Where the number of people in the planet today compared to 10 years ago, is a number totally different people are multiplying much faster, which makes it to where there are loads more by the square inch not here, but over the major cities which has a series of consequences, am I right or wrong? the more people, the more resources they consume and they will need cash to survive need to eat, breathe, be happy, reproduce over all, the world becomes ever more chaotic For we are in a world which has a capitalistic system, where everyone and everything has a price that puts people in a situation where they will seek ever more often, more money, so they may survive which makes producers, business men, wanna sell their products at all costs loads of information ate the same time, loads of people at the same time loads of the same thing, all at the same time, which makes people go crazy Besides being over populated, people end up losing the esence of life ending up trying to adapt themselves to a standard to survive in this world where there are people, practically being produced in a serie like the manner in which they behave, that makes them have life experiences that makes them not able to live fully, any second of their lives they are always thinking about thier future, always doing many things at the same time you have to analyze one thing the more people in the world, the less time people will have the world is an engine, it´s always going, the more people, the more it goes or the bigger this engine will be more manual labor it will need, more mental energy wiill it need so people, they will work, they will tend to work more than ever they tend to mentally speed up more and more, in other words, live less the more speed, less life.

To be able to survive in current times, we have to we have to placed in stressful situations that our bodies and minds , aren´t ready for lets say it from an evolutionistic point of view, our bodies and minds weren´t made to support such stress, but nevertheless an over competitive world we live in and we are placed in these situations which make us overly stressed out and we need to vent out in some way or another these venting out options may be compulsions, may be feeding compulsions may be drugs, may be you, you going back to work may be sitting in front of the TV and being doped up, doped up on your cell phone watching utilities as literally as if you´d be trying to escape the world anyways, there are many things that may be used up as escape valves, using only as an example venting out by eating, we end up eating loads of things things we don´t need, that our bodies don´t need then here we have our minimalism, we should follow our feeding minimalisms as well to eat what we really need, we end up eating a lot of sugar for example have you ever stopped to consider about the evolutionistic sugar consumption point of view? The human being doesn´t need sugar, but we consume it in almost every meal which makes us fat, fat people, because we are consuming a calorie that we don´t need that won´t be useful and won´t be used for anything there after from out of no where we are fat, we cry in front of the mirror only to see that gut and we wanna flatten out the gut so then what do we do? We start running, we start going to the gym we start exercising, we start to grind out on exercises to burn calories that we don´t need, then after a.
. . month or two of running on the tread mill, we start having knee problems we continue stressing out over the necessary, we continue venting out eating more than necessary and getting fatter, only to find fatter people running on the tread mill with a knee problem, one thing generating another and you trying to solve a problem and always creating another, but OK COPINI you are right, but what does it have to do with mindfulness, full attention?
