second of all click on his oldest video I've not done this but go on his oldest video and look and see what how how the quality of his videos started off you see what he had to go through to to to be making this kind of money and by the way I then clicked onto his website and you can see he's got many courses

he's got this course this course this course this course this course this has nothing to do with making money by the way he's got another course here another course all these are different courses you can go on to his website right now if you don't believe me this course right here and by the way I'm not affiliate with this guy in any way shape form but shout out to this guy he's thinking outside the box box but as you can see he's taken his art which is a very difficult skill to monetize by the way

cuz as as they say most artists die broke like most artists literally die broke but he said to himself not me I'm going to go create a dig I'm going to go create multiple digital programs around um expressing art and becoming good at Art and if you like just just just one of his courses if you do the maths on it $99 a month for this course I mean $99 flat fee excuse me for this course and it's all you got to do is get free sales a day to make $300 a day times that

by 30 you're making around 8.9k a month which is about 106 Grand a year with about 97% of that excuse me about 93 I'd actually say it's a bit more than that probably about 95% of that just being sure profit with no service delivery at all so you can absolutely do this guys and it doesn't need to be some sort of make money online of course if you don't believe me just go and Google like whatever your in Astro photography literally just type into YouTube right now astrophotography course go and find somebody I can guarantee

you within like four five minutes of research 3 minutes of research you'll find somebody that has a course on astrophotography music production type in music production course on YouTube somebody's doing it um how to knit course somebody selling a course on that how to overcome depression somebody send these are not they're nothing to to do with making money online guys but they will make you a lot of money online don't get me wrong so let's talk about blue ocean offers real quick so blue ocean offens typically come from when you start synthesizing multiple components into

one thing for example the reason why agency transmutation was so successful on my first try my first ever digital program remember was because number one I was part of the niche number two I had an audience of like 5,900 people this is absolutely crucial so we're going to be talking about this in part five in a second I understood the pain problems because I was actually part of the niche of what people were going through so I was an agency owner myself so I understood over agency owners pain problems called Outreach sucked basically um setting

consistent meetings sucked losing clients every month sucked so I use my own systems to get results for myself and I created a new system by synthesizing two different I would say elements SL systems together to get my new system let me explain what I mean by that I've already I've already kind of explained this but I took upw work specifically and I took cold email specifically and I combined both of these together use my own experience other people's knowledge other people's courses took this thing from one person one this thing from another person this thing

from another person combined them together that gave you my email system then I took the upwork stuff from my my dude Ryan Ryan shout out to you built upon that then took this experience from here this experience from here combined that got my upwork system and then took these two individual systems and smashed them together boom just like that I had the hybrid system so the hybrid system and then I I used that as my unique mechanism to build myself up first this is the key I built myself up first validated that it worked on

myself and then I sold that to other agency owners that also were struggling these are already agency owners that were struggling so I wasn't selling them their dream it's just that they literally were trying to already build a marketing agency they couldn't get clients to save their lives and I was like hey have you tried using this the opw work system this hybrid system like what what the hell's that I was oh yeah it's like use upw work build some cash flow and you use leverage cold Outreach they're like yo yo can you teach me

this and it was it was it was literally the easiest I didn't need to sell this this stuff sold it it literally sold itself I didn't even run a single ad for agency transmutation I didn't do a single cold outre for agency tritation it sold itself you see the difference now you guys are all going out there trying to sell B2B services and you're trying to really Crum it down someone's throat and then I'm just over here C actually seeing a burning burning desire that people need want to solve a burning problem I'm creating it

and then people are literally flocking to me saying Montel I want this I want this what their freaking credit cards out so this system and this is important this system solved a burning problem for agency owners so your digital product must also solve a burning problem for people don't just sell some crappy that you want to sell on Etsy like a digital program don't sell a a shitty crappy digital program doesn't solve a problem for people people do not want information they want a transformation you see these were agency owners and their current situation was

I want to build my agency and get clients but I'm doing C outage and it sucks and I can't get clients then I said okay well what you so the desired situation was they want to scale to like 5 to 10K a month I oh well I've achieved that and I did it this way using the hybrid system maybe it'll work for you maybe not say oh my God yeah teach me teach me teach me teach me that it's obviously me just doing the very weird wacky impression that this is literal people and they pull

out the credit card without me even asking buy the thing it sold itself so you can do this by mashing to and this is honestly I don't even know if I was going to even put this onto YouTube because this is absolutely gamechanging I didn't even think I was going to put this onto YouTube ever but this is like my secret here you can do this by mashing two skills or niches together let me give you an example you can take a skill like Ai and you're already your you maybe let's say you've got a

skill in AI or or you can learn Ai and you already know storytelling what you can do is you can use AI plus storytelling to help people write better and faster using your AI book system so it's like you're taking one thing and another thing and you're smashing it together to create a unique new thing for example depression and productivity you can put those two things together let's say you you you you've you you're a productive person or you're a decently productive person but you've also overcome like a little bit of depression well now what

you can do is instead of just helping men overcome depression you can help men overcome depression by using your monk mode protocol challenge because your monk mode protocol challenge takes their mind off of their depression and replaces their negative thoughts with something positive because they're always constantly doing something so their brain is not feeding on them which is causing the depression it's actually feeding on something productive you see what I'm trying to say so now you're starting to think of unique angles to helping people let's say you used to have a video game addiction and

you're also okay at coding well what you can do is you can this this is why this is this one right here if this doesn't resonate and hit with you guys I don't know what will but let's say you used to literally be a couch potato playing video games there's my TV right there I'm in my living room right now and let's say you started learning code what you can do is you can help people that look just like you who used to have a video game addiction that have realized they have add an addiction

and they want to replace that addiction they can't kick the addiction cuz the addiction is just too strong so what you do is you help them replace the addiction with coding instead so now you're helping video game addicts use their addiction to become Wizards at coding that's they've still got this add whatever ADD ADHD kind of like trait about them like they need to be doing something doing something doing something so they play video games all the time but what if you can take that video game addiction and gamify it by making coding and turning

coding into a game and you've got your own gamified coding system now it's like oh I've actually come up with something unique here these by the way and this is how you create blue ocean offers you mash two things together SL two components together and I call this information synthesiz information synthesis or information synthesizer so when something is synthesized or you're synthesizing something it's the act of forming or basically taking and combining parts of an element to create a new thing you basically combine two things together to create a completely new thing like taking gold

and Lead putting it together and you've got bled you get the point that sounds stupid but science people will call me out on that chemistry people call me out on that but you get the point you take one element and another element put them together and now you've got a new unique thing I'm telling you when you come up with something like this and you and you information synthesize you synthesize information down I am telling you you can come up with infinite possibilities of blue ocean offers you can take phone addiction and Ai and do

something with that two completely irrelevant things put them together and now you've got something completely unique that might have not been a good idea a good example but you get a point with a video game addiction helping people with video a game addiction learn coded so now that's completely unique and unique and specific blue ocean offers sell themselves by the way now let's talk about building it I'll go through this very quickly because I've been talking for a very very long time but let's talk about building it fa phase four please do not build a

course straight away you must follow what software developers do and that's called the um minimal viable product method minimal viable product method basically is a version of a product that has just enough featur to be usable to early customers that's basically it and what the reason behind this is you create the initial idea first and you sell it to people first it's still usable so you're not just selling them it's just you haven't built the full thing yet you need to sell it before you build it because it gives you feedback and then you can

build it better you see what I'm trying to say you need feedback the way how you want to do it by the way so again you must follow software developers and use the MVP method or you'll be working for months building a course or a program or digital Pro product right that nobody wants which equals a lot of waste of time imagine sitting down to create a program and these programs sometimes can create can take months to to make which is why I don't understand what all this info product growth agencies are like literally some

of my modules one of my modules can literally take me up to 30 hours plus to complete 48 hours to complete like four days three days to complete there's no way a dude a beginner is gonna help me create a module inside my programs anyway long story short it's a lot of waste of time if you create a course three months and no one wants it so you got to do it backwards you've got to do it backwards so what you want to do is you want to sell your digital program idea and you want

to sell it on a zoom call so you want to take calls for this don't build a page and then you know you can build a page if you want to but it needs to be a book call page so people book in a call um and it needs to be sold as a live 4-week program first so you can get feedback from the market from at least 5 to 10 people and you actually have to sell it before you build it and actually make money from it here's what I'm trying to say you can

try and offer your thing for free for about to to like three people I would say three people Max so you can collect testimonials in exchange for testimon testimonials so if you come up with a full week quit smoking program using AI I don't know I'm making this stuff up I'm com I'm combining two things quit smoking and AI let's say you come up with a quit smoking with AI program sounds kind of cool actually um what you need to do is you need to sell it to fre people you need to sell it to

about 5 to 15 people first or if you don't believe in it just yet you need to give it to fre people first and actually let let them go through it so you can get a testimonial then you need to then go and sell it like actually sell it the reason why you need to actually sell it and the whole point of actually selling it before you build is to validate that you're onto a good idea that people will actually pay money for this is called a proof of concept once you've got a proof of

concept and people have actually there's a difference between someone saying yeah this is a good idea and them actually pulling out money their hard-earned money and then paying you for that good idea you see what I'm trying to say there's a huge difference between giving something for free and saying hey would you pay for this and I'm saying yeah yeah yeah sure I would then them actually paying for it there's there's a big difference between those two things like actually getting somebody to part away with their money is different from them just saying yeah I

would pay for it hypothetically speaking well this is not hypothetical anymore this is reality I've I've got it here I've almost built it do you want to pay for it it's $500 that's when you know and if somebody does pay for it that's when you know that the thing is worth building so that's when you go and build it you don't do it the other way around my program like I said started off as like a $50 1 hour Zoom call way back in the day then it started then then I bumped it up to

like four calls it was four Zoom calls so it was a four-week program one call per week on Zoom each call was one hour long so one hours long calls four of them one per week for four weeks so that was my my initial program and I sold this for like $250 then I moved it up to $500 as I started getting more confident and getting more results and then pushed it all the way to like fre grand for the same four-week program this four-week program was just four calls with me directly it was ACC

so if you're wondering what it was it was four calls with me directly explaining the whole entire upwork system how to get clients the the hybrid system basically there was access to a telegram group there was access to all my best scripts best working scripts objections sales everything in there and that was all like put into a Google drive folder and it also had unlimited phone support So it was like just four calls of me a access to a Google drive folder with all my resources and then access to a telegram group and then access

to me via private mobile phone that was it so I then took what I learned from serving these clients and I turned it into a digital product over time because I got fre uh uh feedback this completely freed my time by the way and I sold the first ever time I sold this as a digital product was on the 15th of July 2021 but I didn't actually create a sales funnel so an actual automated way of bringing people on until December the 13th 2021 so that's when I fully went automated what I mean by that

is I was still taking sales calls with people although I wasn't booking in that many sales calls to be honest with you was just organic traffic on YouTube to a book calendar link it was literally just a calendar Link in my YouTube description but get a call if you want to help with your agency that was it and I get on a call with people I tell them oh yeah I'm coming out with this new program BL BL it's $500 you want to enroll yeah sure I got like maybe couple of people of those a

month nothing crazy it never starts off with something crazy so don't worry about if you're not starting off with something crazy and then eventually over time it start getting bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and better and then in December I finally said you know what I've I wonder if I can remove myself from the sales process and having to take all these calls because I started booking a lot bit more calls in December I said okay I'm just going to build a landing page that has a checkout page on

it so instead of taking a call with somebody and they pay me $500 they just went to a page instead watched a video and then put their credit card in details in and paid for it without me being there and that my friends is literally how I birthed my first ever digital program ever that that day the 13th of December was the day that Montel actually became a true free entrepreneur I feel like I I finally achieved Financial no no uh uh time Freedom that's the one So Pro tip I could have I could have

oh by the way this is actually a good good Pro tip this is a very important Pro tip so definitely listen to this I could have actually taken the recordings of my best coaching calls just I just want to throw this in there and just sold those as separate bonuses and I can probably still do this now AKA what I love about business models like this is that I've actually sat down on Zoom recorded those calls as well still got them by the way on on on a Google Drive on my Google Drive folder still

got everything one of them every single one of them I could technically just take those put them into a school Community those recorded coaching calls that help people get to 10K a month with literally and I could just probably just take those recordings upload to a school community and just charge people like $50 $90 a month to just go and watch those in a school community and build a whole Community around that and I did that work ages ago you see how crazy this is it's like you're able to create work once and then you're

able to sell it in multiple different form forms all over the place see what I'm trying to say it's insane so the screen recording software I used which is what I'm using right now to record my screen it's called screenflow or you can use loom loom is like $10 a month Google drive folder $6 a month module slides were created on keynote which is just a software you can get on Apple it's literally one of the default things you can use Google Slides if you want to that's completely free or you can use um Microsoft

PowerPoint or whatever it is yeah PowerPoint no camera needed I didn't even have my face on camera when I recorded my digital product like literally I didn't even show my face on my digital product my face I repeat my face on agency tritation is never seen it's just me satting in an office with a microphone near my face recording it the microphone I used back then as well was a Blue Yeti which cost me £80 so $100 you don't even need the microphone like that you can get a microphone like this I actually think the

audio quality comes out better with microphones like this this microphone cost me £15 which is $20 the program was hosted on teachable which is $97 a month back then I believe it was it's now $134 I think it is like $130 $147 maybe it's it's gone up in price so try to find another hosting platform if you don't want to pay that much money you can find loads of them payment processor that I use stripe it's free but it does take a 3% transaction free fee plus like 20% or 40 excuse me not 40% 40

cents not that would absolutely be inan saying do not if there's a payment proc processor out there that's taking 40% of what you're earning you're getting scammed bro so use use um use stripe if you're in a country that allows stripe use PayPal if if you're not website was clickfunnels $97 a month so my total expenses roughly was like $6 plus $97 plus $97 I might be think forgetting something but I think that's pretty much it for this particular business model when you think about it yeah just need clickfunnels your website teachable to host your

program social media account that's free um maybe calendar software if you're going to do the the the selling on the via the phone instead of a sales page I do recommend that at the start um and Google drive folder that's it so add $15 on to this so $215 then we'll call it$ 25 per month there you go probably like my total expenses now let's talk about about final I guess almost the final stage the fifth stage is gaining traffic this is where most people actually get it wrong they either try to sell like crappy

digital products on Etsy which no one wants or they try to sell a course to people who do not know them like them or trust them what I mean by that is you go up to random people and try to DM them and get them on calls and try to sell them some sort of program it's very difficult to sell stuff to people especially of this nature like a digital program in any regards to anybody who doesn't know you like you or trust you the reason why business models like this work so well is because

you build a authentic audience with people and they say hey this guy actually has a skill not only does he have a skill he has a unique way of doing that that thing Montel knows about this struggle that I'm going through which is the cold Outreach things sucking so he's created upwork Plus Cold emails combine them together it actually makes sense let me go check it check out his his landing page and then watch my vsl my video sales letter and I'm like you know what actually this sounds interesting maybe I won't buy now but

maybe I will they buy in the program it's all inbound see what I'm trying to this this business model is better when you build it inbound I have never ever Once Sold agency tritation ever by sending a cold Outreach email a cold Outreach DM a c Outreach message in any way shape or form or even having a team member do that for me or an appointment set or anything like that it's just being people watch my YouTube come to my YouTube land on my landing page inbound didn't even run ads or or even retargeting ads

for it so to solve this problem here these two problems of you not getting sales you absolutely must build an audience and yes you have to put your face on camera nobody's going to buy something from you if they don't know you like you or trust you can you imagine if I if you've never saw just imagine you never saw me before and i' send you a DM on Instagram and I say and I've got no profile picture and I say hey do you want to come buy my course hey come byy come buy my

9997 course hey come byy this come byy this 97 course what are you going to say what that the weirdest thing I've ever done on YouTube but what what what what would you say genuinely you'd be like bro get the hell out of here like like leg it bro like as we say over here in the UK leg it such a Yorkshire thing to say just just leg it bro like get out of here kick rocks As Americans would say leg it kick rocks same thing so um yeah be a scam your scam alert would

ring however if you watch my channel for months on end and you start liking my sales presentations and the way I break stuff down and my arguments and my evidence that I'm providing and you actually know me like me you like the personality you see that I'm trying to provide value and all this sort stuff and you build trust over time then you're going to be like you know what I actually like this guy it's kind of like and I said this in in my um in my last video it's kind of like you know

like when you go shopping in the mall let say you got a big mall and you already know you're going to go to Apple and spend $1,000 but on the way to Apple to spend $1,000 on iPhone people trying to give out free samples of like I don't know cologne like cologne samples hey do you want to try out this new cologne you're every single time you walk passing me you're like no no no I'm good I'm good I'm good but you know you're already on your way to go to a brand that you actually

want to buy from like apple and you happily spend $1,000 on a phone not only that but you remember it as clear as day because it was actually a good day so not only did you just pull out $1,000 and give it to Apple for a new phone but you willingly did that you enjoyed it and it was actually classed as a good day for you while simultaneously ignoring the guy that's literally trying to give you something for free you see the difference one of them has a brand that attracts you the other one's trying

to interrupt your day with some cold message it's the same thing as cold Outreach this is cold Outreach over here the brand being attracted is what I did I attracted people with for brand you see the difference so like I said in my last video the reason why most people are broke is is because they have intentionally made it that way by not putting themselves out there on social media if you want to remain anonymous online that's completely fine but know that comes with a huge consequence and the consequence is if you want to remain

anonymous online that is is no one's ever going to know you no one's ever going to like you and no one's ever going to trust you online and if you're trying to make money online that's not the best position to be in and you're going to struggle to make money online here's why because you've got nobody to sell to in order to make money you need to sell something to somebody but because you've got no bodies AKA you've got no audience you've not collected people that know you like you and trust you it's going to

be so difficult for you to even make money cuz nobody knows you likes you or trust you so you're going to be like that random guy that goes up to girls and like hey can I get a date like they're going to be like oh no go away but if you're standing next to Drake for example who got a brand around him got status in this particular case girls come flocking to him see the difference that's the difference so again you can remain anonymous online if you want to just know that trying to build and

make money online anonymously without putting your face on camera without building an audience that knows you and likes you and trusts you is it's like trying to take a shower without getting in the water it's damn near impossible it's like trying to get to space without a rocket you can try it all you want but I'm here to tell you it's going to be the most difficult thing you do now imagine trying to go up to a complete stranger on the street saying hey do you want to buy my C You' be like scam aot

so that's what you guys are doing when reasons why you can't um what' you call it um sell sell your programs but now imagine on the flip side Mr Beast let let's just hypothetically say Mr Beast creates a program on how to start a YouTube channel the biggest YouTuber on the platform creates a program on how to create a YouTube channel what do you think would happen to Mr be's bank account do you think it would go down do you think it would go up buy a little bit I'm pretty sure he would sell the

out of that I'd be buying that instantaneously imagine if Mr Beast created a digital program for $97 on how to create a YouTube channel or how to start a YouTube channel and get your first a th subscribers the literal number one authority figure in YouTube do you think he would sell do you think he would struggle to sell that see what I'm trying to say can you see what I'm trying to say you see the difference and by the way you do not need to be Mr Beast level famous to do this in fact you

can get clients and customers with less than 400 um followers on all your social media literally one of my students called Adam like I said he was able to generate three clients first this never done this before in his entire life complete Newbie no social media Presence at all he started a Tik Tok page he started creating content around flipping cars that was his thing or that's his thing should I say landed his first three clients in three weeks flat each $500 each for program his program is just a 4we program on how to flip

your first car using Facebook Marketplace and eBay that's it nothing to do with make money online or SMA see what I'm trying to say that's it PS if you want to know the best platforms for driving traffic organically is YouTube in my opinion and Instagram these two are the best Platforms in my opinion made I've made the most money on them I don't even really use other platforms YouTube and Instagram although Tik Tok fa well technically LinkedIn is how I got my first ever inbound client for $1,000 for my agency but um in my op

YouTube and Instagram absolutely YouTube is like non-negotiable to be honest with you this is non if you just want to make a lot of money genuinely speaking and you want a digital product that actually provides a transformation not one of those crappy Etsy digital products that you sell CU it's like trending on Etsy that's not really a real business if you ask me to be honest with you but if you want to make some real money and provide an actual impact and a transformation on people YouTube is is the platform Tik Tok is good Facebook

is good LinkedIn is good as well Facebook also can be used as well I do recommend using Facebook Facebook to start off with because it's so easy to go onto Facebook right now and find like let's say you help people overcome um binge eating you can literally find binge eating groups on Facebook join them and start adding all the members to your Facebook page on your Facebook on your Facebook page you've got a bunch of content around stopping binge eating and to your YouTube channel and then all the people that add you you have conversations

with them send them over to your YouTube channel next thing you know that they're watching your YouTube channel and they're binging your YouTube channel about binge eating that's a binge per there you go um and eventually they're going to end up start binging your calendar too and jumping on your calendar so you can binge close people and make a lot of money and thank Montel for it as well so drop a like on this video the problem like I said right now though for you guys most of you watching this is you've got no bodies

to sell to that's it that's your whole problem You' probably got good ideas or decent skills that you are probably monetizable if you have a conversation with me I'd be like yeah that's actually quite a good skill to monetize it's just that you're going to struggle because for the last 5 years you've not been building an audience because you've been scared of putting your face out there because you think your family and friends are going to judge you which has equated to you trying to do cold Outreach which in turn has kept you poor you've

just got no bodies to sell to the reason why you you're not making money is because you've got no person or persons to give you money cuz you don't have an audience for example this YouTube channel has like 41,000 subscribers on it that's 41,000 individual people that know me for sure or they wouldn't be subscribed that's already 41,000 people need I even say my Instagram Instagram's got like 16,000 people on there that's like what's what's that like 57,000 people that know me like me and trust me enough to drop a follow anyway see what I'm

trying to say so do it even matter I could technically realistically if I'm thinking about it I could probably create a program around mindset right now like entrepreneur mindset create that program today and have people enrolled in it by today by the end of end of the day literally so if you if you the way how you fix this is you need to build an audience or a community or a profile where you where people can actually get to know you like you and trust you that could be an Instagram page that could be a

Tik Tok page that could be a YouTube channel I recommend YouTube by the way if you don't want to do YouTube fine I really recommend I'm really going to push you to that cuz it will change your life I'm only saying this because I love you guys and I want you to change your lives um stop listening to gurus remember think about what all gurus do they all have YouTube channels Alex OSI imang gaji um all these dudes that you listen to all pretty much got YouTube channels or podcasts or whatever it is why because

they have an audience because they know that the more people that know them like them and trust them the easier it is to monetize they don't just do it for monetization reasons like genuinely a lot of them actually have good things to say and and the they making an impact with just their free content so shout out to them to be honest with you I should stop calling gurus to be fair cuz they're actually doing some good some of them are actually doing some good stuff um anyway long longtail keywords are going to be your

best friend they're literally Heavenly for example how to close SMA clients with upwork in 2023 full tutorial very longtail keyword but you type that in I'm like one of the F first people to rank so as you can see this is how I was selling digital program how to get clients on op complete guide there you go another one of my videos pops up you just I literally just typed in get clients on upwork I pop up in like one of the first Pages what I did in this particular instance sometimes the algorithm changes and

all that crazy stuff so that's how you get clients organically and let's talk about paid traffic I honestly didn't run any paid ads at all like not even once I still haven't done it for ages of tritation um yeah I just I just not even a retargeting ad or even a um called ad to new audiences I just haven't done that I just didn't know how to really do that that well for a digital program um I didn't know how to do it for like e-commerce Brands but just I just thought you know for for

a whole program it's a lot different it's a lot more difficult as well plus I didn't really need it to be honest with you it was making some decent money anyway long story short traffic paid ads I would say and this is for direct video sales letter ads if you don't know what that is a video sales letter is when your favorite Guru or I should stop call them that your favorite YouTuber or in money make make money online dude or just anybody you listen to doesn't even need to be a make money online person

they have a website and when you click on that website it will say hey it has a big headline and it will say op in to learn this free training or watch more about this thing or they've got like a a eBook T typically a video sales letter is a video that's why it's called a video sales letter it's a video you opt in you put your name in your your email your phone number opt in and then it will redirect you automatically to a page where you watch a video that en that encourages you

to book in a call you then book in a call with somebody and then they book in a call with you you get on that call they present their case and then hopefully they present something that you like and you buy something that's actually good that's how it's how it's supposed to work good clean authentic marketing by the way always look out for clean authentic marketing um so that's a vssl however for vsl ads you'll need a decent budget for this so this is probably not for beginners running this because your cost per client so

your customer acquisition cost how much it cost you to acquire one new client can literally be north of $1,500 meaning for every $1,500 you put into ads it can literally bring you back out one client at like three grand yes so you make a two r two two 2x return on investment Roi however if you haven't got 1,500 to start with then you're going to have to go the organic route which I just basically broke down you know organic traffic you're going to have to use other ads for so if you don't want to go

that's the direct vssl way so for ads there's kind of like two methods there's direct vsls and then there's what you call like it's almost like branding ads like social ads some people call it the Instagram growth funnel so that would be like using an Instagram page boosting post saying hey if you are interested in running an agency and you've been trying to do cold Outreach and you want to learn how to do upwork Outreach blah blah blah this is how one of my students did it blah blah blah drop me a follow and just

DM me the word upwork and I'll send you over a free script you've seen those ads on Instagram people then run those and it generates people who are interested in what they've just said they follow them and then DM them for the script on upwork and because they've dm' that person for the script on upwork that means they've shown intent they've come inbound to you saying hey I actually want this script on upwork you said you know about the agency stuff and then you have a conversation with them then you push them to a YouTube

channel or you push them direct to a call and you close them into your program for 997 or three grand or 7 Grand or 10 grand I've seen people sell programs for literally like 12 Grand 36 grand for masterminds not even joking so that's paid ads and by the way the video tutorial if you want a video tutorial on that just I'll link a video below this in the description but um that's how I did it peace thanks by
