the Arkham games have been a thing for many many years and with any franchise comes the inevitability of theories a lot of theories the Arkham games have a lot of theories some that Mak sense like most of these will but some are just straight up bat crap insane and pretty funny honestly I have compiled 10 theories to discuss about the Arkham games and let's just start with the first one here [Music] so this first Theory touches on the story of Cyrus Pinkney I've actually discussed this guy recently in my disturbing details video so Cyrus Pinkney
was the architect who built a lot of Gotham's old buildings like the Gotham Merchants Bank and the courthouse and stuff in the late 1800s long story short because his story is really long a man named Henry cobblepot tried to poison him with a drink but Cyrus knew that and he faked his death and he also had Henry killed in the process however what became of Cyrus pinky after is unknown after finishing the quest his body is nowhere to be found even where his coffin is his body is not there so his fate is unknown this
is where the Theory comes in that Cyrus pikney somehow ended up becoming Solomon Grundy now this theory has one strong bit of evidence to show off for it but first off I want to say that solman Grundy's name is usually Cyrus Gold and you know Cyrus pink KN shares the first name so there's a common trait there which you know you can use for some kind of evidence if you would like like however the biggest piece of evidence comes from where you find Solomon Grundy you find him in Arkham City under this mum but do
you know what this museum is called the Cyrus Pinkney Natural History Institute so the theory goes that somehow Cyrus vanished without a single person knowing where he is and it's due to that fact that he turns into Solan Grundy becoming unrecognizable and no one being able to distinguish who Grundy really was now if you look at Grundy's bio in Arkham City it does confirm his name Cyrus Gold and his bio kind of talks about how Cyrus tried to escape Justice over at Slaughter swamp over a century ago this could line up with Cyrus pgy he
saw out his own Justice becoming a vigilante in a way and left and that was also over a century ago too kind of so I don't know it's an interesting one for sure let me know what your thoughts are on this one [Music] now this Theory here is debunked now for obvious reasons once I explain it but there was this Theory going around before Arkham Knight came out that the Arkham Knight was actually supposed to be a cloned Bruce Wayne so the theory goes like this at some point during the events of Arkham City the
DC company known as Cadmus gets their hands on Batman's DNA and is now able to somehow clone a malicious Sinister version of Bruce perhaps one that hates himself and becomes the Arkham Knight to fight against his original self the evidence comes from Markham City in the game in Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC you could find a sign for Cadmus Labs Cadmus labs in the comics is a company that pretty much does this they clone or make these genetic copies of superheroes like they made super boy in the comics Cadmus is just really random to put here
as an Easter egg right like I think it's really random so you know the idea went like Batman being cloned in combination with his infected Joker disease perhaps made this clone version of Bruce and this clone version of Bruce is a hateful and vengful and twisted one that wanted to kill his original Self maybe the Clone version hates himself in the actual Batman and wants to kill him I don't know the motive would be kind of weird to explain I think but it is one of the theories prior to the game's release that I thought
was kind of cool and really interesting it would have been way less obvious than Jason Todd that's for sure but yeah let's move on to the next Theory [Music] here so this Theory goes that Dr Young was always evil in the Arkham games rather than a victim of unfortunate circumstances now I've talked about Dr Young before but I never fully delved into the topic Dr Young is the lady in charge of making the Titan formula the formula that's pretty much a catalyst for the entire series basically now according to the Arkham Wiki Titan was originally
conceived by her as a way to have weaker patients survive more strenuous treatments but over the course of the games the Titan was used for nothing but bad things in the manner of family DLC Dr Young had her Titan used on a sick daughter named Katie and she was forced to pull the plug by The Joker which got that little girl killed now it's obvious here jok and Harley kind of forced her to do this but it's something to note in Arkham Asylum however we see that she uses Bane as a test subject to Testa
Titan and we can clearly see that Bane is in great pain and being used against his will he's being tortured Bane refers to her as bruha which means witch that kind of leads me to think that maybe she didn't show any kind of remorse when testing the stuff on Bane which makes me think there is a bit of malice in her ultimately she dies though and we never get to see the Titan be used for anything good keep in mind matter family took place years before Arkham Asylum she had a ton of time to research
Titan and to Kind of Perfect it but the entire time it's just used for evil things it is more on the side maybe that she was being forced the entire time by Joker to use a Titan in these evil ways but it's entirely possible she had other motives with the Titan perhaps some that are really malicious some that are really evil but let me know what you think on this [Music] one okay this next theory is one that I've seen float around but I'm not sure what to make of it I've never really put too
much thought into it until now but there is a theory that in the Arkham games Batman has a Third identity that even he himself doesn't know about and in this Third identity he sometimes helps villains and it gives the villain Clues to the Batman which is why the villains are sometimes steps ahead of him at points in the game but it's also how Batman can beat them easily since he'll subconsciously know their tricks some of the evidence I was able to kind of put together was that when Joker's blood infected Batman he did things like
put a lethal cannon on the Batmobile Batman was seemingly aware of the Joker the entire time between Arkham Knight and a little after City since we saw in the flashback with Gordon in Arkham Knight that that last cell was for him he knew Joker was in him maybe Joker was the Third identity between these games or maybe Bruce always had a third Persona the entire time in Arkham Origins these thugs here talk about a character named Lefty matter atast ask for the bat the bat wait you serious I thought he was like a urban Mi
oh he's real enough just ask Mickey Mickey no Lefty Lefty oh Lefty this is a reference to Lefty KNX one of the identities used by Batman to go into the criminal world what if this is an unknown identity to Bruce and he's been doing things like this the entire time it's an interesting Theory because it delves more into the fact that Bruce truly is someone that's crazy even Oracle thought that may be a possibility with Batman psyche as she suggested something similar in the hush side mission in Arkham City but yeah it is an interesting
Theory I don't know if it holds too much ground or evidence but it is really interesting to think about and let me know what you think of this one [Music] too this next one Joker wanted to die in Batman Arkham Origins this is a theory that I think makes a lot of sense Joker did not plan to survive the events of Arkham Origins I think Joker merely wanted to kill Batman for revenge and then after end his life the reason being is that the Joker story here that we see is a classic one he has
where he goes to ace chemicals and he falls into a vat of acid and becomes Joker Batman was seemingly there that night as that's what the scene suggested Joker wanted to get revenge on Batman by hiring these assassins and killing him after which Joker was planning to die himself if you notice during the hotel mission when Bane shoots a rocket at Joker he pretty much accepts it and doesn't try to fight back and after Batman saves him when he's falling Joker seemed kind of pissed and he asks Batman why he do that as if Joker
wanted to die and at the very end of the scene Joker again tries to shoot himself he says the guys he shot deserve death just like him and he points the gun to his head but Batman stops him before he can pull the trigger Joker was suicidal the entire time in this game and he had no purpose until Batman gave him said purpose which is where the Joker obsession with Batman comes from in this game Joker's life went from Rock Bottom to just straight up Bedrock I don't know or maybe he didn't want to die
maybe he would have kept being the Clown Prince of Crime After Batman died but that wouldn't make much sense to me the evidence points to the fact that he planned to die after killing Batman and I think that's an interesting Theory gives Joker a little bit more character in the game but let's just move on with the next [Music] Theory the court of owls we never see the court of ows in the Arkham games other than a couple of Easter eggs and Arkham Origins they are never mentioned in these games not once however even though
they're never mentioned one Theory suggests that they've been there the entire series there's a lot of specific examples that would make sense to show that they have been around for a while and I picked out a few to talk about here one of the theories goes back to Cyrus Pinkney some people said that instead of him turning to Solon Grundy what if the cavals took him in and either killed him or had him join the court since Cyrus was very well versed into the political side of Gotham City so that is a very big possibility
another thing that I've heard from people is that it was the court that helped Hugo Strange in pretty much allowing the city to let him build this giant super prison in the middle of it it's hard for someone to get permission like that what if it was the cter vals that influenced the Gotham higher ups to allow Hugo Strange to do this maybe to them Arkham City was a good idea that can help cleanse the city of the filth by getting all these criminals killed another theory to support it is with Anarchy Anarchy is nowhere
to be seen in Arkham Knight in fact in the game they make that apparent thugs in the Overworld ask where Anarchy is since he would love the chaos and Gotham there's Anarchy symbols all around the city and even at the section in the villains Vault with Anarchy Aaron cash is unclear of what happened to him and thinks the government took him it could be very possible he was taken by the qu of vals instead since Anarchy does kind of align with their political ideals if you really want to make that argument Arkham Origins did suggest
that the court does exist in this universe would they simply let things like Arkham City just happen without any influence or even the chaos and stent Arkham Knight will they just take a step back and let that happen I don't think so if they do exist I could see them having some sort of influence over these kind of choices we may never know but it is something to take note of and who knows maybe Rock City's next game will feature the court of [Music] ows moving on to this Theory this one is the most well-known
one I think out of all of these but I wanted to add it here because I wanted to talk about it and touch on it Damen Wayne does Damen Wayne exist in the Arkham verse and I think that he does in Batman Arkham City Raya ghoul's hot daughter Talia says this the Batman you didn't need to get yourself arrested to see me Bruce after that night we spent in Metropolis you could have just called okay so they had a thing in Metropolis this line of dialogue suggests that maybe Talia was pregnant in this time and
she had Damen Wayne after if you don't know who Damen is it's the son of Bruce Natalia now there were plans to make a Damen Wayne Arkham game it was called project Sabbath and it would feature like an old Bruce Wayne and yada yada yada my point in bringing that up is that even though that game was cancelled it still feeds into that notion that they put this line of dialogue here to have that pathway open for them and I think Damen Wayne does exist in this universe now the questions after is like how old
is he at the time of Arkham City Talia doesn't say when her and Bruce went to Metropolis so that could have been a recent time or a very long time and another thing is who's taking care of Damian after talia's death I'm assuming she had that taken care of should that happen should she have died maybe he's under the care of people she trusts maybe nissa's taking care of him who knows but with the cancelled Damen Wayne game coupled with that line here I think Damen Wayne does exist in the Aran verse maybe Raya ghoul
doesn't know about him Talia might think that he's too dangerous or maybe she doesn't she seem to be close with her father in Arkham City there's so many questions but the theory here is that Damen Wayne does exist in the Arkham verse we have yet to see him hopefully one day we get [Music] answers Jack Ryder is he really the creeper in this universe or not so the creeper is a character in the DC Universe that looks like a yellow ugly monster thing this is him here here's a picture Jack Ryder in the comics turns
into this guy a will Jack Ryder is the creeper the creeper has this man personality but he's usually on the side of good to the point where Batman is kind of his ally however is Jack Ryder the creeper in the Arkham verse I think that he is but let's break down the evidence in Arkham Asylum Jack Rider's bio does say that he can turn into the creeper at will however something to note is that the Arkham Asylum bios are established at this point to not really be Canon considering they're just generic comic book bios like
there's a hush bio here when he shouldn't be here for example so yeah keep that in mind however in Arkham City one of quinsey Sharp's audio tapes drops the Creeper's name check this out they said they didn't want to place their safety their children's safety in the hands of Vigilantes like Batman Nightwing and there's at least one more the huntress the creeper whoever list so to me this confirms that the creeper does exist but we never once see Jack turn into this guy even when his life is in danger and he's about to die so
this leads me to believe one of three things I think Jack rer is the creeper in the arkh converse but it's either that one his Transformations are involuntary and he doesn't know about them because if he did know about them he would most likely talk about it at some point in these games in his own goofy way right but he never does so yes that's one possibility in that he transforms involuntarily and he just doesn't remember anything after maybe something triggers the transformation who knows two Batman at some point in this universe CED Jack of
the creeper symptom inside of him and maybe that happened between Arkham City and Arkham Knight who knows or three maybe the creeper is somebody else entirely in this universe and it's not Jack Ryder at all thatd be kind of weird of me to just do that but I guess it's a possibility but I like to think that Jack Rider in this universe is the creeper and he just has involuntary Transformations triggered by something or maybe it's just completely random and Batman I think for sure would know about it but he doesn't tell Jack so he's
not afraid or anything I don't know maybe a future game could answer this for us but yes to make it clear my theory here is that Jack Ryder is the creeper but the Transformations are involuntary and he doesn't know about the Transformations and he doesn't even know himself that he's a creeper I think that's pretty interesting let me know what you [Music] think did Gordon always know the identity of Bruce Wayne as Batman or not so this is actually kind of vague in Batman Arkham Knight after saving Gordon from Jason Todd Batman and Gordon have
this conversation in the elevator Jim I just want to say working with Barbara it was an honor don't even if you'd known what she was doing you couldn't have stopped her stubborn like her old man Brave you know you see a lot in this job a lot of pain a lot of suffering but I'll never forget taking a witness statement from an 8-year-old boy who'd just seen his parents gun down you were kind Jim I was thinking I may never get a chance to tell you this to say sorry you don't need to we the
same Bruce we do anything for our family so as you heard Gordon said Bruce here he knows Batman is Bruce Wayne prior to the scene Gordon has never once eluded or said or did anything to let us know he knew Bruce Wayne was Batman ever so the question is did he know Bruce was Batman for a long time or did he just find out so right before the scene you fight Jason Todd with Gordon present in the room Jason literally screams Bruce's name throughout their fight so anyone with ears can hear it however Jason never
says Bruce Wayne in the fight he just says his first name Bruce take that information as you will like I'm sure people like Gordon here will still assume it's Bruce Wayne that Jason is talking about but I thought I'd add that in so it's pretty cool it makes you wonder if Gordon figured it out here or he just always knew I think either way you see it you can't be wrong one comment on this topic I saw was that since this is the only specific time Gordon mentions Bruce's name it's like Rock City wanted to
let us know that Gordon found out here in the section of the game however I like to think that Gordon found out sometime after Arkham Origins since Gordon was trying to capture Batman and Arkham Origins I feel like he wouldn't consider Bruce a suspect considering he never went after Bruce Wayne in that game so I think Gordon at some point realized that it was Bruce Wayne After Arkham Origins that's what I like to believe I always like this path more than the other because it kind of makes the way Gordon Comfort Bruce in this universe
when Bruce's parents died a little bit more thought-provoking like Gordon one day was like holy crap the kid whose parents died that I talked to and try to comfort is now the Batman kind of thing it's just more interesting to me than having him find out here in this Mission maybe since he noticed Jason called Batman by his name though he's just like okay I can just call Batman Bruce and he wouldn't mine I don't know the way Bruce doesn't even acknowledge it really other than just calling Jim a kind man that night his parents
died kind of makes me think that Bruce also secretly knew that deep down that he knew that Gordon knew who he was it's just a storytelling path that I like more but like I said it is ambiguous so let me know what you [Music] think okay I saved the best theory for last you're waiting on this one because of the thumbnail I think I'm going to make this thumb I don't know the theory is that Five Nights at Freddy's is in the same universe as Arkham now I know what you're thinking this is really stupid
and you're completely right it's really stupid stop being pessimistic where else am I going to talk about this Theory other than a video legit about Arkham theories so this evidence gathered is all on the Wiki page for Arkham I don't play the FNAF games ever so thankfully the site lists all the evidence making it clear making my research easier here so let's explain why people think the FNAF world and the Arkham world are one Universe okay so there's a lot of evidence listed on this website holy damn okay so first off William Aton may have
been inspired by the mechanical Guardians in Wonder city of the late 19th century since the Guardians in Arkham City were really technologically advanced and William Aton with his animatronics is also very technologically advanced that okay okay okay sure very very interesting I I agree actually I concur let's move on the next bit of evidence is that Raya ghoul could be behind the Revival of fast Fair entertainment after Pizzeria simulator due to wanting to find more remant in his quest for immortality since you know Batman destroyed the last remaining Lazarus in the Arkham Knight side mission
this would assume the ending where Batman cures re is Cannon and it's possible that ra ALU use Mr Burrows who's the chairman of Fazbear entertainment as a pawn similar to how he used Hugo Strange in Arkham City I I my brain's already rotting but I'm still lowkey interested let's just keep moving on there's a character in The FNAF games named Jason who wears a Batman t-shirt in the Silver Eyes which could connect it to universes and he shares the same name of of redhead Jason Todd because his name's Jason that that makes complete sense to
me like I actually I'm I'm almost convinced let's let's keep going Michael in the FNAF games as a character in FNAF games I guess draws a superhero in his log book that shoots lasers which could reference Superman who exists in the Arkham series and also has the ability to shoot lasers yes indubitably yes yes indubitably yes in dhobi the FNAF game I'm guessing it's a FNAF game Rory gets induced with the hallogen gas which makes him see nightmare animatronics this could be the same gas from the Arkham games like scarecrow's fear gas that makes a
lot of sense you know what that does makes yeah I agree next Point here is that William Aton could have helped fund the Arkham Knights militia in exchange for said fear gas from scarecrow we know Outsiders of Gotham helped to fund a militia so that's a very big possibility also in the tales from the pizza black storyline FNAF Batman is mentioned suggesting that Batman exists in the universe in the Arkham Origins extortion tapes lobe tells Lieutenant Brandon to meet with the third party requiring his Services the leader of this third party goes by the code
name of facade this could be William Aton as as he's known for sads Montgomery Gator from FNAF I'm guessing that's an animatronic is inspired by Killer Croc sure yeah yeah completely The Voice mimic synthesizer Gadget that Batman uses in Arkham Knight could be connected to the mimic one program in FNAF AKA they also call that the mimic who does the same thing pretty much very interesting yes I was wondering how Obama could synthesize voices it had to be some from something like FNAF I I completely agree steelwood Studios the FNAF guys follow Rock City on
Twitter H compelling that's very compelling Gotham City is set in New New Jersey while the FNAF games take place in Utah which is why Batman doesn't interfere with the FNAF events since they're different locations and that I'm I'm pretty much sold yeah I mean that makes sense why would Batman go to Utah and finally in the ruined FNAF DLC Cassie comes across a small lake under the pizz Plex which has similar colors to Lazarus Pit which could be the new pit R is trying to create I am enlightened very compelling arguments however there is a
problem list on the website that does make it imply that this Theory might be false one of the problems listed is there is that there's just no way this is real nor sc's original attention for the story however you know what anything's possible I'm just going to say they do exist in the same universe because who's going to stop me I like to cause chaos but yes my bad if this last theory is just not as compelling as the actual theories here but I mean come on you you had to be kind of entertained where
else am I going to talk about this Theory you know I was actually it's very interesting but the those are 10 theories from the Arkham games let me know if any are stupid ones you enjoyed and I also have a theory page on my Discord if I gather more theories I could make another one of these so just put ones you think are actually plausible there and I might make a video on it again in the future at some point but yes leave a like subscribe share anything like that helps I guess but I hope
you enjoy the video and I will see you on the next video stay safe and uh peace [Music] I'm on Miss time
