with AI almost nothing comes close to nid for a few key reasons that we'll be going over but when it comes to running a YouTube channel and making money from your channel the first thing you are going to need to do is choose a niche and if you go to tube magic and you click on ideation you can go down to this tool right here called the niche Explorer this will show you a bunch of different niches in every category that you can possibly imagine along with example channels within those niches and the approximate RPMs

of those niches RPM stands for Revenue per Millie and it's how much you get paid per th000 views on your channel and different niches will have different average RPMs now I do have to give a disclaimer that these numbers aren't exact these are approximate numbers but these are numbers that I've acquired through running channels Within These niches myself and connecting with my community of over 10,000 YouTubers that I manage so we found the approximate RPMs and we're basically giving them all to you here within tube magic and if you click this button right here you

can actually sort these by the RPM and then you can sort it by descending for example and you can see the highest RPM niches on YouTube as you can see investing is a very high RPM Niche meaning we can make a lot of money per thousand views potentially now that's not the only high RPM Niche there's tons of them going down this list and for example if we clicked open the example channel that they give us for investing we can find this channel called Cooper Academy which produces videos about investing like Warren Buffett exposes Bitcoin

for example now going back to the niche Explorer I'm going down this list to find something that maybe we would have somewhat of an interest in and I came across this Niche right here called retirement travel and this Niche has an RPM of upwards of almost $20 per th000 views which is insanely high for YouTube and if we check out this Niche not many people are doing this this example channel right here called scary hay produces videos within the retirement travel Niche basically talking about where the best places are to retire and where the best

countries are to get the most out of your money in retirement so for example we have videos like the 10 easiest countries to retire comfortably in 2022 and what we can do from here then is take the link of this channel the handle of it which is scary hay right there right click copy that and then head back over to tube magic go to ideation and then go to the video ideas tool right here paste in the channel handle and click generate this is going to scan this entire Channel and then give us an idea

like this one right here 13 hidden European villages to escape the crowds based on what's already worked good on that channel so that's potentially a great idea let's click generate again and we can just keep doing this generating more and more ideas 10 mysterious islands where you can disappear 10 hidden gems unbelievable places to move for a fresh start and I've generated a bunch of ideas and I came across one that I think has a lot of hidden po potential called 10 hidden Villages where you can live like royalty affordable and Charming that's something very

unique that could potentially work really well based on what's worked on that channel so if we copy this idea right here about these 10 hidden Villages then what we can do is go back to the ideation Tab and then go over to video research we can paste in that title click search and this is going to show us videos on YouTube that have a lot of views so we can see if this topic can actually work this will validate the topic for us and we're essentially doing market research to see if this topic could work

and look at that the first thing that pops up is top 10 cheapest countries to live lavishly on $1,000 per month 2.7 million views in just a year and we've got other ones like 12 underrated countries live cheap and safe 600k views that's actually on the scary hary Channel we're talking about top 10 most affordable places live in the US 64,000 views so we got a bunch of different options right here and what I'm going to do is actually combine a title from video research along with the title we got from the video ideas tool

so I really like that word hidden so we're going to do 10 hidden cheap countries to retire easily we're combining inspiration from several different sources to craft a unique idea that has a high likelihood of doing good now tube magic also has other features like if we go back to the ideation we've also got keyword research here so you could search things like best places to retire right there and then we can see the search volume of different places like best place to retire we can see the search volume the competition and then the Magic

score which automatically weighs them against each other so if you're looking for more ideas for your channel once you start getting to the point where we start shooting for 30 60 90 videos on our Channel we'll also want to be using keyword research to get even additional great ideas but we're going to be using our other video idea that we discovered with the other method so I'm going to open up a Google doc real quick and then start writing this idea that we just came up with and then once we have this idea we need

a script for this video so I'm going to copy that go back to tube magic and go to the scripting tab we actually have a video script tool built in with tons of different script templates so we have General scripts short scripts if you're doing YouTube shorts how two scripts if you're teaching people how to do something script outlines which I particularly love because it gives you an outline for the script and then you can basically fill in the blanks from that outline and then list videos so for example if we're doing a video about

the top 10 tallest buildings we can put that in there and it'll write it for us I'm going to use a general script for this and I'm going to Simply paste in the title 10 hidden chief trees to retire easily and I'm going to set this word count to be at least minimum 8 minutes long and the reasoning for that is so we can put multiple ad breaks on our videos when videos are longer than 8 minutes and we'll make a lot more money as a result doing that so we want it to be minimum

as you can see if you hover over this a it says 1.5 th000 words is about a 10-minute video we wanted minimum 1,500 words I'm going to actually put it up a little bit I'm going to put it at600 words right there and I'm going to click generate and as you can see tube magic understood the assignment it's giving us countries that aren't super popular like Panama right here Ecuador and is giving us a bunch of places that you could potentially retire on a small amount of money that could go a long way it's researching

the internet and it's also even giving us our word count right here as well and you can literally watch as tube magic is writing the script for you and just like that the script is finished as you can see right here it wrote us a 1600w script with an introduction going over the 10 different countries and then with a conclusion as well at the end so you have an outro there as well and it gives you the option to click this button right here to copy the script to your clipboard you can go over into

your Google documate and then paste that in there just like so now we've got an amazing script that's written for us that's optimized now with this script we are going to want to do things like for example remove the introduction we're also going to want to go down here and then remove the conclusion text right here as well because we don't want the AI to accidentally say introduction or conclusion so we're going to remove those from the document just like so and then we're going to go over to inv video AI who are the sponsors

of of today's video now nid ai is absolutely amazing due to the fact that you don't even need to use tube magic script writer if you don't want to in fact you can literally give nid AI a topic like for example the title of today's video which is 10 hidden cheap countries to retire easily and then head on over to inv video AI paste in the topic click generate a video it'll write a script it'll do a voiceover it'll literally do the entire thing for you for generating your video completely from scratch so you don't

even need to use tube magic if you don't want to but if you are using tube magic like I am right here then you can also have the option of doing script to video and let's say for example you're doing tube magic and you literally just want to go to scripting and then you want to go on over here to the script outline you can also just have an outline of the idea as well so if we're doing 10 hidden sheep countries or retire easily and then click generate right here that would then write us

an outline that we can then go in and fill in the blanks and then head on over to nid Ai and then put in our custom script if we wanted a custom script so if we do script to video right here then we can go on over here and copy our script that we just pasted in like so copy that script go on over here to nid AI paste it in make sure to select create a video we can do the background music whatever type of music we'd like I think for this it would make

sense to do something somewhat relaxing because a lot of the countries are talking about are kind of tropical so I'm just going to do relaxing music for the background and then we're going to go into settings and we can use any voice we want we can use male voice if female voice I'm just going to do any cuz in all honesty it doesn't matter that much I've AB tested a lot of different voices and voiceovers on YouTube and what I've seen is as long as it's easy and clear to understand which the voices in in

video are very much so then you'll be good so really any voice is fine for that for the narrator but you can even have multiple speakers if you wanted to as well and you can specify that in the script and then you can even add subtitles if you'd like you can do bold subtitles with a popping effect clean subtitles with no outline or clean subtitles with an outline I'm going to do bold subtitles with a popping effect so we can help keep people engaged with this then we can add Watermark text if we want I'm

going to leave that blank you can also specify what type of stock footage you're going to use then you can choose what type of audio you want to use I always recommend only choosing use YouTube audio library music only and that's due to the fact that you'll never have to deal with copyright or anything like that if you use YouTube audio library music so that's what we're going to be doing right there then we're going to click continue and then Nvidia is so smart that they literally just crafted an entire prompt based off of that

and then we can click generate video but like I said if you want to keep it easy you want to keep it simple and lazy you can literally just use in video and just put it in right there if you'd like so once we click create video now it's going to analyze that whole prompt that we gave it and now it's going to start generating this video for us and it's going to give it to us on a silver platter so check this out as you can see then it's going to give us a couple

additional options like for example who the audience of this is are they retirees travel Enthusiast budget planners the audience is most likely going to be retirees cuz we're talking about places to retire tire and then for the look and feel of this I want it to be clean and then for the platform make sure to select YouTube so we get the proper Framing and sizing and everything then click continue and now the video is actually being generated for us and this will literally only take a couple minutes to do as you can see it's already

11% and just give this a minute or two and it will be completely done and we'll have a finished video and just like that the video is done let's check it out so if we watch this video Let's listen to what it sounds like and looks like and one thing I do want to note is that if it does ever show story blocks watermarks or anything on the video that will be gone on the final export as long as you're on a paid plan of in video you'll have no problem with that that will be

gone don't worry so let's take a look at this are you dreaming of retiring in a beautiful destination without breaking the bank in this video we will explore the concept so as you can see it's a little bit of an older person's voice probably because the target audience we put as retirees and that's to be expected with that but we can edit this very easily and one thing I do notice the music is a little bit loud but check this out this is what makes in video stand apart from so many other AI video generators

if we go here we can say make the music more quiet and then click generate like so and now it will take that prompt and go through and as you can see the music is now set to35 enjoy the serenity so now let's check this out are you dreaming of retiring in a beautiful way better way better and way easier to listen to just like that we can also change the voice if we want let's say we didn't want an older person's voice and instead we want to say change the voice to be younger and

be an American accent and then click generate and as you can see it says changing the narrator's voice to be a younger American accent and it's going to process through all 10 of the different chapters of this video and it's one chapter per destination talked about since we're talking about 10 hidden countries to retire in and in video even gives us another title idea right here retire in Hidden cheap countries 10 affordable destinations so let's let that process and then we will check it out all right now that finished let's take a look at what

this looks and sounds like are you dreaming of retiring in a beautiful destination without breaking the bank in this video we will explore the concept of retiring in affordable countries and un to popular retirement destinations Panama offers a significantly lower cost of living allowing retirees to stretch their savings while enjoying a comfortable lifestyle one of the key attractions of retiring in Panama is its excellent healthare system and high markets to find that's amazing as you can see it literally made the video for us just like that and then when we're ready to download this video

video If you're not familiar also has an amazing just normal video editor as well if you ever want to use it but the AI functionality is next level and honestly one of the best that I've seen and I don't take many sponsors with this channel but the reason I'm showing in video is because it's honestly really good and we were editing this video and I forgot to mention a really Epic feature of NV video that I wanted to jump in here and mention real quick which is the translation Fe feature so this feature will allow

you to reach so many different languages and therefore so many more people and potentially make so much more money by using nid to generate these videos let me show you an example of exactly how this works so if you go to Nvidia right here you can open up any of your videos like the one that we just did within this video right here about the top 10 hidden cheap countries affordable destinations then all you have to do is in the prompt you can actually specify to translate the language to whatever you want so check this

out let's say translate this video to Spanish Spanish is one of the main countries that I recommend translating your videos into after you've done English initially now you might already speak Spanish or a different language so you might have done another one initially you can do the same thing doing that back into English as well but check this out right now it's literally translating the entire video to Spanish and not only that it's even going to do a Spanish voice over on the video and now as you can see the video is done and take

a look at what it did [Music] we literally have a Spanish video now just by using Ai and not only that we can also translate it into many different languages whether we want to do French or Portuguese or almost any language we can think of we can do using this tool gone are the days of paying five plus dollars per minute for somebody to sit there and dub the video like I personally used to have to do now we can utilize the power of AI to do this for us and not only that we can

also use the power of AI to do another feature I wanted to mention which was the voice cloning feature so if you go into N Video go to the left hand side right here to the toolbar and then go down to voices you can actually click to add a voice and essentially you'll just record yourself speaking for a minimum of 30 seconds typically the longer the better because you want to give it as much information as you possibly can in order for it to have the most accurate voice clone possible and then also you have

to mention I give video AI the permission to use my voice in this workspace then after that you can upload that and it will actually clone your voice and this allows you to then use this voice in generating videos so check this out if we go to the voice that I have added right here I click use then it will put in the settings to add that voice and we can do any of those workflows just like we did earlier but also what is crazy is that you can actually copy this right here use my

voice voice one Matt which is my own voice that I went in here and cloned then we can go back to our projects we can click on any of our projects that we've already done like this one for example right here top 10 power foods for muscle gain and let's take a listen to what this video sounds like with the AI voice that we're using right now shocking as it may seem did you know that muscle gain is not solely dependent on your workout regime in fact about 80% of muscle gain relies on what you

eat just as a car needs the right fuel to run efficiently so as you're going to hear that's what that voice sounds like but if we go over here click this to open up to actually edit this video we can paste in that command use my voice voice one mat click generate and it will actually redub this entire video in my voice it'll be me talking in the video and you can do this for yourself too if you want to have a little bit of extra personality or flare on your videos this is an amazing

upload and optimize your video what I recommend doing is going to tube magic going down here to the optimize Tab and then using the warp upload feature now we canot do everything individually if we'd like to for example we can do our titles descriptions and tags individually if we wanted to with each of these tools right here but what we're going to be using is the warp upload and if we click this then we can input any video URL similar to the video we're going to be uploading so for example if we go back here

to scary hary and we look for 10 easiest countries to retire comfortably since this will be a similar video we're going to copy this URL go back over to tube magic paste that into the warp upload and click generate from here it's going to scan through the video and it's going to scan through everything that said in the video it's going to literally index the whole thing about what the video is about and so forth it's going to give us an optimized description with keywords in it and it's going to even give us a great

set of optimized tags and then guess what you have to do all you have to do is click the copy button on each of these and copy paste this into YouTube as you're uploading your video and your video will be optimized now what the warp upload Optimizer is really made for though is for optimizing your own videos so for example if you go in here to optimize and you click warp upload you want to paste one of your own videos and the key of doing this and kind of a hack of doing this is to

keep your video set to unlisted don't publish your video yet keep it set to unlisted and then you can copy paste the link in there and that will allow tube magic to index it and then give you that best information so your video will be optimized the best that it possibly can be then from there you are going to need a thumbnail now Nvidia has recently released a few things on the GPT store that are known as gpts essentially open AI came out with a GPT that is available to Premium users of chat GPT who

are paying a subscription to it so if you already have a subscription to chat GPT what you can do is go to the explore gpts page right here by going to chat gp.com gpts and then from here simply search inv video and what you can do is either use nid in here to literally generate videos for you and so forth but nid also made a tool called the thumbnail maker so if we click the thumbnail maker right there and then click Start chat this is going to open up this GPT and allow us to generate

images so as you can see you can say for example make a thumbnail for my video and it'll say absolutely first things first What's the title of your video well we're simply going to go over to our Google Document where we have the title of our video copy that right here go back over to the chat GPT thumbnail maker paste that in and then click that button and from here now it's going to say great title let's make a thumbnail that will grab attention image type photo realistic a Serene beach with clear waters main subject

text placement and style it's doing all that for you literally calcula out one of the best types of thumbnails to make will be and just like that we have a thumbnail done as well all of that was literally done with AI within a couple of minutes in this free course that you're watching a couple of minutes and just like that we've got a video that's done we've got a thumbnail that's actually pretty good and we can even tell them to tweak certain things as well so for example we can say make the hidden gems text

way bigger because we want it to be easier to read click that and now it's going to edit it and check this out and just like that it edited our thumbnail we got another great option for a thumbnail and then all we have to do is download this thumbnail by clicking this button right here to our computer upload it when we upload our videos and we have a video done completely with AI now when it comes to making money with these types of AI videos what we are going to want to do is ideally monetize

in one to two ways way number one is going to be with ad revenue from our channel so once we hit 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of Watch time we can apply to be part of the YouTube Partner program and then YouTube will put ads on our videos and we can make money that way and since this Niche that we went over in this free course is related to financial topics since it's about retirement travel and you'll have keywords related to best places to retire best places where your money will go the furthest you have

keywords related to money and financial topics you'll make a lot more per thousand views in fact if we go back on over to the tube magic tool right here called Niche Explorer and we take a look at the RPM for this niche which could be upwards of $18 per th000 views and then we go on back over here to a channel like scary hary and we calculate out how many views is this channel pulling in per month 586 th000 well let's do the math on that so if we take 586 th000 views we take 586

multiplied by an $18 RPM the channel is making minimum $10,000 per month and if you want to make even more than that then we're going to implement a second source of income which is going to be being an affiliate for products that make sense to promote for example if you're running a retirement Channel what do retirees want well they want a place to invest their money so you could sign up to be an affiliate for places like M1 Finance Weeble Robin Hood any investing platform and then you can start making money by promoting that you
