all right I got a crazy strategy for you the exact strategy I used to make over $700,000 last month with Shopify Drp Shipping from start to finish from how I test my products to finding the right creatives and the entire process of scaling your Facebook ads and this info that I'm about to teach you is literally so good that it could be in a $5,000 course and I know most of you guys have bought a $5,000 course at least three times so you'll be the judge in the rear and after watching this you're going to be so pissed off and angry at the gurus Who Sold you this course for $5,000 because some guy with 20,000 subscribers came on YouTube and just dropped all the game for completely free so yes I'm just going to leak it all for free I've done this 7 years I made multiple millions of dollars in profit for myself my clients and my students If someone knows how to run Facebook ads it's going to be me before you start scaling your ads there's a few criterias okay first of all you need a product that's actually scalable and has a good margin and at least $200 available in case your store blows up and you need to invest it into your ads which is probably going to happen after watching this and then once you start making sales you can just reinvest the profits once it hits your bank account so today we're going over the three ways of scaling your Shopify store past $5,000 a day and I know the amount sounds crazy but in 2024 with the right method it's actually easier than ever even an idiot can do it and the reason I know that it's because I used to be one so in this video we'll be starting with vertical scaling then moving on to horizontal scaling before discussing how to scale and optimize your creatives and I'm not kidding when I say that it's common for my campaigns to have 8 to 10% clict rate and four to five row ATS like I said I've done this over six years and my Facebook ad course is like 200,000 views so let's get started okay so we're inside an ads manager and it's actually one of my students I figured it's going to be the perfect example of an ad account for you as this Nails the exact situation on how to start your scaling Journey it's just going to be so educational for you you're going to make so much money watching this and before I start I wanted to tell you something when you do Facebook ads don't be so scared okay when I started this I was so scared like if I press the wrong button I'm going to up everything it's not going to happen you'll be fine okay it takes a lot to actually ruin all of this okay so we're inside of the ads manager before we start scaling and just so you know that I'm actually qualified to teach this here you can see one of my stores which the past 5 days has done 160,000 in sales we're going to go ahead and break it down by last month where we did over 700k peeking at over $37,000 per day with Drp Shipping so the first thing you're going to do is you're going to test your products and this I'm just going to quickly go through as you're here to learn how to scale so you're going to create a campaign you're going to aim for sales you're going to go manual by the way don't trust Facebook they're going to recommend you to do a lot of stupid stuff scroll down turn off the catalog put Advantage campaign Budget on and run it for $100 a day now this doesn't mean that you have to spend 100 a day if it doesn't work you'll cut it early and in the this video I'll teach you the criterias on when to cut and scale adsets too with this setup you can head over to the next page select your pixel for the conversion event I want you to go with purchase that's always going to be the goal then you can keep scrolling down you actually don't need to touch any of these buttons we're going to keep Advantage this one we're just going to go ahead and switch to original audience so it gives us a little bit more room we're going to have some countries typically I'll do United Kingdom Australia Canada uh New Zealand and maybe even Germany so you can go two countries you want to choose for the age we can do 18 to 65 if you know it's a prodict for younger people you can do 18 to 40 it's really up to you and then for the placements when you're setting up your campaign I want you to go for Advantage Plus placements you can also just go for Facebook and Instagram only that works perfectly fine too you do you but in my opinion going with Advantage Plus is going to be the easiest and that's the entire ad setup we already have $80 a day for the campaign so we're going to go next then you're going to scroll down here you're going to select single image or video we're going to put in the website URL so that's going to be the link to your product page then you come here to add media you simply just click add video then we're just going to go next here uh import a video really quickly so with the link to your product page and a video uploaded You're simply just going to use the primary text and here we can do uh 50% off free shipping Facebook go as an AI tool so when you start typing something for real they're going to give you an AI option of what to do but you can do like 50% off sale ending soon the cutest gift ever or like this golf ball makes you amazing it doesn't really matter for the headline you can do ships Within 5 days something like that on the call to action you're just going to go ahead and switch to shop now and that's it you can publish this is how you always test your products so as you can see now we have one campaign $80 a day inside of it we have one adset and that adset has one video all you're going to do now is you're going to go to uh your videos on the ads you're going to go ahead and duplicate it and for each one of your ad sets I want you to have three videos in them now once this is done you have an adset with three videos inside of it but you're not only going to work with one so we're going to create five adsets in total each one of the adset is going to have two to three different videos in it so with that strategy we're going to be testing 12 to 15 videos per product Yes you heard me right the allery of testing two to three videos hoping that it's going to work does no longer work cuz we're going completely broad here there's no targeting in our adset and the reason for that is we like to test videos early so you better start chopping up and editing your video ads okay because we're going to need a lot of options here and in a second I'll show you why that is so once all that is said up you're going to have a campaign that looks like this it's just going to be Advantage budget so it's not going to show five here but it's going to look something like this we have five adet in total inside of the adet we're going to have our four different video ads and then we're simply just going to test the entire Campaign which has five ad sets and many different videos inside of it we're going to test the campaign for 20 hours until we see the results now what you've actually been waiting for though it's time to scale when analyzing my ad performance I'm looking for one specific thing and that is multiple sales in the same adset so in this this campaign we are completely cursed okay cuz all the adsets they're going to optimize differently they're different audiences they have their different purpose and when we are in the situation where we have one sale in each one of them we don't know if that sale was lucky or if we're actually onto something so what you're looking at right now is actually the worst case scenario that you can be in but looking at the results it is profitable as hell 5. 6 Ras 5. 5 we have an average row of 5.
6 we have an average clict rate of 4. 6 7even that's pretty much unheard of this is insane metrics so what I will do here for my student is I will wait for one of his adsets to hit tree sales and when it does uh then I'm just going to duplicate the adset right here come down to the budget simply just double it and publish this is what vertical scaling is for every adset that you have that is performing good and is getting multiple sales I want you to just take that adset assuming that it's in an go ahead and duplicate it and just double the budget if it performs good at $10 it's going to perform even better at 25 now for your test campaign that looks exactly like this you guys remember we were setting it up earlier you're going to see one thing the first thing you're going to see is that the CBO strategy I have is very very profitable Our Winning adset here is sitting at a 6. 29 row as and we have an average of 4.
49 rows basically means what you spend uh and how much you make okay so if you spend $1 and you make five back your R is five so if you have a prod that cost 50 you spend $10 to make 50 your R is going to be fine so you we basically want to have adet with high row as but inside of here we have exactly what we want we're seeing that we get one adset that's dominant okay seven sales in this one we're clearly on to something and we're finding one that is making us a lot of money what I would do in this situation is I would simply go ahead and turn off this one as it's not really performing very well it has zero sales but it has spent the entire budget that we kind of alligated towards it I'm just going to go ahead and turn this one off so that the majority of my budget can be spent on the better ads this is 22 right here that could have been spent on actual profitable adsets now the next thing I do when deciding whether or not to cut an adset is I judge by the CTR and as you can see this adset has a lot of bad things in common it spent a lot of money £ 22 and it's not gotten me a single sale The Click rate is also very low it's 3% and the CPC is higher making me think that this one is just not optimizing in the right direction and it's not going to be a profitable adset at all so I'm simply just going to go ahead and turn it off now with this cut we have more money to spend on the profitable adets judging by the RO the rest is super profitable so what I would do in this situation as you can see we have a rowat of four now what I would do here as you can see we have a CBO that has a 4. 4 roow it's extremely profitable we have a $20 cost per purchase we're selling the product for like $1100 12 sales I'm just going to go ahead and edit the budget and I'm going to put it up to $100 a day we're going to start by increasing it with $20 and this is what you do on every adset and campaign that's performing just increase the budget scale it vertically and you're going to get success so now we have this campaign which is a CBO that's performing very good we also have an the only difference in those is that the CBO Facebook spends the money how they want to and in the as you can see we spend £5 per adset this guy and I'm still going broad we're not doing any targeting but at this point we're a little bit confused we're making sales but we don't really know who our buyer is cuz we're going broad so what I'm going to do is I'm going to duplicate my adset and I'm going to make like three copies every single day so at this part of the scaling phase I have winning adsets winning campaigns I'm making a lot of profit I also have good videos but I don't have an idea as to who my buyers is so how do you fix that well you come down to Advantage Plus audience you click switch to original and you just don't care about what Facebook says okay you come to detail targeting and then you put in an interest or demographic that you want to try to reach so for this product let's say it's a romantic bracelet for couples the first thing we can search for is for example romance so ref finding romance films that can be a good interest for a relationship product so we're just going to take that interest then we're going to name our adset romance just to keep some control then we're going to name our adset romance just to keep some control of which adset it is then we're simply just going to go ahead and publish it and I'm going to keep making a couple of more duplicates right here until we have like three different interests so every day now I'll be testing out different interests until I find one that works so you're probably wondering how do I scale to $5 $10,000 a day like it's nothing cuz it's actually quite simple so once you find a winning interest and you can combine that with a video that fits it you now also have an audience for your product you no longer just have a video to rely on and Facebook has this section here where you can go with suggestions so you can find a lot of different things that could be relevant like love for example would be relevant for such a product if you keep scrolling this one could be relevant woman's fiction maybe and yeah you're probably wondering when do you cut adsets okay if the adset has a lower than a 3% CTR it's probably not going to work the adset has spent its entire budget and not make any sales is probably not going to work either so I will cut my adset super fast and I'll also scale them super fast but just by taking your adsets that's performing good duplicating them and doubling the budget or like I did here simply increasing the budget you can actually scale upwards to $10,000 a day and you don't need anything more than that now our next goal is to get one of our interest adets up to three sales okay so that we know it's no longer luck we can duplicate it and increase the budget and you're going to get the most insane results ever me personally I test over 10 different interest in audiences every single day because what is a good video if it's shown to the wrong demographic it's just that a good video but nobody cares an interest selection is not really something that any gurus are going to teach anymore they all say it's outdated that's just cuz they don't know how to do it okay you can get a 20 rows seriously when you start putting in good interest so at this point you have one CBO that's just like a testing campaign it's getting you some sales you're finding a winning asset then you have another uh AO where you put the adset budget obviously inside of that one you're going to be testing interest the next thing you're going to need is some good video ads so for that you're going to make another campaign a brand new CBO over again okay and inside of each adset uh you're just going to be spamming videos okay as you can see we're running two videos per adset here if we click on for example adset number two you can see we have two videos inside of it so with these five adsets running two videos in each we can test over 10 creatives in just one day and if we look at the metrics you you can see that it's paying off we're getting a 6. 6 clicker here a 5.
