has been shown to optimize heart rate variability think this isn't just good for your physical health it indicates improved autonomic function in other words it brings your entire system into harmony again let's do it breathe in for five counts breathe out for five counts keep this Rhythm feel that when you breathe at this rhythm you're tuning your entire being to a higher frequency a higher vibration the 478 breathing technique from pranayama which is where you inhale for 4 seconds hold for seven then exhale for eight is another powerful tool stick with me here this specific
practice could be life-changing depending on if and how you apply this it's a way of activating your body's way to relax and improve pranaa flow and response at will increasing Soul Force you're literally changing your physiology and by extension your Consciousness with each breath cycle just like with anything else breath work is all about consistency these aren't techniques to use only when you're stressed or trying to meditate they're tools for fundamentally reshaping your Consciousness when you make conscious breathing a constant practice you're not just changing your mood or your focus you're evolving your entire being

practice called Maha mudra that combines breath retention with physical postures to direct energy flow none of these things are just ha yoga ASAS or stretches and this one in particular is a way of using your breath to sculpt your energy body yes your energy body or Aura exists and it can be sculpted or developed shaped each held breath becomes a scale for transformation a moment where you can redirect refine vital energy and sculpt your your aura here's a technique I love a lot it actually was responsible for my first outof body experience it's an ancient
Kundalini pranayama technique called the Breath of Fire this form of breath work involves rapid diaphragmatic breathing yes rapid it's like hitting the reset button on your entire system and in my experience it helped distance the real me as the soul away from my physical human body but I was in full control to get back in my body so it's safe so let me teach you but be careful how you practice this generally you should have a master teacher with you like I did at the time nevertheless here is what you do sit up straight in
a chair or with legs crossed on the floor make sure your spine is straight start with a sharp exhale through your nose really suck that belly in as you exhale let the inhale happen on its own don't force it then another forceful exhale keep this rhythm going this should be very fast like two to three breaths a second focus on those powerful exhales let the inhales take care of themselves now as you're doing this feel that heat building in your core that's not just air you're moving you're stoking an inner fire the heart of the
flame burning through stagnant energy and flooding your system with fresh pra keep it up for 30 seconds once you've got the hang of it you can push it to 1 to 3 minutes feel that surge that tingling that's your Energy System waking up you're not just breathing you're blasting through energetic blockages clearing out the gunk in your subtle body if you start feeling laded that's normal it's a sign things are shifting but if it gets uncomfortable just ease back into normal breathing wait a few minutes then try again remember keep it controlled the power comes
from your belly not your chest or throat your upper body should be chill throughout this when you're done take one deep breath in hold it for a beat then let it all out slowly sit with that for a moment feel the alertness the clarity that buzz of energy that's you more awake more alive this this is far beyond feeling physically energized you're purifying your entire being as a soul from the cellular body up to the astral body I've taught you some things here on how to keep your breathing deep stable and in turn expanding Consciousness
