Lord, Help Me Break the Chains Holding Me Back and Set Me Free | Morning Prayer

before we pray I'd like to say a few words and then we'll pray together sometimes in life you might feel overwhelmed discouraged or even forgotten you carry burdens that weigh heavy on your heart and it can feel like you're walking alone but I want you to know that God sees you he knows the depths of your pain your worries and your struggles and he cares for you deeply in First Peter 5 vers 7 you are reminded to cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you you don't have to carry your worries alone

God cares for you more than you can imagine often you might try to handle everything on your own your problems your pain your future but the Lord is calling you to rest in him he's asking you to lay your burdens at his feet and to be still trusting that he is in control certainly he'll set you free now let's pray together dear Lord Jesus I open my heart and Life to you right now I invite you to come and move within me I know that your presence brings peace comfort and most importantly Freedom when I

reflect on your word in 2 Corinthians 3:17 I'm reminded that where your spirit is there is freedom Lord I long for that that freedom in my life freedom from the things that weigh me down from the habits or sins that I've struggled with for too long I need your strength to break the chains that have held me captive whether it's fear doubt or guilt I trust that you can set me free I believe in your power to change my heart to renew my mind and to bring me to a place of healing and wholeness if

there are hidden struggles Within Me ones I may not even fully realize I ask you to bring them into the light and help me overcome them free me from anything that Separates Me From You Lord and Lead Me into the Abundant Life you've promised father I ask you to step into every part of my life to fill my home my mind and my heart with your presence I know that the peace I'm searching for the Deep lasting peace that goes beyond my circumstances can only come from you your word in Colossians 3:15 tells me that

I am called to let the Peace of Christ rule in my heart but Lord so often I let anxiety worry and fear take control I struggle to trust fully to rest completely in you so today I choose to surrender all my concerns to you I don't want to fight these battles alone anymore I know that because of of Jesus I don't have to strive to earn your love or approval he has already paid the ultimate price for my salvation and all I need to do is rest in that Grace teach me Lord to Lean Into

Your Grace every day to trust in the work you've already done for me and to find peace in knowing that you hold my life in your hands Lord I make the decision today to fix my eyes on you so often often I get distracted by the things of This World by stress by my own Ambitions or by the challenges I face but I want to keep you at the center of my focus I want to give you all the glory and honor because you are worthy of it all you are the source of all that

is good in my life and I recognize that everything I have is because of your love and kindness wherever you are there is peace wherever you are there is joy wherever you are there is life because you are life itself I thank you Jesus for offering yourself to me so freely for loving me without condition help me to remain rooted in your love and to never take for granted the Incredible Gift of your presence in my life I want to live each day with a deep awareness of who you are and what you've done for

me Jesus I trust in your power and authority I know that all all authority in heaven and on Earth has been given to you there is nothing and no one that can stand against you you are all powerful and no force can resist your will I take comfort in knowing that you will accomplish everything you intend to do in my life no matter what challenges I face I believe that you are in control and that your plans for me are good your power and goodness cannot be denied and I stand in awe of who you

are so right now Lord I invite you to come into my life in a fresh new way my heart longs for your presence I know that without you I am lost but with you I have everything I need this world may reject you but as for me I choose to follow you I choose to worship you and Obey you even when it's hard come into my heart my home and my mind Lord bring the restoration peace and love that only you can give these are the things that this broken World cannot offer but you give

them freely Lord I ask you to work in my mind there are times when my thoughts feel cluttered with negativity with doubts or with fears I need you to renew my mind to replace every unclean thought with your truth and purity drive away the darkness with the light of your presence I know that when you are near nothing evil can remain cleanse my mind of any fear anxiety or destructive patterns of thinking help me to focus on what is good pure and lovely at your voice even the darkest forces must flee your power is so

great that nothing Unholy can stand in your presence sweep through my life with your Mighty hand Lord and cast out anything that the enemy has tried to use against me remove any strongholds or barriers that have been set up in my life and replace them with your peace and love help me to see myself the way you see me as your beloved child redeemed and made whole by your grace Jesus I ask you to move in my home I long for your peace to fill every room for your presence to bring unity and love to

my family if there are any divisions or tensions I ask you to heal those wounds if there are areas of Brokenness mend them with your loving touch and Lord for those who feel alone those who are without family be their comfort be near to the orphan the Widow and anyone who feels forgotten or overlooked let them feel your love in a deep and personal way heal the hearts of those who are Longing For Love Today and remind them that they are never never truly alone because you are always with them I know Jesus that there

is power in your name when you speak Everything Changes chaos turns to order Darkness becomes light and evil is defeated in your presence nothing Unholy can remain so I invite you to speak into my life to bring order where there is chaos and to bring light into any Dark Places Lord I believe you are doing something new in my life I trust that even now you are standing at the door of my heart knocking and waiting for me to let you in help me to stop resisting your work I don't want to hold back any

longer I want you to have full control of my life I desire for you to move freely in every area my thoughts my actions my relationships show up in a mighty way Lord and let your power be evident in my life take sovereignty over every part of me help me to prepare the way for you to make space for you in every corner of my life I want your glory to be known in my family in my home and in my community awaken me Lord to your love and grace help me to live each day
