and I found her through her business called social docs and I think that name is just so brilliant and that was the first thing that caught my attention basically she teaches entrepreneurs how to make everyday payday through social documents like you can actually make digital products and make a living online as an entrepreneur who is also God L you can have your faith you can have your knowledge you can have your expert te and you can put all this together and build an online business and when I talk about these things to y'all you think

the things I'm saying are abstract and that's one of the reasons why I'm bringing real humans who have actually done these things they've walked the walk they have gotten the results and they're here sitting down with me to tell me about their stories about their Journeys and my goal with this is for you to be inspired so that you can know that if they've done these things you can do it too so welcome the amazing Kendra to the couch hi Kendra Kendra to the couch that was so professional and I love the way that you

this is going to be a really good conversation and I'm just so thankful for you inviting me to your platform this is amazing course of course thanks for being here absolutely so Kendra a question that I always ask when I see an entrepreneur who is walking confidently in her purpose yes I can see I can see the skill obviously you are great at design I can see the confidence obviously when you show up even when you speak I can see the value that you provide to your audience I can see all of these things but

we don't just fall from the sky with these things no we don't we have origin stories we do so I want to hear your entrepreneurial origin story tell me how it started the beginning for sure um I'm the person that always got a prophetic word that like they were called to entrepreneur we're going straight there and I love it we're going straight there cuz that's really the Genesis tell me of my story I was I I mean from the fifth grade I can remember prophetic words from teachers God always found people to tell me like

you're called into the entrepreneurial world and even though um it almost felt like um it it it didn't feel like Common Sense only because of based on where I was in life and so he was like yeah I know you're struggling right now I know there's a lot going on in your family I know you come from people that deal with addiction I know you come from people that are struggling in specific areas but I've called you to be my mouthpiece in the marketplace I've heard that all my life and just didn't know how to

do that now there's a very practical side of business that I felt like how am I going to learn this because I was somebody Even After High School I I always have felt like okay I know that this is what y'all say we need to do to be successful but I've always felt like God would ultimately give me that pathway on what that meant for me because I know that we all have different processes and Journeys especially in the entrepreneurial World okay you call me to business how and so through my 20s I was doing

all kind of side hustles I've made cupcakes I've braided I've been a nanny like I'm really just figuring my way through on God show me what's for me and a lot of people think when God speaks to you even prophetic words it means that it's going to come right away and the Lord was like I'm going to show you through certain hustles um how like one day you are going to land on the thing and you're going to know that this is where you're called to be and so I knew that I did I wasn't

called to breing cuz I my hurt and I didn't want to do it I was like I do not want to lay nobody's edges down it's a lot of pressure I don't want to do it I knew that with cupcakes I'm like I can't really scale this way okay I'm making I'm doing all this labor for $25 for for money that I don't have to spend on this capital I don't have to grow the business and so then I was like I call the nannying I always was asking God through the hustles like which one

is for me and I've always felt like I was almost an orphan in the business world because I didn't have um uh I would say I didn't have perspectives that were common like my perspective on entrepreneurship has always been very prophetic and I didn't know like God how do I bring two like existences together in that way and so you're asking like where did this come from it literally 2020 I know a lot of pandemic businesses were born through 2020 but through that time because we were at home I recognized the huge gap in the

digital world and I know that's when all the courses and the classes and all the things came out that wasn't my time for that yet I started doing Consulting with like social media management and then I was like well cuz I'm I was always good at like visual marketing designing I didn't know that it was that because I was helping people at church I was helping my friends when they called me and one of my like I mean one of my best friends was like girl you can make this a business and I was like

I what what do you mean she was like you always help me with my business she had a beauty business she was she had at home salon and she was like do you know that you can turn this into a business and I was like what do you mean she was like no like there's social media managers I didn't even have the titles of the names that's how disconnected I was from what was happening but once I understood that it was called digital marketing visual marketing social media management social media strategy it's almost like God

used names to bring out like the details of what I was called to do and it was literally like the Lord was like the time is now and all of the hustles have to go away because I have a desire for you in the digital space and that was like the start 2020 I wrote on my refrigerator you cannot delay this thing any longer the Lord says you have to start your business now you have to start now and I used all the pandemic money the stimulus checks I had it in like a little save

space cuz I was like I never just had bulk money like buk money like that and so I took that cuz at the time I was a girl that I mean just my husband yeah brought in all the money and I was figuring out what I wanted to do in life and through that I was getting a little money here a little money there but the level of business success I feel like was really when I came into agreement with God about what he wanted me to do and I didn't I haven't like I still

don't know what the details of that is but I I choose and I come into agreement with okay God you call me into this space every season you will show me what that looks like and he has literally transformed it every season I mean it seems like every year I get a new level of revelation on how that's going to unfold and so I know that's a really long explanation but that is that is really my business Journey it has always been super natural my business Journey has not been linear it has not been like

you're going to go file paperwork you're going to you know be legal cuz we believe in legal businesses not just not just hustles exactly so that was another prophetic word I got the Lord says that your bus is going to be successful but you're not organized enough to receive Revenue that's coming so you need to right container for the out yes and so there was a season where I was literally just studying how to be organized in business okay I'm I'm a digital business what does that look like what does that mean I'm a strategist

what does that look like what does that mean okay I like brand development so I'm like a chameleon because there's so many different skill sets that I can do there's a lot of layers to who I am however I found out that in order to really be successful um in a specific Lane if you want to dominate you have to hone in on an area for long enough for people to say hey I know what you do yep you have to make it clear because people will Define you if you don't Define what the Lord

is doing in your business they'll try to say oh you're a brand developer oh I know what that means but I was very clear about okay I when people look up my business even my business name I had to change it social dogs was not my name we're coming to that yes so when we get to that later but yeah like I every part of my business I wanted it to be so intentional and so I have been learning since 2020 and honestly all my life what it means for KRA to be an entrepreneur cuz

I did not have that powerful powerful answer wow Kendra that was amazing that was an amazing response which leads me to my next question yes how was social docs formed because first of all that name is brilliant that is what attracted me to your man like I know they're lay to you but when I saw social Ducks I was like dang that name is so brilliant how did you come about like what was the what's the origin story of social duck so you've told us the origin story of Entrepreneurship for you what is the origin

story of social docks the origin story of social docks is honestly I was frustrated that people could not pronounce moroi the right way my name was moroi quality because I was like trying to be known for photography videography all things like social media content I was trying to be known for that and when people would mess it up I was like no it's moroi and I felt like I was always trying to explain what it was and in branding you have to take the guess workor out of yes everything I was going to say that

and so you couldn't pronounce it and didn't feel like it was mine because I had five other marois following me on Instagram that is so funny I was like okay this is giving ghetto 100% I do not want to be lost in a pool of other morois because when you hear my name I want people to say I want I want it to spark curiosity I wanted to spark C uh conversation and so I prayed and I said Lord I need you to reveal my name because just like I know my business Supernatural and just

like you changed Abram to Abraham and just like you changed Simon to Peter I need you to cuz I know you're announcing my business I need you to change my name and I promise you to this day I still have the brain dump of all of the names I was going through I mean my own process I was finally starting to work on my brand cuz previous I was working on everybody else's but I finally stepped into a season where I was like I need to be intentional about this so I was writing all of

these names down and I kid you do not it was going to be like social something um Orthodox something and the word socially unorthodox stood out to me so clear and then I made social docs wow and then I literally in parentheses wrote God said this and I was like this sounds so weird saying Social docks cuz you it's a new word it's it's a word and those are the brilliant words yeah and it's like socially unorthodox social documents document a breakthrough document so like it was so many things in the name and I said

God you are so good that you would give and be intentional with the name of a thing the details of a thing it's not just that you desire to uh be my savior right you actually have wisdom for everything that I'm doing even my brand name my brand name and I wanted everything to be washed in it I was like okay Lord if this is a supernatural business you can give me the name and you'll give me the strategy for the name and so that's how I landed on social docs and everybody could say it

right away when they saw it they were saying it and it felt like it was almost like a declaration from the mouth of other people when they would say it you have to acknowledge even if you don't know that you're acknowledging you're acknowledging the hand of God when you say the name and so yeah it was that's literally how it happened like when I say I have like I don't care what it is I am God what do what are your thoughts on this I need you to lead me people have said I've been too

deep about it like is it that deep is it that I started saying God is my business coach yeah and I was like yeah but he is he's my business coach because he's my Lord he leads me into all truth his word is a lamp unto my feet a light unto my path that means I do not have to walk unaware he's made the mystery of the Cross revealed to me through his son Jesus surely he can reveal my purpose my identity who I am my business how I'm called to impact in the market that's

my journey it might not be everybody else's but for this business that I have it only works when it's sealed under the leadership of God God we love to see it yes I'm taking in everything like that was a whole word yes okay so that's the origin of social ducks and now social docs has you know you've grown it into a business that yeah a a legit one a a a real business that makes money like you know a bit every day okay now let's talk about that let's let's yes launch to wealth now yeah

come on okay yeah so um how did you come up with the ideas that you've been executing on social docs I think the better way to ask is so I know with social Ducks you have courses you have downloadable templates you have even printables like art yes I'm like okay it looks like it's giving multiple streams of income yes very much multiple and you said it makes business uh it makes money every day so this is going to be a direct money question because we talk about money on this channel cuz we're not we're not

ashamed we're not scared not what is the highest earning month that social Ducks has had my high um earning month has been 60k $60,000 in a month yeah and it was like mindblowing I didn't even know that I could be the girl that can do that because I would hear stories and I be like okay that's going to be in my 40s that's going to be in my 50s but I mean a couple months ago and then once I learned how to do it one time I said oh I can repeat this once you learn

it once you can do it I say this all the time you can make a dollar you can make 10,000 you can make 10,000 you can make 100 it's just repeting the system n works and I was not organized in the beginning of my business I was not I was all over the place and I recognize that if the only way that I'm going to be able to multiply what the earnings of my business are I that means that I cannot physically show up for it because as a service provider that was the most limiting

money that I could ever make because even when you start charging Charing more because you start knowing more so you think oh let me charge more I have more value in the market you making 25,000 maybe when you were making a th for the same kind of service you still have to physically show up and I was like hm it doesn't feel like Freedom if I have to wake up and say hello my name is Kendra to make the money if my face is always attached to the check if my presence is always attached to

the check and so I started saying okay people are very successful at digital product making how can I be a part of that number and I really started to research digital products and how effective they've been and people even said that that was a 2020 thing they don't work anymore people aren't out here buying digital products and I had to recognize that there are so many ideas out there on what's working on what's not working and you really have to tap into the god idea in you because God could be saying do something even when

he told me to lach my class that was my first digital product a life class I was like okay I I have a husband and I've been married for eight years and I was asking them I was like okay babe if 15 people sign up I'll be okay with this 15 people cuz I've never hosted a class before the first launch the first in the first 48 hours I had 150 people wow 150 never 15 never did a course never did a class didn't have any products on my website I just said hey y'all your

very first online class my very first online class it was teaching people how to get better at canva and 150 people sign 150 people signed up in 48 hours yeah and so I was like oh this is real yes it is I said oh this is okay because prior I was a service provider trying to be a photographer trying to be a social media manager and if you know anything about social media management one of the most exhausting annoying jobs you can ever create for yourself because pressure too much well and it's very present like

if something pops up they want you to post if something happens they want you to create something and if you have multiple clients you would be exhausted you would be so exhausted and I was exhausted at that time in my life before I launched a class I was I was partnering with some people and some people that are very well known and and I thought was the Pinnacle I was like this is amazing I'm making more money than I've ever made at the time it was about 8,000 a month I was like wow I'm doing

great cuz I I've never made that much money in my life but I I took a challenge by Dr Maron golden do you know what Dr Mar golden is yeah he has a YouTube channel yes he's amazing yeah and um at the time uh there was a VIP ticket that was like $600 you can ask him one question and most people would say KRA why would you pay that much money to ask one question however at the time I knew that I wanted to Pivot and I just believed that God was leading me to pay

I'm like well and and even if it wasn't God's leadership I believe in investing in myself as well like we invest in our businesses when it comes to receiving money but do we invest in our businesses when it comes to knowing more about our identities and knowing more about um our us as leaders and I I just self-development and God development is a really big deal to me so I wanted to ask him a question because at the time I was looking to make $100,000 with one client because I was a service provider yeah well

I asked him that question I said how do I make $100,000 of one person and I'm telling you this question changed my life and my business because I just I was like I'm finally asking him a question his YouTu has helped me so much and he said why would you want to make $100,000 with one person when you can make $100,000 with hundreds and thousands of people literally that moment it was like God slap me in the neck with the back of his head when we ask questions but like the fact we need to open

our mouth so we can know that what we're even thinking the question we're even asking is wrong yes yes it we have and I'm glad that wasn't too prideful ask the wrong question bring it out cuz most people are just they're so afraid to ask the wrong question and doesn't lead them to knowing how to ask the right questions that moment I didn't care about my status my name my brand I just wanted to Pivot I was like I'm in a room with millionaires that are rooted in God I want to be I I know

I'm in that number I can feel it God has always told me that I was called to wealth and not just money what's in my bank but a wealthy life wealthy thinking wealthy heart understanding Grace coming into agreement with his presence and his authority in my life that is a wealthy life to me and I've always known I was called to live outside of what Society has indoctrinated us to think and believe even in the church sometimes there's a lot of people that are just stuck and they don't really know where how to Pivot and

so that one question I said how do I make $100,000 with one and that one question I deleted everything off my website I'm so dramatic that's just me I love it I'm dramatic like when when I feel like I know even if I don't know the details I just know that like now is the time I I I deleted everything off my website and I was like I'm going to launch this class I was not hosting classes at the time I was like I I think I hosted maybe one or two but I I knew

that I I was still stopping at that one 100 150 level and then after he said that I started investing into system strategist I started investing into getting organized I started investing into understanding even the time it takes to understand how language works in the business world I would just spend my time not on the phone not watching TV I went into like complete shutdown mode where I was learning every day and so even today I have this rule with myself every day I practice one thing for 30 minutes or more a day and every

day since uh 2 years ago I've been practicing because that one question opened my mind to I don't have to always show up to a thing to make money I want to make money every day through products CU it this is do you know what I call that on my platform background income streams I love that I love that we need they're not passive cuz you have to create them no they're not passive they're in the back once you create it you put it up in the background and nothing I do is passive I don't

even know if I like the word passive that's why no that's why I passive background income streams I love background income streams people don't know that everything they know right now can be a tangible product what's common to you is not common to the world around you great and you can monetize from the skills that you have from the skills that God has given you most people don't believe it so they won't never try to discover it and Discovery is a wealth tool because if you are curious God can turn that Curiosity into something tangible

Kendra you're preing yeah you are preaching on this couch listen turn it into something tangible turn it into something tangible cuz these ideas this knowledge these skills they're in our heads and we're walking around like oh I know how to do this I know how to do that but you can actually make a product out of those things put on the internet and change someone's life because there's someone who wants to know how to do what you know and they will pay money to learn it from you but there are people who actually sit on

their ideas on their knowledge on their skills most people like we're sitting on this couch just like we're sitting on this couch they sit this is their ideas they're sitting it they're letting it marinate I tell people all the time your ideas are done marinating been marinating for a long time it's time to cook if you leave chicken in the refrigerator marinate it but over a long period of time guess what's going to go bad that chicken exactly it will start to smell it's going to start to smell it will go from smelling good and

enticing to stinking you cannot sit on the thing God gave you because contrary to popular belief there is a time for things to be born period and a time for things to be birthed period a time for things to be launched period step into the time of it the time is now most people think that it's coming coming oh I'm just waiting usually God is like hello I've already given it to you it's your responsibility to cultivate it so I got out of that mindset of like my ideas are common to know my ideas have

been given by God and he doesn't give anything that doesn't multiply wow everything he gives creates something else yes he's a seed-giving God everything has a seed yes everything he's a architect a build he a master like he even says you can't uh uh what does it say you are the vine I'm the I'm the vine you're the branch yeah let me say that again he said that he's the vine and we're the branches and we can't bear fruit apart from him so you're trying a lot of people are trying to Bear their god-given idea

apart from his strategy and that's why they're not seeing it work the minute I said I'm finally going to just do what you've called me to do even if I don't know the details and you're going to hear me say that a lot because when I launched the class for the first time again I was using canva every day but I thought that teaching it I had to do more than I was already doing and so teaching it let's sit on that for a second we're not just going to skimp pass that because that is

what is stopping a lot of people they're like oh I'm good at this yes but like I want to be this super duper expert tro no girl girl I have to know more I have to know more I have to have more I have to be more it's like no where you are and I say this on my Channel all the time is where someone else wants to be always wherever you are right now you can be a Gateway a lot of us are depriving ourselves from being gateways for other people and also depriving ourselves

from Building Wealth from what God has given us because think we're not enough we don't have enough we don't know enough and it's like no girl it's a trap and it's a lie and you have to come out of agreement with difficulty that it has to be difficult that you always have to have something else a lot of people are discontent with what they have because they they're always looking for another sign and it actually says it it is a sign of the last days that this generation will always be looking for a sign even

though he's already revealed everything we need right in front of us and so I I apply everything that I read in the Bible I see tangibly when I look at people I'm like yeah God you're right I see this in entrepreneurs are some of the most insecure people you will meet most of them most of us we feel like we don't have enough we have to um try to prove oursel in spaces prove that we're good and whole time we're trying to impress people in our industry and there's a a whole pool of people that

don't know who we are don't know how to do what we do and they're like you could teach me with the level that you're at right now but we want to be impressive to people in our industry so we don't think we're enough and I I I'm not trying to impress you Kendra yeah wait wait wait like you can't just drop bumps and just keep going and just keep dropping like no no no no no no like these things have we need to sit in them because that is a big thing that people do try

to impress other people in our industry like they're are customers and they're not they're not your target market they already got some like they're not you're why are you trying to impress them they already have their people and that's what I had to really understand if I'm trying to impress people that already do what I do and already know what I know and even though we might be in similar Industries we are all we have very unique perspectives because we have different stories we have different uh upbringing we have different cultures point of references so

none of us are the same even though it might be similar we're not the same however a lot of people Miss on money because they're trying to speak to people that are not like their ideal customer their ideal consumer they want to impress other people and really if you really want to grow in business you have to be committed to the pool of people that are literally obsessing about issues a specific issue like if if they're obsessing about a specific issue you have to say well how am I going to Sol how am I going

to solve this in five different ways for them how am I going to do it and a lot of the time again we're just going into business like I have to do this I got to do this I got to do this and even though me as a person that can do many things I had to say but in this season I'm going to teach people how to uncomplicate business through canva and this season I'm going to be known for a canva educator and that one like realization in my business it just grew into something

so much bigger than what I thought it was going to be 15 people the first time I thought 150 people showed up next time 250 next time 300 the most people that we've had in an online class live was 600 people that registered 600 people paid paid $69 $99 depending on if there was a promotion during the week wow one class just CL one sitting one sitting and I didn't have fancy equipment I didn't I had my laptop did you run ads no all organic did you get influencers no all organic girl and at the

time of the 150 I only had 3K followers wait I didn't have a lot of followers 3K when you had 150 people sign up you had 3,000 followers 3,000 followers and that class went viral in my business of course cuz people want virality online but I want virality in my businesss I want to see people converting to customers consumers I want to see people converting into Community I don't want to just make a sale yeah and I read a book that said you can't really make a sale you can only receive a sale I don't

want to make money I want to receive it I don't want to just collect people I want to connect to them when I started caring about people that's when my business changed when I was caring about making money I was coming into so many Financial walls CU I was like how am I going to sell to them it was all about sales and now when I build I build with their problem in mind and so now I how to speak to them because if I've essentially it's like intercession if I've been up worrying about your

problem enough I'm going to know what I need to build so that you can get out that problem and I became different I wasn't looking for more money without changing I started changing I started becoming different and this is why my business now I'm talking about less hustle more grace because when I was trying to do the hustle thing I was not growing in my business but once I recognize that through Grace we have everything that we need and it empowers us to become something I know we have a lot of empowerment coaches online but

I believe that no one really can Empower somebody else I believe that it's through God and I know Chad gbt says Empower a lot but I'm like really to be empowered means that power is deposited where does power come from can you detect where power comes from right now where does the source of this energy come from where does light come from where does the sun the only one that can Empower us is God is Jesus and I recognize that through Grace I could receive it agree to it become it and everything else changes he

didn't want me to think about the need first my need first he wanted me to think about my connection to him and if I'm connected to him he will give me everything that I need he didn't tell us to pray our needs yeah I was praying for more money when the whole time I could have been praying for Lord let me be a resource to the community give me the wisdom to Steward what I have give me the wisdom to organize give me the wisdom and the grace to function at this level properly if you're

just praying for more money that's I feel like just such a low prayer you should be praying to know him more to seek him more that he would be close to you near to you that you would know how to follow his voice these are wealthy tools and that Chang CH everything for me that is powerful there's something you there's so many things to unpack there's so many things to unpack yes one of the things that you said that has really struck me is when people it it seems like we have a marketplace with people

looking more for validation than anything God has called us to give not to show up to the marketplace with our hands like you give me no but if you give then you're solving other people's problems that you've been staying up all night thank and then you come with hands full of gifts for them and that way they're paying you for solving their problems you're not going there saying give me money for this what's the new thing that I can use to get money and that makes all of the difference and that only comes when we

are directly linked to the source when our when our validation comes straight from God and so my next question for you is what what imp what change do we need to experience in our lives like in ourselves for us to show up as the kinds of people who show up with our hands ready to give not take I think that it all has to do with sunship h most Christians don't understand the benefit of what happened when Jesus said it is finished and the veil torn the veil torn the temple was destroyed now we we

became the temple that he desired to live in h think about that yes I am thinking I am like everything we became the temple so that means that we no longer have to go through through a high priest do a sacrificial lamb sacrificial animal now we became the sacrifice so through sunship we no longer have the spirit of adoption now we can go to him directly we have access through Jesus we stand before him blameless we stand before the father blameless we receive the power of sunship meaning that he loves us just as he loved

Jesus most people struggle to even come into agreement with that and if you don't receive his love if you don't receive that you are a son and that you don't have to do anything to earn that see entrepreneurs are very insecure because it's a very performative based industry um career all those things where you feel like you have to do more to be approved to be seen to be called out for people to call your out your you know it's it's very performative I mean and it's just the world that we live in you know

even from a young age you get up you fall you get back up we're like you cheer yay you know even my son he like I see when I say certain things to him he responds differently when I'm affirming him than if I like point out the bad first so now we have to point out what he did good and then tell him where he can improve in the same way a lot of us it's just our inner child wanting to be received not abandoned not rejected we don't know that we already have every spiritual

blessing according to Ephesians 2 every spiritual blessing he's made available to us and if we can just what I say come into agreement that means that I don't just know it I live like I agree yes I don't just say that I agree yes I live like I agree how do you live like you agree it shows up in your patterns I'm no longer going into spaces being something that I'm not called to be because I know who I am I'm no longer creating things trying to get sales even though it goes against who I

believe in or my morals or the principles that I live by because I know who I am when I stand before people that know more than me I don't shrink because I know who I am it all comes with being more God aware not more self-aware because when you become I believe when you become more God aware you become more aware of him he allows you to become more aware of the people around you because he says to love him first love people next right and now you're not considering your own life you're not like

a lot of us are very self-centered even though I know we're called to the masses we're called to produce I've become like even though I know that I'm here and I agree that I'm called to multitudes I believe that I'm called to global domination all the things that we say I believe that because God has already said it yeah however my first priority when I wake up in the morning is to agree with sunship is to agree with my position in Christ because in that flows everything yes when you know who you are you treat

people better when you know who he is you you you respond to the world around you differently you're not as Moody you're not looking for to be things to you that they can't be your expectations change you're going there yeah like everything changes when you receive the power of what Jesus said on the cross for you to to receive it has changed my life it has and and it shows and I love to see it thank you Lord okay yes social J is stepping into a new season or I want to even say because I'm

getting I have I have I have a word for you I have a lot of words for you but not maybe off camera but I want to say Kendra is stepping into a season because that's what I sense in the spirit yes yes Kendra is stepping into a season absolutely and it's a season that includes social Ducks but it transcends social Ducks yes speak on it I think you just said this is what happens when you see we're prophetic people we just get things I'm like I already know what it is just speak on it

because I know it is it was it really looks like an announcing there's moments where you're hidden because it's not time for the launch the birth right that the announcing yes we see this with the life of Jesus he lived on the Earth but he wasn't announced until 30 yes and so there's a cultivation that happens that has to happen in the secret place because a lot of entrepreneurs want to be known publicly but they do not want to establish their identity that only happens in the presence of God and so if I can again

be faithful with what I was doing the classes helping people and the thing about my canva classes they were very Supernatural CU there was moments where I would say type in the comments this is where everything changes for me this is the moment that everything changed for me type in the comments God made me for this like I would always insert the message of God into everything that I do because that's just who I am and if you want to learn canva come and learn canva and come and get this gospel even if you know

I'm not speaking in tongues in class however but I believe that God speaks to people of and I believe that he can speak through anything that you're doing I don't care if you are a hair stylist I don't care if you are a technician I don't care whatever industry you're in I believe God can insert himself into what you're doing and so the transition that's happening is the Lord told me that last month was the last month that I was going to host the classes the way that I've hosted them because he wanted me to

teach entrepreneurs how to design and establish themselves through digital products because that is how you make everyday payday I learned it myself when I was starting to see daily sales I was like whoa whoa whoa what is this cuz before I was waiting for paydays and really happy about them you know when people you know paydays coming up you act a little different because you know it's Friday and you could spend a little bit more money that's how I was living my life when I started seeing daily sales I was like so this is possible

how can I help other people do this how can I show other people how to do this and so the classes because they take so much time I wanted to Pivot into less hustle more grace which is what I'm doing right now every like bi-weekly on Fridays we host free events this isn't paid it could be paid remember I just told you I could get 600 people in a room yeah and when I tried to make this paid God said no he slapped NE with my God cuz when he tells you to do one thing

and you do another he'll be like I'm the boss here I was not a free I was not a free event person free webinar person I was like I will do a low a low ticket I'll do a for $29 but you got to invest something to be in in a space right where I'm teaching you how to make money well with this because it's about sunship the Lord said it's Ministry Kendra I'm about to stand up and around this chair because when I tell you God is true to his word he is so true

because even as Christian entrepreneurs this is something that we do yes or have or wait not not even something that we do something that there's a temptation to do because we are bringing faith into our work sometimes it's hard like where does the line end where does the faith the line end between what God is asking us to do and what the business is requiring us to do but God's word is always yes and amen and if he says that word like if you're preaching his word and it's just his word and you want to

people to pay for that he's going to show you that no that way do it and like honestly I the the first time that we hosted it and and um open registration we had uh about 560 people that signed up for the free event now my business brain was like oh I canor oh this can be this is lucrative you know always say we've been there like the struggle when you're walking with God and we make our sometimes the flesh takes over and you're like it does and I had a moment and he will pull

you back anybody on my team I texted everybody cuz I I said y'all this is going to be um $29 they're going to get in cuz they're getting so much we had it was supposed to be 90 minute event it turned into 3 hours we were prophesying people had breakthrough it when people were crying I was like this is a moment this is like a conference they can pay yes I I charged I think $49 people were signing up still very quickly by the eighth the eighth um because you know you get notifications for strip

by the eighth payment I felt this like gut feeling I knew that it was the Lord and the Lord said didn't I tell you this was supposed to be free your downfall will be trying to do things outside of me right like at any time and this is for anybody you try to do it outside of him you have to stay outside of him to keep it I'm about to stand up and run around this chair like you have to stay outside of him to keep it so I text my whole team six people you

guys I Repent God said it was free I got in the way I am so sorry to him I said it first to them I said it next because we want to repent to God in private but you need to repent to the people that you put in position cuz as a leader you have to show repentance you have to show there was moments where I fell in this moment and I I turned around now people will say girl that he knew your hard and all this no if he says no his principles are what

they are yes you need to obey in every way even if you know you can make money off of it if he says free Do It free I know we live in a culture I ain't doing nothing for free pay me my word first of all nobody can pay me my word my value my worth in the market it's I don't have worth in the market you know what I mean like your worth as a person comes from God it's identity my value is based on what I'm bringing in business and the problem you're solving

for other people two different things and people there's a lot of mixture there because people don't know who they are and so when he said it I said it was free I text everybody I gave a refund to everybody that purchased wow and I and I literally I I went to my Instagram story and I said I told them the moment and I I will not charge for Less hustle more grace I will not charge for it I don't care we had 800 people the last time because it's a free event people are going to

come of course but it it's not about in like and of course we have an offer at the end and we know how to make the moment work in a very strategic way but just for them to come into the room it's free yeah yeah there's so much to unpack there and there's something I want to touch on really quickly a lot of times God would give us a platform a business profits and we can have our moments where we forget just for a moment that we're here because of him not just because of our

strategic brains not just because of our intelligence not just because we know something that maybe our audience doesn't know but because God graced us and that's why I think this message of less hustle more grace is so powerful and and needed in my life God keeps showing me that MH every season whatever project I decide to take on I can start something I pray before I start it's going well then I start thinking it's going well because I'm so great and he's like no don't forget who's the engine behind you because one thing about God

he'll remind you oh he'll remind you and you don't want him to remind you with something that hurts it's a gut feeling sometimes it's just it's a word when you open the Bible and sometimes it's a failure and sometimes it's it's a consequence that's what I'm saying a a consequence of Disobedience yes exactly so you when it's the god feeling answer then because don't don't let it don't keep going down a path and I'm speaking to you in the audience don't when God nudges you when he tells you listen I'm good enough I have enough

for you you don't have to do things that I'm not asking you to do just because you want to get results I can give you results like you do your work your outcomes belong to me well the thing about it is a lot of people I feel like okay so the Bible says that we're a city on a hill a life that cannot be hidden that means that it's okay for you to shine because why you're shining is because the Lord is in you exactly so let's not be people that try to act like we're

not great because that's false humility of course right but then it is I'm sitting so high on this hill that it only points people to the glory of God so like you said Remember the function the reason why you are even working in the in the beginning theine inside of you it's not me it's the grace working in me to do what I'm doing at this level and when you understand the Genesis of your greatness when you understand why you're when you understand who it is in you God doesn't he's not insecure he's not like

oh no don't be great today he wants us to be great he's called us to be great that is just what we are when we come into agreement with who we are we're going to stand out because again we're not to live like everybody else of course I stand out in a business meeting when everybody's basing their knowledge of business based on culture and not on Kingdom based off of what they believe and not based on the Bible of course if I position myself a certain way I'm going to walk in the room and it's

going to you're going to be like okay who Okay I I hear you I I I hear what you're saying it's going to create C curiosity it's going to create conversation and that's what he wants like we're supposed to be the influencers of the world like really because it points people to his glory and I recognize that I was I used to be this girl I was like somebody would say oh you're so good at what you do I'm like no that's all him that's not me you know and it was even though yeah glory

to God there was still a level of false humility that I was just I was afraid to be great because I thought that saying thank you was prideful and it's not like if somebody says that you're great you know thank you has gotten me into more rooms than even where my confidence was ready to like receive somebody says you're good you just say thank you they're like how can I get in contact with you give them your number and now you're in a room that you didn't even know that you can be in it's okay

to be the light the city on the hill a light it says in the Bible that cannot be hidden even if you want to hide shrink your voice mute your voice not talk not make content okay but you still can't be hidden like God is doing something in you and you are a city that is set on the hill but the Hillel is also a representation of the sacrifice of the hill of the Cross which which represents a sacrifice and a death you're a city on a hill but you have to die on it because

he's called us to literally sacrifice everything that we are for his glory and I get I literally I uh there's a deeper level of pressing because you said something about KRA is going through a transformative period right now my business is as well I'm going through a transformative period in my life right now because I'm kind of coming to this realization that Kindred it's every area it's every area it's not just business it is relational it is physical it is spiritual it is mental every area has to be yielded God wants to press a new

level of whing out of you that means and a new level of oil out of you that means you have to be crushed and whatever it takes you have to do it yeah so Kendra this has been was I know that was a lot but it was it was a lot of power yeah it was a lot of power it was a lot of wisdom yeah and um I just want to say when we started this session yes I knew we were going to talk about business I knew we're going to talk about Jesus but

I couldn't have imagined how much oil would come from this place how much depth of the knowledge of God would come from this place and I just want to say thank you from the depth of my heart for sharing so generously for being so intentional about your walk that it spills over even on a business podcast yeah thank you Kendra thank you for having me this has been amazing I don't I don't believe that business and God are separate we love it I don't believe that you have to sacrifice your identity because you're a business

entrepreneurs it's so pure and I'm inspired by you it his presence brings you into a family like his his structure is so family community based and I can stand before another great woman and just acknowledge the Brilliance of who she is and I and I love it I'm so inspired like this this production all this that you're doing it is so inspiring I love it and it's not just inspiring we like that surface level I'm so inspired but like I mean edifying because when you show up as who you're called to be and I show
