Hello my dears, all right with you? This is Edu Rodrigues speaking, and today we have the new episode of Edu, where do I choose three questions that were asked on my Instagram? I choose to be able to talk in more depth here on YouTube.

And this week we're going to talk about breads for diabetics and we're also going to talk about a food plan that diabetics should follow and also which elements diabetics need to prioritize and which ones they should avoid.

And the answer you initially need to understand about food? From the moment you begin to understand about eating, you can break free from a specific food plan. We know it's difficult, because most of the time we end up eating disorderly.
We don't know what's good, what's bad and what's good. It's part of the process. But you can start learning about food, learning how to deal with food and thus be more relaxed to be able to manage your meals.
Remembering that there is a food plan that I created for the diabetics who follow me and it is called the Alô Carne program for diabetics, where I teach through video classes, through pre-prepared menus and also through recipes that I use in my daily life to being able to manage your diet here at home, as it is the best way to deal with diabetes, which is through a well-known attempt, through putting it into practice and through following a food plan and subsequently being able to control your glucose and reduce your hemoglobin glucagon. Another excellent question about food We observe a lot that the big bottleneck is the big problem of those who have diabetes, mainly type 2, and regarding the food they eat, which gives them immensely. I'm going to put here what you need to avoid and then I'll show you some recipes, some paths you can follow to be able to fit some more interesting bread, your routine and what's interesting initially, to avoid. The salt stick we know.
People have this habit of eating bread with salt every day, but it is a bread that is very rich in flour and flour and carbohydrates and sugar that goes into your bloodstream. So, every day you eat a little bit of salt, I drink coffee with sugar. Unfortunately, this is no longer an interesting meal, so it is interesting that you leave the bread with salt aside, the bread, the potato bread, the bagel, because they are all sources of carbohydrates and could greatly impair the control of your diabetes.
Remembering that breakfast is the meal that we need to pay the most attention to, because we exaggerated in carbohydrates for breakfast. Our glucose tends to be elevated throughout the day. So, initially, leave aside these types of bread and what we need to add to improve our treatment.
Even so, being able to eat some kind of bread and not feel so out of place? I'll leave you with some recipes from my local program for diabetics. We can include, for example, microwave bread, which is very practical.
It has cheese, but we can also include a pumpkin bread that has pumpkin in small quantities and is a very tasty recipe. But we can also include gluten-free homemade bread, which has lower amounts of carbohydrates and thus will not cause greater impacts on your family. We can observe, but we can consume some types of bread, but not all.
However, the ideal is that you add protein sources to your breakfast, such as cheese, eggs. You can also include shredded chicken, ground beef, as it is essential that you have good sources of protein, first thing in the morning so that you are satiated for longer periods and so you do not have to have a snack between breakfast and lunch. It is important that you have this awareness.

Difficulty knowing what to eat and the correct amounts. He has type two diabetes. We don't need to lose the quantities exactly.
What we need to do initially is to eat a source of protein and good sources of fat. This is a key point. You need to cut down on carbohydrates, for example, rice, your lunch and leave out that potato chip .
And so we have managed to manage our food more intelligently. From then on, we have the smallest amount of meals possible, 3 to 4 meals. It is a very interesting value.
And so we can manage our food more intelligently. From the moment that we include protein sources, as in the case of meat, eggs, fish, chicken, crustaceans, we also include good sources of fat from lard oils and chestnuts. Thus, we are already able to conduct our food in a much more efficient and intelligent way.
