Now, at this point, it’s noted that Diddy hadn’t addressed allegations Cassie is filing, nine of which he is accused of after that video came out. She sued him for sexual assaults he has been accused of. There is a little bit of insight into this. The anticipation seems to be that this is a rest based on the charges that were lodged.

This is a federal prosecution in the Southern District of New York. That’s consistent with reports that have come out. That office had to work at; that’s an office that handles federal cases.

We do know a grand jury has indicted Sean, meaning there is a likelihood he committed at least federal crimes. What happens next is likely tomorrow, the next couple of days, ahead. He will certainly enter a not-guilty plea.

Key things to watch for then: will the prosecutors agree to let him out on bail? Will prosecutors have an argument? Things will ultimately play out over the next 48 hours.
