at the end of the day always remember we are a soul on a journey we are alone we are a soul on a journey we are in this family with this set of people only for this particular period of time that period of time could be 100 years okay you are with your family for 100 years but after 100 years what after 100 years New Journey but there in that 100 years if someone has done something which is incorrect and you allow your karma to get affected because they did something which was not a right
Karma they will move forward to another journey I will move forward to another Journey but because of what they did because of that what I created is going to affect my present life and my multiple future lives so be with everyone be as a giver for everyone do everything for everyone but always remember I am alone this journey is of me alone I'm here with them but my karma journey is me alone so let anybody do their karma we are always there with them we can bless them we can guide them we can advise them
we can do everything we can pray for them we can meditate for them we can do everything to send healing energy for them but we cannot allow our Karma to get entangled because they are not doing the right Karma that is called Detachment Detachment doesn't mean moving away Detachment means being there with them being always there for them but Detachment means emotional Independence your behavior your emotions will not suck me down no that is my journey this is your journey I can hold your hand on your journey but I'm not going to pull myself down

but your pattern of creating hurt has come with you into this next Lifetime and that is why people go and get a past life regression done we don't need to get it done ideally should not get it done should not get it done nature says you need to forget the past if nature says you need to forget the past we should forget the past just need to remember something happened I created this and that is why I have that pattern of thinking that way now someone has a pattern of feeling rejected someone has a pattern
of feeling humiliated someone has a pattern of I'm not loved I'm am not wanted I am not needed from where are these emotional patterns coming why do I feel like this and sometimes people are feeling that way even though everyone is nice to them and everyone says like what more do you want in life you have everything so nice around you but I feel I'm not wanted where is this feeling coming from where is this feeling coming from when everything is nice around you why are you feeling not wanted because that feeling of not wanted
is not in this costume that feeling of not wanted was created because of someone else's behavior in another costume so these options of thought one thought too they don't stay only in one lifetime they become my emotional patterns of thinking in Hindi we call it sanskar nature personality the body finished I leave family I leave possessions I leave everything but I am not able to leave these emotional patterns and my karma they stay permanent with me on my journey so we've had multiple families on this journey Journey we've had multiple cheating betraying exploiting we've seen
it all but all depends what I created when that happened to me and most of our emotions that we experience today repeated patterns they are not of this lifetime they are not of this lifetime and if I don't heal them now if I don't heal them now then when I leave what will go with me so visualize I left this costume enter the womb of a mother few months later baby Bor are all babies identical nature wise all identical even twins are not identical naturewise they may look identical naturewise not identical why not identical because
they're twins only in this birth before this they've come from two different situations two different paths so what is the most important thing in life the way I think respond my emotional pattern and my karma because only that is permanent rest everything that we are holding on to like this I will never lose this I will never lose this person I will never lose this position I will never lose this object one one second and I will lose it all and doesn't mean I have to live in the Life in fear of losing anything it
just I need to remember that it's transient it's transient and do not entangle yourself so much with the transient that you create a prominent karmic account here which is not healthy so if people are not right to me I need only one person to be right to me who is that one person don't look at people and say you don't love me never mind I will love myself don't sit and cry no one loves me so no one loves me I will love myself no one is nice to me so never mind I will be
nice to myself no one is kind to me okay I will be kind to myself but I am not coming on the list of people in my life and I'm standing like this before the world and saying be nice to me be kind to me please love me this is what we become and when we start loving oursel being nice to oursel being kind to oursel this is what we become and this is emotional Fitness 10 on 10 but when we are like this it is which one is a better way of living being a
giver being a giver that is high vibration energy being a giver so when you start practicing this emotional Independence you're actually going to reach a stage and very soon you will reach a stage of this shifting to this I radiate love not I need love I don't need love I am love I love myself and so love is what radiates from me to the world I don't even have to give love to anybody we don't give we take care we do things of people but we can't give love we just radiate what we are here
if you are hurt here right now you cannot radiate love you will only radiate hurt so who I am is what goes to the world from me if I'm happy right now I cannot radiate stress happiness radiates from me I don't have to give happiness people say I want to give happiness you can't give happiness to anybody you can take care of them you can cook for them you can buy for them you can take you can't give happiness to anybody like that you can just be happy and that energy radiates from you to everybody
you can be loveful and radiate that you can be hurt you can radiate that you can be agitated you can radiate that it just depends on who I am so where is the master key it's here and we were looking for the key we were looking for the key everywhere any name on the list to forgive any name on the list to forgive difficult to forgive difficult to forgive who hurt me who hurt me I so who do I have to forgive so their name is anyways out of the list now their name is not

something to change my life then I could probably cry for a lifetime and if I cry for a lifetime I'm going to carry that hurt with me into the next lifetime in a lifetime where everyone around me is very nice to me but I am still crying that's how complicated it gets that's how complicated it gets because my life is not about what's happening around me my life is about what's happening here for some people everything could be perfect yet they are not happy for some people everything can be wrong and yet they are fine
because this world is not dependent on this world this world is dependent only and only on what I create so should we forgive them should we forgive them should we forgive them how should we forgive them let's write down the thoughts to forgive them everything is just a thought write it and keep chanting it for a few days which means keep repeating it if you're not able to repeat it write it daily you know it's like water flowing on a particular path every day the water is Flowing on that path so that path has become
permanent the water will automattic Al always flow on that path I have to consciously change that direction of the water so my mind is saying they hurt me I can never forgive them this is our thought option one I can never forgive them I will never forget what they did wasn't this just a thought isn't this just a thought yes is there anything else in this just a thought I cannot forgive them I can never forget what they did just a thought okay G right option two in the next column what would it be I
can never forgive them opposite very simple now you're going to write because you're going to do this every day I can never forgive them option two not I can forgive them I forgive them just change the vocabulary from I cannot forgive them to I forgive them sometimes people say h it cannot be so simple just say I forgive them and it'll happen yeah it's that simple only because we said I cannot forgive them we have not forgiven them till now it was only a thought what else did we do for it did we do anything

those 10 years we rubbed the wound multiple times so it will take a little longer that's all but once I've started the medicine it's going to get healed okay so we can forgive what is going to be the medicine to heal that wound is a higher vibrational thought I forgive is a okay okay thought but now I want to heal so I say I radiate blessings to them and when I just say this line also now I radiate blessings to them who is the one who's experiencing that blessing right now I so who's getting healed
I and so I'm blessing them I'm radiating that beautiful energy to them but the first one who's getting healed is me so it's that medicine da so the blessing is the medicine so just say it without feeling it also hate them and say it I bless you I bless you I bless you it's okay it is okay just keep changing your vocabulary because I cannot suddenly start feeling nice about someone whom I've hated for 10 years is no switch inside that here on off no but we are changing the pattern of my thinking and when
the pattern of my thinking will change my emotions will change and I will reach a stage where I will really genuinely be blessing them and when I reach that stage thank you when I reach that stage who is the one who has got healed I and my karmic account with that soul my karmic account with that Soul if I don't do it and I leave the costume if I don't heal and I leave the costume I'm carrying the knots with me if I don't heal and they leave the costume because I might say I'm not
going to leave so soon we'll see later AB I'm fine nothing is happening to me though we are living in a world of uncertainty I can sleep tonight and not wake up tomorrow morning but still we don't think that we're going to leave I can leave any minute they can leave any moment I have to keep my karmic accounts always clean clear clean clear and if the soul has lived their life clean clear karmic accounts that soul will leave the body easily happy happy no entanglements nothing pulling them back happy so when will we start
doing this I release I let go I forgive I radiate blessings to them and this radiating blessings to them is going to change the energy of the karmic account between them and us so in every situation name any situation that anyone in this world can come across there will always be a second option of way of thinking so this is a lower vibrational thought and now we have to raise it to a higher energy thought both are my Creations both are my choices and when people talk about self-care self-love right everybody says love yourself when
you create this higher vibrational thought you've started loving yourself when I said I can never forgive them I can never forget what they did who am I hurting I'm hurting myself so then someone comes and says practice self- Lov how do I practice that people have taken self love to a completely different dimension they says so I don't care what you're doing I have to love myself I have to love myself is not like this it's actually making people very selfish self Love Makes You selfless because you're so healed so powerful inside that you can
accept anything from this world and yet radiate love and blessings to them that is the power of self love but you don't take it the right way and say so why should I bother about them I have to love myself I have to love myself why should I keep adjusting with them I have to love myself self love is not a weakness self love is power selfcare is power so option two thoughts so release don't carry any emotional baggage with you and when you you practice this emotional Independence way of thinking then releasing the baggage
will become easier and this is baggage of the past but today and this moment onwards either don't create the hurt and if you create the hurt release immediately after that see some are old stains at home and some are fresh stains which get created at least clean the fresh stains immediately right immediately and when you keep cleaning the fresh stains immediately you will reach a stage where you will not experience hurt because your mind has learned that 30 seconds later they're going to say I release I let go I pass might as well not cry
about it the mind will stop creating hurt because you're going to strengthen your mind to that level [Music]
