so last week was crazy it was the Black Friday Cyber Monday weekend and I hit a huge milestone my first $50,000 day with Shopify Drop Shipping and I'm in disbelief it's just crazy what can happen in a few months when you really put your mind to something okay so we're in my shopy as you can see last month we did 800k or 790 but shopy has this filter called Black Friday Cyber Monday so we're going to break it down by that weekend and you're going to see that we made over 162,000 I'm going to go
ahead and hit the Refresh on that as well peeking at $51,000 in just one day today I will show you the exact strategy that I used I'm even going to show you my exact Facebook ad strategy that I use every single day to pump stores up to these numbers and if you follow this video I can damn near guarantee you that you can also get results with Drop Shipping cuz let's face it there's nobody else in the game teaching you this information now have a look at this too one of my students made over $40,000

is just amazing but okay now that the money is made it's time to set the information free and become the most valuable Drop Shipping Channel and by the way this is not just some Black Friday strategy that I'm about to teach you this is the method I use to make money with Drop Shipping every single day so you are not too late in fact you are just on time because the next couple of months Drop Shipping is going to be substantially easier but you have to listen to me right now okay so before I show
you my Facebook ad strategy you need the right type of products okay because the truth is most products can't scale this high and they will usually die out fast and this is for either one or two reasons number one it's simply just too competitive maybe you are trying to sell Healthcare products or makeup stuff you know the things that we have already seen and by doing this you'll be crushed with competition or two your product does not give any real value it's just some stupid viral thing see with my store it actually encourages people to
stop procrastinating my product gets them in shape and makes them feel guilty when they see my video ads but then I also give them hope for a new life and I even include a free workout book on how to best use the product and how they can reach their goals so my product gives hope it solves an insecurity it gives the customer a purpose and it actually enhances their life now I know some of you probably know what I am selling and maybe I'll tell you maybe not you'd have to pay attention so what I'm
trying to say is this sell products that have real value and ideally applies to the masses because you will never make good consistent money selling something that's too neat it needs to be something Broad New unique and all of my products are usually found using the Instagram res research strategy where you just open your phone you browse Instagram res and you find a gold mine of winning products so as you can see my store has been very consistent for a while now but for some reason I just can't break a million doll month I think
I'm cursed or something but it's consistent because I have branded it okay so by doing this I can beat all of my competition and it gives me a lot more trust making a store more long term okay so I'm going to first of all show you how I started running my product with Facebook ads but you have to understand that right now video ad creation is the most important part because scaling to 10K day with Facebook ads right now is actually stupidly simple the system is currently just too easy and you can capitalize on this
so my campaign setup is actually simple I'm going with five ad sets ad groups these are your audiences now if you are new to Facebook ads still stick around because this is all going to make sense in a second okay I'm starting with five ad groups these are basically my audience I'm going with one campaign but more importantly is the fact that I am spamming videos under it okay as you can see in this campaign I have tested 10 unique videos all of these videos are different my goal with this campaign is one thing only
to find my winning video because if you already have this in place your probability of success is going to be like five times higher so I always start by looking for videos that are good and most of my content is just ripped from Tik Tok mixing it a little bit into my own it's very simple like beginner type of strategy now the thing I'm optimizing for is click toate okay so my video ads needs to be genuine as you can see right here we have user generated content I actually found this online it's not too
salesy as you can see this is just a guy showing you how the product is working showing his workout routine with it okay but at the end we do go with a call to action it's time to make a change get the product for for example a discount and we hooked them in to actually buy it we're basically just showing what it's going to be like oning the product now another thing we did is we looked for different marketing angles so we also took the product and run it to girls only using these types of
video ads so we can see which audience works the best okay and we're once again just showing how the product works putting text over it explaining everything but it's not too salesy okay I want you to understand that creative testing is the most important so like you see here we're testing a bunch of different videos we're also testing this one which is a lot more salesy um and we see what works right and then once we have the winning video it's time to scale our campaign so the way that I scale this product is a
little bit different Facebook is changing now as you can see we're working with a bunch of campaigns but my first goal when launching everything is to find a dominating adet okay so by now we have a video that's working we see that it's getting the majority of the clicks it's getting some sales too our next goal is to find a dominating adset that's selling so inside of this campaign we can see that one of the adsets is performing good he getting us 13 sales is getting us loads of data basically what I'm going to do
now is I'm going to start scaling that one so if any adset does good I'm simply just going to go ahead and duplicate it okay and publish I'm making copies of every single adset so we can click the duplicate button here duplicate original setup we're going to go next once we get onto this page we're simply just going to go ahead and publish it so everything that works we're actually going to go ahead and clone the next thing I'm going to do is I'm going to make another copy of that exact adset and I'm going
to go ahead and put the budget from $10 all the way up to 25 so that's a vertical scale everything that works we're going to go ahead and duplicate and increase the budget so when we look at the adsets inside of here the campaign is basically going to spend money where they want to so as you can see we have two winning adsets and they are pretty much getting all the spent cuz they are working they are the most profitable so Facebook is not going to spend any money on the bad ones that doesn't work
so this function is always going to be the best now here's what I did to scale up to 50K a day which is so different from what I used to do back in the days I would just increase the budget on everything one thing you need to know about your Facebook ads right now is that if you increase the budget too hard they are going to mess up your ads okay so what I'm doing instead now is I'm taking my winning uh adsets and I actually just go ahead and duplicate them and then I duplicate
them into a new campaign and for that reason as you can see here we have a million campaigns running and these are all a little bit different as you know in this one for example we had like seven adsets but we're also going to have another campaign where we have literally the same exact adset just many times so as you can see here there's a little bit of a difference in performance some are doing good some are not but this is actually the same exact adset the same audience and everything in six different versions what
I'm trying to do is to reoptimize my adsets to find the best version of it then what I do next is I duplicate my winning adset into another campaign I know it gets a little bit trickier but stay with me okay because you will understand I duplicate my best adsets into a campaign where I'm running just one adet okay so I might be running a $100 campaign with literally just one adset inside of it and my winning video so I'm starting out broad testing everything trying to find my video then I'm starting to you know
sum it all into a campaign and it's still going to be a little bit messy and then eventually I move towards the end where my goal is to have campaigns with just one adet inside of it absolutely dominating okay but this is going to take a little bit of time so in the face that I am currently at scaling up to 50K a day we're going to have a ton of campaigns and it's going to be mess now I know that these results are a little bit extreme though and that your goal is probably just
to hit your first $1,000 day or just make a couple of sales online but this system still applies to any Drop Shipping Store okay as I showed you literally how we started our campaigns until how we scaled it so high so start simple with just one to two campaigns increase the budget slowly and build your way up so don't get confused here okay because you can really do this like I said it's easy now you just have to make more campaigns do duplicate slash clone anything that's working and go as broad as possible while testing

are if you have a r of three that means every dollar you spend you make three back if you have a Ros of 10 that means if you spend $1 you make 10 back so it basically shows you how profitable you are and the problem with going so broad is that you're never really going to have a super high rows but what I do to combat that is I do a mix of everything okay so for some my adsets I'm using detail targeting now when first starting I don't recommend you do this but if you
have a product that maybe isn't working or you are just looking to scale it like Define your audience I do this in every scenario Facebook has this thing right here they just deleted a couple of the interest but down here you can actually Target things okay so let's say we're selling a cooking product we could literally search for cooking or we could Target women only and by saying that I know 2% comment section is going to give me hate for that but we can Target things like that and of course once you get the data
it's going to be better for you to Target someone specific if we're talking about profitable right you can go abroad and reach everyone but the second you get like autistically obsessive about your audience you really trying to reach them and you test interest is also going to be when you actually become profitable so a good interest here could for example be foodie now what I like to do is I like to do just one interest per adset to get some control over what's working okay and over the next couple of weeks I'll be testing multiple
interest a day okay so I will launch a campaign with like 10 adsets this will be an AO okay so it's we're not going to do campaign budget we're going to spend $10 per adset which as long as you don't select Advantage campaign budget in the campaign setup you will be able to actually adjust the adset budget right here we will run around 10 adsets to just test interest we'll test three to five every single day to find the winning one then once we really have some winners we're going to make a campaign like this
where we combine them all together but even better we are going to make some adsets where we stack all of our winning interest into one by doing that we can use interest targeting while still going broad does this make sense to you you first start specific you figure out who is your audience once you have some you mix them all into an adset okay because like I said Facebook right now is Broad now with all that being said though the simple system we went for is we just made a ton of campaigns okay and you
might be asking me Henrik when do you cut it so on Black Friday I'm taking some risk I might not be cutting things I should but I just calculate my break even rows okay if you have a row of like 1.4 it's probably not profitable you need to calculate that you can just Google how to calculate Break Even rows and if you're running an adet for its full budget let's say it's a $10 budget it spends like 15 there's no sales or it's not profitable then you cut it I would say cutting assets is very
logical if it ain't profitable you just cut it off don't waste your time on it and then you just launch new adsets so start broad test your videos once you find it you start making more and more campaigns you eventually start testing some interest you increase the budgets gradually not too fast and instead of spending too much you just make another campaign that is the exact strategy that I use to scale up to 30k days consistently and you can use this exact system on your small Drop Shipping Store as well to take it to the
