Video Transcript:
The end of the year is approaching offer time and the objective of this video is for you to leave here knowing exactly which 4K resolution TV is worth buying! And for those who are new to the channel and don't know us, it's worth mentioning that in the last 12 months we've had the chance to test more than 30 different televisions and in this video I'm going to tell you about the ones that are paying off the most. From my point of view, these are the televisions that will probably be the best value for money this year-end.
And the cool thing about this video is that in addition to telling you what the televisions are, I'm going to show you some images of them, including comparative images. And in addition, I will tell you what is a fair price to be paying for each of them. And without further ado, I'm going to start the video here by presenting two TVs at the same time because they are two televisions from the same brand, which in this case are the QNX1D and QN85D televisions, two Samsung models that you are already seeing through these images.
And I'm recommending them for the following reasons: these two models use MINI-LED technology, which for those who don't know is a technology that allows them to deliver a much better level of black and contrast compared to other TVs that don't use this technology. And in fact the technology works very well, greatly improving image quality. And for you to have an even better reference to how the use of this technology really makes a difference, I have separated some comparative images of the QN85D, which is one of those two MINI-LED televisions that I just mentioned alongside the Q70D, which does not use MINI-LED technology.
. But before showing these images, I strongly recommend that, if possible, try to increase the brightness of the screen you are using to watch this video, as this way it will be easier for you to visualize the differences between a TV that uses MINI-LED versus a TV you don't use. And as you can already see, the difference is truly gigantic, we can clearly see how the MINI-LED TV on the right manages to deliver a much better black level and a much more pleasant image compared to the Q70D on the left, which does not use this same technology and this is an especially relevant question for people who like to watch films and series in a darker environment.
So if you happen to be this type of audience, then these two Samsung MINI-LED televisions could be great choices for you. And it's worth mentioning that in addition to the image quality, these two televisions deliver a good operating system that is very complete in terms of applications and that responds very well. And for the Gamer audience, both TVs are also very complete, delivering us a 120 Hz refresh rate with four HDMI ports, all 2.
1 and support for VRR and FreeSync on both televisions. But now comes an important point: what is their price ? At the moment, when I'm recording this video on Samsung's official website, if we use the 55" inch models as a reference, we will see that these two televisions are basically costing R$6,000 and for that price I would say it's not worth it It's worth it because even though they are good televisions, R$6,000 for them is extremely expensive.
However, now comes the good news as these two televisions have already appeared for less than R$4,000 in our WhatsApp and WhatsApp offers group. telegram and for less than R$ 4000, without a doubt either of the two are great choices. And to be honest, I would even say that a little above R$ 4000 would still be worth it, so below R$ 4000 it's not even possible to say for sure.
These are excellent choices. And it's worth mentioning that if you're not yet part of our group of offers, the link will be below in the description field and in the pinned comments field and you can choose whether to join the WhatsApp group, or from Telegram or both. And every day there we offer offers on various products, especially televisions, so whenever a television appears with a really good offer in a reliable store, we are always letting you know.
And it's completely free to join and participate. And you remember that at the beginning of the video I even mentioned that in the last 12 months we tested more than 30 televisions here on the channel, so about that folks, a lot of people believe that we receive most of these televisions for free, but in reality it is just the opposite, the vast majority of televisions we buy with our own money, taking advantage of the offers that we place there in the group for you and only buying there with I'm sure we've already saved a few thousand reais in the last few months here on the channel. So if you join the group I'm sure you can also save a lot of money.
And to close this part about these two Samsung models, I know that now some people may be asking me: - Okay, you're recommending both televisions, but which is better, the QNX1D or the QN85D? Honestly speaking, the two are very similar, the biggest difference being that the QNX1D has these side table supports made of plastic while the QN85D has a central table support made of metal, but otherwise they are extremely similar. So personally speaking, I would choose the cheapest one regardless of which one it was.
Let's now move on to the third television on the list and this one is a tip for those who want a larger TV, such as 65" or 75" inches. And my third tip is the TCL MINI-LED television model C755 and I'm mentioning it on this list for the following reasons: This TCL model also has MINI-LED technology, that is, it can also deliver it to us a level of black and contrast well above average. Even at this moment we are showing some comparative images of it next to the Samsung Q70D which does not have this technology and as you can see the difference is really huge in favor of the TCL model especially when playing films and series in darker environments as it is the case of these images.
Furthermore, this TCL model has some other differences, for example, in terms of sound quality, it delivers a power of 50 W, which is higher compared to the competition, and in addition, on the back of the TV it has a Subwoofer to improve quality. of the serious ones. And in addition to what I've said so far, it is extremely complete in terms of technologies, whether for you who like watching movies, series or video games.
So it provides us with support for Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, it has a refresh rate that goes up to 144 Hz, has four HDMI ports, two of which are 2. 1 and supports VRR and FreeSync. And regarding its price, it is basically almost unbeatable in the 65" and 75" inch sizes.
In the 65" inch model, for example, it can be found in the R$ 5,000 range and in our group of offers below that price inclusive. So pay Less than R$5,000 for a 65" inch TV with MINI-LED technology is really a very good price that is much more attractive compared to the competition. And for you to have a reference on this issue, the two Samsung televisions that I had mentioned previously are also available in 65" inch sizes, but they usually cost more than R$1000 more compared to the TCL model, which makes it very clear how the The TCL model proves to be excellent value for money, in other words, if you want a TV with a good image quality full of technologies and want to pay a price below average, this TCL model can really be an excellent option.
It's a shame that unfortunately it's not being sold in the 55" inch size, so if you're interested in it, it's at least 65" inches and up. Now let's go to the fourth television on the list and this time an LG television. mention what this television is just remembering guys if you've been watching this video up to this point I imagine you're enjoying the video, so don't forget to leave a like below this is extremely important for us as I said previously in the last 12 months we bought several televisions, so your support is really essential for maintaining our channel here, so we count on the support of each one of you!
And also reminding you guys again, the link to join the WhatsApp and Telegram group will be below in the description field and in the pinned comments field. And as I was saying earlier The fourth tip will be an LG television which is the QNED85T model, however, in relation to this model there are some very important things that you need to know about it if you prefer this model. For personal example, all the televisions that I had mentioned previously were using a VA type panel which is known for delivering a good black level and in addition the previous televisions were using MINI-LED technology as I had already mentioned to you and By combining the MINI-LED with the VA panel, previous TVs were able to deliver us a very good black level and excellent contrast, but this LG television that I am recommending now is different because it is delivering us an IPS type panel.
which is known to have a grayer black level. And unlike other televisions, it is not using MINI-LED technology. It is worth mentioning that this LG television, despite not using MINI-LED, is using local dimming technology , which also aims to improve the black level.
and contrast. However, in relation to these issues, the local dimming feature it uses in terms of quality does not come close to the MINI-LED that previous TVs delivered to us. And for you to have a better reference for this, at this moment I am showing some comparative images of the Samsung MINI-LED QN85D on the left, which was one of the televisions that I had previously recommended against LG's QNED85T on the right and we can clearly see that the MINI-LED TV Samsung's LED delivers a more pleasant black level and image in these darker scenes.
And I know that by saying this and showing you these images, most consumers would probably discard this LG TV right away, after all, previous TVs delivered the best black level and better contrast, very important features when watching. films, series or video games. But now comes a relevant detail because this LG TV does have an advantage compared to previous televisions and for that reason I am mentioning it in this video and the advantage is as follows: This LG TV has a better viewing angle so how you can see through these comparative images again next to the Samsung QN85D if you watch the TV from a more lateral angle, the LG TV on the right, despite having a worse black level, can better maintain color quality unlike the Samsung TV which loses quality more quickly as we view it from a more lateral angle, so for example if I were to buy one of those televisions that I have mentioned so far to place in the living room of my house where I know that I or other people are usually from a more lateral angle, in this sense, I would probably prefer this LG model even though it has a worse black level, after all, in this scenario, as I just said, the viewing angle would probably be more important, so depending on your context, yes, it could be It's worth investing money in LG TV.
And just to complement it, it's worth mentioning that at home the light in my living room is usually on when we're watching television and when the room light is on, this issue of black level stops being so important because when the When the ambient light is on, we lose some of our perception of the real quality of the TV's black level. So this would be another interesting point in favor of the LG TV in this particular circumstance. In fact, guys, this television that is here next to me is precisely the LG TV that I'm mentioning now, which is the QNED85T and as you can see looking at it in this type of environment that has a little lighting, it doesn't seem to have a black level so bad compared to those images that I had previously shown next to the Samsung MINI-LED in that darker environment, but if by any chance you are going to watch the TV in a darker environment, especially if you are going to do it from the front So in that sense there's not much mystery here, I would definitely recommend the two previous TVs, whether it's the two Samsung televisions or the TCL model.
But continuing to talk about This LG television, what is its price? When it was launched it was priced in the range of R$5,000, which honestly I thought was very expensive compared to what it could actually be worth, but currently in our group of offers this same TV has already appeared for less than R$3,500 and below this value, then yes, I think it starts to get more interesting, especially in that circumstance that I just mentioned, if the viewing angle is important, especially if you are going to watch TV in an environment with the lights on because in this scenario the black level leaves of being that important, then within that context, yes, I would say that it could be worth it. And to close this part about LG's QNED85T, it's worth mentioning that in terms of technologies for video game players, it is very complete, so it gives us a refresh rate of 120 Hz, with four HDMI 2.
1 ports and has support for VRR and FreeSync. Now let's go to the fifth tip which is also using the IPS type panel which in this case is the THE ONE PUG8808 television from Philips and in the case of this television it has some very interesting differences compared to previous models. For example, this Philips model uses Ambilight technology, which for those who don't know, are LED lights that are behind the TV and illuminate our scene according to the images that are shown on the screen and this technology works for any content you are looking at.
watching movies, series or video games or anything else you are watching. And as you can see in these images, the effect that Ambilight has on our environment is really cool and depending on the scene we are seeing, it can even be impressive, so this is actually a really cool difference compared to other models. But if by chance you try Ambilight and for some reason you don't like it, it's important to say that you can turn this feature off completely or, if you prefer, you can also leave the Ambilight lights always in a fixed color, always orange, always yellow, always white.
for example or in other colors. And you can even control the saturation of the Ambilight colors and the brightness of these lights. And it's worth mentioning that you can even tell the TV what the background color of your wall is so that Ambilight can adapt exactly to the color of your wall.
And the fact that this TV is using Ambilight technology gives it a second advantage, which is the following: As I already said, this Philips model uses an IPS type panel which is known for having a grayer black level, however , when we turn on Ambilight it illuminates our environment and we end up losing a little perception about the real quality of the black level, so ambilight, in addition to decorating our environment, also covers up this black level issue. And taking advantage of the fact that I've now talked about the black level, it's worth commenting on the following: the TVs that I had mentioned previously had MINI-LED technology or local dimming technology, which was the case with the LG television, however, This Philips model has neither MINI-LED technology nor local dimming technology. However, it manages to do something interesting: it can identify the scene it is going through and it can regulate the brightness depending on each scene to make the image more pleasant in relation to this black level issue.
And to make this question more illustrative for you, I want you to pay attention to this image of the Philips television on the right next to the Samsung Q70C on the left and in this image we can clearly see that the black level of the Philips is grayer, after all it is using an IPS type panel, however, if I left the television stationary in this scene for around 5 to 10 seconds, the TV alone reduced the brightness, making the image much more visually pleasing, as you can see in this image. And during the tests it's worth saying that I really liked this feature, it worked very well and was able to adjust the brightness of the television accurately, leaving the image more visually pleasing in terms of black level and if by chance you, on top of that, If you turned on the ambilight it would be even better. And taking advantage of the fact that I had compared it next to the Q70C, now I'm showing another image to show its viewing angle and as we can see, this Philips television offers a better viewing angle, for example, compared to the Samsung Q70C .
Still about this Philips model, I would like to praise its sound because despite it not being the most incredible wow thing in the world, it delivers good quality and is much superior, for example, compared to the LG TV that I had previously mentioned for you, in this case it was QNED85T and in addition this Philips TV provides us with support for Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, has a refresh rate of 120 Hz, has four HDMI ports, two of which are 2. 1 and provides support for technologies such as VRR and FreeSync . And an interesting detail is that this TV is the cheapest on the list I mentioned so far and it usually costs around R$3,000 but in our group of offers it has obviously already appeared below R$3,000.
And it's worth mentioning that this Philips model is one of the very few televisions on the market that delivers so much technology for less than R$3,000. And it's worth mentioning that the larger sizes of this TV also appear in offers from time to time and whenever they appear, we're notifying you in our group. And before finishing this video here I wanted to quickly mention some other television suggestions, some cheaper suggestions because apart from this Philips TV that I just mentioned, all the others are above R$3,000 and I imagine that some people who are watching this video maybe you want to save as much as possible, you know, paying R$ 2,000 and a few reais or maybe even less than R$ 2,000, so now I'm going to quickly mention some interesting televisions mentioning some quick features about them.
The TCL C655 television, for example, can be a very interesting option for those looking for a TV with above-average image quality, sound and that also delivers more technologies compared to, for example, competitors from LG and Samsung in the same price range. . And this TCL television can be found in the R$400 range in the 55" inch version, but in the 50" inch version it can be found for less than R$2000 in our group of offers.
Another tip is the DU8000 and Q60D televisions, both Samsung televisions and these two televisions are a little more expensive compared to this TCL model that I just mentioned, however, they have the advantage of delivering an operating system that is faster. And in addition, these two televisions provide official support for the Xbox application, which for those who don't know, is an application that allows us to play Xbox games via the internet without needing to physically use the console, so we do everything via the internet It's basically a Netflix of life, but instead of watching movies and series, we play video games. However, it is worth mentioning that this feature itself is not free and you need to pay a monthly fee and in addition you need a control with Bluetooth support to connect to the TV, but it is still a very interesting difference between televisions.
from Samsung, especially if we take into account that this same application is not yet officially available on competing televisions. The next tip is the LG television model QNED80T and I'm mentioning it here in the video because it has a local dimming feature that aims to improve the black level and contrast. So in its price range it delivers a black level a little above average but don't expect much personally, if you are really more demanding in terms of black level and contrast, the ideal would be to buy a MINI-LED TV or go straight to an OLED television, but in this case it would be more expensive.
And talking about this LG television, which in this case is the QNED80T Even though I'm mentioning it at the end of the video, it's worth saying that most stores are selling it for over R$3,000 at the time I'm recording this video, however , as it already appeared in our offer group for less than R$3,000, I decided to mention She's here too. But anyway, guys, now that I've presented this complete list to you, I 'd like to make some very important final considerations, as you noticed here in this video, I didn't mention any television with OLED technology because in this video I wanted to mention televisions that delivered good value for money. , that is, attractive values and at the same time good quality, an interesting quality that is compatible with the price and for this reason I did not mention OLED technology televisions.
However, if you have, for example, around R$5,000 to spend, if you have that amount, I would say that yes, it is worth buying an OLED technology television, be it the OLED S90D from Samsung or the OLED C4 from LG, which are generally available. costing around this price range of R$5,000, sometimes a little more or sometimes a little less. And regarding this price that I just mentioned, it is worth saying that it refers to 55" inch models because if you want to buy OLED televisions from 65" inches onwards the price is already extremely expensive.
Another important point is the following: below, in the description field, I will leave the link to some videos that we have already made with these televisions, whether videos of first impressions, analysis or comparisons, so if by chance you are interested in any of these televisions If you want more information, I recommend you take a look at these other videos.
