a 911 call came in the dispatch I was notified to start for Amity route one for a child with a wound to his back when I pulled in the trailer was dark and I approached the building when I entered one of the first things I did pick up was a lot of blood on the couch as I moved down the hallway I got to the last room which was a bedroom so I stuck my head through the opening and looked down and I saw a deceased child at that point another officer yelled to me there
was a male adult body underneath an old chicken Coupe his body was in a bit of an odd position it was almost as if he had tried to escape or get away from the threat at this point one of the Troopers noticed a third body laying in tall grass right there in the driveway they found three beer bottles that were sitting on the cupboard so we have two adult males that are dead is the Killer responsible for the third beer also in the kir we found an astay Bob Stout and his wife lived a short
distance down the road on Route One and detective Dale Keagan and I knocked on the door and basic told them what had taken place they expressed that it was a terrible thing and how bad it was but there wasn't a whole lot of emotion or um sympathy which just came across as odd to me when the detectives left Bob strout's house they pounded on doors but there was a lack of leads someone had killed three people and we have no clue who did it a few days into the investigation we had a caller who described
seeing smoke not far from the scene investigators went down to that location and discovered the clearing in the woods where Jeffrey Ryan's pickup truck was located and had been set on fire also we had a witness that saw a maroon colored pickup truck nearby where Jeff's truck was found one day after the murders that they felt looked like Bob strout's truck and that it looked like Bob and a young male were in the pickup truck we also learned that Bob stro left the area after the murder and traveled down to the Hampshire when we arrived
at Bob Strauss house to speak with him one of the questions we had for Bob was why did you go to New Hampshire he said yeah you're right I went down to drop th off down there and left him there this was the first time any of us ever heard of the name th so obvious question who is th Bob said that th Ormsby was a friend of the family th was staying up here for a couple weeks living with Bob and was up here at the time of the murder and your name is B
I'm going to apologize I'm going to call you the wrong name before we die I think I've only been home a few minutes since this whole thing occurred so so we're a little tired I'm lousy with names and if I ask the stupid questions I apologize I'm not trying to be stupid all right so have you ever been down to just's house once what was coming that I came down just asked about work if he could help me find work and he he said he he couldn't find me anything but he uh had a beer
with me was Jason there during this time did he have a beer too or not never met Jason never met just son okay one of the things that we are are asking for everyone that's been up in there especially who's ever been to Jeff's house and stuff is to rule people out so we like to take some d& sers we want to give that yes we got the DNA results back uh within a couple days and we were able to confirm that the DNA in that beer bottle along with the fingerprints on that beer bottle
matches the orange be so what about this case here was talking about the beginning here what type of person you think would do this no I haven't given that much thought but I mean cold okay with no love for Life most people will say a monster would do this said killed a 10-year-old kid the guy's a monster and someone that did it just kind of play I I don't know I guess I haven't given him much thought how are you Bob told you we proba me back here we are I'd like to talk about th
a little bit how long have you known th oh Lord we've known th a lot of years do you consider th family I mean close oh yes oh yes so that explains coming to stay with you that's not of the ordinary to help no okay um what we have learned Bob is that thing is involved in this all right this there's no s I can't take anymore I really can't this is built up enough I can tell you the truth can we talk about it come with me something D came through this path right here
with this bicycle and I'm looking and he's popping and panting and he was all blood all over here I said what happened and he says I've killed him I said killed who you know and he says I killed Jeff Ryan what did you kill him for I just killed him he says I've killed them all this is the first time I've cried is it it's a lot to process where do you want to start he was nice to me which makes it strange right but I did have it out for him you did yes when
did it turn from everything going fine to not so much he say something to you did I no no did he did he have to no no I know what happened I want to see if you can tell me what happened if I can tell you what happened I killed him obviously this is premeditated murder is the term you use for I don't know yes it is it is it you you did you go there to planning to kill him my plan was to kill Jeff Ryan and leave no Witnesses and evidence okay right un
fortunately Jason was there fortunately Jason and Jesse were there so you you you kill him outside what happens then you have a lot of blood on you this point this point I'm I'm in a mode I'm scared and I I have to finish but I started mhm in my mind M it was a job was like a hit to me what I'd like to hit and do if you're willing to would you be willing to write as a statement I can do my best you can do your best pull up my chair sure this has
got to be the strangest statement you've ever received what did you do it for honestly I did it to test myself to test yourself to see if I was proficient I spent my child wanting to be a soldier I guess a case like this we always have questions of why why would he go down there to kill Jeff it made absolutely no sense to me what he did was horrible it was horrible but we had accomplished what we wanted to accomplish we reached the end goal and the end goal is for him to confess to
the murders good luck to you may God have mercy on your soul for the murder of Jeffrey Ryan it is my sad but solemn duty to sentence you to life in prison for the murder of Jesse Ryan it is my sad but solemn duty to sentence you to the life and for the murder of Jason Dean it is my sad the solemn duty to S you for life in prison then was convicted he get sent us a three consecutive life terms plus 15 years for the arson as far as Justice for the victims you you
can't bring them back and they were robbed of their lives but their family members were robbed of their future I got advised by Dispatch that uh they needed me for a welfare check for Miss Edna subtles I arrive on scene and Friends of Miss Edna they're worried about her is that Miss Edna didn't show up to work there is no signs of any kind of home breaking or disturbance but her vehicle was missing the son walked through the house and saw that there were a couple things out of place he also informed me that she
had about $50,000 worth of jewelry that was missing Edna's vehicle was found just outside of a hotel in traveler's rest we're able to see Edna's vehicle arrive at the grocery store parking lot and we see this man he walks over to his car gets a small bag and gets into the front of the Grand Cherokee with not and they drive off investigators later observed a white male arriving in Miss subtle Jeep and backing it in a spot behind the hotel and then wipes the vehicle down normal people don't wipe down a vehicle like that unless
they're trying to conceal their identity the white male had went inside the grocery store and purchased a four pack of yogurt he scanned his Supermarket discount card we were able to get the information for that value card back from the grocery store it was Daniel Prince out of Bostic North Carolina I ran a criminal history track on him and found out he had a pretty scary criminal history including kidnapping happen why am I here all right I'll talk to you about August 27th 2021 this year you remember where you were at not specifically where do
you think you were at I do a lot of uh Home Remodeling home repair where's your jobs in South Carolina taking you um actually I was down to travers's rest but I don't know if it was Friday or Thursday I know i' been there earlier that week okay so specifically the 27th I think I was down there on the 24th why are we what you're telling us is that's not you on the 27th food line parking lot I don't think so that's not you that's me where's that food line August 27th 2021 9:23 okay here's
yall in the uh Hotel parking lot okay yeah oh look you're walking around the car yeah you wipe the entire car down there's you getting back into your car and driving away look man where's we need to know listen Dan M where is it I don't have a clo Dan please her family is desperate ly looking for her I dropped her off at her house it's not making sense of it's I mean you're the last person to be in a vehicle you WIP out of of a lady that's missing that sounds really up it does
it that's why we're here I took her home I dropped and I left it's obvious that he knows a lot more about what's going on so what we decide is to end this conversation to gain more evidence come back and reinw him while we're going through his belongings and I discover a credit card to a Nancy Rego it seemed that Prince made himself the power of attorney for this lady we found that she had told people that she was going to go live with uh Mr Prince and they were going to live off the grid
and move away together further investigation revealed Miss Ros hadn't been seen since 2017 we were able to see her social security be deposited into her accounts and the very next day that money coming out of the accounts at an ATM near where we knew Prince to reside one of the things that was recovered was a cell phone for Dolores sellers who I Learned was Nancy R's mother Dolores sers passed away within weeks of anri's disappearance we began to suspect there was something nefarious with that as well they found some jewelry that belonged to Edna on
the property of Mr Prince then a b box was located set a little bit back away from the house and when they looked inside they found Edna's car keys and also they found the yogurt cup the yogurt we knew he purchased at the grocery store we were looking through a phone and we see some family members start to check in on this person and we made the decision kind of on the spot let's just call them they said they had not heard or spoken from that person in several years that person's name was Miss Lee
Goodman we also then found Daniel Prince was using her finances we realized that Daniel Prince has has potentially more victims out there this guy is an actual serial killer there were some other things found at your house there was U quite a lot of stuff found in uh your your be house there could be a million explanations for some of that stuff and I don't want to jump to conclusions and if there is something that happened that you didn't intend to happen let's talk about it if you tell them to turn that off I will
talk to you a little more freely video turned off so I F with Greg made that okay let's put it this way a person I was very good friends with wanted to do something to put someone basically out of their misery that was very closely related to them that's one body that person started having an extreme amount of guilt over this and decided they were going to go tell what had happened that's the second body he's clicking off in his hands about different bodies the second body he's talking about is Miss Nancy Rigo we believe
the first person he's talking about there is Miss Dolores um sellers Nano's mother there's a third body that I did not kill that a person I was trying to help out and I knew that they'd be getting Social Security disability for the rest of their life so I got rid of said bodies for example so that I could continue to use the card that individual there he's describing is uh Miss Goodman by any chance while he's getting all this squ away MH can you just help me get that closure for it his family not until
I have this I clam up like a clam if this doesn't go Federal for everything he wanted life in a federal prison and then once I agreed he'll then help us with the investigation kind of reasserting control which is what he wanted throughout this case the body of Miss Rigo and Miss Goodman were not able to be recovered there is something to be said about the closure but at the same time it takes away any hope you may have you know your mother's never coming back it's I can't even put it into words the way
it makes you feel Daniel Prince of bosk pleaded guilty in federal court in Spartanburg in the kidnapping and death of Edna subtles authorities called Daniel Prince a monster and serial killer they say he's also responsible for for The Disappearance or death of at least three other women in exchange for the life sentence he took the responsibility for the deaths of Edna subtles Nancy reggo Dolores sers and Leah Goodman how you holding up doing better suck hav an ate but yeah not okay yeah this is Officer coats all rightward we've done more unwrapping of of what
was in the boxes and we wanted to just talk to you more about some of the stuff we found so I know you've already told me that you didn't put anything in there that you remember and but I just wondered if you know over the last couple days if you've thought of more or if you remembered anything else no I haven't all right nothing at all okay well first thing I'm sure you can imagine that this is kind of hard for the officers to see you know the condition that the children are in but what
the professionals are telling us that have dealt with decomposed bodies is that the there's an additional like chemical or odor did you add anything to the bags did you put anything in there that would that would generate a stronger was there anything that you put in the bag other than other than the child okay no chemicals no I mean I know I asked you about drinks like I've always bought sced garbage socks I don't know if that would do it cuz saying it's more of a chemical smell and not so much of a scented perfume
type smell no I never put anything in there right okay as I've gone back and reviewed my interviews and started to type my reports there was some things that I noticed that that you said that I didn't ask you about at the time um one of them was you said that you when the baby was born that you didn't want it to cry do you remember telling me that no I said I they wouldn't cry at first I didn't say I didn't want them to yeah what was is you said that um there were people
home and it would cry and I didn't know if you were referring to people who are renting the basement or if or if Darren was home or something else it could have been either her okay you said that you delivered all of these babies except one when no one else was home yeah no too I can't think on all of them but I I know someone was home at least three or four times oh really yes okay so you are remembering more yeah I know three or four times someone us home okay you did tell
me that when the other time when they were home that you just that you of course didn't scream that's what your statement was before and that's one of the things that a lot of people are are having a hard time understanding is that is that you successfully had so many home births without major complications I don't know I know I never had any complications okay so you didn't have like prolonged beding or anything like that that you were worried about hene or anything well when I would rehash these and you would say that the one
when Darren was in prison was still born that's the one I can't think I think and and that's just is you're not sure yeah why aren't you sure what are you remembering all I could remember from that day is I know I went into labor and I was I mean I had it fast and I was trying to hurry for my girls going from school and I can't even remember I can't I'm sorry my mind is just a total blank and you say you have a hard time remembering I do I'm like rattling my brain
in there just and I can't why do you think it's so hard to remember I don't know I think it's cuz I really can't even remember half of what I was doing then and that's because you were yeah and I can't remember no I'm Si been sitting back when you say yeah you mean because you were using math yeah okay this is going to be a trying time for you oh I keep laying there helping I'll fall asleep was just a dream but what what's a dream H this everything I've done I'll lay there just
close my eyes and just hope I don't wake up I don't know I just I got so much running through my head right now don't think you feel like shameful I don't know I've always just felt like like that I've always just feel I'm not even worthy of being alive and I don't know why another question that's come up is if you were ashamed why didn't you get on birth control I don't know did you think about it I know I was on it for a little bit it made me sick like the first time
I took it and so I just stopped taking it and I never even thought of it again I know people out there are probably just wanting to kill me right now huh I wouldn't say that they're looking for answers they they they just they they want to understand why and the how and we might not ever know how but the why is I I don't know why well it sounds like you've told us that it's a combination of money drugs and shame would you say that's fair to say yeah did you want to keep any
of these babies yeah I did I just I don't know like I said my mind I was just messed up in drugs and got scared didn't know what I was doing and then that you know I don't know how it happens so many times I don't I can't I don't have an explanation well it's out and I know I did wrong and I know I should be punished for it so it's not up to me it's up to you know but I I'm not saying oh I should just be my free cuz I know I
shouldn't be that's why I'm asking you what what do you I mean I don't know what punishment but I do deserve to be punished so for what for what I've done so it's up to the judge and God not to me [Music] how go police oh yes ma'am can I have a officer come to this address and your name my name is Darren West I just found something in my garage I think it's a a a miscarriage can you be more specific what do you mean by a miscarriage you found I have no idea just
please send an officer up here it sounds like you may need medical it's been wrapped up in a plastic maget stin okay what is it take a little baby the dispatcher came across the the radio she said that the complainant on the phone had just located a miscarriage of some sort in a box I made contact with Darren and the Darren seemed beside himself kind of like uh he didn't know really what to do with what was occurring see we've been clean in the garage okay Darren told us he was in the process of being
released from prison he had his family there helping him uh prepare to move home prior to going to prison Darren his wife Megan and their daughters lived in the home we went on home confined in a halfway house have you been cleaning out the garage I'm trying to get cuz I've been gone for so long then anyway there was a box over there it was all wrapped up and he say what is this Darren relay to the officers that he called Megan and Megan had told him that it was his baby that she had after
he went to prison back in 2006 officer AIG called Megan on the phone and spoke with her um are you able to help us understand what's going on here it was a miscarriage it was like n years ago when left and how far into your pregnancy were you like seven months it was Bor still okay uh how soon can you come down here well you know why we're here what we're here to talk about just start at the beginning and and tell me what happened well we were doing drugs a lot he that's what he
was in prison for I got pregnant right before he left and I really didn't know cuz I thought it was just stress and stuff he went to prison in 2006 yeah how far along were you in in couping months my perception was that this very well may just be a still birth and a terrible series of decisions her husband's in prison she's alone she has this baby at home she's a single mother of three and she saw it as the only way to handle the situation but at the same time she wasn't making a lot
of eye contact and I did feel like she was withholding information and not being completely honest with me and I didn't know why y there was a knock at the door and it was an investigator who asked me to come out of the room that investigator told me that while conducting the search warrant at the house that they had found a second baby we have investigators in the house right now they found a second baby will you please tell me about that there is there's more hey I'm sorry I have hit every one of them
and he had to have known I was pregnant through most of them okay so how many do you think we will be find in the garage all right want to make sure that there's no more no more weight on your shoulders okay when you have these babies yes um you described you had the one in the tub that you filled the tub and had yeah I can't yeah was was that baby alive when it was born I think it was for a short time what well you think if I baby in the house and just
cried someone would here you know mhm well you say you think it was for a short time what was it moving did it start to breathe no it wasn't bre I could see little heartbeat and then it stopped it didn't make sense there was help available that she didn't reach out to did you kill the baby after her B MH one of which one no just so scared no so drugs were bad I choked him how did you choke it yeah do you think all four of these babies were alive on they were boor I'm
pretty sure one of them wasn't and did you choke the others yes I did why did you choke on I don't know scared I was in shock have you ever told anyone of us no I've never told us at all I'm told that there is a fifth baby found at the home now it's becoming almost exhausting how many could there be and what what is going on all right Megan I'm I'm really happy with how far you've come but I'm concerned that you haven't told me everything how many do you think there're possibly could be
honestly I don't know how many far I can think of but I don't okay they are up to five and so now now that there's five are you still only certain that one of them was dead when it was born and so the other four were alive there could be more like I said I can't remember a damn thing how many do you think there would be I I'd say eight or nine yeah if you're saying Darren never knew no what I told you only me I've kept this to myself for 18 years it was
hard to grasp and to Fathom I just remembered just being in shock that kept finding babies six and and then finally seven and it was [Music] horrific so I have to ask you know about the stuff that they're finding they're up to seven like I said they're all in the garage right and you said you were certain that only one was still born and that that you strangled the rest yes well I think I'm ready to take you upstairs then and what we're going to put you in on Ling so while we finish processing the
scene okay okay she was only charged with six because uh she maintained that one of the babies was still born we sent all of the evidence that would preserve a fingerprint tape plastic bags things from the boxes that that may have DNA on it the FBI did analyze all of that Forest every fingerprint that the FBI found was Megan's ultimately Darren was cleared of any involvement in the case Megan having admitted to killing all but one she was sentenced to six five delives to be served um consecutively she's going to prison for the rest of
her life Megan had a family that she was Raising but on the flip side of that coin she also had seven dead children in her garage that she had murdered I don't know what her motive was I don't care what her motive was uh but the fact of the matter is is she did it and that was unfathomable to me [Music] [Music] the last time you saw Shen was when can't I don't even know like the end of February okay you have no idea what became of her where she ended up I do not I
have said this to everybody so when I told you the other day at your house that some people who were acquaintances of yours said said that you burn your things up okay okay now I don't understand how like acquaintance of who exactly means cuz I don't know anybody that she personally knows people who know you said this that you burn your things up are you being serious right now I'm not foing with you man you're 100% Ser I would not make this up all righty then wow all righty then something is wrong here you did
not burn things up I did not okay did you at any point take a freezer to a house and camel I did not so you didn't go to Kenny Ashen B's house with a freezer with a padlock on it and put it in his basement I did not I'm trying to figure out how all these people that are not her friends they people that you know or say it is it's kind of too many people now the thing is I don't do anything but work and sleep so when somebody tells me that they're even remotely
talking about me or saying anything about me at all kind of baffles me because all I do is work and sleep work and sleep work and sleep okay and I talk to my mom I don't talk to a lot of people okay well we had this guy that's some kind of acquaintance of yours lives up the street from you who says he went with you to burn some things and they were burned at some people's house house where all the people were home and they're all like yeah it's anthy but now I have a freezer
with a body in it in a guy's house who says you know Anthony brought this freezer over here and we opened it up because we thought it was weird and we're really kind of hoping that it Shannon this is because if it's not then this guy says you brought a body to his house and it's somebody else and Shan is still missing then what do use some kind of cereal kill so we're hoping to enchant it this is some that that you're telling me yeah and I have really don't really believe you but I have
no choice but to believe you because I'm sitting here no we don't do this for we wouldn't make it up we Ser wouldn't arrest you for this not having happened right you know what I mean obviously so I basically got all these fingers just being pointed at me and yeah now there's a body involved trying to tell you like if I'm trying to tell you I don't know what the you're tell telling me then obviously I mean excuse my language but okay if you you're trying to tell me all these fingers are pointed at me
and I'm telling you supposedly went to this house and supposedly put this thing in this guy's house this is insanity to me it really is so I'm trying to figure out where something might have like might have went wrong I'm telling you that four people who know you said you burned your up and now two people who know you said you brought a freezer with a body in it that house I just got done telling you I don't talk to a lot of people like at all I can count the amount of people that I
talk to four people saw you burning and two people said you dropped the freezer off at their house with a body in it did you hear what it said I'm hearing what you're telling me all right so I don't care who you talk to and what you do with your personal life why would I do something like that is my I have no idea why you would do something time none I've got a few ideas I even got a few ideas you didn't do something like that but you know who did but that's something I
would like to hear from you that I wouldn't put in your mouth I've learned it inside your apartment there was some blood which don't really look too good right now when this girl's missing I would like to the only blood that I can possibly think that you might have found in a lot of reason there's a lot of reasons why there might be blood in your apartment but when you had that onto the fact that these people saw you burning some and when we went through figured out it was hers CU her bracelet was in
there and when you add in these other people who know you have a freezer in basement that they say you brought over there it kind of we're past the point of no return on this thing it would be very interesting to me to find out how You Came Upon a freezer with a body in it that would be very interesting to me right now it would also be very interesting to me if that Shannon in there it's a bad thing to say but I'm hoping it is because if it ain't then I got to wonder
what who I got here if you got a freezer with a body in it ain't hers what the see what I'm saying so I got a lot of questions um and none of them are good but appar but when I say like when you look me up and you you know you say you try to learn everything you can about me right right yeah and when I say what exactly have you learned about me this whole time time M I live a pretty simple life well it's actually a little bit complex you have an apartment
that was your missing girlfriend's apartment that you're still living in used to be ours but yes yeah you have a half a house that you're payed for that you don't live in that you don't keep nothing in there but a freezer that just happens to have your dead ex-girlfriend in it so kind of looks bad I don't have anything in the house we literally have no furniture not anymore no it's been moved yeah the freezers well we have it now but it was in camel we never moved nothing in thatment okay like we have nothing
in there the landlord put a couple things in there like stupid furniture or whatever aside from that nothing was in there all we did was just simply get an apartment ahead of time so we had a head a place to lay our head you know my lease is up in September like I got to make sure I got a place to stay do you remember the part where I said that you brought a freezer with a camel with a body in it we're talking about when I just told you we're talking about we're like way
off the beaten path of what we're really talking about here there's a freezer with a body in it in camel that a guy that you do music with says you brought there it's impossible because I didn't do no such thing and then four other people that know you so you burn up some when we went through we found shanon and that's impossible too this is up to make a phone call [Music] let's just go back to the beginning and tell me how you knew Tim had a Ruben coming at the time yep so I gave
him a job sure he had uh he had other job interviews I don't know where I don't remember man it's been there long time how long was it here in town cuz you said he stay with you I I don't even think it was a week okay you know I don't remember but I it wasn't long okay it was long so he did Roofing with you for a couple days you said one day you left for work he didn't come with you or what no he was even he worked with us that evening and then
I had gone out that evening um I don't know it wasn't long I think I was back before dark so I'm assuming it was summertime I don't know he was gone that evening and didn't think a big deal but all his clothes were gone and just assume that he had gone to South Carolina for his job there sure sure he didn't leave me a note no note he didn't call me okay I didn't know where he was uh you said SBI had came and talked to you do you remember when that was no but they
called me to uh to an office in wilington I went up there and talk to them do you remember what they asked you up there not exactly okay forever do you remember uh do you remember being polygraphed mhm okay do you remember anything about it like what he asked you or what he said so just looking back through the case File we we had a copy of the polygraph and we were looking at it um and I called up that examiner that actually ran it back in the day and the polygraph showed uh the questions
that ask it's something along the lines of did you have anything to do with Tim's disappearance do you know only thing about Tim's disappearance the results showed that you were being deceptive during the polygraph that's not what they said well I'm just telling you what the report said um and then uh I called the polygraph examiner up and he said he didn't remember that you were being deceptive with it is is there any reason it would have shown that you were being deceptive no and that's not what they said he said he just couldn't couldn't
determine one way or the other basically this is why we're here we know what happened you're the only one that can tell us why it happened we've already presented the case to District Attorney's Office we've already taken out the warrant and we're beyond what happened this is your chance to tell us why it happened I don't have a clue what happened to that Oney look you're you're more than welcome to stick to that story I'm just telling you it's not going to work for you we've been doing interviews with people that did not want to
come off the information but the information they all gave us all matches up and it all matches the original case File I don't know what to take well I I would like you to tell me the truth so that we could we could show that you're being cooperative with us now and that you could make a statement to say to let us know why it happened we we know what happened we know about the uh we know about the the luggage rack it was on top of the car having to wash the blood out of
it What car what luggage rack you guys had a luggage rack I didn't have a car to begin with had a truck right but you had your family had a luggage rack at the house that stayed propped up against the back shed and you use that to transport Tim's body [Music] this I don't think you're some crazy psycho killer I think maybe a mistake happened was it a mistake did did Tim come at you in some way man there I'm telling you the truth oh you're not telling us the truth I've told you what I
know look if it were just one person telling us this we'd take it with a grand OFA it's multiple different people telling us this and things they're telling us match up to the case File it's been a long time but I would remember that I think you remember all this and I think it's I think it's some you tried to put out I think you have to put it out to go on living life but I think it's been a wait on you I don't think you're a bad guy I think you made a mistake
yeah I think you got it wrong look I tell you I what I don't have wrong I don't have wrong the fact that you shot killed Tim I don't have wrong the fact that you asked to get rid of his clothes I don't have wrong the fact that he was disposed off antenna Farm Road I don't have wrong the fact that he was in a a luggage tote at some point out there and uh you guys went Robert brought to the house to clean out that comes from multiple people man a lot of this is
new information I've never heard of stuff it's new information to us looking from the outside but it's not new information to those who were close to you in ' 95 and for people who have not hardly spoken since then they all have a very similar story of what happened I do not know what happened period so it's four people that are positive that it did happen and it matches up to the case File that we have from 95 and search again that was 2000 in 2000 it was based off some information that came from one
of your close friends through an attorney that got routed to the sheriff which is the same general area that they all describe that Tim was dumped at and it's your word against all of that and and and you're going to sit here after 24 years and play now it's not going to work Brian I don't know any more now than what I did then you know what happened now you're just not telling anybody no I don't I me take that back you're not telling anybody except your friends that you told back then that were either
a part of it or witness part there was no conversation about him back then so this person goes missing police show up you're polygraphed and there's no conversation about it for some 20 year- olds that's not true Brian it was the talk at every party he moved the body because it was starting to get out which don't know of a body well let me tell you what's going to happen we're going to type our reports up we're going to type up and get all the interviews that we've done with all your friends we're going to
submit another case File from the original case File that was done to DA's office and they're going to see everything and everything points at you so if you're willing to take that chance you can or you have the opportunity now before I walk out of here and you can tell me what actually happened you can tell me if it was self-defense and you can also try to help yourself out then I can go to the DA's office and say hey Bri finally came out told us what happened told us it was a mistake told us
it was self-defense told us whatever it's wait on him for 24 years he told us he let us to where Tim was at and we can bring some closure to Tim's distant relatives now that his mom's passed on that's if you want to do the right thing if you don't want to do the right thing and you want to continue down this road for the rest of your life that's your op I don't have any guilty feelings cuz I didn't have anything to do with it I don't know where he's at don't know what happened
to him is this where you want to leave it I can't help you anymore I've told you everything I know if you want to tell me what actually happened I'm willing to sit here all night okay but if not I can go home we can transport you over to jail get you process well I guess do it then cuz I can't tell you anything else at that point I can't make stuff up look your friends did not make this stuff up your friends did not make up the exact same story okay the people that you
loved and hung out with for years are just throwing you under the bus now is that what it is I couldn't tell you and I think you're hurt that they finally came out and told us I think you're shocked they finally came out and told us no I think some people are guessing I think some people making St up I'm not seeing it I'm seeing that you are the reason for Tim's death and disappearance and have anything to do with it if he's dead ain't got nothing to do with me I've told you everything I
can tell you if you're take him to jail then let's go hey I'll have him come you out all right you go stand up for me okay you ready shall we police permit um I have a young lady who is living here with me nobody can find her no one has seen her no one has heard from her she didn't show up for work and I'm just really concerned what's her name gabrian Clevenger Gabe would always come in super early to work and she never missed a day so when she didn't show up everyone kind
of knew like we all had a pit in our stomach like something's wrong like Gabe's not here okay what's going on it's her husband Alec Blair he got very violent with her and um she has a bunch of police reports that she's filed so she moved in here um and she filed for an analment she's only been married 5 months if you two could have seats on the other side of table I appreciate you guys coming down so what led you to call us today well um I called today because uh my son got a
hold of me and said hey Alec showed up at the house and Gabe left with Alex so I called the police because they was very concerned okay and she's been having some problems with uh threats um threats to her life um some of the things that she was telling me was just very alarming there has been a lot of things that as far as text messages she ended up getting a new phone because he was harassing her I'm destroyed her property everything that she owns her animals come up missing um I don't know I know
that she was very scared of him very much charby Police Department hello I received a call from you guys that I missed who who am I speaking with Alec Blair okay I'm calling in regards to a gabrian Clinger are you currently with her by chance no I'm at work you're not with her at all and have you seen her today I saw her earlier I was talking to her cuz we were going to try to go to the courthouse for divorce stuff but she didn't want to so I left okay and you don't know where
she would have gone I don't know anything about that now okay Alex said that he dropped Gabe off however her phone is pinging essentially at his work at that point Shelby PD responded out to where Mr Blair Works to attempt to make contact with him obviously you know your wife has been reported missing yeah so do you have any idea where she could be or anything like that honestly I don't really know you mind if we look in your vehicle I'll be fine all right Deputy Frasier and I began looking inside the vehicle a short
time later Deputy Frasier indicated to me that he saw cleaning product on the floor of the vehicle huh and the vehicle appeared to be wiped down quickly have you been cleaning in here lately or no okay why don't we just have a seat in the back of my car I just wanted to ask you a couple more questions all right I walked over to Alex's vehicle and immediately noticed the large amount of blood along the frame of the seat and in the stitching of the vehicle what's what's going on with all the blood and stuff
it was honestly my friend bloody nose all up in the seat crevices and all over the place yeah he had it really bad yesterday at that point in time I asked Alec if he would go to the Shelby Police Department to continue to be asked questions about Gabe and he agreed how you doing man good sorry to keep you wait officer Turner okay tell me a little bit about yourself and then your relationship with your your wife well she was telling me that you know she wasn't happy with cuz a lot of stuff had to
do with me so I would have anger issues okay from childhood and sure it my anger I would like punch the wall or maybe throw something okay that would be my type like getting out my Ang right so when's the last time you saw her this morning actually okay tell me about that I you see her this morning why did you see it this morning cuz I wanted to go to the courthouse M so we can figure out anything with a divorce you know how much it's going to cost all that stuff she didn't really
want to at first but I was trying to talk her into it so you can get it all done and over with okay and then when I did get her you know we went to the car I started going for a little bit but she just wanted to try to start arguing I really wasn't in the mood to argue just cuz I was tired we got to the point you know where I did hit her okay and then I did turn down where the golf club golf course and everything and toward that dead end that's
where I left her okay all right she starts bleeding real bad and that's the blood that's in your car right now it's not this other made up friend that just had a nose Okay her we got that was it one punch or was it several punches I don't know I just kept kind of just going okay this is all the car yeah then my happs that's when I take her out to the corn field okay and you leave her there yeah in my mind I'm thinking okay maybe there is a chance she is still alive
the highest priority needs to be where is she at we need to get to her and help her before the situation becomes worse he said it was our fear sh I kind of went down into a ditch uh just kind of was scanning with my flashlight and then I found [Music] her we cordoned off the area and the State Crime lad came in we learned that she had been stabbed 14 times it explained the amount of blood that we found in the car it it kind of helped paint a more clear picture of what actually
happened see the blue chair there Al in short the reason why we're here right now is have a few followup questions just things we'd like to ask you get clarified so one last big piece of the puzzle here you're not being honest about the manner in which she was killed right so you agree with me we're not being honest about that yeah how did you kill her picked her up went to my house on Taylor town where I was going to grab my lunch and stuff went up to get my headphones and I grabbed this
pocket knife and went back outside got back in the car and I don't know what got to me to do anything I didn't want to do anything honestly to her at all but then you know when she was answering the questions I was trying to give to her and just kind of blacked out and I decided contemplating honestly with that contemplating hurting her yeah this pocket knife you had to just stabber with it yeah okay how many times did you stabber with it honestly I couldn't tell you you how many times that's when I kind
of blacked out did you stab her until she was dead yeah okay this is the culmination of everything we've had so far we've gotten him to confirm it with the magic words I did it I stabbed her to death I was happy that we came to the resolution of the case we did but at the end of the day it's still a tragedy that a young woman who had her whole life ahead of her was just viciously murdered if Gabe were here right now I would start by saying I love her um but and that
we all miss her and that we're sorry I'm going to go through that stay on me clear clear got BL in the kitchen Rood down this Hall we got one down shell casing on the floor the head Focus the blood we felt like John was The Mastermind of this situation and paid seus to go out to relet and kill Laura and that James was most likely the driver James should have been in a position to have seen or heard something we needed to know what he knew [Music] [Music] hey James how you doing sir this
is first time I actually seen in real life all way I only saw in the Texas Rangers Walker yes sir that's right that's I remember back in the the day I heard about uh the Western they have the Marshall the sheriffs and uh they'll saying and 10 shares or 10 Marshals and it took one or two of Texas rangs right well they have an old saying you ever heard the old saying one r one Riot one Ranger yeah the governor if there was a if there was unrest in part of Texas the governor of Texas
would send one Texas Ranger to quell the r that's that's back in the western base oh yeah yeah yeah it's got a lot of lot of tradition lot of history James seemed to be very intrigued by the Texas Rangers he knew from the very beginning that once we brought the Texas Rangers in on this investigation James knew that it was a very serious situation I think the thought of that scared him knowing that there's a possibility that if he told us what happened he could spend the rest of his life in prison course it's not
just r at PD that's involved in this you can see we got State officials involved we've also got federal agencies involved in this investigation as well so um I mean it's it's big thing oh um I know there's some pretty important stuff that's come up that we want to talk to you about and see if you can help us understand that a little bit better maybe um give us some insight as to what's going on um with that information um Jesus has a problem I'll tell you that okay okay um he's lying to us and
we know he's lying to us kind of want you to understand that you know as well what we're looking at here and and Jesus has some major problems right now um and some of the things that were found on his phone are uh pretty incriminating okay he he uh there were several recorded phone calls that we were able to pull off of his phone that took place between him and John about this murder okay and I actually have one of those that involves you that I want to play for you so that you can hear
what they're talking about okay John and Jesus were on the phone with each other all day long that day so we found this phone call and uh obviously it raised some questions um about their conversation and I want to see if you can kind of help clear this up a little bit for us you understand we need we want to find out who took Lord life and so that's why we're here because it appears that you may have something that can help us the first guy that you're going to hear on the phone call is
Jesus okay and you can hear John on the other end of the phone they still haven't released it [Music] James no I mean no I hope not with me explain that to me because what that phone call tells me is that Jesus is saying that you were with him that morning and I know because we got Jesus's phone records that Jesus's phone was in rette around the time this murder occurred he was not where he says he was okay his response was okay okay that's a weak denial he's just been hit with something a telephone
call he's the very important information and he has that weak response but he's stressed out because if if he had something that could clear him he would have presented it at that point we didn't know whether he took an active role or whether he was just a witness to what occurred but we knew that J had some type of knowledge that had John and hisus worried and on this phone call he's telling John that you were with him the entire time okay and John is awful scared about what you were going to tell us that
day did you hear what John said John said hopefully he didn't tell them how so what that tells me is that if you didn't do this you know who did and you know how it happened that's all we want from you at this point if you have knowledge of this now is not the time to hold that in a murder investigation because this phone call my friend puts you in the middle of all of this I understand that completely sir okay and I will take a polygraph as soon as possible as you want but I
don't know why he said that I know I was with him after he picked me up but otherwise I don't know any much more what what this tells us is that John knows you have yeah and that's why I was looking I have no idea what he means by that I wish like I said I'm I'm ready to take phra for you sir I'm told you I'm trying to be on my P and q's I'm not trying to get nowhere near or anything like this I think at this point James is just scared we definitely
believe Jesus to be a more violent person than James so we weren't sure at that point if somebody was threatening James told him not to say anything anything um exactly what his reason was other than you know being scared the only other thing that we could think of at that point as to why James wasn't being forthcoming has anybody threatened you as far as John Jesus anybody of that nature have you been threatened not to say anything no is there anybody that you're scared of no if you do tell us what you know I don't
know anything to be able to tell you I've told you everything I've been completely honest with you from beginning to end this is this is a big surprise to me right there yeah it's a problem for you is what it is I and I could see that and remember Laura got shot mother of three that is not that is not right nobody has the right to take another person's life in that manner with everything that's going on with that phone call I know that that how do we explain that phone call James John and Jesus
are clearly nervous you can tell that by the breathing in the call you can tell that by the tone of voice you can tell that by the way John saying I hope he didn't tell them how so that gives us an indication here that if you didn't do this which I don't think you did it okay I'll I'll tell you that right now I don't think you did it but this phone call is a problem and makes um the things that you've told us in the past seem like you're hiding something and they know you're
hiding something by this phone call they know that you know something there's a difference between knowing something and doing it and lying during this type of an investigation can get you in a in in even more trouble on a separate end of that I don't want you to do that James I mean that's not why we're here okay we're here to to find out what it is that you know because this phone call is going to be a big problem later on down the road I see that and I want you to get whatever it
is that they're concerned about out right now you need to be concerned about yourself right now not anybody else this phone call right here potentially puts you looking at what's going to happen the rest of your life so I don't want you to hold anything back and if you know something I've got to know that so that we can get this thing solved and and figured out and the person that did actually pull the trigger held responsible cuz I don't think that person is you am I right you didn't pull that trigger I don't we
wanted to keep putting pressure on James to let him know that uh it's in his best interest to tell us what he knew at that point because didn't believe that he was the one that actually pulled the trigger yes or no you didn't pull that trigger okay so who did I don't know I've told you why would John and his that's why it's it me and now actually angry about it but I have no idea that for nothing for nothing that had nothing to do with that ruins my life he recognizes both voices Asus and
John he understands the subject they're talking about and it's ruin it's going to ruin his life so he's acknowledged all the things that we see and he's not ready to confess don't let them ruin your life I don't know don't let them ruin your life do not look that that phone call clearly says that they are worried about what you're going to share with us now this is the deal when Jus gets picked up do not want him to come in and tell his story first because God knows what he's going to say and I
don't want him to put it on me he's on the run right now he knows what's up so they did have something to do with this that's where the investigation is going yes sir things like this don't just happen at random okay this was an inside job Laura was the target those kind of murders don't happen in that neighborhood Laura was the target this was an intentional act and she was the intended target there was no mistake about what was done that morning there was no burglary of the wrong house there was no robbery or
anything of that nature this was set up plan there's another situation if you know that Fel occurred you have a duty to report that F okay you got to remember we want who took laur's life and we do not believe it's you but you were in a position to know something know everybody that we've talked to has told us how nice of a person Laura was how friendly she was to everybody nobody had any problems with her whatsoever that we've been told she didn't have any arguments with anybody nobody was mad at her she didn't
owe anybody any money she didn't deserve this no one does nobody does the way this was done was was very cold and make no mistake about it that was the intended outcome of their actions that morning I've told you everything that I've known I've gone over this with you several times it seems to me honestly I see that's very bad you you don't you you're are questioning my story now I've helped yall as much as I can I've tried to do as much as I can for yall and I hate this it pisses me off
but this makes me look so bad and there's no way I can explain that listen we don't wish anything bad Jam okay and and we wish you w in the middle of this but we got to follow the information I wish you the best and and but we we have to work on Cas okay we're going to get you back good luck to you we have a pretty good idea at this point that John James and Jesus were the ones that were responsible for Laura's death we just needed a little bit more information to be
able to put the all the pieces of the puzzle together and actually prove that this is what [Music] happened when tesus was on the Run in contacting multiple people that were providing us and assisting us with any information that we were looking for we were able to get a tip that he was in Florida and we provided that information to the United States Marshall service who tracked him down in Florida and took him into custody brought him back to Dallas County at this point we were uh very close to having indictments on John and Jesus
for you know the capital murder we still did not have enough information to actually prove that James was involved or charge him with anything related to Laura's death it was very frustrating for us because we knew that he had knowledge and that only grew as the investigation continued I still felt that there was a possibility that he would provide more truthful facts that would help this investigation also want to let them know that it's still an active and ongoing case and we've moved we've made progress now we're moving towards a conclusion to to Laura's death
James how you doing you hanging in there James um I know you remember me I'm Cruz Hernandez this is my partner Eric sheen were're both with rot police and so we wouldn't come down um and talk with you today um how you been how they've been treating you in here pretty fair pretty fair that's good I know they've done a lot of improvements in the jail so it's not as bad as it's been in the past James I'm going to take a minute to talk with you uh you know that ret police has been working
on the death of Laura gillo and unfortunately you got you know mixed up in it in the investigation so I just want to sit down and talk with you before this this investigation goes any further okay James and a lot has happened since November and these is this kind of case this kind of murder case here is a case that's not going to go away it's going to have to be dealt with um and we want the person responsible or person's responsible for taking 's life okay I explained to you that this at ISF yes
sir when you went to see me yes sir what more can I tell you something right I understand I only worked with them for three weeks as as a police officer I'm trying you know you got John the fiance talking to Jus andus tells them Jame the ret police still got James and then John says how do you know got his s it says because he was supposed to call me when they released it and then and then you know what John says John says I hope he don't tell them how andus says he better
not because he was with me the entire time you remember that call we we let you listen to call and I went over with you yes sir and and James I don't I listen I'm not trying to frustrate you okay it's just the when we conduct an investigation and we're getting phone calls and we're looking at text messages and we're looking at all that data you got to remember when when somebody took L's life they killed her yes okay they shot her to death in her home and and for some reason John and nus says
he better not tell because he is with me the whole time that's why I want to sit down there because this is this some point it's going to end up in court amen and I don't want if you're just a witness if you just have knowledge if he told you something after the fact or whether you helped him drive or do anything else I believe that this is the time to get it out because remember John told Asus I hope James don't tell him how and I told you I thought about it over and over
again yes sir I don't know how how I know how I don't know if it was a side comment Mark or something I was thinking and thinking so I'm not sure how they mean that yes true I want to give you as much help as I can because I notic we had tried everything that we could possibly think of and every opportunity to let him try to get himself out of this situation as best he could with you know the information that we were presenting him trying to let him know that we didn't believe that
he was the one that actually took Laura's life but also to let him know that the story that he's telling isn't true and we know that now this is this is a high-profile case when you kill a mom a mother in her home I understand that's that's that's serious I'm trying to help you I can you know what it just I notice every time that I that I can't give you enough the help or exactly what y'all want I end up more and more stuff I I I went through ISF because of possession marijuana I
got out I did my time I got out and I start my life over again then I get a a warrant that was put on me in February after the last time I talked to y'all was I I think that it goes hand in hand I think so I I didn't give you exactly what y'all wanted so y'all want said something and I I have a warrant for this in February when I was incarcerated not necessarily true your name is in the mix of this murder investigation of course rette talks to Dallas and Dallas talks
to the court and you know so we we talk to probation everybody so when you get noticed like that I think that's what's happening you're getting a lot of attention right now because your name is in the middle of the murder investigation I don't know whether you wrote out there with him out the Bret whether you helped them get rid of the gun I I have no idea did you ever see Jesus with with a handgun I've heard of it I've never seen it okay what did what did you hear about hand for the house
that's it his who had a handgun for the house okay but you never saw it never saw it I got thought he might be boasting or something like you said people just talk noise yeah right sometimes people people talk noise you know we got hisus oh we found him in Florida good for yourself yeah we found him in Florida we we reached out for the assistance of the United States Marshals service they found him working in Florida riding a bike working in Florida and they went out there in arrest we've already been to Florida ourselves
so he's here in L St that's awesome yeah because I remember we we speak for the victims that are left behind when I did tell James that pus had been picked up it had two reasons number one I wanted him to know that he was in police custody that we were going to clear this case and I also wanted him to know that because if there was any concern for james' safety sometimes in some witnesses it can give them the comfort that they need in order for them to provide truthful information that can help the
criminal investigation let me tell you this it s didn't do you no favors you know what I heard something from somebody and I and made man cuz these guys were joking around and everything and he made this remark he said why do 10 when you can give it to a friend I heard that and and it made me think about what's going on this is the deal um if if you're telling me the truth and you really do not have any knowledge you did not participate in any way in in the murder of Lord gillo
you didn't help them drive you didn't go with them and just sit out there and be the lookout you didn't have them dispose of any evidence gloves guns clothes okay then you have nothing to do with this you know I always say it's a big difference whether who your victim is you know I guess people if you're out there in a high risk you know let's say you're buying drugs and you get robbed and get killed that's bad but you're not living a low risk lifestyle so when you got a mom killed in her home
after dropping off the kids to school that's a really bad thing and that's why it gets so much attention because because you would think a mother would be safe in her home but there's no doubt you got to remember to you have a mom too I've worryed about it a lot of time your mom lives in Dallas right I I I'm not I don't mean this in disrespect but if something were happened to your mom you would want the Dallas Police the the equivalent detective group in Dallas Police to how do you say thoroughly investigate
and leave no stone unturned to find out and bring the people responsible for taking your mom's life and that's the only thing we're trying to do and I know I know I know you you're in a a tough spot and I recognize that and that's why when when we sit around the office and we discuss this case and they say James knows I said we don't know what he knows we don't know whether he was there we don't know whether he was told afterward now and but you got I'm trying I'm trying to explain the
phone call and and that's that's why I came down to talk to you because I want I know this is all a going to end up in courtt and I don't want there to be any surprises please I beg you do not withhold any information in regards of the murder of Laur so that's the question Friday November 13th the account that you gave us we've had time to think about it is there anything that could explain the phone call between John and his sister expl their culture once I have no idea think they're talking about
it you have no idea why they would they would be concerned for the knowledge that you have it makes me frustrates me it makes me way people think I know something I don't and because of that it makes you think I know something I don't I have to go through this I know I understand I understand believe me I wish you wern't accepting this I know it's a mess he is consistent in his denial and even as we confronted him with facts that we knew like the recorded conversation he continued to deny and he stuck
to his denial the plan was at the time it was determined that the Texas Ranger we were working with was going to bring in a specially trained Texas Ranger so that he could join our team and reinw James [Music] [Music] all time I'm like I'm still thinking's even when he gets there mhm he out he does his thing I heard nothing mhm and when he gets back in the car what does he say to you let's go that's yeah right but it's pretty obvious that John over it yeah you ever say how much John paid
him for it he was um posting about something about 15 grand James did admit to being the driver he did admit to driving Jesus out to ret and that Jesus went in the house and was the one responsible for shooting and killing Laura and then they went back to Dallas and met up with John James did confirm that he was paid you know $1,000 U from John I think that Ranger Holland that let James know that we had figured it out James provided additional information he not only confirmed what we already knew he told us
what we didn't know I'm very proud to have been part of the team that helps solve Laura grillo's murder no mother should be in danger and murdered in her own home they had been planning this murder for months and they believed that they had a plan that was going to work luckily in this case we got Justice for lur gillo and we got closure for the citizens of the city rette that these murderers were not left at large and they they are now in jail [Music] so on Saturday then he say Sarah is having some
headaches and throwing up uhhuh but it wasn't that bad I mean I've seen the flu bug worse I I didn't think that much about it about what time was that on Saturday oh that was in the afternoon and then you remember what about what time it was that she went to bed oh gosh I don't know I I really don't know cuz I I go to bed at 10:00 okay at 9 and she's usually still up and then you woke up Sunday morning morning she was asleep then what happened um me and the other girls
went to church and we left her sleeping okay and then I came home and she was still sleeping and then maybe a couple hours later I went to check on her and we just couldn't get her to respond or answer anything so after you get home from church you go in to check on her she's still asleep but she just will not respond she's completely unresponsive what time about was that you got got home from church uh I want to say around 12:30 and then sometime you say in the afternoon it was still light out
you remember about what time it was that you took her to the ER maybe 3ish I mean she had a brain bleed I she oh wow yeah and it's like that's I can't figure that one out H cuz I even asked it's like you sure it's a bleed not a stroke you know or blood clot cuz that runs in my family so but they said it was a bleed and it's like what would do that Strokes or blood cholesterol in your family both or I'm sorry strok same thing oh okay you can you can throw
a blood clot to the brain and that causes a stroke okay and that runs in your family like how far well I've had a TIA well I'm sorry I don't know um that's like a um mini stroke okay and then my mom had one and her mom died of a stroke okay but would it be common for somebody that her age though that cuz from my understanding Sarah was in really good yeah she was in good far as pH physical health and at her age the only thing I can see as if she was on
birth control pills but she wasn't so that throws that one out too okay I don't even I don't even know what to look for what do you mean well I mean if if they're looking for some kind of a chemical that she may have taken I can't think of what it would be to even know what test they're doing cuz from my well I see from my understand and it sounds like they're going to run a whole bunch of various chemical type tests possibly and just a whole bunch of other tests um um to see
what was going on um if it would come back that there was something in there like that how would you explain that I don't know depends I don't know depends on what if if something did show up I'd have to figure out what it is and then try and figure out where did it come from I am know okay what was Mark's life insurance policy like uh he only had 20,000 that was it okay how about Sean Sean only had 15 what about Sarah Sarah only has 15 I believe and you were able to get
the the money from Mark and Sean's correct okay and what did you do with with that money um with marks we were able to move into a better neighborhood right how about Shan's with Shan's I haven't even right now it's still in savings cuz I haven't quite quite figured out what to do yet okay some of it what were your plans some things I'm I'm thinking more of just paying off bills okay what about Sarah's if she passed what was gone I have no clue often times you know there there's cases that come up that
are similar to this where people are harmed you know by other people and there's there's always a reason if somebody was to harm they you know let's if their deaths were because of something like that if somebody was to harm him why do you think that would be what would be the reason for for somebody to want to harm them as far as my kids I can't imagine you can't imagine anybody trying to harm them I'm here to try and and get your story because when this is all done when this is when everything is
said and done here there's going to be a lot more people besides me that are going to have questions I'm a horrible mother is it bad if you argue with your kids and tell them you be better of if you'd kill yourself you get to the point where you just pull out your hair and I don't know what happened it I just sick and tired of baloney mhm I'm giving you the chance so people can have some answers because you're a very good person you're very involved in the church and I think most people really
think think you are but when this is all said done you know people are going to have questions they're going to deserve some answers I had read online it was pretty easy to do well what did you type in like antifreeze [Music] poisoning and I wish I hadn't done it ever why did you decide andif freeze why not something else it's easy to get it's easy to get had you thought of other methods not really so you were putting in in Mark's Gatorade you're putting in in Sean's Coke just regular Coke and what about Sarah
Coke regular Coke okay she loves Coke okay have we got everything covered I think so okay because I don't know where this is going to go and because we're looking at a very serious case I'm going to read you what your rights are [Music] okay would there be any reason you would withhold any information from us because you're scared withhold no okay cuz the information that we have is that there was a conversation that you were present for and Daniel admitted to shooting Phillips no has there been a conversation between Daniel and you or Daniel
and everybody else that he's done something to Phillips not that I know I did talk to Daniel this morning either on cell phone or uh you guys' phone or whatever and I said what the going on dude I said I'm being accused of you know accusations of murder and all all this other stuff and it's just he say cuz it's just people on the street saying it but still I want to know what going on I'm getting ready to go to the police and stuff okay I was told the exact conversation when as he was
talking about he was basically bragging that he shot him and the reason why I didn't hear that he shot him I heard that he was bragging that he beat him up and stuff he had a knot on his head and maybe that is what he was talking about shooting but if so I wasn't paying fully attention to him okay all I know is he said next time you see him you're going to realize what happened blah blah blah blah blah how long have you been hanging out with Daniel um about a month now okay maybe
a little over not quite okay um have be completely honest with me because I don't I don't know that you've done anything but he's a obviously a dangerous person okay he's done some serious stuff okay he needs to be locked away for a long time you'll never see the light of day again okay okay go did Daniel tell you guys where this altercation between him and Philips Ur hat no okay I've heard three different stories that one was at M State Park one was out at uh the corner of Range Line and something and one
one was at Shady Side okay where pH body was found today there are cameras on the parking lot do there any reason that the cameras are going to show you and Daniel there because we're getting the footage right now um and if that's that's going to show that you and Daniel were there and Phillips was there well we've been out at one before when several times okay but who all was there uh I've been there Daniel's been there uh we've been four or five different times sometimes even once a week okay what do you guys
do out there just hike the trails and come back smoke a bow come back to the car and drive somewhere else okay so what I'm going to ask you I'm going to I'm going to ask you one more time be completely honest are you going to be this person on the video with Daniel and Phillips getting dropped off of the trails wouldn't think so okay well this is the night that everything went down that he got shot I was about to say Monday I think was it's either Monday or Tuesday the last time we went
out that way this all went down on Monday night I think he finally got to the point where he he got backed into that corner of I either need to say something or I'm probably going to get charged with this also I will be I went down the trail with him because he told me if I didn't he was going to shoot me too he shot fils in the head twice in front of [Music] me so that's the first time I actually believe everything he said it was like he had held that in for however
long we've been doing the interview and he just got it all out at one time he's finally telling me I witnessed it I saw it and now now we're getting somewhere he has you go down the trail with you guys with ph he had me follow in front of him he had me sit that in front of him the whole time okay who took out the area he did D do you know why that because we walked Trails Just A Week Ago beforehand and he said that that was a perfect ideal place that night when
all of this happened okay was that Monday night okay okay what was he saying to him shot he said something about his life wasn't worth nothing he was worthless get just talking down and dirty to him he didn't really say anything Philips forced to go out there [Music] yes just don't know what to do what to think I mean what do you do when you witness something like this well I understand being scared to death he said that if anybody was to say anything that he would hunt us down and that he had reach all
over the place that we couldn't hide that we could okay thank you I I hate that I had to draw that out of you but first thing you need to do is you got to be honest with yourself okay you need to be honest with us okay we've got to solve this stuff and get this past us okay like I told you from the beginning your honesty is going to go a long way okay um that's the only thing that you can do because still safe well how you're going to be safe well by putting
the person away that's responsible for this stuff is going to keep them away from you but how do I know he wasn't right when he says he can't reach he's got reached probably in prison I because he's been to prison he's a big tough guy when he's out here and he can run his mouth and intimidate people that's why I'm sitting here talking to you I need to hear this stuff from you because I know you were involved with some stuff okay I don't know if it was willingly or not but I wanted to hear
from you okay that's what's going to help you out is you being honest okay what did the gun look like is it the same one he was arrested out with the revolver old looking sir okay the box of Mag the box of ammunition he had with him did you know he had box ammunition with him out there yeah okay so if there's something else that you need to tell me to get off your chest tell me now rather than me finding out about it and having to come back you and talk to you again say
Jordan what didn't you tell me this to begin with there's something there I'm trying to think of anything it all right well you think for a minute okay okay there's something else about this that you can remember really appreciate it okay but the story's got to come from you if you were there all right think about that for a minute I'll be back he was just as involved as Jones was and spent most of his time trying to persuade the detectives that he wasn't I'm not sure the murder occurred without him being there I think
they fed off of each other what the hell did you get me
