One of the most powerful principles that influence our reality, capable of completely transforming our lives forever, is known as the mirror principle. This transformation does not involve a specific technique or strategy that requires direct action; it is deeply related to the person we aspire to become. For example, if our desire is to become a millionaire, we need to become millionaires internally before this manifests externally.
Otherwise, we will continue to jump from one solution to another, thinking that the fault lies with us. Therefore, the first lesson of this principle is clear: if we don't change internally, nothing will change externally. This is the essence of the mirror principle.
Mastery of this principle enables us to transform everything we touch into gold. However , this requires facing our own demons, our reflections, even those that we don't like. If we are truly ready for significant change, this video is for us.
In it, I will also share a crucial exercise that I still practice today. Today, let's explore this principle and how it can truly revolutionize our lives. Reality is a mirror that reflects our relationship with ourselves and the world around us, both the internal and external world.
What does that mean? Let's go back to the example of aspiring to become a millionaire. If our relationship with money is permeated by thoughts of inadequacy, if we believe that we are not capable of accumulating wealth, the mirror of reality will answer us: "Ah, so that's what you believe, so be it.
Here is more evidence of your inability to accumulate wealth. ” Consequently, life presents us with more circumstances that validate our belief and affirmation. Therefore, it is crucial to remember this fundamental point: the external world is a reflection of what we project internally.
By carefully observing the world around us, it is evident that many people are increasingly immersed in the frenzy of the outside world, consumed by technology, social media and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Many of us have lost connection with our inner wisdom, the essence we once mastered. So let's explore the Four Keys that will allow us to shape reality according to our desires.
When we study the Law of Attraction, for example, it is often mentioned how reality is a mirror and how we try to manipulate it. The first fundamental key to the mirror principle is understanding that the reflection of reality reflects two things: our relationship with ourselves and our relationship with the world around us. In other words, what we see in the mirror of reality is a projection of how we see ourselves and how we see the world.
If we look at ourselves and think we are not good enough, the mirror will simply reflect that belief. "I'm not good enough. I can't do this because I'm not good enough.
" And the mirror will respond, "You're not good enough. Here 's more proof why you're not good enough. " Reflection is based on the messages we send to the mirror of reality.
The mirror of reality is, in a way, like a loyal friend who is always willing to validate our beliefs. Therefore, instead of trying to directly manipulate the reflected image, we must learn to transform the image we project in front of the mirror. This is similar to the act of influencing someone.
When we directly tell someone "don't do that", the probability of that person doing exactly what was prohibited is high. However, if we choose to motivate and inspire, presenting persuasive reasons to avoid certain actions and explaining the potential negative impacts, the person will be more inclined to listen and accept our influence. Therefore, our goal is to influence our world indirectly.
The mirror of reality simply intensifies what we communicate; it will always reflect what we consider to be true in our minds, both about ourselves, our identity, and our worldview. Remember this is one of the most crucial keys. Now the question is: how can we change this?
How can we interrupt this pattern and consciously choose what we want? You need create your own identity and worldview, your paradigm. I will provide an example to help you understand how to create your identity.
Firstly, it is essential to be clear about what you want in the long term, in 10 years, for example. In the final image, what is one activity you see yourself doing every day? What do you have that makes your life a continuous journey of discovery?
And ask yourself: who am I now? What characteristics and traits do I have when I am achieving, having, and doing all of these things? This is crucial.
Next, consider what your worldview is. How do you perceive the world when you are living this reality? How do you see the world when you're experiencing all of this?
Take a moment to bring powerful affirmations to life . First, create statements about your identity, how you see yourself. It might be something like, "I am worthy.
I am a magnet for abundance because I carry within me the magical touch of an alchemist. " Then create affirmations that relate to your worldview. For example: "The world conspires in my favor.
Everything happens at the right time and according to the divine plan. " By dedicating yourself to repeating these affirmations daily and internalizing them, be prepared to witness an incredible transformation. The reality you perceive, the way you see the world, will begin to change before your eyes, even if what you want seems difficult to you today.
That doesn't mean you won't be able to achieve it tomorrow. Everything takes time, practice and patience. So, respect your time, but also don't let certain fears stop you from achieving the extraordinary.
So be sure to take a moment to do this exercise. It has the power to completely revolutionize your life. Now, let's move on to key number two.
What you need to understand is that the reflection we see in our material world is formed with a certain delay. Why? Because in our internal world, we can create an image instantly just by closing our eyes and visualizing what we want.
That's how it works in this dimension. However, in the third dimension, the physical dimension, things take time to manifest due to the internal nature of matter. Matter is dense and cannot break the laws of nature to make everything manifest instantly.
This brings us to the next key. You need to maintain the belief you have established long enough for your desire to manifest. What does that mean?
It means you must remain true to the identity and worldview you created until your goal reveals itself. Whatever you want to be, start by adopting the identity of someone who already is. Ask yourself how this person would act and hold onto that identity long enough.
An interesting phenomenon occurs when people begin to experience this. They realize that their lives have ups and downs. They establish a belief, an identity, hoping that their goal will become reality, but the result does not appear immediately.
Then, your mood begins to decline along with belief. Now, once your mood reaches its lowest point, suddenly its manifestation reveals itself. However, when it manifests itself, it begins to reflect your previous negative attitude with a certain delay.
Then what manifests begins to deteriorate again because it is simply reflecting how you feel. In this way, a kind of wave appears, a cycle that occurs in your life, and you cannot escape it. You experience ups and downs, and there is no way to avoid them.
The key is to always stay true to the identity and worldview you have created, as this is the most effective path to making significant changes in your life. Now, let's move on to the next key, which I find deeply impactful and which I practice daily. What you need to understand is that the mirror of reality does not reflect the nature of your thoughts, but their purified content.
I'll explain what I mean soon. Think about this: If you keep expressing dissatisfaction, but there is a content to your dissatisfaction, such as "I hate my dead-end job, I hate my boss, I hate my partner, I hate the bills I have to pay", the mirror does not reflect the hate in itself, but reflects the specific content of his hatred. For example, "I hate bills.
" As a result, you receive more bills. "I hate my job", and more situations will arise to increase your dissatisfaction with the job. That's exactly how it happens.
The more you complain about what you don't have and what you don't want, this will continue to be reflected in your life, giving you more reasons to confirm your worldview and identity. This is the fundamental difference between a scarcity mindset and an abundance mindset. It's simply a matter of seeing the glass as half full rather than half empty.
The key to applying this to your life is simple: focus on what you want and what you already have. To make any change happen, you need to start focusing on what you already have now. Everything you have, all the progress you've made, the beautiful family you have, the things you want in your life.
Just stop and think: what do I want? What would make my life a true journey of discovery? How does this look?
How does that feel? It can be a vague image, as long as you are focused on what you want. And when you do this, when you continue to focus on what you want, the gap between your current life and your desired life will begin to close because you will begin to push the boundaries of your comfort zone.
So that's key number three. Now, let's move on to key number four, last but not least: the mirror cycle. This will change everything forever, because if you learn to manipulate this mirror cycle for yourself, you will no longer be so uncertain about what you are doing.
You will literally see reality change before your eyes. It all starts with an observation. What is the backward attitude you had in the past, all the complaints, the bad things that happened in the past or the unconscious choices that were made?
This is the present moment. When you look at the present moment and are faced with bills to pay and a job you don't like, for example, notice this and use it to form your image or attitude. When I say image, I mean the internal attitude, the thoughts and feelings that we present to the mirror.
When we form the image, the mirror has no choice but to reflect it. Then, it reflects and forms reality according to the reflected image. But what usually happens is that most people look at their reflection again and remain stuck in that cycle.
This is an addictive trap that most people find themselves in. They watch and stay stuck in this pattern, and in the end they think, "Damn, this keeps happening over and over again. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
" And then, they try different tactics and strategies. They try business strategies, they try to start a new business, and nothing works. It's like it works for a while, it gets them excited, but then they go back to that pattern simply because they can't make an internal change.
But I want you to remember something very important: this is because there is no fundamental change happening in terms of worldview and identity. So the way to do this is to reverse this process. For most people, they start by observing, then creating the image, then the reflection.
This is the standard cycle for puppets. But if you want to become a co-creator, a true creator of your reality, you need to reverse this cycle. I say this because I went through this for many years of my life.
But when I really understood this cycle, everything changed. To break this cycle, we first start with the image we would like to form. We turn our backs to the reflection.
We turn our backs to look at our current reality because we begin to realize that what is around us now was only formed from decisions made in the past. You need to realize this, or nothing will change. If I want to shape tomorrow, I consciously choose today.
So, we start with the image. And when we choose the image and say, "Hey, this is what I want and this is what I have," the mirror has no choice but to start reflecting that in small amounts, little by little. Even small changes will happen slowly, with delay.
So what do we do next? Instead of observing, we confirm. We take a look at mirror to see what is working.
And when we see the reflection, we think, "Oh, this is working. Look what happened. " If you want more confidence, over time you will notice that people will start to welcome you better.
If you want to improve some aspect of your work or business, you will notice that things are improving. Your whole world may be falling apart, but you only focus on the things you want to confirm, the things that match that worldview and identity you chose to create. The idea is that you always keep doing it, and the more you keep doing it, it will turn into something beyond anything you've ever imagined.
If you start using these principles, your life will completely change. This is real, this is something I applied and it really worked, so I'm passing this on to you. At the beginning of my spiritual journey, I thought it was silly, but when I saw the results, it was insane.
The things I wanted began to come to me, even beyond what I had imagined. As we delve deeper into the mirror of reality, we discover an inner power that we often overlook. What we see around us is actually an echo of our beliefs, identity and worldview.
But the secret to transformation is, instead of just observing reality, we shape our destiny in the image of who we want to be and what we want to achieve. As we form this new image, the mirror of reality responds with small changes, slowly transforming itself. The mirror of reality knows no limits, it only responds to what we offer.
Just like the alchemist who turns lead into gold, we can transmute our lives by adopting an abundance mindset, focusing on what we have and what we want. Ultimately, our journey through the mirror of reality is a search for the truth within ourselves and a celebration of our ability to create, innovate and transcend. I hope this knowledge is the spark that guides you on life's journey, helping you create the reality of your dreams.
